Royale Self Catering Apartments

No puedo decir mucho sobre que me gustó mas.... quizas lo amplio del apartamento y que tenia parking privado.

El mobiliario en general estaba muy usado, no tenia una caja de seguridad apropiada, las almohadas eran terribles, duras, deformadas, se notaban ya muy usadas, así como el colchón. Entraba luz a traves de las cortinas y no se podía dormir bien, y alli amanece muy temprano, la calle muy ruidosa, la población joven se pasea con altavoces con la música muy alta, y nuevamente, muchos animales abandonados y hambrientos.

Della struttura nulla, l’unico problema è la zona , che la sera non è turistica ,risulta deserta e frequentata all’apparenza da persone poco raccomandabili La spiaggia è vicinissima, ma durante il nostro soggiorno non era possibile andarci a causa del mare sempre mosso

The place was amazing and genuinely met all my expectations. It was very cozy, and the hosts were extremely sweet, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Our room was surprisingly spacious for the price and came fully equipped with essential amenities, including a kitchen, utensils, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge, a stove, and AC. Having these was a huge plus since local restaurants can be pricey, so being able to buy groceries nearby and prepare breakfast or dinner saved us a lot. Another great convenience was the outdoor shower in the yard which was perfect for washing off beach sand before heading inside! Now for the most important part: the Wi-Fi. Compared to other places I’ve stayed (even more expensive properties where Wi-Fi was an issue), it was absolute perfection. The speed was fast enough for browsing, and watching videos and movies, and the coverage extended through the entire room, not just the bed area. Overall, the location and value for money are incredible. I would highly recommend staying here!

Water Heater: A very minor gripe, but the shower uses an electric wall heater that made adjusting the water temperature tricky. It was mostly stuck on three set levels, so slight knob tweaks didn't do much. Fortunately, the middle setting was comfortable enough, so it wasn't a major deal. Street Noise: Cars would frequently drive by throughout the day and late into the night playing extremely loud music, to the point where the windows would literally vibrate, which startled us awake once or twice. Of course, this is completely outside the property's control, but it's worth noting for sensitive sleepers.

Sehr schönes Apartment – hier wurde an alles gedacht! Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier an vieles gedacht und es super umgesetzt wurde. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Besonders gut hat uns die Küche gefallen, die hervorragend ausgestattet ist und einen Backofen hat. Der Umgang war herrlich unkompliziert und fast familiär, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Man hört zwar etwas Lärm von der Straße, aber uns persönlich hat das nicht gestört. Wir können das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Die Lage ist gut, direkt an der Hauptstraße, Supermärkte und Take aways nah dran, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Es istswhr sauber und das Persist sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet. Der Wintergarten ist schmal, gut zum Wäsche trocknen, aber nicht geeignet für gemütliches Sitzen. Die Betten sind hart und die Kissen sind mit Stoffresten gefüllt, deshalb unbequem.

Bardzo czysty apartament z dwoma sypialniami i małym salonem z funkcjonalnym aneksem kuchennym. Blisko plaża, wiele sklepów w sąsiedztwie. Daniella jest bardzo miła, dbała o nasz komfort, traktowała nas, jakby znała nas od zawsze, przynosiła świeże banany i domowe wypieki, wyprała nasze ubrania, proponowała transfer z lotniska i na lotnisko. Anse Royale to świetne miejsce wypadowe w każde miejsce wyspy, a jednocześnie oferuje na miejscu piękne plaże i świetne miejsca do snurkowania. W pobliżu smaczne jedzenie w restauracji i take away. Warto odwiedzić Spice Garden i Craft Village. Z mieszkania bardzo blisko do przystanków autobusowych, z których łatwo złapać autostop lub pojechać autobusem w dowolne miejsce wyspy. Przy apartamencie jest też zamknięte miejsce parkingowe, bezpłatne.

Во- первых, хочется особо поблагодарить хозяев: Даниэлла и ее супруг, девушки по клинингу очень душевные люди! На любую просьбу быстро реагировали, всегда приветливо по утрам встречали! Очень теплая встреча, помогли с такси из и в аэропорт, дали автобусную карточку. Приятные собеседники. Моя мама после серьезной операции на ноги- дали пляжные стул на все пребывание. Уборка отличная, мебель хорошая, все в рабочем состоянии. Даже дали дополнительную сушилку, жили большой семьей. Очень продуман интерьер: шкафы, барная стойка, зона отдыха, сушилка на балконе. Рядом все удобства: магазины, рынок, пекарня, обменник, автобусная остановка. Океан отличный: были временами небольшие волны, много растительности- райский уголок.

Отличное расположение. Пляж рядом. Всё необходимое в шаговой доступности, магазины, банк, питание. WiFi работает отлично. Хозяева очаровательные люди, очень помогают в любом вопросе.

To jedno z tych miejsc, do których chce się wracać, a wszystko dzięki idealnemu połączeniu doskonałej lokalizacji z niesamowitą gościnnością. ​Cudowna lokalizacja i lokalne smaki ​Położenie obiektu to absolutna rewelacja. Apartament znajduje się bardzo blisko oceanu i jednej z najwspanialszych plaż na Seszelach. Widoki zapierają dech w piersiach, a bliskość wody sprawia, że w każdej chwili można cieszyć się urokami tego rajskiego miejsca. Piasek, palmy i krystalicznie czysta woda były na wyciągnięcie ręki. ​Wielkim atutem okolicy jest też zaplecze gastronomiczne. Bardzo blisko znajduje się lokalny targ z niesamowitymi, świeżymi owocami, które kupowaliśmy z przyjemnością. Ponadto w pobliżu działają świetne restauracje, z których regularnie korzystaliśmy. Choć kuchnia w apartamencie była w pełni wyposażona i miała dosłownie wszystko, co potrzebne do gotowania, to i tak ostatecznie jedliśmy na mieście, żeby odkrywać te wszystkie pyszne miejsca w sąsiedztwie. ​Niezrównana gościnność Danieli ​To, co wyróżnia to miejsce, to przede wszystkim jego właścicielka. Daniela jest niezwykle miłą, sympatyczną i ciepłą osobą. Jej gościnność przerosła nasze oczekiwania. Po długiej podróży zostaliśmy przywitani chłodnymi kompresami na twarz oraz orzeźwiającymi napojami – po locie był to wręcz zbawienny i niezwykle uroczy gest. Ogromnym plusem było również to, że Daniela udostępniła nam apartament już we wczesnych godzinach porannych, dzięki czemu mogliśmy od razu odpocząć, zamiast czekać na standardową godzinę zameldowania. ​Daniela okazała się też niezastąpiona w kwestiach logistycznych. Zorganizowała dla nas niezawodną taksówkę z lotniska oraz w stronę powrotną, a także pomogła w sprawnym wynajęciu samochodu w okolicy. Dzięki jej zaangażowaniu cały wyjazd przebiegł całkowicie bezstresowo.

We did love our 11 days stay at Royale Self Catering Apartments. David and Daniella are so kind and nice people. They always made us smile with their story's and jokes. It was like visiting family. All what we had to know about Seychelles and especially Anse Royale and surrounding - they knew and helped us to enjoy our holidays to the fullest. Car rental or private trips with Joevanni which was amazing and everybody should do a tour - David knows Washing, cleaning everything was done so special. Thank you so much and we will definitely come back.

The apartment ticked all the boxes: location (beautiful beach across the road, shops, restaurants, beach bars, atm, supermarkets, market and fish shops, bus stop, etc just below or in front of the apartment or a few steps away); facilities (fully equipped apartment with excellent cooking gear, fast Wi-Fi, good tv channels choice, free parking inside de apartment complex, external shower to clean the sand before entering the apartment, great AC and fan, paid laundry service if needed, etc); outstanding cleanliness and perfectly maintained furniture and gear (from good night curtains for a perfect sleep to new bathroom with good, strong hot shower, good windows isolation, etc) with free daily cleaning service like in a hotel; amazing and lovely hosts (Daniella and her husband go the extra mile to make their guests’ stay as smooth and pleasant as possible, always available for good advice or to help you with anything you may need, with very easy and quick communication before and during your stay). We stayed for 4 nights but we would have loved to stay longer: their apartments are a real gem in Mahe! We strongly recommend for medium/long stays, including Anse Royale as a base in Mahe - more laid back, authentic and less touristy than Beau Vallon, and better located to explore the island.

Little balcony toward the main road. It was a lot of noice from parkinglot in front of a supermarket and cars play very loud music. It didn’t feel safe area in the evening, because many people use drugs in the neighborhood.

Very convenient location. 2 minutes' walk to the sea. Clean apartments. Cleaned every day. Very hospitable hosts. They helped with everything and responded to any request. The location is perfect. The sea, shops, cafes, pharmacy, and bus stops are nearby. I recommend these apartments! Daniella, David, thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

Хозяева приветливые. Номер чистый, уборка каждый день. Расположен очень близко от пляжа.

Не работал кондиционер в спальне. В описании номера говорилось о предоставлении полного набора средств гигиены, по факту была только туалетная бумага и жидкое мыло для рук. Хотелось бы ещё дополнительное полотенце для ног.

A szállás a központban helyezkedik el, közel az üzletekhez, parthoz, piachoz. Nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek a szállásadók és természetesen a személyzet is. Nagy figyelmet fordítanak a tisztaságra! Igazán jól éreztük magunkat. A sziget gyönyörű! Mindent nagyon köszönünk Daniella és David!

Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Оказывал помощь в любых возникающих вопросах (трансфер, аренда авто и др.). Все чисто, аккуратно. Уборка ежедневная. Удачное расположение. Рядом отличный пляж, магазины, банк, обменник. Единственное, размер апартаментов ожидал больше)

Отличные хозяева, которые нам писали и переживали где же мы.( в связи с ситуацией сейчас мы прилетели на 2 часа позже) чистые номера, уборка каждый день. Удобное размещение , рядом магазины и еда на вынос. Пляж видно из окна. Спасибо вам за гостеприимство ❤️

Die Straße war schon recht laut. Der Balkon ist eine abgeschlossene Veranda zur Straße hin.

Wir wurden sehr nett mit einem Willkommens Getränk empfangen! Das Apartments war sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Хозяева внимательны и дружелюбны, готовы поддержать разговор, посоветовать лучшие кафе и достопримечательности поблизости, поделиться полезной информацией о регионе и даже организовать трансфер или экскурсию. Именно благодаря такому вниманию к деталям поездка становится ещё более запоминающейся и приятной.

Оплату попросили не через букинг. Просто сказав, что по другому нельзя: или с помощью карты , или наличными. Это было первое жилье , поэтому оплатили наличными на месте. И только потом во вторых апартаментах я поняла, что таким образом хозяин апартаментов не платит комиссию. Очень не приятно. Подпортило все впечатление. Так как было удобнее платить именно через систему Букинга (учитывая ситуацию с картами- для меня это было важно). В отличие от других мест проживания здесь не было кулера с водой.

We had a very pleasant stay. The beach is a walking distance away and very nice.The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff members were very friendly and kind. Special thanks to David and Daniella for their hospitality and support during our stay.

First of all, the owners are very kind and nice people. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, we also had parking. The location is perfect, from this point you can easily discover the whole island and there is a nice beach just a cross. All in all, everything was great and we are coming back for sure 🥰

Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind top und voll ausgestattet. Im innenhof befindet sich auch noch eine praktische außen Dusche.Es gibt einen Leihwagen und einen sehr günstigen Fahrer der sich in der Gegend bestens auskennt. Direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite ist eine gute Strandbar mit einer sehr guten Küche.

Отличный номер, удобно расположен, в шаговой доступности пляж, магазины, бензоколонка, банк. Хозяева нас очень хорошо встретили, предложили сок. В номере был чай, сахар, соль, это был приятный бонус от хозяев.

Но в данном месте мы столкнулись с одной очень большой проблемой для нас, нам выдали на троих один комплект ключей. И как мы не просили хозяев выдать нам еще один комплект, объясняя, что мы по сути две семьи и путешествуем по отдельности, нам в этом было отказано. Данный вид размещения на две отдельные комнаты в рамках одних апортоментов предполагает возможность размещения четырех человек, т.е. по сути двух компаний, и если бы мы заранее знали, что на такое количество человек будет один комплект ключей, мы бы не выбрали это место. Да и для самих хозяев сделать дополнительный ключ для комфорта клиентов, на мой взгляд сущие копейки по затратам, но зато это совершенно другой уровень комфорта. За это уменьшил оценку на три балла. Это доставило нам очень много неудобств. И это единственное место в котором я столкнулся с подобной ситуацией. Для тех, кому достаточно одного ключа, сюда можно смело ехать, место хорошее. Я бы поставил 10 из 10 если бы нам выдали второй ключ на нашу компанию.

Две комнаты с кондиционерами плюс гостиная. Большой балкон с сушилкой для вещей. Все двери и калитки заперты - посторонние на территорию не попадают. Немного неудобно, когда один комплект ключей на двоих - получаешься полностью завязан на попутчике. Но тут, возможно, я сама виновата - не спросила второй ключ. Посуды достаточно, плита рабочая. Через дорогу хороший рыбный магазин. В шаговой доступности много точек с едой на вынос, три магазина с продуктами

Шумная улица под окнами. Местные любят ночью погонять на машинах с музыкой и поорать

Le logement est parfait. Propre, bien équipé, bien situé et sécurisé avec un parking à disposition. Le ménage est fait chaque jour. Le plus remarquable est vraiment la gentillesse des propriétaires. Toujours prêts à rendre service, souriants , accueillants et très attachants. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos échanges avec eux.

Nedělám to často, ale toto ubytování opravdu vřele doporučuji! Skvělá lokalita, úžasní domácí, pokoj v příjemném standardu, každý den uklidili. Vždy nám dobře poradili, pomohli, vše zajistili. Poloha je fakt skvělá. Obchody, ryby, trh, lékárna, případně nemocnice, krásná pláž. Zastávka autobusu u domu. Celý ostrov jsme procestovali autobusem. Danielo a Davide, ještě jednou díky!

Owners were very welcoming, helpful and friendly

The apartment was well equipped, secure and immaculately clean. The air conditioning in the bedroom was an absolute life saver. The staff gave regular and clear communication and were very friendly and helpful. Outdoor shower provided to rinse off the sand, there is a laundry service available for a small fee and the parking compound is very safe and secure. A beautiful beach is literally one minute away.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires avec de gentilles attentions, logement agréable, très propre, très bonne literie. Très bon emplacement, juste la route à traverser pour aller à la plage ! Restaurants, café, épicerie, magasin de souvenirs, ATM, vendeur de fruits......tout sur place!!! Les petits plus......douche extérieure très pratique au retour de la plage et parking sécurisé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous recommanderons sans hésiter le Royale selfcatering à notre entourage! Si vous choisissez le Royale selfcatering, n'oubliez pas d'apporter un petit drapeau de votre pays pour l'ajouter à la collection des propriétaires!!

Well-equipped apartments with two rooms, air conditioning, and a long balcony with drying racks.
A nice kitchen with all the necessities. Daily cleaning (except Sundays), which was a pleasant surprise for apartments. Private parking is available. Great location — small grocery stores nearby, a fruit market, and a currency exchange point just across the road. There are also two lovely beach bars/cafés, a takeaway (including pizza), and a petrol station. I can’t comment on the road noise mentioned in some reviews. Locals do enjoy driving with loud music, but not during late evenings or nights. All the most beautiful beaches are on this side of the island. David & Daniella go above and beyond in every possible way. They arranged our transfer and helped us with car rental. Overall, it felt like we were staying at our relatives’ home — full of love ❤️

L'alloggio sorge di fronte alla spiaggia di Anse Royale , ha un comodissimo parcheggio interno e nelle immediate vicinanze si possono trovare tutte le attività commerciali di cui si può avere bisogno comprese banca e farmacia. I gestori sono persone squisite e questo fa la vera differenza, sempre pronti a scambiare due parole e a fornire preziosi consigli. L'appartamento seppur di piccole dimensioni è ottimamente pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Sono presenti due camere da letto matrimoniali , un bagno completo di doccia, piccolo living con cucina ed angolo tv ed a completare il tutto una veranda dove poter comodamente far asciugare teli e quanto necessiti.

The room was very clean and spacious, the staff is very nice and helpful. They assisted us with getting a taxi for a good price, gave is tips for places to eat and let us stay until late afternoon on our last day in exchange for a small fee. The location is good because there are many supermarkets and a couple of takeaways near by. It is right across from the beach and the bus stop.

It is on the road and if you’re a light sleeper it might not be great for you, around 6-7 am the road gets very busy and loud. But it is OK for some people - my husband slept like a baby despite the noise :) The air conditioner is not powerful enough to cool the whole room and the kitchen space gets super hot. The ceiling fan is too slow and does not really help.

We travel often, but Royale Self Catering Apartment stands out as one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from Anse Royale, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mahé, and surrounded by everything you need: shops, markets, and even the famous Leo’s food truck with its delicious takeaway meals right nearby. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible hospitality. We’ve never met owners who care so genuinely about their guests. From welcoming us with an extremely early check-in at 5AM, to organizing private drivers, answering every question with a smile, and making sure we were comfortable at all times — their warmth and dedication made our trip unforgettable. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. Book it — you’ll be taken care of in every possible way, and your trip will be all the better for it.

Simply... This is the best place I have ever stayed. The hosts were exceptional, the apartment better than what we've expected in our wildest dreams and the location was 10++. There was only a very short walk to the beach, and from our window we had an ocean view. Downstairs were pharmacy, grocery store etc, so everything was just right there. The hosts even arranged a wonderful birthday cake for my mother's 70th birthday, so we had the greatest ever celebration! If I could give bonus points, it would go for the geckos running all around! We are already looking forward for our next trip to Anse Royale.

This nice couple is awesome. So helpful and always happy to give advice or e.g. arrange for a rental car or Taxi. We liked the Beach very much, it’s beautiful and we went snorkeling and saw some fish. Take Aways, ATM and supermarkets are close by. We felt very welcome! Thank you for eveyghing!

Daniella and David were very helpful with anything we needed. The location is a few steps from the beautiful Anse Royale beach, as well as shops and restaurants. We would love to come back.

They helped us organize our transfer to and from the airport, to the ferry, we were even able to leave our luggage in the apartment for two nights while we were away in La Digue. Nothing worth mentioning

We had the most wonderful four days here. A warm welcome with drinks and wet towels, the host were so helpful and responsive to everything. Transfer to and from the place went smooth thanks to Daniella and crew. Clean rooms, well equipped and close to supermarkets and local food stands. The superb beech was just a few steps away. All in all, highly recommended. We will definitely come back soon!

The location is amazing - calm beach nearby, main road to reach all destinations, private gated parking. The hosts were very welcoming and willing to help! The apartments are spacious, well-equipped and clean. Multiple shops nearby with food and essentials.

Main road and drivers hanging out near shops could be loud at evening, but it usually ends near 9-10pm.

Very comfortable apartment with all the facilities you need. Perfect location, right on the stunning long beach. Daniella and her husband are so lovely and very helpful. They gave us lots of tips and advice during our stay. Highly recommended!!

The hosts were very friendly & Helpful. Organised us all the taxi’s, rental car and recommendations on the Island. Always reachable for any questions, The stay was very clean. You have some restaurants & markets in the street. Bus stop in front which runs every 20 min. The beach is on the opposite side of the road with a nice beach bar :).

Great pre-journey communication and really helpful staff in every possible way. Nice and comfortable apartment, and everything was according to the booking pictures and details. The staff was absolutely top, helping us in transfers, transportation, tips, laundry and so on. The room was cleaned every day. Wifi is perfect. Location is literally couple of meters from the ocean, shops, restaurant, pharmacy is within 3 minute walk or less,

It is very well located, near bus stations, shops, and Anse Royale beach. The apartment is nice - 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a small balcony. David and Daniella are very kind and helpful.

We were there for a week and our stay was wonderful! Team of Royale self catering apartments greeted us with cold towels to cool ourselves and helped us with luggage. David and Daniella always were there to give us some advice or tip about our stay on Mahé: what places to see, what to try and etc. They really helped us make our trip the best it could be! In case of any problems, Daniella always was in touch with us via WhatsApp. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need during your stay, including a fridge, kitchen appliances, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, AC, etc. The apartment is cleaned every day. The mattresses on the beds may have been a little on the hard side, but that totally depends on your preference. It can be a little noisy outside on the main road, but it gets quieter around 10pm. Oh, also in backyard there is shower to rinse sand from your feet, because you’ll be going to the beach every day! The beach is 2-3 minutes walk. The apartment is close to one of the best beaches on Mahé island - Anse Royale, where if you want you can go diving or snorkelling, rent sup board or boat near to the beach. You can also see coral reefs if you go diving or snorkelling. Beach is full of harmless crabs that hide in holes in sand during the day (it’s pretty exiting and interesting to observe them dig holes or eat seaweed). There are plenty of souvenir shops, grocery stores, takeaway restaurants, market with local fruits, ATM. Thank you David, Daniella and Frida from bottom of our hearts! There are no negative moments at all

Very hospitable hosts. Thanks David and Daniela! Comfortable apartments. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, which is very convenient when traveling with children. There are many shops, cafes and a market nearby, 100 meters to the ocean.

Clean, well located close to beach, bus stops and various eateries and shops. Hosts are helpful and friendly.

Rather noisy in the evening outside due to loud music often played from cars. This is not the owners fault of course.
