L'emplacement est idéal, l'hôtel est super propre, la chambre était belle, bien entretenue, il y avait 2 airs climatisés, un dans la chambre et l'autre dans la pièce principale. La terrasse est aussi bien appréciée!

La seule chose est que le divan lit dans la pièce principale est un peu dur.

The bathroom was smelly at night due to the sewers , the door was destroyed on the top because of the water dripping caused by the aircondition (as the host informed us) and one towel had some stains

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit Charme, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum von Lefkada. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe hat uns der nette Herr mit vielen interessanten Infos versorgt.

Wie bereits von anderen Gästen beschrieben, ist es sehr hellhörig. Für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf empfehle ich Ohrstöpsel 😉. Gäste sollten sich meiner Meinung nach mehr an die Ruhezeit halten, um die anderen nicht zu stören! Dafür kann das Management aber nichts.

Zentral gelegen. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Apartments sind liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und eine Ansprechpartnerin ist immer vor Ort und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Super!!!

The place was great, it's equipped with everything you may need for a good holiday. It's located on a very charming street, very close to the main street and the seaside alley. The host was very nice. There is free public parking with a lot of spaces nearby.

There is free parking but it is located about 5-10 minutes from the apartment, which was not a problem for me but I suppose it could be unpleasant if you have a lot of baggage.

The room was clean, spacious, central and close to a free car park space. The host was friendly, very helpful and accomodating. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. Highly recommended!

The Eriel Boutique was amazing. It was clean, well decorated, and easily accessible. It was in a trendy and safe area. We were very satisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eriel and highly recommend it. The apartment was beautiful and had a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely veranda to relax and hang clothes, and it was cleaned every day. The welcome was very warm and thoughtful. We loved everything!

Location and staff were exceptional. Washing machine available. Nespresso pod coffee machine. Communal courtyard and drying area. Very clean and well appointed property. The manage Peli assisted us with travel arrangements. The young girl who cleans the rooms was fantastic.

Nothing that we didn’t like.

The stay was very comfortable - our room was quite spacious. There was a fridge and a mini kitchen, which were especially handy. It was also a short walk from the city center, which we appreciated.

Getting the keys took a bit of back and forth, but to be honest, it was not a major inconvenience.

Am Wochenende ist es leider in der Nacht durch Motorräder die vorbei fahren sehr laut.

The staff were very friendly, attentive and super helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Great central location on the outskirt of the old town. All restaurants are within a short walk. Had a lovely balcony on the first floor.

Our room looked out over the road, it was a little loud at night if we kept the windows open.

Clean and spacious apartment very close to the centre! Free parking nearby so it makes it very easy to park and walk to the city centre. The staff was super attentive and the apartment was fully equipped.

You can hear the people in the common area of the building as the door to the apartment was super thin

Absolutely loved the cleanliness of the rooms and having our own balcony. Also loved how central the location was and how nice everyone in the town was!

The location of the apartment was great! Very close to the main street but in a little quiet street. The room was very clean and so beautiful- suitable for the amazing vacation. The host was available for any question and request.

The parking is a little bit farther than we thought.

Stylish, tasteful, with an eye for detail and fully equipped. My stay in Lefkada town could not have been better. A welcome with a bottle of wine and a balcony with a view where it could be finished was a pleasant bonus. The manager of Eriel was also very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten das Apartment im obersten Stockwerk. Sehr geräumig, sauber, gut ausgestattet, mit großem Balkon zum Garten. Lage: ruhig in einer residential area gelegen, nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zur Innenstadt mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Großer öffentlicher Parkplatz ca. 300m entfernt. Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns eine Flasche griechischer Wein - eine nette Geste. Obwohl es ein Apartment ist wurde der Müll regelmäßig geleert und die Handtücher gewechselt. Peli, die Managerin war jederzeit per Whatsapp oder telefonisch erreichbar. Fazit: alles prima, kommen gerne wieder.

Everything was wonderful. The room was clean, tidy, fully equiped with eveything needed and spacious. We loved the design of the room, the perfect location and the worm and immediate communication with Peli, the manager who acommodated all our needs. Hope we visit again soon.

I really liked the location in town and the kitchen in the room was well equipped. I also loved that I was able to use the washing machine.

Parking was not onsite but a 5 minute walk away. Not a big problem for me.

Good comfortable room for the price on the outer of old town. Easy walk to all amenities restaurants and bars. Very accomodating host for a smooth check in.

The rooms open into a communal hallway so not a lot of privacy. Only one key provided that controls electricity and also accesses the property internally so you can’t go out seperately. Was a little noisy

Wundervolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage! Wir haben uns so richtig wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! Auf der Flaniermeile mit schönen Geschäften und auch an der Marina, wo es viele gute Tavernen und eine Bushaltestelle gibt, ist man schon in nur 5 Minuten (Fußweg)! Besser geht es gar nicht, denn trotzdem liegt Eriel etwas abseits vom Trubel. Wir wurden vor Ort sehr herzlich empfangen (der Taxi-Transfer vom Flughafen wurde ebenfalls von Eriel organisiert). Für das Einchecken waren wir noch etwas zu früh dran, aber wir durften die Koffer unterstellen und erhielten Tipps für eine gute Location zum Frühstücken und für einen Markt mit lokalen Produkten, wo wir dann auch erst mal Gemüse, Knoblauch, Oliven etc. eingekauft haben (da wir auch die Küche nutzen wollten). Wir hatten das Penthouse-Apartment gebucht (ganz oben). Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Alles in dem Apartment ist durchdacht und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt u.a. einen großen Balkon, einen Safe, 2 Fernseher, ein gemütliches Sofa, einen großen Tisch, 2 Klimaanlagen, einen Deckenventilator sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Wenn Sie sehr viel kochen möchten, sollten Sie ggf. darüber nachdenken, ein großes scharfes Küchenmesser einzupacken (es ist aber ein kleineres im Inventar). Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr angenehm gewesen, heißes Wasser hatten wir jederzeit in ausreichender Menge. Ein paar Details im Bad könnten zwar ein kleines Upgrade vertragen, doch das ist wirklich nur eine Randnotiz. Auch sehr schön:  Im Wohn-/Küchenbereich (und auf dem Balkon sowieso) hat man ein tolles Panorama, egal, wohin man schaut. Die Fenster haben Fliegengitter. Auch wichtig: Das Bett war sehr bequem und ausreichend groß. Vor allem aber wurden wir herzlich vom Team betreut und hatten jederzeit die Möglichkeit, Kontakt aufzunehmen, Fragen zu stellen und Infos zu bekommen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine gute Flasche Weißwein und zum Abschied eine Schachtel mit Süßigkeiten aus der Region.

החדר היה נקי מאוד ומאובזר בכל טוב. בעלי המקום היו נגישים ומזמינים מאוד ונתנו המלצות לטיולים ומסעדות שוות במיוחד באיזור :)

דירת המרתף הייתה ברירת מחדל ועדיין בסדר ללילה אחד. החדרים הרגלים מקסימים !!

Posizione molto buona e centrale. Facilità di parcheggio intorno al Museo Archeologico (150 m circa). Camera abbastanza spaziosa e arredata con gusto, con aria condizionata e ventilatore a soffitto. Simpatica l'idea del dono del telo spiaggia.

La colazione (a parte caffè o té/tisane) non è disponibile ed è un peccato, perché il terrazzo e la loggia/veranda al'ingresso si presterebbero molto bene, permettendo di conoscere gli altri ospiti.

Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaubsausklang! Die Unterkunft ist stylish eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Sehr zentrale Lage zur Einkaufsstraße, aber trotzdem ruhig. Zimmer war sehr sauber mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Toll war auch die Gemeinschaftsfläche im Garten, die man nutzen durfte und die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und top organisiert.

Nous avons été ravis de l’accueil du personnel, très sympathique et toujours de bon conseil (restaurants, visites, plages). Le logement était très propre, confortable et bien équipé, avec une qualité digne de meilleurs hôtels. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le soin apporté au service et à l’hygiène. Malgré l’appartement situé en sous-sol qui restait disponible lors de ma réservation, nous n’avons ressenti aucun inconvénient : il était frais, agréable et sentait bon. Nous étions cinq et unanimement satisfaits de notre séjour, sans aucun point négatif à relever. Moi ainsi que ma famille sommes ravis d'avoir séjourner dans cet établissement que je recommande fortement.

Lage,es gab Willkommensgeschenke. Der Mann, der und empfangen hat, hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war sehr freundlich.

Sehr unfreundliche Managerin. Sie hat unser Anliegen nicht ernst genommen und ist einfach weg gegangen. Wenn man in einem Serviceorientiertem Beruf arbeitet, sollte man zumindest professionell sein. Diese Dame war das definitiv nicht. Die Unterkunft war zwar sauber,wenn man jedoch einige Ecken sich näher angeschaut hat, hat man gesehen, dass zum Beispiel die Steckdosen nicht abgestaubt wurden. Der Föhn war voller Staub und die Kaffeemaschine war voller Kalk.
