AQUA Boutique Hotel- Secluded Ocean View Suites & Infinity Pool

Très bel hôtel !! La piscine avec la vue mer est vraiment incroyable. La chambre est très propre et très bien décorée avec vue également sur la mer. Le petit-déjeuner sur demande est servi en chambre (fruits, pain au chocolat, croissant,pain grillé, œufs brouillés…) Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et la dame à l’accueil vraiment très agréable, donne de bons conseils pour les visites et le séjour à venir.

The infinity pool was my favourite! 😍 the views were breathtaking! Also really loved the room itself - the decor was immaculate, especially the hanging shells feature. The bathroom and shower is beautiful!

The dishes and utensils looked dirty and overused. There also weren’t any drinking glasses provided, only wine glasses which was frustrating. I think a quality check needs to be done on the condition of utensils provided and an inventory check for what should be provided. Also the basin in the bathroom on the right had a leak under (please check room 102). We only used the basin on the left because of that.

Spectacular views, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Really good spacious balcony. Has all the amenities like washing machine, kitchen with cutlery, coffee machine, but these are all self service- seems more like a Airbnb than a full fledged hotel. They do provide cleaning service everyday and fresh towels. One thing people should be aware is that the property is located on a very steep hill and driving up there could be a bit of a challenge. It’s not an easy walk up and down with kids. That being said the views are why this property is worth it. Perfect for couples I would say. The infinity pool is also very beautiful. Makes for great pictures.

That it is located on a very steep hill and driving around the curves especially when you’re not familiar with the roads is a bit tricky. I’m thankful that it was not raining when we went. The breakfast served was very limited and didn’t have any meat options. It included eggs, fruits and bread basket with coffee. Didn’t have laundry service and most equipment that come with staying at a full fledged hotel.

How quiet it is and it’s serene views. The modern day art and the staff too were very helpful

Impresionante, la habitacion no le faltaba detalle, cama muy grande, baño muy grande, cocina equipada. La zona de la piscina esta bien, equipado. Gimnasio pequeño pero completo. El personal que trabaja en el hotel un 10, la señora de la limpieza muy amable, las recepcionista también muy amables. Dan servicio de menú que te lo traen a la habitacion por si no quieres cocinar.

Natürlich die Aussicht aus den Hotelzimmern und vom Pool zudem waren die Damen vom Team sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit, auch am Anreisetag als wir viel zu früh angereist sind.

Неплохой дизайн апартаментов.

Незначительные неудобства: 1. Дорога. Пешком в отель не ходили, полагаю это крайне неудобно. Только авто. Если автомобиль прокатный, то не каждому будет комфортно добираться до отеля. Очень крутые уклоны и развороты на 180 градусов. Дорога узкая и извилистая. 2. Очень маленькая территория. Небольшая парковка, небольшой бассейн и все ! Можно было бы барбекю где-то поставить. Критичные неудобства : 1. В номере 303, в спальне сломан дефлектор кондиционера и охлажденный воздух направлен в голову спящему. 2. Вода в душе меняет температуру автоматически. Поясню. Включаешь комфортную температуру, допустим 30-35 градусов, через пять секунд вода становится почти кипятком, без преувеличения, буквально кипятком. Секунд через 5 температура возвращается к прежней, комфортной температуре. И этот цикл повторяется. Три секунды льешь на себя, 8 секунд на стену. 3. Кондиционер в гостиной не справляется совсем. Может сутки напролет работать и воздух охлаждает не ниже 27 градусов. 4. Шторы в спальне не справляются с солнцем, окна выходят на сторону восхода солнца. Просыпаешься уже в 5 утра, очень светло. 5. Кровать скрипит от малейшего движения. 6. На кухне, видимо от прошлых гостей, весь кухонный гарнитур в горелом масле, персонал не старался качественно убрать на кухне. Открываешь любой шкаф и из него воняет горелым маслом. Но самое неприятное - отношение персонала и руководства гостиницы. Должен добавить, что я посетил 57 стран, некоторые неоднократно. Разные города, отели разных уровней комфорта. И я впервые пишу негативный отзыв. После первой ночи проживания в номере стали известны все вышеуказанные проблемы. Поэтому было принято решение выселиться. На что отель сказал : «а что вы хотите ? Это не пятизвездочный отель. Хотите, без проблем, выселяйтесь, но без компенсации средств». Также отель сказал, что без проблем отремонтируют кондиционер в спальне, рекомендовали постоянно держать окна закрытыми шторами, и обещали устранить неполадки с водой. Я согласился.

Absolut erwähnenswert war in erster Linie die Aussicht, die Ausstattung sowie die Einrichtung der Zimmer und das freundliche Personal. Hier hat man das Gefühl, dass dort viel Liebe drin steckt und die Mitarbeiter gerne bei der Arbeit sind. Der Infinity Pool ist auf jeden Fall ein Bad Wert und Frühstück lecker. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft mit allem Ausgestattet was Benötigt wird, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Backofen Küchenutensilien etc. Das Badezimmer ist modern mit zwei Waschbecken und einer bodentiefen Regendusche. Die Organisation für einen Leihwagen lief reibungslos. Nach dem Checkout durften wir nach einem langen Strandtag die Duschen nochmals benutzen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür, das hat uns einen sandigen Rückflug erspart. Zu guter letzt sind die Massagen auch sehr zu empfehlen. PS: Die Zimmer sind Richtung Sonnenaufgang. Wir hatten leider immer Wolken, aber wer Sonnenaufgänge liebt wird hier wahrscheinlich die schönsten auf der ganze Insel zu sehen bekommen direkt aus dem Bett heraus. Durch die Ostlage knallt die Sonne auch nicht allzulange auf den Balkon und man kann nachmittags entspannt draußen sitzen, solange man nicht unterwegs oder am Pool ist.

Nichts alles super, aber da es in den Kommentaren so oft erwähnt wurde die Auffahrt ist steil ja, aber für tropische Inseln mit Bergen auch nicht ungewöhnlich steil. Ich habe schon steilere Auffahrten gesehen und die Unterkunft ist sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto erreichbar. Unten gibt es einen Busstop und an der Hauptstraße einen Supermarkt.

Pięknie położony hotel na wzgórzu z pięknym widokiem na ocean i basen infiniti też z pięknym widokiem, poza tym bardzo czysto o zarówno obiekt jaki pokoje bardzo czyste i bezbłędnie wyposażone , rzadko się spotyka taką dbałość o potrzeby klienta. można sobie sporządzać jedzenie - pełne wyposażenie do tego , ale też super można zamawiać jedzenie do pokój typu lunch ,kolacja etc.. Jak ktoś chce wypocząć w ciszy i spokoju to lepszego miejsca nie znajdzie. Polecamy

The staff, the rooms, views everything! Anania and I coincidentally have same birthday. She is the sweetest. Took her time to get me from the bus stop and drove me personally to the port so i don’t miss my ferry to ladigue. Her warmth was out of this world. Infact the entire staff showed so much care, taking their time to ensure i was comfortable the entire time during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel as it gave me the best experience. Definitely staying here again.

This place is located on a steep slippery hill. We had a booking, and were never informed about it. We could not drive up the hill with the car we had rented and never received any help to transfer us to the hotel. We had to book another accommodation instead and when asked for a refund (even partially), we got nothing back.

Beautiful views over the water, especially from the infinity pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Only the distance from town, and the very steep road to get to the property (but you get used to it). I think it would be difficult to navigate without a car rental.

Incredible view and a really nice hotel. The rooms were spacious, decorated really beautifully. Great to have a USB outlet for charging.

Gym closed too early. Crazy road to get there, but worth it! Would have been useful to have a powder for the laundry machine.

They had only one staff to attend to customers the whole day They had only one masseuse and she was also the receptionist, couldn’t get a couple massage At 9pm the reception was closed, couldn’t get water, had to boil tap water (terrible night ) They had this weird food that the receptionist said was fresh frozen food, was a bad choice.

The property is excellent — modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The pool offers stunning views, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They consistently gave us great recommendations on where to go, what to see, and the best places to eat and shop.

A car is definitely recommended, as the property sits on a steep hill. However, once you’re there, the views and atmosphere make it completely worth the drive.

Einfach alles das Personal ist total aufmerksam, bei der Ankunft wird jemanden direkt geholfen mit dem Gepäck usw... Die Unterkunft ist einfach fantastisch modern und sauber gehalten, die Internet Verbindung ist konstant. Während des Aufenthalt ist rund um die Uhr Ist ein security an der Unterkunft man fühlt sich sehr einfach nur sicher dadurch.

Attention la vue se mérite, une route très abrupte pour accéder a l'hôtel. Nous avons été surpris a l'arrivée.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’Aqua Boutique Hôtel. Le personnel est adorable, nous avons reçu un accueil très professionnel et gentil. L’appartement était très propre, avec une vue imprenable sur l’océan. La piscine était magnifique. Tout était parfait. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Hotel très bien situé pour visiter l’île.

• Rooms were kept clean and housekeeping was consistent. • Parking was available on site.

Rude staff with an unhelpful attitude — they come across as greedy and only interested in money, not guest satisfaction. • Miserly with amenities — only 1 towel per person, and it feels like they are trying to limit how many showers you take. • No proper customer service at all — no bellboy, so you are left carrying your own luggage up to the 3rd floor. • The location is terrible — as many reviews already say, it is impossible to reach on foot and extremely dangerous by car. We drove all over Mahé and Praslin, but this was by far the steepest and riskiest hill we encountered. • The views are misleading — not like the pictures. There is a 300m gap of roads between the rooms/“infinity pool” and the sea, so it is not the beachfront experience you are led to expect. • Shower area is tiny and impractical. On top of that, you need to run the water for around 10 minutes just to get it hot. • Breakfast is an absolute scam — misleadingly advertised and not worth even a fraction of what they charge. • Overall atmosphere is unwelcoming, with staff more focused on extracting money than offering hospitality.

Not much to do. No bar or chill area. To me it didn’t mattered though. I loved everything about our stay. I was there with my 4y old daughter.

It doesn't mention it anywhere but it's on a hill and you definitely need a car to get up the hill, it's a tough climb. I had a birthday they didn't offer anything not even a plate of fruit or something small. The lady with black hair at the reception made me feel like we were not particularly welcome.
