Location was great. Room was a good size.

Only one lift and it’s quite slow and narrow. It would make the experience better if hotel can make sure the smart tv is functioning before guest check in.

No issues with the actual hotel. The restaurant which is not run by the hotel but is in the lobby is not up to standard with breakfast or coffee though.

Die Lage, optimale Anbindung an das öffentliche MRT-Netz, daher kurze Wege zu allen Hotspots. Für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen in Singapur ist das Owen House absolut zu empfehlen.

This was my third stay at Owen House and it is officially my last straw. Hiding behind the excuse of "sustainability" while charging premium rates is a complete deceive to cut basic guest services. Housekeeping is supposed to happen on day three, yet when I walked into my room expecting a clean space, all the team did was remake the bed using the exact same dirty sheets, pillowcases and quilt cover. When I asked reception, they absurdly claimed linens aren't changed unless you stay longer, a rule NEVER mentioned on their website nor enforced during my previous 7-nights and 11-night stays. After we confronted them, reception promised to send someone to swap the linens, but the housekeeper literally only changed the bottom sheet while leaving the same dirty pillowcases and quilt cover untouched. I had to go back to reception a second time just to request two fresh pillowcases, only for the "new" pillowcases to arrive stained and dirty, as shown in my attached pictures I have uploaded. Beyond the disgraceful service, the room had ants to the point where no food could be brought in, and the bathroom shower area was moldy too! Charging high prices while forcing guests to sleep in dirty linens on their scheduled cleaning day under the guise of eco-friendliness is unacceptable and the Owen House management team urgently needs to do better.

Cleaning of room should be provided every alternate day, coffee , tea, and sugar sachet should be provided on daily basis.

Nearby coffee house staff where hotel is providing 10% off for tourist who are staying in owen are not very helpful I mean only online payment is acceptable, what if tourist has only cash available with them, simply staring and not helping them and suggesting no options is funny and so unprofessional

Spacious room

Bed, soundproof is poor, bath has a lot of moth fly, mouldy tiles gap.

Location was very good

Ironing facilities was poor. Iron itself was bad Bathroom drainage was not good. Water kept filling up and out to the dry area after shower. Sink water took awhile to drain. Informed staff and someone was sent to rectify immediately. Good service

Très bon emplacement au calme, en plein coeur des rizières, nous avons adoré ce logement qui correspondaient à nos attentes. Nous avons suivi les recommandations et avons diné au restaurant conseillé par la villa qui se situe à 2min à pied, c'était excellent.

The reception staff and the staff manning the WhatsApp were nice and responsible.

Cleaning every 3 days, and the floor was barely wiped, no vacuuming, and during our stay, the linens were changed once only. Common kitchen left dirty by other guests twice(staff had to clean up after them). TV did not work. The entire TV was replaced?? by the handyman and it still didn’t work. No sound insulation at all. Could hear everything going on on the entire floor at all hours of the day.

住宿位置超棒，在捷運站A出口拐個彎就到了，附近有購物中心可以吃到亞坤、吐司工坊還有超市可以逛～ 飯店人員服務良好，雖然只會講英文，但是都可以解決我們的需求。

冷氣老舊聲音很大，吹比較久就會不冷。 門的潤滑不足開關時聲音也很大～ 房間裡面沒有放衛生紙，只能從廁所拿卷紙出來用

We didn’t consume food. The linen was poor. The bed covers had spots of stains n the pillow slips were stained n tired. The bathroom towels were CHEAP n insufficient Toilets roles

Notre chambre était sans fenêtre (mais une seule nuit donc ok. Aurait été plus gênant pour un séjour plus long)

地下鉄、ショッピングモール、観光地(リトルインディア)が近く便利でした。治安も悪くないので、子連れでもあまり困ることもなく何も問題ありません。

ちょうどブッキングした部屋が窓がない部屋で… 広さは家族で問題なかったのですが、圧迫感というかこもった感じがして嫌でした。

The lounge in the room was a folding bed and super uncomfortable to sit on. The bed was very firm. Would suit some but not me. No toilet paper left in the room after room service, so had to ask from reception.

Great location near to the MRT. Staff were helpful. Room had everything you required and was throughly clean . Bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended

I’ve stayed at this property several times before, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately, this was by far my worst stay here. I booked through Booking.com based on the room shown in the listing, which had a window. However, when I checked in, I was assigned a windowless room. I have claustrophobia, and being in a room without a window caused me significant distress. Had the listing made it clear that I could be assigned a room without a window, I would not have booked it. I raised the issue with reception immediately, but was told there were no alternative rooms available and was advised to email management. While I understand that hotels cannot always move guests when they are fully booked, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy or attempt to find another solution after I explained the situation. I ended up spending part of the evening sitting in the lobby because I found it difficult to remain in the room, slept very poorly, and ultimately checked out earlier than planned because I did not feel comfortable staying there. I subsequently contacted the hotel and was told that my complaint had been escalated to management for their urgent attention and that management would respond to me. Unfortunately, I have still received no response from management nearly TWO WEEKS later. This has been particularly disappointing given that I was a returning guest and had stayed at the property several times before. The room itself also had very poor shower water pressure, and the hot water never became properly hot, remaining only lukewarm throughout my stay. What disappointed me most wasn’t simply being given a windowless room, but the way the situation was handled both during and after my stay. I hope the property updates its Booking.com listing to make it very clear when a room may not have a window, rather than showing guests a room with a window, so they can make an informed decision before booking.

Für Singapur Verhältnisse guter Preis/Leistungskompromiss Die MRT (U-Bahn) ist 2 min vom Hotel entfernt. Auch gibt es direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht. Es gibt genügend Bäckerei zum Frühstücken in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Zimmerservice nur alle 3 Tage. Dementsprechend rochen auch die Handtücher

Für 5 Nächte sollte nur einmal der Roomservice kommen, und das fiel dann auch noch aus. Klopapier war nicht ausreichend, haben wir uns selbst vom Personal organisiert

Geen raam, alsof je in een kelder sliep. Personeel was onpersoonlijk. Geen groet bij binnenkomst, Geen erkenning. Wanneer er iets was, werd het op de lange baan geschoven. Bijvoorbeeld, de handdoeken waren op. Antwoord: morgen hebben we nieuwe handdoeken. De volgende dag. Helaas, we hebben er maar 1. Later kwamen ze er nog 3 brengen, nadat ik eerst moest refereren aan het gesprek van de dag ervoor. De dag voor we weggingen (dag 5) werd onze kamer schoongemaakt. Schimmel in de badkamer.

I like the location. It’s near the MRT, City Square Mall and Mustafa.

It’s not the cleanest. Seats at the lobby are stained, bathroom is moldy, very tattered and tired-looking bath towels are still being sent to rooms, throw pillows on the bed smell unhygienic, cleaning sched is only on 3rd day and they only fixed the bed (i don’t think they changed the covers), no floor/bathroom cleaning, housekeeping left our room ajar with the door hook (cleaners forgot), wifi password changed at night time with no updates from FO, elevator doors close as soon as passengers exit leaving the new passengers behind, they allow cooking on 4th floor so food smell is so strong.

La struttura è collocata vicino ai mezzi di trasporto con i quali è possibile spostarsi ovunque in cittá. L’hotel è all’interno del quartiere Little India, un po’ caotico il giorno ma silenzioso la sera. Rispetto ai costi molto cari di Singapore, l’hotel ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Il primo giorno abbiamo trovato una macchia sulle lenzuola, la quale è stata sostituita la mattina seguente. Le nuove lenzuola presentavano comunque dei buchi, ma abbiamo lasciato perdere. Comunque hanno provveduto a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze, e bisogna sempre considerare il prezzo pagato. Tutto sommato lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia trascorrere un buon soggiorno nella città!

General decor of room was plesantly modern. Good firm bed and bathroom facilities. Really nice staff who did a lot for us to make sure we enjoyed our stay, kudos to them.

We booked a studio. Our room had a lockable door that connected to a stranger's room next to ours. That door was not very noise proof and we could hear even their conversations, even at the most sensible of volumes. This was problematic for us to make a noise complaint and request to move rooms, the latter of which was quickly helped on by the staff; we are thankful to them as we got a much nicer, and private (no inter-room door) studio.

Didn’t have a kettle in our room to make tea. Had a coffee machine tho. And a microwave that we heated our water in.

The staff were all so friendly, especially one of the girls at the front desk I came into contact with and asked quite a few questions of about the laundry service. She went out of her way to be helpful, conversational, and was all smiles. I am loathe to leave a bad review of this place because of her alone!

To be honest, my stay was fine, but I didn't feel it was worth the price. There was mold in the bathroom. The only way they can charge these prices is because it's in Singapore. That said, the room and bathroom facilities were clean other than the mold in the shower, and though the room was small it doesn't seem as tiny as some of the other hotel rooms I researched in the area.

Tiling grout in shower black with mould. Black hand marks on walls in room. TV wasn’t good unless you had subscriptions for pay channels, which we didn’t.

Location was excellent. Reception Staff Winson and Hazel were great. Got the room of my choice as it was a longish stay. I didn't have the food at the hotel as the area has tons of options.

Could have some provision for a mini gym or a lap pool sorts.
