Reviewed Jan 13, 2025Clean, tidy and the price is very reasonable especially in the seasons. Close to grocery store, cafes and restaurants. Almost 20 mins away from the center. The host was very welcoming, helpful, responsive, and respectful.
For those who haven’t rented a car, distance might be an issue. Tenants next door were very loud at night so it was an issue for me, however, once I contacted the host he got it sorted out.

Not close to anything. But in AlUla, you need a car or have to use Uber to get anywhere. And Uber (and other similar services) is pretty cheap. So, maybe the location is not a problem.

My belongings were thrown away by the cleaner, so for safety and convenience I would not stay here. If you leave something in the room, they will tell you (I quote) "it didnt exist".

There were also towels, toiletries and toilet paper provided, and a nice sized kitchen with cookware. Everything we needed as provided! Thank you!
It was about a 15-20 min drive to Al Ula, but it was worth it for the price and facilities. ☺️

Reviewed Jun 3, 2024The bathroom is the probably worst as I have ever seen. Shower and toillet are very close to each other and you wet whole toillet when you take a shower. Bed is some old mattress, very uncomfortable. Also, place doesn't feel very clean in general.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2024Very clean and beautiful room, equipped with a kettle. The gentleman who accommodated us was very nice and advised us with everything we needed. The price is lower than the usual prices in Al Ula.
There is a lot of noise from the nearby road in the room. If you are a weak sleeper, you should wear earplugs. In addition, we unfortunately had very loud neighbors one of the two nights.
