Unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with the cleanliness and overall comfort of the property. We found several silverfish inside the apartment, which made the stay uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was also weak, and the pillows were not very comfortable. Overall, the property could benefit from better maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

The room was cozy, had everything you need, daily cleaning and with a nice view. Breakfast was great and the staff very kind and helpful. Big bonus is the summercard, offering you free entry to so many attractions in the area.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Krásný pokoj, naprosto skvělé snidaně. Příjemné překvapení byl opakovaný vstup do Tauern spa (včetně sauny) v ceně pobytu. Na pokoji nakonec byla mini lednička, rychlovarná konvice, kávovar i mikrovlnka (nikde toto vynaveni nebylo uvedeno dopredu).
Na nas byla příliš měkká matrace a tudíž se nam nespalo úplně dobre. Auto může být zaparkováno v garáži pod hotelem, což je fajn, ale parkovací místa jsou menší, novejsi velká auta se tam hůře parkuji. Pokud ridici neparkuji ohleduplne (doprostřed nebo blízko sloupu), pak je těžké obsadit poslední volná místa. V koupelně z toaletních potreb byl pouze sprchovy gel a nebylo mydlo na ruce. Všechno jsou to ale drobnosti. Určitě bychom jeli zase!

مافيه شطاف في الحمام مثل بقية الفنادق ياريت يركبون فيه

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Top breakfast, wide options plus tasty salmon. Very clean hotel, located right near gondola lift to the top of Salzburg. Nice staff, always open to questions. Good food in the restaurant and spa day included in Tauern spa - perfect for ski holiday ❤️
I would suggest to add drying rack or more hangers for drying ski clothes. Also, pillows are flat to my taste, neck hurt. Other than that - nothing to add. I loved the stay and the hotel restaurant.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Great hotel! Just a 2-minute walk to the ski lift, with very friendly staff and delicious food in the restaurant. We stayed on the lower floor, so in the evenings we could hear some noise from the kitchen—if you’re sensitive to sounds, bring earplugs. The SPA was included in the price, but we didn’t go as we were tired after skiing. However, the staff kindly offered it and mentioned it’s about a 10-minute walk away. We definitely recommend this place and will return ourselves!
The only downside: it would have been perfect if the hotel had a sauna and pool inside. Could use a door mat in the room, as we bring some dirt from outside on shoes.

المبنى يوجد فيه عازل حراري يجب وضع التكييف ، الطقس في يوليو و أغسطس حار .

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025Heel mooi hotel met erg goed restaurant. Echt oostenrijkste stijl en heel vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Kamers zijn mooi ingericht. Goede bedden.
Wij hadden per ongeluk een hotelkamer geboekt in plaats van een appartement. Hier bij boekingen goed naar kijken. Wij zaten op de begane grond. Het balkon is daar heel erg klein.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten das 4-6 Personen Appartment. Besonders schön war dass es sich so geräumig anfühlte und man sich auch mal zurückziehen konnte, z.B. in die Galerie die mit der Treppe im Appartment erreichbar war. Witzig war dass es 4 TV‘s gab, in jedem Zimmer 1 und sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch in der Galerie, benutzt haben wir aber nur einen. Küchenausstattung war gut, bis hin zum Kontaktgrill. Super Essen, nicht nur das Frühstück aber auch alle Gerichte im Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben auch z.T. selbst gekocht. Lage ist perfekt mit Supermarkt um die Ecke, direkt an der Gondel, toller Parkplatz innen. Ein großer Pluspunkt war die Sommerkarte die inkludiert war und den Eintritt in die Tauern Spa.
