The place and location is good we can gate the mini supermarket nearest.

There is no smart tv if you want to watch spritual music or football, there is no DSTV and the door not fix verywell if there is wind it will noisy There is gap.

If you are thinking about booking this apartment, do it! We had the best time there. The apartment is huge and has an incredible view. It also has two bathrooms, which was a nice add on and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. And last but not least, Sophia is the best host! She welcomed us with homemade passion fruit lemonade made with fruits from her own garden. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions about Mahé. She even gave us a lovely goodbye present, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better stay.

Honestly, we couldn’t find anything we didn’t like. Everything was perfect for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

L'accueil de Sophia était très réconfortant, elle est juste géniale, gentille et très sympathique. La maison est située à côté de Anse Royale, un coin sympa où l'on peut manger de la très bonne cuisine créole dans les snacks en bord de route (Cousine royale est excellent), Question propreté, de la maison c'était parfait. Envisager impérativement une voiture et ne pas avoir peur de conduire dans les pentes très raides

Sophia est une hôtesse adorable, gentille et très attentionnée , faisant tout ce qui était en son pouvoir pour nous faire découvrir son pays, faciliter notre séjour et le rendre agréable . Pas si simple de grimper pour rejoindre la villa en voiture.... Heureusement il y a une place de parking.

Sophia und ihre Mutter haben uns mit frisch gepresstem Saft aus Passionsfrüchten empfangen. Sehr lecker! Im Wohnzimmer stand eine Vase mit frisch gepflückten Blumen aus dem Garten der Mutter. Süß! Es gab noch ein kleines Geschenk beim Auszug. Wie aufmerksam! Sophia ist sehr nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie macht ihren Job sehr gut, obwohl das nur ihr Hobby ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Fantastischer Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Wald und den Ozean. Das Haus ist neu. Der Garten ist noch nicht fertig. Ein Bugger steht auf dem Gelände.

Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft mit Mietwagen zu buchen. Und das sagen wir als "hartgesottene Backpacker". Der Hügel ist steil und zieht sich. Die Entfernung zur Ortsmitte von Grande Anse mit Geschäften etc. ist nicht zu unterschätzen. Das Treppenhaus müsste man durchwischen.

The host Sofia is a great host, surrounded by beautiful nature, next to the beach and a restaurant on the ocean shore, we thank her for her hospitality, helpfulness and beautiful smile. We will definitely visit again.

Excellent apartments, two bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, a spacious kitchen and living room. All the necessary appliances, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a gas stove, and plenty of dishes, ensuring a comfortable stay. Private parking spaces, a shower at the entrance to wash off the sand and a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. Special thanks Sophia, who was attentive, caring, and answered all our questions. At the end of our stay, she prepared a delicious Creole dinner. We highly recommend this wonderful place and will definitely return.

C'est très calme. Le ménage est fait très régulièrement et les serviettes changées. La propriétaire est exceptionnelle. Elle est très accueillante, très serviable, elle nous a donné des conseils pour mieux connaître la région. Elle est extrêmement gentille et attentionné. Merci beaucoup car grâce à elle nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances ? Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

A wonderful and welcoming stay! This guest house in the Seychelles was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations, transportation, or anything we needed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well‑equipped, with a lovely view from the balcony that made every morning feel special. As a self catering guest house the kitchen was equipped with all we needed with thoughtful touches that showed how much care the hosts put into everything they do. The location was ideal — peaceful, close to the beach, and a great starting point for exploring the island. We truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and personal attention that made our stay feel unique. A charming place with a wonderful host, Sophia. We would happily stay here again.

The only small wish would be for a bit more parking space

The villa is really comfortable with an amazing ocean view on the hill overlooking jungles where we enjoyed lush nature. The apartments are spacious and really convenient where you can find everything you need for relaxation and comfortable stay.

The only thing we’d advise host to provide is a safe so travellers can be calm.

Все было отлично! Sophia очень приятная и позитивная хозяйка! Разрешила нам остаться на 2 часа больше планируемого выезда. Вилла чистая и просто огромная. Вид с балкона - прекрасен как и вся местность вокруг. Теоретически, можно дойти пешком до пляжа Анс-Ройаль, но не рекомендую таким заниматься - на Сейшелах нужна машина и учитывать особенности вождения и парковки возле вилл - чтобы не было удивления. Надеюсь вернемся снова! Спасибо.

Все нравится. Только учитывайте - что это восточная сторона острова. Те при потрясающем виде с балкона заката вы не увидите. Это на другой стороне.

We especially appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail — it’s clear that the hosts truly care about every aspect of the villa. A special thank you to Sophia and Richard, and their lovely little daughter. They welcomed us warmly, helped with our transfer arrangements, and shared many useful local tips. They are practical, attentive, and wonderfully hospitable people — with them, you truly feel at home. What impressed us most was the great value for money, the consistently high guest ratings, and the hosts’ genuine willingness to help with anything. All this makes Le Ronce Villa a perfect choice for both couples and families. We left with gratitude in our hearts and a promise to return. Everything was simply perfect.

Хорошее место - много пространства, все аккуратно, чисто, на своих местах. Очень благодарны хозяйке - Софии, за гостеприимство, хорошую атмосферу и поддержку. Также по наводке других путешественников попросили приготовить нам Креольский ужин - были приятно впечатлены. Смело рекомендую.

Pb pour dormir, chiens bruyants juste à cotés de 18h00 à 3h du matin, donc si sommeil leger passez votre chemin.

Appartement propre, bien équipé et bien situé dans un quartier calme dans les hauteurs de anse royale. Sophia est accueillante et de bon conseil.

Literie un peu dure pour nous. Petit bac de douche.

Mooi ruim appartement precies afgestemd op 4 bezoekers. 2 toiletten waarvan 1 op de badkamer, wasmachine was erg handig. Mooi uitzicht richting de oceaan. En de gastvrouw Sophia is zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk etc. Precies of beter helemaal goede gastvrouw. Huurauto via haar geregeld en communicatie verliep makkelijk zowel via what's app als fysiek.

Het is precies afgestemd op 4 personen. Geen overvloedig servies dus je zult het afwassen bij moeten houden en dat is dan eigenlijk ook wel weer goed :-). Niet zozeer tegenvallend maar meer aandachtspunt: voor toekomstige bezoekers het echt goed te weten is dat een huurauto wel eigenlijk een must is. De helling naar het appartement is steil, dus hoewel er een supermarktje dichtbij ligt gaat het je snel tegenstaan. Dat zeggende, niet geschikt voor mensen welke slecht ter been zijn als je geen auto ter beschikking hebt.

Sophia is the best host I’ve ever met, she helped us with everything we needed and was in touch all the time. The apartment is very spacious with a great view, we felt very much like home. We walked up the hill easily, so don’t be afraid if you don’t have a car.

Thanks for a comfortable stay to Sofia and her assistants! Everything you need for a vacation is there! The friendly owner of the apartment is always ready to help. There is a good grocery store within walking distance!

Everything, the apartment has everything you need for a long stay, washing machine, fridge, stove, oven, you name it. Very clean and cosy apartment. Sophia is a lovely host, she goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The location is great if you want to go to the beach or explore the entire island, plus the view from the balcony is so beautiful.

The apartments are spacious and functional. The balcony is lovely with amazing views - with fruit bats flying nearby. Sophia is a wonderful host - always smiling and ready to assist. The location is perfect to explore South Mahe and the West coast - which in my view are the best parts of the island.

I stayed at Le Ronce Villa for the second time. First time was in 2019 and I was very satisfied stayed at this property. Now was my second time and it was perfect stay again, in every aspects. Apartment was super clean, well equiped with all amenities you need. Also the host, Sophia, is very helpful person and do not hesitate to ask her about the hints regarding restaurants, take aways and other useful informations. She will explain you everything you should know about island and Anse Royale. I would like to say thanks a lot for everything she helped us. Mahe is beautiful island, as well Praslin and La Digue. For Mahe and Praslin I recommend to hire a car.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Le Ronce Villa in Seychelles! The apartment design is perfect – spacious, beautifully laid out, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. One thing to note is that the villa is located on a hill, so having a good car is important for getting around easily, and I would recommend an automatic car for the best experience. Overall, it was a wonderful

Very nice appartement with a lot of space, very clean, everything works perfect. The decor is very cozy. And Sophia the host , is a very adorable kindly lady!

Chose Anse Royale as one of the best locations on the island... We weren't disappointed! Sophia is a fantastic host. Very organised. Supplied a hairdryer when we thought the appt had one. Then left us coconuts and papaya during the week. Always on hand for our queries. Apartment is huge! Yes, really. Dozens of power sockets and the unexpected bonus of a washing machine. Generally superbly equipped. Made life very easy. Lovely views down to the sea.. But We only used a car one day so walked up the hill back to the apartment every day from the beach. It's about 25 minutes on the flat from the best (Northern) shady end of Anse Royale beach, followed by 5 minutes of hard slog up a 25% gradient to get to the apartment . We managed it all 10 days and we are in our 60's and no longer stream lined! Absolutely recommended. Everything I hoped the Seychelles would provide came to fruition in this idyllic location.

Be wary of weekend "festivals" on the beach as it can get very busy. During the week there's plenty of space and in some instances we were one of only 3 or 4 couples on our bit of beach.

The property was one of the best during our stay in the Seychelles. It was well equipped with all appliances we needed (washing machine, kitchen etc.) The view was spectacular from the balcony and Sophia is the most amazing host that you can wish for.

There was nothing we didn't like, but the location is a bit uncomfortable. Very steep hill to go up to before you reach the accommodation, we didn't mind it but if you are not in a good condition you will probably struggle 🙂 Another tip is to bring an extra power converter if you need it. Unfortunately ours stopped working during the trip and it was hard to find one. Nothing to do with the accommodation though, maybe that's something that could be an additional equipment in the accommodation.

We enjoyed a lot staying in Sophia's apartment. Sophia is very nice and always ready to help. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos. It has a full kitchen. Wifi works very well. We stayed for 2 weeks and will be glad to stay more.

Comfortable bed, spacious apartment. All amenities needed. Best scenery view one gets on the island. Safe neighbourhood under supervision of a kestrel (local bird) that visits the balcony. Actually that was the only place I saw it, appears to be of a shy species. Can watch the nature and its habitat from a beautiful balcony. In fact all view from all windows was amazing. Moderate walking distance to the beach and touristic destinations. Best beaches nearby. Especially one beach with parking, gives exclusive opportunity to snorkel starting directly from the beach. Very satisfied staying 2,5 weeks. Cheerful, considerate and helpful host Sophia is available for you whenever any questions might arise or if any guidance is needed.

There is a slope from the villa which requires to be a little cautious of the rare traffic. Well, Mahe is full of hills so seems to be something one should get used to almost wherever on the island.

I very much appreciated the cheerfulness and kindheartedness of Sophia, the cleanliness of the place as well as all the amenities available - including an extension wire, a washing machine, multiplug, etc.

A huge, spacious, and bright appartment. It was clean and beautifull. Love the view. Its a bit out of the way but if you have a car its not a problem at all. Sophia was helpfull and a wonderfull host. She sent loads of usfull recomendations on where to eat and what to see. And she went out of her way to prepare the flat for our 2 year old. (Baby cot, baby bath, plastic glass...) prefect for a family!

As others have wrote its up a steep hill. So without a car it would be inconvinient to walk the hill every day. But for us that was not the case.

Sophia is the most nice host you could get.she has all the good answers in her bag waiting just for you. We stayed for 6 nights.

Good location near supermarkets and two minutes from Anse Royale. Great views of the mountain and thin strip of the beach. Fully equipped new, large apartment.

Matress in master bedroom is rather soft to my liking.

It was an amazing experience. Sophia is super nice and hostile. The whole stay was lovely and it would be a memorable time for us.

The place is a bit far from the village center, so it is highly recommended to rent a car. Even going to the beach will take you about 15 min walk. When it's hot, it's really difficult.

Property was good and clean. Ms Sophia was very friendly.

Location was very bad. It was too far from center. I paid very much taxi . Public bus station is very far and rare. There is no public transportation.

Fantastic place to stay. Sophia is an excellent host. The property is clean and quiet. We stayed on the top floor with a great view from the balcony. I am highly recommended this place to any guests.

TV is not working correctly as the internet is too slow, but it does not bother me at all.

Excellent villa in a good neighborhood. More about the pros and cons: Pros: -Friendly host Sophia. We were greeted with homemade delicious juice, everything was shown to us and always in touch. In honor of the birthday being celebrated, Sophia cooked us a delicious Creole dinner on the villa, such dishes we have not tried anywhere in cafes. We rested in the rainy season, Sophia kindly provided us with an umbrella. She also personally said goodbye to us, although we left early in the morning. Arranged transfer there and back to the airport. -Beautiful view. Our apartments were on the second floor and overlooked the mountains, sea, and greenery. -Two toilets, quietly working refrigerator, floor dryer for laundry (we were in different apartments and not always lucky with the availability of all these options). -Close proximity to a supermarket and bus stop.

- To have a beautiful view and reach the villa, you'll have to overcome a steep climb. It's very unusual, you get tired, especially if you don't rent a car and move on foot. Unfortunately, slow internet. But if you don't plan to have a movie marathon at 2160p (4k) - it's not a problem. No microwave, but it's a matter of habit. If you plan to eat at cafes - it's not a problem. I want to emphasize that the minuses are a subjective matter of habits. The main thing to focus on is the human attitude, kindness, and responsiveness of host Sofia to her guests. We really enjoyed it!

Sophia was great and had fresh juice ready for us at arrival. the apartment was great with a well equipped kitchen and 2 toilets which was great. Was close to the beach (15 min) and the closest shop was 10 min walk away.
