We had a wonderful stay at Pefki Deluxe Residences and truly enjoyed every moment! From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We stayed in a ground-floor Pool Front View room, which was absolutely perfect. The room was beautiful, modern, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We especially loved having our own sun loungers on the terrace right in front of the pool – such a lovely and relaxing setup, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A very special thank you to Olga at the reception, who was absolutely wonderful – so warm, helpful, professional and genuinely kind. She made us feel very welcome and was always there whenever we needed anything. We would also like to thank all the other lovely girls at the reception and the bar. Everyone was so friendly, attentive and always greeted us with a smile. The whole property is beautifully maintained, with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable from the very first day. The combination of the lovely accommodation and such wonderful staff made our stay even more special. We left with only beautiful memories and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well maintained throughout our visit. The breakfast had a fairly simple selection, but everything was fresh, tasty, and enough to leave you satisfied each morning. The pool was lovely and a great place to relax. The location was also excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets, making it very convenient. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we had questions. A special thank you to the young woman at the reception on the first day, who was especially kind, professional, and helpful during our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and appreciated the cleanliness, location, and the service provided by most of the staff.

Overall, I had a good stay, but unfortunately one staff member in reception, Olga, significantly affected my experience. When I wanted to extend my stay by a few nights, she immediately brushed me off, saying she was stressed and about to finish her shift. However, she remained at work for several more hours. A professional approach would have been to politely ask me to come back later if she was busy, rather than dismissing me. I found her attitude very unprofessional and dismissive. The following day, while we were standing at the reception because it was raining, she offered umbrellas to two other guests but completely ignored us, even though we were standing right there. We found this very disappointing and disrespectful. It felt like we were being treated differently for no reason. When I politely brought up how her behavior made us feel, instead of listening, she responded with, “What’s wrong with you?” and pointed out that there were cameras. She seemed unable to accept constructive feedback and became defensive immediately. The hotel itself was nice, and I would have considered staying here again. Unfortunately, Olga’s attitude and lack of professionalism left a negative impression and took away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The best choice: a small, modern, and luxurious hotel. It looks exactly like the photos. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Everything was clean, and we really appreciated that the towels were changed and the room was cleaned every day. Despite being in a very central location, the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The pool was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast didn’t offer a huge variety, but everything was fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back! The most wonderful vacation we’ve ever had!

A lovely little hotel with kind and welcoming staff. Everything is tidy and clean, and the rooms with direct access to the pool are truly charming.

Amplasarea, curatenia, micul dejun excelent, piscina intretinuta, atmosfera.

Tesis merkezi, temiz, calisanlar ilgili

Banyo biraz kucuk. Arkadas gruplari icin uygun

Exactly as shown in the photos, beds are comfy, the rooms are clean and modern and the pool area is great, everything is stylish and beautiful

Arura at the breakfast was Very nice and Kind… Room was Perfect and 5 min Walk and you reach nice Beach with a Lot of Restaurants.

Service excellent, specially Aurora is the best.

Our stay was truly exceptional, and a huge part of that was thanks to Olga, the hotel manager. She is one of the most professional, caring, and attentive managers we have ever met. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. No matter what we needed, she handled everything with kindness, patience, and incredible professionalism. You can immediately see how much effort and heart she puts into making every guest’s experience perfect. We also want to give a special thank you to Aurora, who was always warm, friendly, and wonderful to us throughout our stay. Her positive attitude and professionalism made every interaction enjoyable, and she truly added to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The hospitality here is outstanding. Everything was organized beautifully, the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, and the service exceeded all expectations. We are leaving with amazing memories and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Sehr freundliches, herzliches Personal.

Užili sme si pobyt a každému len odporúčam.

Olga is super host!

Kleinschalig en daardoor persoonlijk! Schoon! Modern. Super mooi! Lief personeel! Goede locatie

Niets wat ik kan bedenken…

Ubytováni skvělé, personál špičkový,parádní snídaně.

Gyönyörű hotel, végtelenül kedves személyzettel.

Minden tökéletes volt.

Everything was excellent! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The service was great, the breakfast was delicious, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Nothing, everything was perfect

The owner of the hotel can only be proud of having created such an incredible atmosphere. Great staff. Starting with the maids - impeccably clean. The receptionist - perfect welcome and service. The woman in the restaurant - always smiling and ready to help you. The food is of the highest class. Extremely tasty and varied. This is a place for relaxation that anyone seeking perfection can enjoy.

Aurora was great and the environment was nice. Recommend.

Rooms, breakfast and the staff was supergood. Highly recommend.

Everything was great

I was very impressed with this property. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was maintained to a very high standard, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The facilities were modern and well thought-out, providing everything needed for both relaxation and convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, which added greatly to the overall experience. The pool area was another highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for unwinding. Parking availability was also a big advantage, making the stay even more convenient. Overall, the property exceeded expectations in every way.

Nothing to complain

Fijn kleinschalige accomedatie met erg vriendelijk personeel. Je voelt je er snel thuis!

Eigenlijk niets

Loc de parcare in fata hotelului gratis.

Beautiful place to stay, made us feel so at home

Everything was amazing

Complementries, cleanness, pool, location

We stayed at the most beautiful, elegant-looking hotel. The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable rooms is what I generally expect from a hotel, and Pefki deluxe residences exceeded my expectations. Thank you! We will come back for sure!
