Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Номер просторный, чистый, очень удобно в номере два санузла: отдельно ванная комната, отдельно душевая. Это очень удобно, особенно для семейных пар 3 и более человек. Балкон-терраса с видом на море. Рядом расположены парк развлечений, Лоттэ маркет, аутлет, Икея. Пляж 10-15 минут пешком.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026入住一開門冷氣開好、電視音樂也有播放，一切都很舒適愜意～有些設備比較新穎沒看過問客服回覆很快，不會找不到人（客服好像就住在同一棟可以隨時到房間支援）。冬天房間有地暖可以隨時開～啊！我最喜歡的就是有「洗衣機、烘乾機」兩台獨立的，而且還會附一點「洗衣精」，真的超貼心啦超適合出國的大家❤️
枕頭如果可以更好睡像飯店的枕頭就完美了🫶🏻

There was no WiFi at all for my stay, also not much pots or pans or rice cooker for the kitchen, not really equipped for cooking. Not sure if it was a glitch but additional vehicle added at pre checkin was never added so we had to add it again on top of paying for the first time parking. It’s not a huge amount but very confusing.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Spacious apartment with all sorts of mod cons like dry cleaning drawers, fancy touch button shelves and multiple bidets. Very good for families 5-6 people have plenty of space. Room was cleaned daily and the building is immaculate with plenty of parking spaces.
Location is not great - think carefully if you want to be in central Busan and if you have a car. I’ve done both and better to book in the city to be honest. WIFI!!! Could not work remotely as the WiFi connection is very unstable / only worked a few hours a day. Bathroom on second floor had a very strong raw sewage smell on the first day possibly after recent rain. Air conditioning unit has a really bright LED you cannot turn off at night

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026O espaço era simplesmente incrível e muito espaçoso, não temos nada a reclamar! Estávamos em 6 meninas e todas amaram.
Ele fica um pouco longe, a noite era difícil algum Uber aceitar nossa corrida, mas fora isso é uma estadia muito boa e agradável e o custo foi ótimo também

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Великолепные апартаменты!! Очень красиво! Вид из окна чудесный! Удобное тихое расположение, до основных достопримечательностей 5-10 минут на такси. Один из пляжей в пешей доступности. В жилом комплексе внизу есть прекрасные магазины с продуктами, спортзал, много кафе. Всегда тихо и чисто. В 5 минутах ходьбы Икеа и шоппинг центр.
Добавьте пожалуйста утюг и гладильную доску

We were told to leave with no consideration that we were tourists trying to figure out. Initial booking states that we could check out at 3pm but we were told to leave by 11am.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Great place to stay, very modern, spotlessly clean, and it exceeded our expectations. Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We received a clear and detailed information guide in advance with everything we needed to know. It's a bit far from the city centre, but in return you get a wonderfully quiet and charming neighbourhood, great shopping options nearby, and a beautiful church within walking distance.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Очень комфортабельная, элитная квартира, все чисто и аккуратно. Мы сняли квартиру с 2-мя спальнями и гостиной, в одной из спален окно выходит на море.. В самой квартире было все необходимое, Wi-fi, сушилка для одежды, тв, холодильник и прочее. Рядом в 5-10 минутах ходьбы есть Лотте Аутлет, Lotte Mart, парк атракционов. Менеджер связывалась с нами посредством мессенджера, Предупреждала об уборке. Все было настолько прекрасно, что даже не хотелось уезжать)) Рекомендую этот комплекс, если для вас важен комфорт и удобства.
Нет такого, действительно понравилось все. Ну может быть только то, что до основных пляжей нужно добираться на такси.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026The sea view. It was a beautiful view (I chose a "D" type apartment). I love the city and its shoreline. Located really quite close (5 minutes walk) to the Lotte Mall. One of the bathrooms had a bath tub. Walk-in closet in master bedroom. Washer and dryer in a small utility room. Comfy sofa. Good cook top and extractor fan. Good fridges and freezer. The kitchen sink was big with good drying rack and pull-out directable faucet. The kitchen had a fun quirky food storage cupboard with a motorised slatted door. It was always fun to open and close :- D I hope to stay there next time I visit Busan!
Well... I cook... and there was an unusually spartan provision of cooking utensils. Only 1 sauce pan and 1 frying pan (yet the induction stove top had 3 spots). Although the oven was both conventional and microwave there were no microwave cooking dishes (beyond the small eating bowls) and no conventional oven trays or dishes, and thus no hope of making use of the conventional oven capability. (The saucepan and frying pan had handles that precluded their use in the oven). I was constantly hoarding disposable trays that arrived with my groceries as valued kitchen items! Also having a waterproof mattress protector immediately under the top sheet is not very comfortable to sleep on. Maybe add some sort of comforter on top of the protector to stop it feeling too sweaty?
