We liked a lot the swimming pool area and the position close to the beach.. The apartment was cosy and spacious, well furnished and equipped, with a nice terrace perfect for having meals . The place spotless with a daily change of towel. It is a family run facility and we felt part of the family who was incredibly helpful and nice. Highly recommended and if in Santorini again we will go back for sure.

Si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia e dai ristoranti. Tutto è molto ben manutenuto, pulito e curato: gli appartamenti, il giardino, la piscina. I proprietari sono accoglienti, sorridenti e ben disposti verso i clienti. L’appartamento viene rassettato ogni giorno, completo di tutto il necessario. Siamo stati molto bene. Consigliato

Lo staff è di una accoglienza unica super disponibili e sempre precisi noi siamo arrivati alle 11.30 per colpa del volo è una volta arrivati nella struttura erano già lì ad accoglierci anche se era tardi poi l’appartamento sempre pulito se dovrò rivenire a Santorini verrò sicuramente qua

Esperienza davvero eccezionale! L’appartamento è in una posizione fantastica, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, comodissimo per godersi il mare senza bisogno di prendere l’auto. La struttura è accogliente, curata e perfetta per trascorrere qualche giorno in totale relax. Ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno davvero speciale è stato il personale, super accogliente, disponibile e gentile. Ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa e ci hanno dato tantissimi consigli utili per vivere al meglio la zona: cosa visitare, quali luoghi non perdere, dove noleggiare l’auto e prenotare escursioni. Consigli preziosissimi che hanno reso la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole e organizzata. Posizione, ospitalità e attenzione verso gli ospiti hanno superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative.

Staff fantastico ed estremamente accogliente, l’ultimo giorno ci hanno fatto stare in piscina anche dopo l’orario di check out per darci il tempo di attendere in modalità iper kon confortevole prima di prendere il volo per tornare a casa. Veramente gentili!

L’acqua all’interno della struttura è leggermente salata, anche in camera, per lavarsi i denti e farsi la doccia forse avrei preferito l’acqua dolce.

Soggiorno meraviglioso, tutto lo staff cordiale attento e accurato. Attenti ai piccoli dettagli. Qualità-prezzo ottimo. Tutto fantastico

Die Lage ist großartig! 2 Minuten zum Strand, der Balkon mit Meerblick. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastfamilie ist total nett, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich, wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen sicher wieder! Ευχαριστούμε για τη φιλοξενία

We werden onmiddellijk heel vriendelijk onthaald. Personeel is altijd bereikbaar en niks is te veel, ze doen alles om te helpen. Heel mooi zwembad met ligzetels en een bar, alles heel en proper onderhouden. Het appartement heeft alles wat het nodig heeft, goede bedden, badkamer met douche, kleine keuken en terras. Er wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. Ligging is vlakbij het strand en bars en restaurants. Zeker een aanrader!

Excellent place to relax. Daily care for us by the staff, for which we are grateful. We had everything we needed. Away from the crowds of Fira, only 100 m from the beach, where there is enough space. Coastal promenade with restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

A wonderful stay in Perissa – highly recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Arapiou Apartments and Studios. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the whole property feels fresh and well maintained – you can tell the owners take real pride in the place. What truly made our stay special was the family running the hotel. They are genuinely warm and friendly, always helpful with tips and recommendations, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area is lovely – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. The location is another big plus: just a short walk from Perissa beach and plenty of great restaurants and tavernas. We would happily return, and we highly recommend Arapiou to anyone visiting Santorini!

Een prachtige accommodatie, zeer goed onderhouden, van alle comfort voorzien en echt fijne bedden. Lekker zwembad met een klein barretje waar je wordt voorzien van een drankje. Op loopafstand van het mooie lange zwarte zandstrand en nabij gezellige taverna’s. De gastvrijheid van de eigenaren hebben onze vakantie bij Arapiou compleet gemaakt.

Tutto perfetto. Camere pulitissime, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Posizione straordinaria ad 1 minuto a piedi dal lungomare. Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile. Organizzazione della struttura magnifica. La cucina era completa di ogni confort letteralmente non manca nulla. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

We didn’t like anything. *Beware they don’t have any two bedroom units* It is false advertisement.

This was a false advertisement. We booked a two bedroom unit through booking.com. When we got there it was 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and the other single beds were in the kitchen. We told the owners that we booked a two bedroom and they said they don’t have two bedrooms. We told the owners that we were leaving as we were not comfortable. We had to go and find another hotel to stay, that had 2 bedrooms which cost us more money that we had not planned on spending. We contacted booking.com to let them know what happened and that we wanted a refund. The representative from booking.com told us that the owners of Aparious apartments was not going to give us a refund.

Vi kunne godt lide at personalet var virkelig søde og imødekommende, samt havde situationsfornemmelse ift. hvor påtrængende de skulle være. I lejligheden var der alt der skulle være, det var skønt. Poolområdet var roligt og dejligt. Afstanden til strand og spisesteder var perfekt, samt der var mulighed for indkøb 10 min fra lejlighederne.

Aircondition var ikke så god og larmede lidt.

The pool is gorgeous with excellent well kept gardens.abd has a poolside bar Two minutes from the beach and so handy for perissa and perivolos. We stayed there with friends and had an amazing time will most definitely return

Some towels had stains, overall look would be better if they were white, because stains could be more easily spotted. One duvet cover also had a stain. Dishes were dirty, it was needed to wash them before using. Also there was teflon pan with really thick and deep scratches, unusable for preparing food. And only 1 knife for cutting, also dirty.

Perfect location as near the beach as can be AND short walk to the main street. Lots of nice restaurants at the beach. Family business and nice, helpful sisters taking care of the quests. Everything clean and relaxed. Perfect for couples and friends who want to stay in a peaceful atmosphere. Super easy and convenient to enjoy both pool and sea the same day! Warmly recommended.

We stayed in Apartment No. 9 for 7 days at the end of May with our two children, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We especially loved the beautiful garden, the spotless swimming pool, and the convenient parking area. Housekeeping was done every day, and everything we needed was always provided — fresh towels, a small but well-equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, and a lovely dining area on the balcony where we enjoyed our meals. The location is excellent. Although it is not on the first line, the beach is only a 2-minute walk away. The beach itself is very clean and peaceful, with a restaurant and sunbeds available. We rented a car during our stay, which made it very easy and affordable to visit local supermarkets and explore the entire island. The apartments are owned by a very friendly family, which makes the place feel especially well cared for. Communication was always pleasant and welcoming. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly come back again.

Our stay at Arapiou surpassed all expectations we could have had. We recommend it and would love to come back. We were at one of the ground floor rooms in front of the pool. We had very nice cosy breakfasts sunbathing on the little terrace area. The apartments are 1 min walk from the beach and we enjoyed swimming at that spot. The pool area is also great and there is a small bar for snacks and drinks. The room was super clean and comfortable and it was cleaned every day. The little kitchenette was super handy to prepare small simple meals. We’re super grateful to Chrisa and family for being such amazing hosts <3

Tout a été parfait. L'endroit est calme, bien situé juste à quelques mètres de la plage. Il y a également une piscine, et les lieux sont propres. Un grand merci à Chrissa, sympathique et disponible, qui nous a très bien reçus et conseillés sur toutes les activités ou bonnes adresses qu'elle connaissait.

Had a great time at Arapiou apartments. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. Updated and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Well run family hotel with welcoming and warm hosts. Steps away from beautiful Perissa beach with all its amenities, restaurants, market , beach activities and so much more.

Couldn’t fault it

The pool was so close to the room I walked across without shoes on. The beach is in sight from the room, the staff were friendly and gave recommendations for places to go and eat. The pool bar was a welcome surprise.

Everything about these studios is just great. Lovely hosts, very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The pool is just perfect and the whole place is spotless clean. The family that run it are so friendly and helpful and the bar by the pool is very nice too. The location is ideal only a stones throw from the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this gem of a place.

Lo staff, ovvero la famiglia che gestisce tutta l’attività, è stato eccezionale ed estremamente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Abbiamo vissuto in un clima accogliente e piacevole e speriamo di poter tornare a trovarli in futuro

I can highly recommend this place to anyone! The hosts are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The property has a well-maintained pool, and the beach is just a few meters away, making it very convenient. Fresh sheets and towels are provided daily, and if you have any questions, the hosts are more than happy to assist. I would definitely love to come back!

A lovely place to stay. The family run apartments are great, they were very clean , well equipped and in a great location close to shops, restaurants, the beach and the bus stop. Apartments were cleaned everyday, clean towels and pool towels provided. It’s set back from the main road and very quiet and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Arapiou any have already booked again for next year. Highly recommended 😊

The apartments were absolutely beautiful! The pool was so nice and clean, and the location was so ideal; it was a 2 minute walk to Perissa beach (the most beautiful beach on the island in my opinion) And the staff were sooo lovely and helpful! Would love to come back one day :)

Pomimo tego, ze apartament jest blisko plaży i restauracji, to do autobusu i sklepu jest 12 minut piechotą, co przy upale jest trudnością.

Siamo in 4, persone sorde, e siamo abbastanza soddisfatti. L’unica difficoltà è la mancanza di comunicazione tramite messaggi: quando abbiamo bisogno di qualcosa dobbiamo cercare lo staff di persona, perché non accettano di comunicare via messaggio. Per farci capire usiamo il cellulare con il traduttore e così riusciamo a parlare. L’host è molto semplice e disponibile. Materasso e cuscini davvero ottimi! Sempre gentili e disponibili. Pulizia della camera eccellente: ogni giorno passano a cambiare e mettere in ordine. Unica nota: gli asciugamani non erano sporchi, ma a volte avevano un odore sgradevole. La piscina è molto carina, e la spiaggia nera si trova praticamente a due passi. Le due sorelle che gestiscono sono persone bravissime: ci hanno perfino consigliato cosa vedere sull’isola senza che noi lo chiedessimo. Personale attento.

La ubicación está genial, tienes una playa preciosa enfrente y lleno de restaurantes de todo tipo. El personal es muy amable y hacen todo lo posible por que estés genial, de lo mejor que me he encontrado en Grecia. Les agradezco mucho lo serviciales y buenas personas que han sido. Es una muy buena elección , lo recomiendo total.

La WIFI/ Cobertura, la deberían mejorar porque no llega bien , por poner un pero, aunque de vacaciones tampoco te da tiempo de estar tanto en internet y para lo que se pueda necesitar llega más o menos bien. Los elegiría igualmente porque son geniales y aún con esta circunstancia es una muy buena elección.

The whole unit offers excellent accommodation and facilities along with a swimming pool, which I enjoyed very much. One thing I especially liked about the swimming pool is that it isn't too deep, so I could actually touch its deepest point with my toes. The room I had was spotlessly clean and was pretty and cozy, and everything in it was stylish and fully functioning. The location is excellent, as it is only a couple of minutes away from Perissa/Perivolos beach, still really quiet. I do not remember having had any noise issues during my stay. That could be because there isn't anything else nearby, except for another small hotel, which is across the street leading to the beach. The nearest supermarket and bus station are only 7 minutes away on foot (yet getting there might be a bit confusing, at least in the first day). Overall, it was very pleasant, affordable near-luxury accommodation. Eirini, the manager, was very keen to provide many useful tips of information about the island.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. There might be some natural light coming in the room during the sunrise, but for me this wasn't a problem.

Very clean apartments (cleaned daily - maybe they should give a sign to the rooms to indicate if they wanted to be cleaned/towels changed. There was no need to clean every single day in my opinion, but this is not a complain.. :) just an eco-friendly alternative). Very very close to the beach. Pool is amazing. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our flight was late on the day and it was allowed to enjoy the pool for the day and have a shower on pool area before departure and after checking out. (Could shower, but only appreciation for letting us stay a bit longer)

The drive-way to the studios can be intimidating. vERY narrow. Not sure if bigger cars can drive through there. But seems the car could be left outside..
