Reviewed Aug 7, 2026At first we booked another place but the host contact us that the previous one that we booked have an issue. so the host move us to another apartment and even closer to Legoland. We love everything. Apartment is big enough for 2 adults and 4 kids. Nearby the apartment there's a shopping mall with lot of resto also one big supermarket so easy for us to buy breakfast or looking for dinner. Thank you!

Fridge and towel was not cleaned properly. Had left over drinks and a towel in the wardrobe. Host did offer to arrange cleaning the next day. Bed in 2nd room was broken at the corner. Bed can sink. Host did not offer any resolution toward this.

The lobby of the apartment & one lift which i beleive is used for cargo looks dirty which i encountered during the first use. Otherwise the other 2 lifts were fine.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Room is equipped with the necessities. Toilet is clean. I like rain showerhead and the balcony. View of land and lake is peaceful. Having the gate before the main door feels safe.
The carpark is high and time consuming to drive up and down. Crowded and had a difficult time at first to find the lift. hence signages not very clear. Security never verify.

The parking for visitor is at level 5A. Lower levels carpark were cordoned off. Giving off haunted vibe, unfinished construction. Better to find street level parking.

It overlooked the lake, which was a delight, and in the evening, as we stood there, we heard in the distance the call to pray. It is only a 5-minute walk to Legoland, which was perfect with our luggage. The check-in process was super easy, and the host is lovely and helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped with all we needed. We all loved a morning swim in the pool before our busy day at the theme park.
That we didn't stay longer.

All the aircons in the house didn’t work properly. We turned them on at 17Cdegree, max fan and it was still very hot. We had to turn on the ceiling fans too.

The place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. A thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the selection of toys provided for the little ones - it kept our children happily occupied during our downtime. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to the clear and friendly guidance from our host, Tomato. Everything was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Highly recommended for families visiting Legoland!
Overall, the stay was decent, but do note that the parking ramp is extremely narrow, definitely not suitable for bigger SUV vehicles. It can be quite stressful maneuvering in and out.

Reviewed Feb 15, 2025It had all the amenities, even a filtered drinking water dispenser. A full fledged supermarket is located just opposite the premises, so you can even do some light cooking if required.
The pool area was really windy and cold for kids. The multi-storey parking is 5 floors of winding ramp, but you can opt for off street parking if you were lucky to find one.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2024Very easy and collect to collect the keys. Apartment was clean and meets the needs of families who need to crash after a long day at Legoland. Hosts are thoughtful to add safety locks for balcony doors. There is a washing machine for use as well as a hot and cold water dispenser. Right next to Mall of Medini which has a 24 hour food joint as well as a supermarket. Overall, great location!
Toilets are on the smaller side and only have the rain shower option. Would have also been nice to be provided tissue boxes / kitchen paper. But these are minor preferences.

The apartment is well maintained and looks pretty new. High floor with unblock view. Kitchen comes with a filtered water machine which allow my kids to refill their water bottles anytime they finish drinking their water. The Host, Tomato is very helpful when we need help.

The sheets were not changed after the last guests which is absolutely unacceptable. The whole apartment could be much cleaner, there were hair ans dust. And a strong smell from the toilet and wardrobe. The pool in tower 1 was closed permanently and in tower 2 was no kids pool. The whole residence seemed really abandoned.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2024Firstly, awesome host! Tomato was very responsive and addressed all questions and concerns before arrival and ensured there was a smooth check in. Check in and out process was easy. She also contacted me the next day after we checked in to see if everything was ok. She was also accommodating to our requests. The 3 bedroom apartment was clean and neat, suitable for our extended family of 5 adults and 2 children. Hot water, air con and WiFi were working. There is also a water filter in the kitchen. There were no noise from neighbours or surrounding environment. Also very thoughtful to have the rocking horse, lego toys and baby cot - my girls loved it. The location is within walking distance to Legoland and Mall of Medini which was convenient for our trip to Legoland. Security is also good - there was also security officers present at the lift lobby (I presume 24/7) and the key access only allowed one to go to one's own floor or floors with common facilities. Great view of Legoland and the surrounding area too.
The lifts within the apartment complex did not have good ventilation but thankfully time spent in the lifts were short. Swimming pool at Tower 1 was closed but available at Tower 2. Certain parts of the apartment complex were still undergoing renovation and some units were still not occupied.

Owner is very friendly and kind to provide extra service while my boy was not feeling well during the stay. Kids like the comfortable environment and decoration, feel like home. Well back for next vacation for sure, thanks tomato!
The only thing I’d like to highlight is the shower head which is fixed ceiling level, this is not so convenient for young kids to wash hairs or maybe just my kids not be used to it 😅.

We request to extend our stay and immediately granted with simple payment procedure. It was a pleasant stay. Apartment comes with extra bedding, lego, toys, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen facilities. We love that!
Elevator service is quite crappy in this building. But that something the building management has to improve nothing to do with the host.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2024Great place for the price. Location is absolutely perfect for Legoland. You can walk to the park in less than 10 minutes. The apartment is very clean, and the owner is very responsive and helpful. Check-in is easy thanks to the instructions for picking up the key.
Nothing serious. The fact that, for more than 4 people, additional towels are chargeable and the limited amount of plates/cutlery. But all this has been quickly fixed by the owner. So no problem.

The host managed to get us a new stay which has a stunning view of Legoland and no extra charge. The unit is very cosy and has a refreshing fragrance. 3-5 minute walk to Mall of Medini and legoland. Bathroom slippery when wet. We nearly fell after our bath. Carpark ramp is super tight. Husband had to drive up very slowly to avoid scratching the car. If possible, park downstairs.
