Dobrze wyposażony pokój. Wygodne łóżko. Sprzątane codziennie bardzo dokładnie. Był zestaw do kawy, kapcie, szlafrok, kosmetyki. Kosmetyki dobrej jakości. Bardzo profesjonalna obsługa. Śniadanie wyśmienite, wszystko świeże, duży wybór.

Only thing is that the swimming pool closes quite early. But I understand that is because of the early dinners.

This resort is absolutely beautiful with clean and natural design that fits perfectly with a well deserved vacation atmosphere. Staff was amazing providing exceptional service. It's location is perfect and very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Definitely a place to come back to.

La struttura è nuova e molto pulita. La posizione ottima a poche decine di metri da una spiaggia stupenda. La colazione varia e ricca di prodotti locali buonissimi.

Forse l unica pecca dell'hotel è la mancanza di una vista mare.

Meiner Meinung nach muss bei einem Luxus Hotel, freddo Espresso und Cappuccino im Frühstückspreis mit drin sein. Die Klimaanlage im gewechseltem Raum funktioniert nicht richtig.

Partendo dallo staff, sempre gentile e disponibile, la struttura è molto bella e moderna. Le camere sono molto ampie, il ristorante interno offre un buffet molto vario (anche a colazione, dove oltre al salato c'è molta scelta per l'opzione colazione "continentale") e tutto è molto buono. Bella e molto comoda l'idea di avere un'app con la quale puoi gestire tutto, dall'upgrade della camera alle escursioni; ti permette anche di ordinare direttamente dal lettino in spiaggia il pranzo. Piscina e mare molto belli e tranquilli, questa zona di Creta è meno turistica rispetto alla zona nord-ovest... peccato che ci siamo beccati una settimana con un po' di vento.

Je voudrais faire la liste de tout ce qui est bien mais ça me prendrait trop de temps ! Je rentre de vacances et l’hôtel me manque deja ! C’était le paradis ! L’équipe est incroyablement gentille et prévenante et aux petits soins de tout les clients ! J ai profité de tout les services de l’hôtel (piscine, plage, resto, gym, chambre, bar , glaces). Je reviens l’été prochain et je reste toutes mes vacances chez eux !

Prima hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel, uitstekend ontbijt.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Alianthos Estate Resort. Het hotel is net gerenoveerd, wat betekent dat alles nieuw, modern en zeer schoon is. Zowel de hotelkamers als de gedeelde faciliteiten waren ontzettend netjes en schoon. Daarnaast was de service in het hotel geweldig. Niet alleen werden er snacks gebracht naar zowel het zwembad en het strand, maar stond het personeel ook altijd klaar om te helpen, een praatje te maken of om vragen te beantwoorden. De gastvrijheid en service in het hotel waren hiermee ruim boven verwachting. Daarnaast is het hotel ontzettend comfortabel, van de ligbedden bij het zwembad tot de bedden in de hotelkamer. Tot slot was het ontbijt gevarieerd en al het eten (zowel ontbijt als snacks) van goede kwaliteit en de porties ruim. Conclusie: een bezoek aan dit hotel gaat niet teleurstellen en kunnen wij iedereen aanraden! Alles was boven onze verwachting!

Het enige kritiekpunt is dat er soms wat te weinig ligbedjes waren bij het strand en/of het zwembad.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles, modern eingerichtetes und neuwertiges Hotel. Pool und Liegen, sowie privater Strandabschnitt sind top. Zimmer in tollem Zustand, alles funktionierte. Rezeption, Restaurantteam und Reinigungsteam arbeiten hervorragend. Frühstück ist beeindruckend vielfältig und Buffett hat sehr viele griechische, leckere Speisen zu bieten. Selten so einen entspannten, herrlichen Urlaub gehabt.

Die organisierte Bootstour zu den Höhlen war durch den unfreundliche Captain anstrengend und insgesamt etwas zu teuer. Das Boot war alt und es kam kein „Privattourfeeling“ auf. Würde ich so nicht mehr machen wollen.

Brand new building. Well organized, friendly staff, great facilities. Location is 3 minute walk to private beach area when chairs and shade is included. They also have beach bar service. There is a buffet and table service bar restaurants. Rooms are bright, clean and lots of space to unpack.

הקפה בארוחת הבוקר לא משהו. החנייה שכנראה משפצים כרגע היא על כורכר וחצץ.

Super schönes Hotel, ganz neu renoviert, mit bestens eingespieltem (und äußerst nettem) Personal. Stilvolle neue Zimmer mit modernem Look, bequemen Betten und sehr starkem Kühl- bzw. Belüftungssystem. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und guten Speisen. Hoteleigener Strandabschnitt mit neuen Liegen zur kostenlosen Benutzung. Pool ebenfalls neu mit sehr bequemen Liegen und Cabanas. Zur Alianthos-Familie zugehöriges Restaurant an der Strandpromenade phänomenal gut.

Ein Teil des Hotels ist im frühen Sommer 2026 erst in der Fertigstellung (= Baustelle). Sehr gestört hat uns das allerdings nicht, da dieser Teil einige Meter entfernt vom bereits geöffnetem Teil liegt. In unserem Zimmer wurden noch letzte Baumaßnahmen vorgenommen ohne uns zuvor darüber zu informieren (Schlafzimmertür wurde eingebaut, Leiste geklebt, etc.). Vor unserem Zimmer wurden darüber hinaus ebenfalls an einigen Tagen letzte bauliche Maßnahmen durchgeführt und um das Zimmer zu verlassen mussten wir immer an einigen Handwerkern vorbeigehen die tagsüber vor unserer Zimmertür arbeiteten. Man hätte uns informieren können.

Hotel je ozaj krásny, čistý, pohodlný. Izby su krásne zariadené a tiché. Posteľ bola kvalitna a pohodlná. Personál je ozaj skvelý a veľmi priateľský. Lokalita hotela je taktiež perfektná, pláž bola pokojná a nehemžilo sa to ľuďmi. Pláž ma vyhradenú zónu s pohodlnými lehátkami s možnosťou objednať drinky pomocou telefónu. V hoteli bolo možné náplánovať plavby loďmi, výlety a rôzné aktivity. To bolo veľmi veľké plus. Hotel je vybavený aj malou posilovňou, ktorá je moderná ale nie veľmi vybavená. Výber jedál na raňajky aj večere bol bohatý a ingrediencie boli čerstvé. Ak v buducnosti pôjdeme na Krétu, určite tu znova prídeme!

Notre chambre avait la vue sur le chantier de l’extension de l’hôtel. Contrairement aux photos il n’y avait qu’une seule piscine!

Ein sehr schönes Familienhotel, das vor kurzem sehr geschmackvoll renoviert wurde. Alles modern, komfortabel, sehr sauber und sehr durchdacht. Perfekte Lage, sehr schöner Strand, schöner Poolbereich, leckeres Frühstück mit grossem Auswahl und toller Qualität. Bequemes Bett und ruhige Lage (wir hatten das Zimmer mit side sea view). Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Sehr gerne mal wieder.

The reception and breakfast staff were incredibly friendly – the nicest we have ever met. The rooms were very clean, the location was perfect, and everything was close by. The beach sunbeds were a great bonus, and there was a large selection of food at breakfast. We also loved the town itself. This hotel is a 10/10, and we hope to come back one day!

Hôtel très agréable, bien situé. Piscine magnifique, plage privée disponible, et le restaurant (petit déjeuner et dîner) , l’animation musicale et le personnel sont juste parfaits! Plakias est une excellente destination (petit village de bord de mer) bien situé pour visiter le sud de l’île.

-Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal -Bekamen hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung - Zimmer erst frisch renoviert, alles im Zimmer war noch total neu -Sehr gutes und großes Frühstücksbuffet --> es gab sehr viel Auswahl -Alles sehr sehr sauber, bekamen immer wieder neue Handtücher, Zimmer wurde immer schön geputzt -Super Lage, gleich am Meer und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu vielen Tavernen und Läden - Es war richtig schön, gerne wieder😄

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα , ανακαινισμένο πεντακάθαρο με όμορφη πισίνα και δίπλα στην θάλασσα. Το προσωπικό υπέροχο εξυπηρετικό και χαμογελαστό ενώ επιπλέον ήξεραν ότι έχω γενέθλια και μου φέρανε μια τούρτα στο πρωινό το οποίο το βρήκα πολύ όμορφη κίνηση . Γενικά είναι ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο ξενοδοχείο με όλες τις ανέσεις καθαρό και περιποιημένο, σίγουρα θα ξαναπηγαίναμε !!!

Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν που το γυμναστήριο δεν ήταν έτοιμο και δεν είχαμε ενημερωθεί για αυτό και με βάση της φωτογραφίες φαινόταν ότι υπήρχε είδη και ήταν ένας επιπλέον λόγος που το επιλέξαμε . Αλλά φυσικά δεν μας χάλασε κάτι

Obwohl die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, wirkt es hell und frisch. Durch die durchdachte Architektur wehlt immer ein angenehm kühler Luftzug durch die Räumlichkeiten, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Anlage ist schön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Es ist allgemein sehr sauber! Das Frühstück bietet eine grosse Auswahl an kretischen und kontinentalen Leckereien. Überaus positiv überrascht waren wir vom Abendessen. Es wird hervorragend und abwechslungsreich gekocht. Man kann sich durch kretische Spezialitäten probieren und auch für Kinder ist stets etwas dabei. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich rundum willkommen. Es gibt viele Zusatzservices: Es werden Ausflüge angeboten (tolle Beratung im Hotel!) und es gibt sogar einen superschnellen Wäscheservice, was sehr praktisch ist bei einem Badeurlaub mit Kindern.

Am Pool gibt es wenige Schattenplätze. Aber da das Meer in Gehdistaanz ist und es viele Traumstrände in der Umgebung gibt, mindert es das Urlaubsfeeling überhaupt nicht.

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise, aber ab dem Moment des Check-ins fühlte man sich ganz herzlich aufgenommen. Wir haben sogar ein tolles Zimmerupgrade bekommen & das Essen war fantastisch! Alles ist unwahrscheinlich sauber, total ruhig & für Familien ideal. Alles in allem weit mehr, als man sich wünschen kann. Die Betten sind super-bequem & die Lage top. Würden wir jederzeit wieder machen.

Wir hatten ein unwahrscheinlich großes, geräumiges Zimmer mit 2 Balkonen. Von dort aus war die Aussicht kein Highlight, der Rest und insbesondere das wirklich liebevolle Personal aber schon.

Our 2nd time staying at Alianthos Garden. A wonderful family run hotel and you can tell how passionate they are to look after their guests. Location is excellent. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean. Rooms and bathrooms could do with an update but I believe this is happening in 2026. Cannot wait to return.

Very nice hotel. Room was comfortable and staff was nice. Walking distance to town. We had breakfast and dinner included because we were scheduled to be hiking and didn't want to look for dinner when tired from the hike and drive. Surprisingly good with large buffet style dining. Breakfast was also nice. Parking was next to hotel. The front desk went well above the norm on an issue, trying to find a solution to something that had nothing to do with the hotel.

Es war perfekt. Ich war in meinem Leben schon in unzähligen Hotels quer über Europa verteilt, aber ich habe noch nie ein dermaßen qualitativ und geschmacklich herausragendes Abend- und Frühstücksbüffet erlebt wir hier. Eine Auswahl die einen hilflos davor stehen lässt und jedes Gericht ist wirklich megalecker. Das zweite was einem sofort auffällt und unvergesslich in Erinnerung bleibt, ist die Freundlichkeit eines jeden Mitarbeiters. Egal ob Kellner, Rezeption, Putzfrauen oder sogar Küchenhilfen, die einem mit bemerkenswerter Geduld die Funktionsweise des griechischen Kaffees erklärt, den man sich dort selbst in Gefäßen in heissem Sand aufkochen kann. Jeder Angestellte dieses Hotels strahlt eine außergewöhnliche fröhliche sympathische Art aus, daß man sich überaus herzlich willkommen fühlt.

Beetje outdated kamers (matrassen en kussens super) maar ze beginnen met renoveren deze winter.

Sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber, alles funktionstüchtig- jeder Handtuchhaken im Bad, Dusche, Ablage - alles top !!! Bemerkenswert für Griechenland! Sehr schöner gepflegter, alter Garten und ausnehmend freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal !

Pool-Öffnungszeiten ! Öffnung erst ab 10 Uhr -konnten daher am Morgen nicht schwimmen gehen und abends schon um 18:00 Uhr geschlossen, also dann Schwimmen auch nicht mehr möglich ! Besser wäre 8:00 bis 20:00 Uhr wie in anderen Anlagen .

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein aber dafür ruhig. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und gut. Ein grosser Pluspunkt ist der Hoteleigene Parkplatz.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The room and all the spaces were spotlessly clean, which made everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. The food was amazing — fresh, authentic, and full of flavor every single day. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from beautiful Plakias beach. But what really made my experience unforgettable was the staff: so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They made me feel at home from the very first moment. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht und sind rundum begeistert. Es ist ein familiär geführtes Haus, in dem man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wie zu Hause fühlt. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und immer bemüht, jedem Gast das Gefühl zu geben, dazuzugehören – das macht den Aufenthalt besonders. Ein echtes Highlight ist das Essen: Tag für Tag ein Buffet mit einer solchen Vielfalt und Qualität, dass man es kaum glauben kann. Alles ist frisch, abwechslungsreich, geschmacklich hervorragend – einfach ein Genuss! Das Hotel selbst ist zwar nicht super modern, soll aber noch dieses Jahr komplett renoviert werden. Dennoch war alles absolut sauber und gepflegt – picobello! Ganz besonders verzaubert hat uns auch die Lage: Plakias (und auch das Umland) ist ein schöner, gemütlicher Ort – authentisch, herzlich und überhaupt nicht überlaufen. Dennoch bietet er alles, was das Urlauberherz braucht (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Freizeitangebote,..) Vom Hotel aus sind es nur wenige hundert Meter bis zum Strand, der sauber, weitläufig und angenehm ruhig ist. Zu jeder Zeit findet man dort gemütliche Liegen zu sehr fairen Preisen, ohne Gedränge oder Hektik. Es hat nichts mit Massentourismus zu tun – hier spürt man Leichtigkeit, Ruhe und echtes Wohlfühlambiente. Wir haben uns hier unglaublich wohlgefühlt, zur Ruhe gefunden und einfach nur genossen. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt, um aufzutanken und glücklich zu sein. Es hat absolut nichts gefehlt. Eine klare Empfehlung von Herzen!

Recomand acest hotel!! Hotelul a fost extrem de curat, cu atenție la detalii. Mâncarea a fost foarte bună și diversificată, cu sucuri excelente la micul dejun și cafea frappe delicioasă. Prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic, iar seara ne-am bucurat de muzică cretană live și dansuri foarte frumoase. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și primitor. Zona buna, la 2 minute de o plaja frumoasa. La plecare am primit gift un rucsac cu numele hotelului pe el. 😍 Mrs. Athina is the best! ❤️

Singura remarcă este legată de cină – băuturile nu au fost incluse (a trebuit să plătim chiar și pentru apă). Ar fi util să fie menționat clar pe Booking că la demipensiune băuturile de la cină nu sunt incluse.

In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Strände, Buchten und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Pool ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Sauberkeit der Anlage insgesamt ist top. Das Essen war lecker frisch und abwechslungsreich. Top Preis- Leistung Verhältnis.

We only stayed one night, but could see there were lots of options for activities and hotel is ideal for families to have a lovely relaxed holiday. We'd happily stay here again.

The pool opening hours felt a bit limiting - we understand why and that safety is paramount. A suggestion would be to allow adults only length swimming for 30mins at the beginning and end of the day. It didn't spoil our stay at all though as the sea is almost on the doorstep, so we swam in the sea instead!

The standard of service was excellent in all parts of the hotel . And one was made to feel a valued guest at all times . The atmosphere was so friendly & welcoming and the hotel had a real family feel about it. The food was superb a d there was always a huge variety of dishes to choose from. It was a wonderful stay .

Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet og maden til aften buffeten er virkelig god, men stemningen bliver ødelagt af at man bliver inddelt i hold når man spiser.

Nogle værelser er beliggende ud til vej og med udsigt til parkeringsplads. Der spises i hold, hvor man spiser i et bestemt tidsrum. Buffeten ved den sidste spiseperiode bærer præg af, at der har været to hold før - Og at skulle spise på tid, når man er på ferie. er på ingen måde hyggeligt.

Les chambres pourraient avoir un rafraîchissement. Les horaires de la piscine : elle devrait fermer un peu plus tard.

The food was really good, the personnel at the bar and the reception really polite and the location at a walking distance from the main beach of plakias which was nice and clean. Bed was really comfortable with a selection of pillows

There were no drinks included with dinner, and free tap water was only available at breakfast but not at dinner, which is unacceptable. At the very least, water should be provided free of charge during dinner. Additionally, the soundproofing of the room’s windows and door was inadequate, resulting in a lot of noise in the mornings and on very windy days.

Everything was amazing. This hotel was the best I have stayed in all my many trips of Greece and I have visited Athens several times and many of the islands! The staff go out of their way to meet all your needs. The food is exceptional, very fresh and with ample options of local cuisine. In all our stay no two meals were the same in fact the buffet is very well planned to have different dishes at every meal! Everything is fresh, local and abundant. The attention to detail is amazing! Children are well catered for and the rooms are impeccably clean! All the staff from the Hotel general manager, the owners and their extended family, the reception staff, the entertainment, housekeepers, chefs, cooks, waiters and barmen are all amazing people and go out of their way to meet and greet all guests and are constantly asking if we need anything and constantly smiling. This hotel is a true gem and probably Crete’s best kept secret! The location next to Preveli and Kourtaliotiko Gorge is very convenient and really enhances the unique Cretan experience! This Hotel is well worth a stay and I really hope we will have an occasion to come back!

Very little as everything was top notch , but if I had to mention something I would suggest that the hotel looks into building a larger pool and deck area may be they can expand the present pool area or build a new pool on the field opposite to the present pool. But there are also amazing beaches just a five minute stroll down the road so having a small pool is not such an issue .

המלון מעולה, מתקנים מצוינים, נקי מאוד ורוב הצוות היה נחמד מאוד.

כשפקידת הקבלה הבינה שאנחנו מישראל היא הייתה מאוד מאוד לא נחמדה, אחרי שהראתה לנו את החדר היא טרקה לנו את הדלת בפנים והיא הסיבה שעזבנו את המלון, אחרת היינו נשארים עוד לילה.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα!!Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και φιλόξενο!!Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και ο μπουφές εντυπωσιακός με μια τεράστια ποικιλία από εδέσματα!!..όλα νοστιμότατα!Ο χώρος με τις διάφορες δραστηριότητες καθώς και η πισίνα άρεσαν πάρα πολύ σε όλη την οικογένεια!Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την Κα Αθηνά για την φιλοξενία της!!

A perfect stay! Very pleasant hotel, with attentive staff and impeccable hospitality. The buffet, both for dinner and breakfast, was delicious and very varied, offering a wide choice to suit all tastes. We had an excellent night in a comfortable and quiet room. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!
