Tout était parfait. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et le personnel était aux petits soins ; tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel, lit très confortable et calme absolu. La piscine est parfaitement propre Nous avons même prolongé d’une journée tellement nous nous y sentions bien. Assez bien placé pour visiter différents lieux

Ottima pulizia, letti comodi, piscina e bar con cucina. Staff sempre gentile e disponibile Siamo arrivati oltre l'orario del check-in per ritardo del volo e l' host ci ha fatto trovare acqua e panini nel frigo dell' appartamento.

Amazing hotel in a great location with the nicest owners and staff. The rooms are spacious, very clean and serviced everyday. The pool is brilliant. There are always available loungers. It is very close to some nice beaches and Chania can easily be reached by bus. There's a small selection of decent nearby restaurants and the hotel has an onsite cafe.

Tutto come da descrizione, ottima la posizione come partenza x varie escursioni, parcheggio in strada sempre disponibile. Molto pulito, host accogliente e simpatica, disponibile x informazioni.

Wszystko było w należytym porządku , czysto, Pani w recepcji bardzo miła i pomocna. Wszędzie bardzo blisko plaża GOLDEN BEACH. Blisko sklep całodobowy i przystanek autobusowy.

Les personnels est trés accueillants et nous a permis de passez un excellent séjour. L'hôtel est conviviale et proche de toute les commodité. Je recommande fortement l'hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the apartment was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped. The huge private terrace with its own swimming pool was simply fantastic. The quality of the beds and bedding was outstanding — we slept wonderfully throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time here as a family and truly felt like we were staying in a luxury property. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and made our stay very special. We would definitely love to come back!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in for sure! We loved the warm friendly nature of all the staff, including the cleaning ladies and especially Katrina. She was beyond nice and accommodating to us which made our stay even better! From the amazing pool area to the delicious food (especially the Greek salads!!) we couldn’t have asked for better place to stay. Location was great with bus stop only being 2min walk into Chania which was so convenient. Couldn’t fault this place, it was a home away from home🇮🇪🇬🇷🤝🤍

Hotel sympathique au calme de la ville et a peu de distance d une belle place. Personnels très réactif, et sympathique. Les chambres nous sont retrouvés toujours impeccable chaque jours. Les dames de ménage sont au top aussi.

Internet tres difficile a avoir mais wifi proposé payant.

Logement bien équipé ! Tout était parfaitement propre, confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les équipements adaptés aux enfants en bas âge, avec un lit parapluie et une chaise haute à disposition, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Un immense merci à Katarina, toujours souriante, accueillante et aux petits soins. Sa famille est également adorable et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons cet hébergement les yeux fermés !

Un peu éloigné du centre de Chania, donc plus calme. Arret d’autobus tout près, plage à 5 minutes à pied. La personne a l’accueil est très souriante, gentille, elle apporte facilement aide et informations au besoin.

La gentillesse du personnel. Le logement est proche du centre... La piscine est top. Les repas proposés sont excellents.

Peut être prévoir plus d équipements dans la cuisine ;)

До пляжа Голден Бич можно дойти пешком. Рядом много магазинов. Есть парковка.

Очень многолюдно. Лежаки заняты полотенцами с самого утра, а люди приходят в обед. Персонал никак не реагирует. Окна номера смотрят на окна напротив, нет никакой приватности. Сильная слышимость в номере, любителям поспать до обеда - будет тяжело. Кухня, вроде есть, но сковородки и другая посуда совсем не пригодны для приготовления еды. Были с ребенком и покупали свою сковородку, которую там и оставили. Нет чайника, но есть кофеварка старого типа с фильтрами, естесственно без них. Второй раз не приехал бы.

Kaikki oli niin kuin pitää. Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu, hyvä uima-allas, siivous, sijainti. Rauhallinen tunnelma ja kaikesta pidettiin huolta. Viihdyimme erittäin hyvin.

Ho avuto un paio di volte un problema ai servizi igienici ( scarico intasato), ma prontamente risolto da Dimitri.

Poolen, restaurangen, personalen, allt var super. Mina barn älskade att beställa gott att äta och dricka i baren. Det var bara 10 minuter att promenera till den fina Golden Beach stranden. Vi tog bussen till Chania när vi ville shoppa. Finns Några trevliga restauranger i närheten av hotellet. Katerina var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam med allt under vår vistelse.

Allt var super.

We had a fantastic stay. Hosts were amazing and this felt less like a hotel stay but more like being welcomed to someones home. Genuine, relaxed holiday experience, for sure would choose again

Hotel familial, tenue par une famille très très accueillante et agréable et toujours disponible si besoin. Très bien situé : plage à 10 minutes à pieds et des commerces à 2 minutes à pieds. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais très agréable. Petit + : quelques bouées, ballons, parasols et crème solaire à disposition ! L'appartement était propre et spacieux, les lits sont confortables.

Le seul bémol c'est l'espace cuisine qui est peu équipé (pas de four, pas de micro-onde, juste deux plaques), peu de vaisselles donc c'est juste pour de l'appoint : le petit déjeuner, faire des pâtes et des salades mais possibilité de manger au snack de l'hôtel et une bonne taverne à 5 minutes à pieds.

La posizione rispetto a Chania (10 minuti dal centro) e alla Golden Beach (3 minuti di auto, anche a piedi si potrebbe fare). La piscina, la disponibilità e la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari. Struttura non nuova ma il bagno ristrutturato, molto, molto comodo per la media di Creta.

L'assenza di zanzariere. Sebbene ci sia il condizionatore perfettamente funzionante e non rumoroso, lo split è proprio a ridosso dei letti (naturalmente, essendo un'unica stanza) e chi non è abituato, come noi, può preferire avere la possibilità di aprire le finestre - ma c'erano parecchie zanzare. Parcheggio in strada non eccezionale (un po' stretto, alle volte pieno), solo da segnalare: nella via di fianco c'è uno spiazzo dove c'è sempre stato posto

We had a fantastic family holiday here! We were a group of eight, including both adults and children, and everyone had a wonderful time. The owners, their son, and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was beautiful, and there was delicious food available to buy by the pool, which was very convenient if you didn't have time to cook. The property is also close to shops and the beach, making it a perfect location. We had a truly enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation!

Malonūs šeimininkai, gera baseino erdvė, netoliese yra parduotuvių ir pliažas, senamiestis lengvai pasiekiamas. Apartamentas tvarkingas su terasa, kondicionieriumi, lovos patogios, kasdien tvarkomi kambariai.

Kambarys buvo su cigarečių kvapu. Deja pliažai šioje vietoje nėra patys švariausi lyginant su kitomis Kretos vietomis, tad palyginus aukšta nuomos kaina mieste nuvylė aplinka ir pliažų kokybe.

We loved it! It was so comfortable and convenient. Everything you need is there: Blinding curtains, good water pressure, space for hanging your wet swim suits and towels, sockets that are conveniently located etc... Such details make your holiday relaxing! And the staff is extremely hospitable. We can't wait to come back next year and stay longer!

The owners for sure, Katrina & her husband & son. The property was cute and great for children to feel free. I loved the swimming pool and baby pool. Cold which cools you down in the hot sun.

Bardzo mili właściciele. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko morza ok. 10 min na piechotę. Blisko supermarket. Lidl około 10 min na piechotę. Obiekt spełnił oczekiwania. Czysto i schludnie. W barze przekąski i drinki. Basen mógłby być czynny troszkę dłużej, przynajmniej do 21.

Excellent service. My friends and I felt like we were being treated as family. Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and always there when we needed anything

The wi-fi was a bit spotty although that may not have been related to anything within the control of the accomodation

The place is quiet and very family friendly. Location is good, only 5 minutes walk from the bus stop which takes 20 minutes to the Chania city center. 10 minutes walk to the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful with local tips, such as car rental and restaurants.

Fijn zwembad met voldoende ligbedjes. Mogelijk om snacks en drankjes te kopen. Zeer gastvrije gastvrouw. Rustige ligging op loopafstand van zee en bushalte naar de Chania. Zeer schoon appartement.

Beddengoed bestond uit een laken en deken ipv een dekbed. Inrichting kamer was wat gedateerd. Persoonlijk heb ik liever een douche in plaats van een bad waarin je moet douchen. In de directe omgeving weinig restaurants.

Majoitus oli hyvässä kunnossa ja allas alue oli mahtava. Omistajat olivat erittäin mukavia ja avuliaita.

Katerina and her family are fantastic hosts and gave us great advice daily regarding our itinerary. The stay is very comfortable with easy access to downtown Chania by taxi or car or free park and ride. Good home base for daily excursions to the world class beaches around.

Fantastische gastvrijheid, heerlijk zwembad, schoon en netjes! Dichtbij zandstrand met verhuur ligbedden en strandtent en dichtbij bushalte om naar de oudstad van Chania te gaan. 10 min rijden.

Det överlägset bästa med detta boenden är den fantastiska personalen och i synnerhet kvinnan som driver stället. Supertrevlig och hjälper dig med allt du kan tänka dig, 10/10. Läget är grymt, nära till havet, restauranger, affärer och buss som enkelt kan ta dig till Chania eller Platanias. Området på hotellet är också trevligt om man inte gillar havet. Fräscht och rent.

Det enda som skulle kunna förbättras var om köket utrustades med lite fler köksredskap.

The sheets in the room seemed dirty when we arrived, but unfortunately it was stains that cannot be washed away as we asked about it.

The apartment was great, it was quite big and was very clean. We got towels and clean sheets every other day. The swimming pool was very nice and the water had a good temperature. The host also was great and available at every moment. We got cocktails and pizza once which were both very good. Would really recommend to stay here.

The cushions of the bed were a bit hard for our liking. The kitchenette was limited but doable.

Our stay was an absolute dream! The rooms were very spacious with everything you need - very comfy beds, AC, well equipped kitchen, balcony, hairdryer, toiletries etc., and every day we relaxed at the pool which is remarkably clean and open between 8 am - 8 pm which is longer than most accommodations I've been to. There are also snacks and drinks available which are very affordable and delicious (sandwiches, pizza, salads, coffee, cocktails, ice cream etc.) At the reception they even have some sunscreen bottles available for use, books in several languages, playing cards and a few board games for your enjoyment! There are also cafes and supermarkets within 3 minutes' walk away, a Lidl that is 15 mins walk away, and lovely beaches within 10 mins walk away. There is also a bus within 5 mins walk away that you can take to go to the Chania town center which is lovely to explore. The host Katerina went above and beyond to help us make the most of our stay which we loved, and even arranged a taxi ride for us early in the morning on the way back because the buses in Chania don't operate that early. It felt like home and I wholeheartedly recommend Theo's apartments! Thank you so much Katerina for the lovely stay and hospitality, you are the absolute best!
