Śniadania były bardzo słabe. Codziennie serwowano ten sam zestaw potraw, wyraźnie dostosowany do gustów brytyjskich gości. Nawet tradycyjne angielskie śniadanie, które zazwyczaj lubię, w tym przypadku było niesmaczne i trudne do zjedzenia.

Overall, the hotel met my expectations. If I were to list them point by point: Location: It was a 2–3-minute drive from the centre of Pefkochori, and there were plenty of lovely beaches in the vicinity. We had no problems getting around. We also had no trouble finding parking. 9/10 Staff: They were all very friendly and helpful. 10/10 Room: Our room was on the ground floor and was spacious and airy. It was cleaned every day. However, as it was on the ground floor, we did spot a few spiders and small lizards. Apart from that, we were very pleased with our room. 8/10 Pool: The pool is adequate. It’s a pool where children can play comfortably. My daughter had a great time in the pool. The sun loungers are comfortable and there are enough of them. 8/10 Breakfast: The breakfast offers a wide variety. You won’t struggle to find something to your taste. However, there is a strong smell of pork in the breakfast room, which might be an issue for those not used to pork. If you can find a spot in the open-air area, you won’t have this problem. 8/10

The drinks at the pool bar were local brand, and they tasted absolutely awful. The spiders and small lizards we saw on the ground floor.

Osoblje veoma ljubazno. Soba se cistila svakoga dana, i parking je odmah ispred objekta. Spoljasnji bazen je cist, i jako lepo uredjen vrt oko kompleksa.

Za objekat koji je kategorizovan sa cetiri zvezdice enterijer jako skromnog izgleda, vrata na kupatilu i ulasku u sobu nisu dobro dihtovala pa smo morali po nekoliko puta da zatvaramo kako bi vrata konacno bila zatvorena. Dorucak izuzetno skorman, ispod proseka za kategorizaciju od cetiri zvezdice. Obroci skoro pa hladni, jogurti stoje u otvorenim cinijama bez ikakvog hladjenja. Aparati za kafu jako losi.

Mi-a placut atmosfera, personalul este foarte amabil. Doamna de la receptie si managera hotelului sunt incantatoare.

La posizione è ottima perché è vicino alle spiagge più belle, la colazione è continentale ben fornita con tanta scelta dal salato al dolce alla frutta, bella la zona della piscina e l'hotel in generale, pulito, area attorno curata, il giardino veniva tagliato spesso, camera spaziosa e pulita, se ci si vuole fermare a cena o a pranzo il ristornate è anche buono. Il personale alla reception e alla colazione è molto gentile e disponibile. La consiglio vivamente come struttura mi è piaciuta molto.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, ma se devo trovare delle inezie è che avendo la camera a piano terra vicino al giardino ogni tanto entravano delle formiche, ma è abbastanza normale. Inserirei per la colazione delle varianti dei dolci nell'arco della settimana.

Excellent swimming pool and pool bar, with a convenient location just outside the lively center of Pefkochori, offering a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is small and intimate, with a great poolside restaurant serving high-quality food. Guests also benefit from the hotel's partnership with Nostra Mare Beach Bar, where they can enjoy delicious cuisine and attractive sunbed packages on the beach.

The apartment interiors could benefit from some refurbishment, as the overall style feels a bit dated. Another drawback is the location on a busy road. While this is beyond the hotel's control, the lack of a pedestrian crossing nearby makes access less convenient and can be a safety concern.

Size of rooms

The whole vibe of the hotel and the staff is process oriented, they forget that guests are coming for leisure and wish to rest from logistics. For example, every small need has to go through the reception... Picking up pool towels requires depositing 5 Euro per towel, charging your room for coffee at the bar, needs to be approved by the reception... Why not keep guests credit cards for security? Then, the water at the tap is not drinkable but they don't provide mineral water on a daily basis although it is very cheap in Greece. The family rooms are not decorated in a modern design and require some maintenance. Lastly on location, the hotel is next to the main road so both the pool and some rooms experience some noise when seating outside. The walk to the town next by is not pleasant and there is no parking in town during peak season so it's pretty challenging.

I stayed at Flegra Palace and had a mixed experience. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was very good. However, I felt that the price was too high for the facilities and overall experience. Some of the furniture and rooms could use renovation, as they looked a little outdated and worn. Considering the price we paid, I expected the hotel to offer better and more modern facilities. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I don’t think it offered the best value for money.

Breakfast is the same every day, after 4-5 days…you cannot eat it anymore. The rooms are not soundproofed, basically you can hear when your neighbours take a shower 😀or flush the toilet.

The staff was really polite and the hotel was well mentained.

The location was convenient and close to the beach. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay

Breakfast was identical every day for 7 nights. Room amenities were very basic — no bathrobes, no iron, and water was only replenished once. The pool water appeared discoloured and we did not feel comfortable using it. The room interior was more dated than shown in the photos. A pre-arranged birthday request was confirmed by the hotel but not fulfilled upon arrival.

Central Location -5 minutes walk to Pefkohori, rich breakfast, spectacular garden landscaping around pool,helpful,caring employee, clean and new/ modern room

Lovely room and great swimming pool and staff very helpful. Only a short walk into the town with great choice of restaurants and bars. Beautiful beaches and many were sandy with crystal clear water.

Only small thing was we would have preferred a bathroom with shower as mentioned on the booking confirmation but this was not possible when we arrived as room we booked only came with bath and shower/screen option.

Sehr unflexibel im Restaurant. Wollten eine Beilage umbestellen (Kartoffeln oder Grillhemüse statt Linsenpüree) dies wurde abgelehnt

Lokalita, prostředí v areálu hotelu, nádherná zahrada, perfetní jídlo, čistota , restaurace, bazén, personál příjemný a vstřícný.

Netjes, dichtbij het stadje en de zee. Lekker zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Alles was super netjes en schoon.

Добър хотел, приятна обстановка, семпло обзаведени апартаменти. Приятна спа зона. Изключително любезен и отзивчив персонал, хавлиите и постелното бельо се сменаха всеки ден. Басейнът е много добър и чист, с различна дълбочина. Барът над басейна е прекрасно място, където можеш да пиеш кафе или друга напитка, както и да хапнаеш. Закуската беше малко еднообразна, но имаше избор за всеки вкус. Хотелът е малко отдалечен от центъра на Пефкофори, едни приятни 15мин за разходка. Плажът, който е на 7-8мин пеша от хотела е с доста камъни.

Течащата вода в банята беше солена, но явно в цялото село е такава :).

6 gün kaldığımız bu otelde odalar hergün temizlendi, yatak rahattı,oda çok büyüktü,su ısıtıcı, kahve makinasi vardı ve her gun kahvelerimiz,sallama caylarimiz tazelendi,dolabında ilk gün su vardı,kahvaltısı ise Türkler icin gayet yeterliydi peynirler,zeytinler,yeşillikler,kuruyemisler,sallama çaylar,her türlü yumurta çeşitleri,farkli kahve cesitleri gibi geniş bir kahvaltı seçeneği sunuyorlar,otopark sorunu yaşanmıyor otelin önünde uzun bir park yeri var,araba ile 5 dk icinde çarşıya gidebiliyorsunuz.Otel fotograflarindan daha güzel havuzuna girmedik ama akşam çok harika isiklandiriliyor, zeytin ağaçları içinde küçük küçük yanyana dizilmiş iki katlı binalar şeklinde çok ferah ve yeşillikler içinde bir mimarisi var.Çalisanlar ise çok sıcakkanlı,güleryüzlü hepsine çok teşekkür ederim.Ve otelin önerdiği hemen karşı tarafına geçince aradan gidilen Mare Nostra beach 6 gün oraya gittik yemekler uygun,acayip leziz ve denizi ve ortamı çok güzeldi,memnun kalirsiniz bence gidin ( 2 sezlong 1 şemsiye 30 Euro'yu tercih edin kişi başı 15 Euro oluyor) Herşey için teşekkürler ederiz Flegra Palaca🩷

Everything was excellent – wonderful staff, with Natasa at the reception being very kind, as well as the other employees in the restaurant. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was excellent.

The place is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is great.

It’s a 10-minute walk to the beach across a busy road

Everything about the hotel was perfect – clean rooms, stylish design, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again!

My wife and I have just stayed at the Flegra Palace for 7 nights, and we were very happy with our choice. First of all, the hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, as was the poolbar area. The reception staff Olga and George were very polite and more than happy to help. The hotel liaison manager Jelena was always available to help, give advice, and also give recommendations for good restaurants. The pool bar staff were again all very polite, and the service was excellent, so all staff were a credit to the hotel. Most days we ate lunch around the pool and the food was good. My only criticisms were issues around the pool area. Firstly, glasses and bottles were allowed around the pool area, and at one time, there were six bottles at the pool edge. Secondly, hard footballs (not the soft blow-up ones) were used in the pool and on two accasions hit my wife on the head, the second by a rugby ball which could have broken her glasses or even worse. Some of the ball games by older people got out of hand and this should be stopped. Hence, balls and glasses do not mix, especially around a swimming pool where most people, including children walk barefoot. In my opinion, glasses and bottles should be replaced by plastic, and hard balls should not be allowed at "any time", and this is constructive criticism, which should be addressed by the management. On 3 occasions, we could not get clean towels, and there didn't seem to be enough for the number of people. There were also around 8 sunbeds at the shallow end without parasols, this again could easily be sorted. As there were many positives at the start of my review, I only dropped on star for my criticisms.

Ball games and glasses around the pool area.

There is a gym and a nice swimming pool.

The wi-fi in the room was not working for the entire stay of 6 days. The staff was always saying that they will send someone to fix it, but they never did. The room was not clean and the cleaning was not sufficient, they only change the towels and nothing else, however one dirty towel was laying on the floor for 3 days and they didn't took it. Also sometimes the new towels they put in the room was dirty. The breakfast was almost ok, but the products were cheap and bot with good quality. The juices just a joke, the only good thing was the omelette and pancake station and the chef was really friendly. The gym is very small and almost with no appliances and no air condition inside, when you trained it feels like you are in the sauna. When you turn the tv in the room there only a few channels and no international ones. In the bathroom they use the most cheap toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. The rooms are very small and not comfortable and there is no good noise isolation. The only good thing is that the staff were trying to be friendly.
