Superior check-in experience. Comfy, slightly small, room with a great view. Quiet - suitable for a well-needed rest. Pool area was a great way to relax. Excellent breakfast with superb service.

Room - good but the glass and see through can be improved if I happen to be around with someone.

It just that the Wifi whenever I do a Whatsapp call it drops.

The room was fantastic, with a great layout and an amazing view. I particularly loved the speaker in the bathroom, which was a really nice touch, I always travel with a portable speaker so being able to have music playing in the bathroom was a great bonus. The bed was also extremely comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly helpful as well. I had a package arriving before I checked in, and they were more than happy to receive it on my behalf and keep it safely for me until I arrived. Their help and hospitality were greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

I loved every moment of my stay.

The room is quite sufficient especially if you are staying alone or as a couple. The staff was friendly and accommodating (shoutout to Nava, Room Service, and Engineering team for helping with the fridge door) and I love how the breakfast was made to order rather than a full on buffet.

The room's air quality felt a bit stuffy and the 15-min walk from the metro in summer heat was not ideal.

Media One is in a good location , not far from the Harbour and Marina. The Hotel is well-maintained and clean and staff are always there to help . I stayed with the family and they had a great time , the pool was good and not busy at this time of the year. The breakfast was very nice too. It was convenient for going to work too for me and had parking + valet . Shop and barbers and hair salon in the lobby.

Excelente place to stay in, a couple of steps away for Dubai metro station. Clean, confortable, amazing staff and great place to attend big events at P7 especially with Argentinian fans 🇦🇷🩵🤍🩵. Vamos Selección siempre. Mucha Gracias por al hotel por la organización de los eventos de la Copa Mundial

L'emplacement est parfait pour moi, mon bureau est dans l'immeuble d'à côté. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. La vibe est bonne.

Des détails: la température de l'eau est difficile à régler; les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables; le choix de cafés et de thés et la quantité d'eau potable disponible; le choix du room service; des choses qui manquent au petit-déjeuner... Toute une série de choses qui ne sont pas mauvaises, mais pourraient être mieux.

I always stay here as it close to the area I visit for work, it's usually better kept, small things threw off the quality this time, but i gave the feedback to reception am sure they'll fix it!

I would like to especially appreciate Ms. Malika from the Reception team for her exceptional courtesy and professionalism. She kindly assisted us with extending our checkout time, which was greatly appreciated. Her polite, friendly, and helpful attitude truly stood out and reflected excellent customer service. I would also like to commend the Restaurant, Housekeeping, and Room Service teams for their support, cooperation, and prompt assistance throughout our stay.

The pool was extremely small and overcrowded, which made it impossible for us to enjoy quality family time. The management seriously needs to address this issue. Considering the size of the hotel and the number of guests it accommodates, it is surprising that such a tiny pool is expected to serve everyone comfortably. Additionally, only one bottle of water was provided in a room occupied by two guests, and it was replaced only after the empty bottle was returned to Room Service. We found ourselves calling Room Service repeatedly throughout the day just to request drinking water. When we raised the concern, we were informed that the hotel had a limited stock of water bottles and therefore only one bottle was permitted per room. This level of service is highly disappointing and falls well below expectations. Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience that significantly affected our stay.

The room was extremely small, and the bed was too small for two adults and a child. When we requested an extra bed, we were told none were available. We also asked for a baby cot, but were informed they had run out of those as well. It felt like everything was always unavailable. The bathroom offered very little privacy due to its design. The hotel provided only one bottle of water, which is inadequate for guests. Room service was also very slow and took a long time to respond. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations.
