It was close to the Marina mall and several restaurants

One particular aggressive staff who was extreme and almost wanted to go physical with me . He followed me to the lift and stopped the lift simply because he thought I was not staying at the hotel. This was my 10th stay at the hotel or even more. I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable and left the hotel at 4am and booked another hotel.

I had such a lovely experience, and I especially want to mention Radwa at the front desk. She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Her warm attitude and willingness to help really made my day even better. It’s always the little things that make a difference, and Radwa definitely went above and beyond. Thank you, Radwa! 🤍

We had a wonderful experience. The reception team, especially Umad and Radwa , were very friendly, professional and helpful. They welcomed us warmly and were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Room was neat and clean. Location good near to metro and tramp. Excellent service, friendly staff and genuine hospitality.

I had to ask more than once for towels because there were no towels in the room. What I found uncomfortable was that, even after explaining this, the staff seemed to think that towels had already been brought to me, which made me feel like I was not being believed. Also, the phone in the room was not connected, even though the room should have been fully prepared and ready. These are small details, but they affected my experience.

Best Location. Room was decent. Breakfast was good .

The Hotel needs to do makeover of the rooms. Many things like furniture, washing machine, the kitchen cabinets, wardrobe, wooden flooring , curtains needs to be changed or overhauled. The cleaning staff can do better.

Rude reception I want to make please to give me little time to pack my things but the reception mario so rude. He say No! Like sound verry Rude and he say to me give you 10 min! To check out?! You follow our policy he say. Why? Becuase my booking in there hotel in booking. Com that's why reception like this? I check in in there hotel @ almost 23:00 pm must be give me little consideration then I'm happy but I'm verry upset. Mario is not capable to handle there client if he talk to me nicely I accept if not possible but to much rude. Also I request extra towel I say give me 2 then they say not allowed only 1! What kind of staff they have. To much disappointed alo towel same like rag.

Все было хорошо , очень часто тут останавливаемся с семьей и нам все наораться . Особой благородность хочу выразить девушки на ресепшене из Африки , она очень милая , красивая и даже немножко говорит на русском :) она нам сделала два разных номера сезонным , где можно было передвигаться с одного номера на другой не выходя из номера , для большой семьи супер подходит 👍

Supervisor Miss. Betty, receptionist- Miss.Radwa and Mr. MK all were amazing people. They gave us best customer experience this time! I really appreciate their support and their dedication. We went to the hotel around 10:15pm and then because of the Tv they upgraded our room to our favorite room 1204 with beautiful marina view without any extra Costs which I really appreciate and thanks to all of them. They were so lovely and helpful. Miss. Radwa she was amazing lady , as in the morning we didn’t have any charger with us and my phone died and then she came personally and charged both of our phones . Great job to them!!

All was okay in the night of 4th June but as always in the morning Ac doesn’t work properly and we were sweating again while we were sleeping and which makes us uncomfortable and we woke up early in the morning!! Also every time we come I get one towel only when we were two adults, and only one pair of shower gal & shampoo. Also they should upgrade their Tv with smart Tv in all rooms so people can use YouTube by themselves.

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле, и это говорит о многом.

Нравится мне в первую очередь расположение, так как этот приезд с целью пляжного отдыха. Пляж 15-20мин ходьбы, народу везде мало по понятным всем причинам. В номере есть всё необходимое, кровать очень удобная А то, что объект не из новых, это понятно Завтрак нормальный, я из не капризных 😀

I would like to express my opinion on staying at the Sunday Marina View Hotel. It is convenient for the location because it is near Marina Mall and close to the marina gate for boats and yachts. When we stayed for one day in the room, the AC in the washroom was very noisy, which is why we didn't turn it on full blast. The furniture and the living room were outdated and need to be upgraded. The TV did not have YouTube, so we couldn't search for any movies. The pillows were also hard, making them uncomfortable for your neck and head. They should clean and renovate the entire room, including changing all the materials inside. For practical purposes, you can stay there because you can cook food.
