nothing was good there except for proactive WhatsApp reach out by reception

Dirty, run down, smelly or better stinky on the floor, poor gym, poor pool, hygiene concerns, fridge not cleaned, no toilet paper provided in toilet. Shocking standards.

Location was very good. Check-in process was fast.

1. The wallpaper was peeling. The walls had black stains on it. 2. The sofa had water marks and stains. 3. Once entering, the unit had a stale air stench. 4. The toilet had mould and a foul stench coming from outlets. The shower screens were dirty. 5. Difficulty exiting carpark because the system scanned the VEP rather than access tag.

Overall is nice, it provide nice facilities

under the bed there is alot of trash, i saw some chicken bone under the bed

Need more good on the toilet condition

I will always stay at Elysia whenever I visit Nusajaya. The location is perfect for those who are going to Legoland. The staff and security guards are efficient and friendly too. Very safe place to stay

Given that the apartment is cater for homestay, the agent/owner needs to upkeep the place. The wallpaper was peeling, and the dining table must be replaced. The couch as well, as there was stain too. The apartment just needs some upgrading and it will be perfect

1房間還放著不用的床墊佔位，房內多桌椅都在搖晃可以更新。2沒有用Whatsapp 就聯絡不到，還要請警衛幫忙很拖時間。

the Location is exceptional, where it is situated in the middle of everything, 5 minutes to Legoland, 5 minutes to Puteri Harbour and 5 minutes to the highway The Apartment has 2 bedroom, fully furnished, with hair dryer, ironing board, all the basic amenities which made life breezy The Apartment itself , beautiful! view was awesome as we were on the 16th floor Parking was plenty The staff in that building, from the receptionist to the security guard, was top notch, they were great, polite and helpful, 2 thumbs up!

I wish, they would provide with more pillows or comforter, and the soap they provide, it is a bit lacking....also no shampoo, but they did provide hotel grade disposable toothbrush, which is a plus!

Going in and out of the vicinity due to a card problem and wasn't resolved after it was brought up to the front counter.

Spent 2nites without realized the pool under maintenance. How frustrated. The aircond in 1of the room was nt cold. No floor mop provided. The pan was rusty. The bathroom bidet pipe was broken.

20 mins away from 2nd link Malaysia checkpoint. Ease of access to Legoland just 5 mins by car to free parking at Mall of Medini. A small supermarket at ground floor of the building name Somerset just at the side opposite of Mall of Medini. Stayrene Management was always awesome, they whatsapp to ask ETA, name, IC / passport number & vehicle number. On the ETA time, they drop another WhatsApp to check if we have arrived. The security there is very good. The guards are always on their feet to make the flow in & out very smooth & quickly run to us whenever we got stuck at the barrier (we didn't quite know how to use to card to activate the barrier. We were waving the card silly!). The apartment: LOVE the washer dryer combo! We came & left with clean clothes. Aircon was super cold. View was awesome. When cooking, turn on the hood switch on the wall then pull out the hood then it will turn on. Previously, I thought it broke until I discover how to by accident.

None of the staff at reception looked happy to work. Not rude, just absolutely no smile & warmth. I contacted the management via booking.com the day before check-in to change from King studio to 2 room apartment as my mom wanted to join me. Asked the indian lady at reception to check if I can use my RM50 voucher to offset the required top up of RM100 to change booking. None of them 3 ladies know how to help me. At that same time, the management whatsapp me to ask if I have reached, so I asked through that instead. I checked out with the same lady with all same attitude. The apartment: Master bedroom bathroom bidet no spray head. Had to turn the tap on & off to use. Common bathroom bidet pipe switch leaking. The toilets have a few water marks making it looked old. 1 or 2 bedside light head was loose. They were large & easy to accidentally elbow it while sleeping. Also please help to sign out the accounts that was logged in on YouTube if it belongs to guests & not the management. I stayed twice in two different apartment & both times the YouTube was already signed in by someone's account. Wi-Fi speed could be better.

I like the ease of check in although i reach JB very late due to the bad traffic jam.

I noticed that the wallpapers are peeling off, perhaps be good to touch up.

Wifi lack, on and off. No choice we use our own data. Inside the room too is not strong. No toothbrush, tooth paste bring your own.

We have been to this property for years now. Our most favourite getaway place. Our last stay, we left all the access cards in the unit. So we went to the office for help. Miss Ika was very helpful to help us gain access to our unit and retrieve our access cards. A big thank you to Miss Ika! 🙏🏻

The room was not clean Late check out was not considered despite me explaining the reason. I checked into the apartment almost 2am after work and I requested for the check out to be extended to 1pm. It was declined and of course I couldn’t check out on time. And as a result, they deducted my deposit for late check out! Although it’s only RM30, but the fact that no consideration despite a valid reason given, is a major disappointment!

We have been staying here over a few years now. We just love the place.

Overall the stay are fine except bathroom. comfortable with affordable price, staff and security are responsible.

The toilet smelly, clog full debris makes showering flooding the whole bathroom. Washing machine not clean. Microwave smell bad and have stain.. Can't use it. Hope. Mgmt have to take note. And always triple check.

Room need to be more clean. Floor super dusty. When I make booking.com never mentioned any deposit need to pay, But when arrive management office staff need to pay Rm 200 for deposit.

Information such as how to get the card, where to park, and the facilities were given prior to the stay, and it was really helpful. Check-in and check out were easy and fuss free. The security guards were really friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, and it was comfortable. We are very happy and will definitely come back.
