Al-Sumou Tower Furnished Apartments vs Similar Hotels

Room size and quietness/isolation praised (wide rooms, good isolation), but issues mentioned include hot air conditioning, dim room lighting, and at least one report of receiving a different room than booked.

Generally praised for cleanliness in many reviews (نظافة، 'Clean'), but several specific complaints about pool cleanliness, bathroom cleaning needs, and dusty parking areas lowered the score.

Frequently cited as a major positive ('الموقع الإستراتيجي', 'Location', good views from restaurant) with only minor location-related concerns in isolated reviews.

Strong positive sentiment about staff and reception in numerous reviews ('الموظفون افضل استقبال', 'الشباب بالاستقبال ممتازين', helpful and supportive staff). A few isolated reports of rude behaviour (including named staff) were noted but outweighed by many praises.

Breakfast quality praised in several reviews ('مستوي الافطار رائع'), but some complaints about limited food variety and occasional poor staff attitude in restaurant lower the rating slightly.

Amenities are mixed: breakfast and restaurant on higher floors are praised, but pool cleanliness, lack of Jacuzzi, and parking availability/condition were recurring negatives.

Multiple reviewers explicitly state good value and reasonable price ('Great value for money', 'السعر جيد'), supporting a strong score in this category.
