Info: Diese Bewertung habe ich bereits bei Google hinterlegt und das Management hat sich positiv hierzu geäußert. TOP. Das Hotel hat grundsätzlich eine gute Lage in Little India. Es liegt direkt an der Farrer Park Station. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war modern und sauber im 19. Stock. Das Zimmer entsprach dem Angebot in Größe und Ausstattung circa 24 m². Meine Freundin empfand das Bett und die Kissen als etwas muffig. leider fehlt es an Stauraum. Es gibt keinen Schrank, sondern lediglich eine Kleiderstange mit einigen Kleiderbügel. Mit unseren zwei großen Koffer mussten wir die fünf Tage sozusagen vom Boden leben. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr gut und jeder kann hier etwas finden. Der Poolbereich und das Gym sind ebenfalls für eine kurze Aktivität geeignet. Es gibt die Möglichkeit zum waschen und trocknen von Kleidung für jeweils acht Singapur Dollar oder als Service.Grundsätzlich möchte ich den Aufenthalt als positiv bewerten und den Preis als angemessen.

Negativ ist mir persönlich aufgefallen, da ich Geräuschempfindlich bin und Ohrstopfen zum Schlafen trage, dass die Klimaanlage in der kleinsten Stufe sehr laut ist und auch die Steuerung irgendwie zufällig wirkt. Auch die Geräusche der Straße sind in der Nacht sehr deutlich wahrzunehmen. Für Nachbarn, die mitten in der Nacht mehrfach die Klotür so zuschlagen, dass man sprichwörtlich aus dem Bett fällt, kann das Hotel natürlich nichts.

I had requested a room with a queen bed, I was promised that, but on check in I was told such a room was not available. I had to take the two-single-beds room (which was later changed). The supervisor at the check-in time (Priya) was most unhelpful and would not even make eye contact while telling the check-in clerk that my requested room type was not available. Priya was downright rude and unhelpful

This property is in a prime location and conveniently has an underground MRT station. We stayed with our 16-month-old baby and wife and were pleasantly surprised by the many vegetarian options available for families. The staff was very courteous throughout our stay.

The hotel is nice and clean. Knowing we are in a metropole city the loft room was a bit small for three, though value for money. Best part was the breakfast. The restaurant is nice, big and open and the offer (with a clear Indian link) was huge. Also a very nice pool. Check in was average. Efficient but no recognition or attendance for Holiday inn membership. Location excellent also due to metro station and Cittymall.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Inexpensive, but service impeccable. Location was amazing above the mrt, and super convenient to get anywhere via MRT. Will happily stay again in Singapore as it was just super convenient. Place was lovely, and for a small room it actually felt quite spacious. Great place to stay

The soul brew and Peta were excellent. The service was excellent and so was the setting.

Amazing hospitality by the staffs. EVERYONE is very nice. The room was perfect for family with kids, not to mention the location is great, right outside City Square Mall and above Farrer Park MRT station.

Location wise, it is one of the most convenient in terms of public transport access. Atmosphere is good with very friendly staff specially in the Gully. Virendra, the supervisor is very good in assisting all the guests. Rooms a bit small compare to other international hotel but a decent size for one person. Value, Holiday Inn is one of the best price in Singapore with amenities.

This hotel is conveniently located on top of the Farrer underground station, provided easy access to the main sightseeings of Singapore: little India at this doorstep, Chinatown at few stops distance and Sands By The Bay reachable with a short journey. You can go to the airport with public transport, however taxi ride is quick and cheap. Staff on the hotel is very kind and professional. They also provide a personal touch at all levels. Hotel is beautiful: lobby is spacious, swimming pool and restaurant are lively and provide a strong holiday feeling. Rooms are beautiful and bed comfortable. The only downside is that it is tricky to open large luggages in family room and internal wall insulation is not optimal if you have noisy neighbours.

Brilliant experience, the room was clean and tidy and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We have stayed many times on our Singapore visits and have future trips planned. All staff where incredible but Thank you to AJ/Shameer and Priya who were exceptionally helpful.

Good location in Little India

Found staff uncooperative with many small requests. Bedding was musty and smelly on first day (but fine after).

Good hotel. Although is not perfect throughout the stay, it was a pleasant stay. Check in staff Nura, is softspoken & lovely and we do understand the check in time is 3pm, but we were very tired and she did her best to get our rooms ready as soon as possible. Good indian restaurant and nice location, room is abit small but overall is okay.

In room dinining was bad, slept hungry when the staff forgot the order for an hour. After few calls to the reception, received a call from in room dining; there was no apology instead complaint they were busy in the restaurant service.

We had no experience of Singapore prior to our visit so selected this holiday inn as we have had good experiences with the brand before. We were not disappointed this time either, from check in to check out (11 days) All and I mean all the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. I know we overpack but the room was just a bit to compact and we couldn’t put all our clothes away but as I say could be our fault. The hotel was good value and we booked through the IHG site and also had late cancellation which is handy because at our age a health problem may occur so the late cancellation is a good source of peace of mind. The atmosphere of the hotel is Indian ( We love India) the breakfasts were amazing with an extensive choice to be had and the odd Lunch and evening meal we had were amazing. The hotel was “nipping” clean throughout and room service was excellent. Bedroom was quit and curtains blocked all light. The hotel is also located over a mass rapid transport station which made the whole of Singapore very accessible, we loved the vibrancy and atmosphere of little India and Chinatown especially. We both fell under Singapores spell and were really sad to leave.

Location above the MRT

Room was too small for 3 people. Bed up stairs is the size of the room more or less. Cupboard door ( access to the fridge) was falling off. Shower rails holding the shower head was loose. Went to play Fussball at the pool but the only ball they had was broken. It's the multiple little things that add up

Good value for money (at least for SGP standards). Nice pool with bar and view. Close to metro.

Little India is maybe not the most attractive neighbourhood.

L’emplacement est super car juste à la sortie d’un métro, très pratique. La piscine est un vrai plus après une journée très chaude de visite.

Le restaurant de l’hôtel offre seulement de la cuisine indienne. Il y a néanmoins des choix autre au petit déjeuner. La chambre était propre jusqu’à que j’aille chercher sous le lit quelque chose et sous le lit c’était horriblement sale.

It is incredibly Indian-friendly, with great proximity to local transport, vibrant markets, and a wide variety of excellent Indian restaurants just a short walk away. It was a really lovely experience!! The room was beautiful and had an incredible view!! The staff especially were wonderful and so welcoming! This was most noted at the buffet, where the staff were very kind, specifically the hostess Gia. She also came in with such an enthusiastic attitude and such a smile that really set the positive atmosphere. I will most definitely be recommending this hotel and will hopefully be back one day.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Little India. The location is excellent. The hotel is directly above Farrer Park MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Singapore. There is also a shopping mall connected to the station with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants, so finding food or daily necessities is effortless. The check-in experience was outstanding. I arrived around 12:00 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3:00 PM. I was fully prepared to wait, but to my surprise, my room was already ready. I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Special thanks to Jun for the smooth and friendly check-in process. I stayed in the Loft Room. Like many hotel rooms in Singapore, it is compact but well designed. The room features a sofa bed on the lower level and the main bed upstairs, which can comfortably accommodate three guests. The only limitation is the space for opening large suitcases. The bathroom was clean and functional, and I appreciated having a bidet. The hotel also provides useful facilities such as an ice machine, self-service laundry, and a microwave for guests. The only downside during my stay was the gym. For a four-star hotel, it felt rather small and basic, with only a few treadmills, an elliptical machine, and dumbbells. There were no resistance machines, which was a little disappointing. The lobby is also relatively small, so it can become quite crowded as many guests tend to sit and wait there. I didn't try the breakfast. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. With its excellent location, convenient amenities, and friendly service, I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.

Short family trip to Singapore (June 2026). Of the various properties we’ve stayed at in Singapore over the years, this one is my favorite thus far. A very nice property with a great location for visiting the places we love. It’s conveniently located above an MRT station (Farrer Park) and is right next to City Square Mall. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful in accommodating our needs. It will be at the top of my list for stays on our next return.

Loved the staff, especially Franzy. I throughly enjoyed my stay, it wasn't long enough. The restaurant food 😋, the swimming pool, the location, and with the train station right there handy was only a few of my highlights. Totally recommend this place to stay in Singapore. ♥️ Oh, I almost forgot with the room dining service, I loved the challenge to draw on the huge trsy mat ⁰the hotel better than the architects.

The 2nd dryer wasn't working which was a delay in the DIY laundry. Would be great if you got a couple of tokens in your room instead of going down to collect them. If you used them they could be billed out on end of stay perhaps. The 4.30am fire alarm wasn't helpful, but at least I know all that was in working order. I'll be back. Thank you everyone.

I’m staying at the Holiday Inn Singapore in Little India for a week-long family vacation, and the experience has been wonderful. The staff at the reception were very warm and welcoming, especially Mr. Julian, who kindly helped us check in earlier than our requested time. We truly appreciated his assistance. The Gully restaurant at the hotel also offers excellent service. Highly recommended.
