It is very very far from the city centre, it takes 50 minutes to get to the Busan Station by taxi. If you want to go to the city centre to walk around or shopping, prepare yourself for a long ride :-) but it's wort it 🥰

離地鐵站比較遠，嚴格來說奧西利亞站所屬東海線，是屬於像火車站，所以需要看一下火車時刻表，平均來說20分鐘一班。

建議可以提供加濕器，因為室內不論是開暖氣或冷氣都很乾，皮膚很容易受傷。

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025개방감 최고의 시원한 오션뷰라 손님이 매우 만족하셨어요. 집처럼 친숙한 구조라 편안하게 이용했고, 정수기, 캡슐커피머신 등 부대시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어서 편리했어요. 특히 스타일러 덕을 톡톡히 봤네요. 사정상 당일 얼리체크인 신청했는데 최대한 니즈를 들어주려고 노력해 줘서 일찍 쉴 수 있어서 감사했습니다.
객실 내 냄새(청소용 세제로 추정)가 좀 많이 났어요. 당일 얼리체크인 신청으로 환기가 채 되기 전 입실해서 그런가 싶기도 합니다. 불쾌한 정도는 아니었지만 침구에서 락스 냄새도 좀 강했구요.

Free parking with the room. Very easy check in and out! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Busan.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025Bonjour, Nous avons passé trois jours dans ce logement. Le logement était bien situé et nous avons pu effectuer tous nos déplacements. Le logement était adapté pour 3 personnes. Le logement était dans un environnement calme et secure proche du lotte mall. Les équipements était très bien. Dommage que nous étions au deuxième car la vue était très jolie. Nous reviendrons dans ce logement lors d’une prochaine visite. Nous recommandons.
Malheureusement, nous avons compris à la fin les notations sur les poubelles. Il n’y avait pas de micro-ondes.

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025침구류가 정말 깨끗해서 푹 잘 잤어요. 처음엔 밤이라 바다뷰가 잘 안 보여서 아쉬웠는데, 아침에 일어나 거실쇼파 뒤에 너머로 펼쳐진 바다 풍경이 살짝 아쉬웠습니다 커피머신이 있어서 모닝커피 한 잔 내려 마시며 미리 사둔 소금빵이랑 같이 먹었는데, 커피가 너무 맛있어서 기분 좋은 하루를 시작할 수 있었습니다 숙소 전체가 깔끔하고 조용해서 푹 쉬다 갑니다. 다음에 또 오고 싶은 곳이에요😊

We also had a car which made travel easier. This area seems newly developed so not busy as the main attractions.

Reviewed Oct 3, 20254인가족 휴일겸 놀러와서 조용히 편하게 잘 쉬다갑니다. 기장이라서 근처 쇼핑몰, 음식점 다 가깝게 이동할 수 있어서 좋았고, 객실도 집이랑 비슷한 느낌이라 이용하기 편했고, 무엇보다 조용해서 너무 좋았습니다. 바다전망이라서 좋았는데 날씨가 흐려서 아쉽더군요. 날 좋을 때 또 방문할 의사 있습니다^^ 체크인,체크아웃 시스템도 무인으로 폰으로 하니 기다릴 필요없이 편했습니다. 처음부터 끝까지 편하게 잘 이용했습니다. 감사합니다.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025객실에서 바다가 보이는뷰, 프론트에서 빠른 답변과 요청사항 액션도 굉장히 빨라서 좋았습니다만 확실히 레지던스라 층간소음이 심하긴 심하네요. 객실청소는 화장실은 양호했으나 방 침대 아래엔...머리카락 너무심했어요.. 청소기를 딱 침대프레임 까지만 돌리고 바로 아래에는 청소가 되지않았습니다. 그래도 잘 묵고갑니다!

Très minimaliste dans ce qui est mis à disposition ( vaisselle, couverts, serviettes etc). Nous avions réservé pour 5 personnes, nombre indiqué dans la réservation et nous n'avions que 4 couchages possibles. Nous sommes 5 voyageurs réguliers et nous n'avons jamais été confrontés à ce genre de situation. D'autant plus que la personne qui nous avions contacté à ce sujet n'a absolument rien fait. Nous avons l'habitude d'avoir un canapé lit dans ce cas là avec des draps, là rien. Pourtant nous avons payé pour 5 pers ... Très décevant. C'est un peu du vol. La résidence se situe loin globalement des activités de Busan

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025The apartment was modern, clean and spacious. It had all the necessary facilities for a very comfortable stay. It was also close to multiple convenience stores, restaurants and Lotte Premium Outlet Mall for those who enjoy shopping. However, it is quite far from tourist attractions like Haeundae Beach and Gamcheon Culture Village if you're using public transport.

建議(非不喜歡)： 建議 洗衣機和烘乾機上 貼中文、英文標示 (一開使以為下方洗衣，上方洗脱烘，正考慮要將洗衣精倒入左上方的盒子) 地點問題 (與屋內設施，服務人員無關) 相較廣安、海雲台 比較比較不容易叫到計程車

Reviewed Jul 11, 2025對於喜歡公寓式飯店的旅人，距離海雲臺有一段距離，但是要玩樂天遊樂場跟山坡滑車，樂天outlet,很近，步行就可以到，非常物超所值，退房的輸入機制，我始終找不到，只好到櫃臺說退房，跟退房說明有出入。

Reviewed Jun 25, 2025Our 21st floor view of the ocean was amazing! Loved the view of the sea when the skies were clear, and we loved it when the ocean breeze brought in the fog! The apartment was super new, clean, and modern. Our family of 5 from Arizona fit comfortably in our 3 bedroom apartment. We loved it so much over the three weeks we stayed that we didn’t want to leave. It started to feel like home. We loved all the modern gadgets, such as the huge fridge, the washer and dryer, the oven, and the steam closet. I didn’t think we would use the steam closet for our clothes but we did. The cleaning and office staff were always very quick to send more supplies if needed. We utilized the fitness center. We ate at almost every restaurant around the apartment. Loved visiting Emart the convenience store. Visited many times! The location was incredible! Within walking distance, we had Lotte World, Skyline Luge, Haedong YongGungsa (a Buddhist temple), Lotte Mart, Lotte Outlet, Lotte Mall, and Lotte Cinema. To my surprise, there was even a skatepark nearby at Lotte Mall. The apartment had everything we wanted and more. Keep in mind, it is somewhat removed from the main part of Busan, but if you want a quieter place this is it. We could still reach Songjeong beach, Haeundae beach, and other inner city locations by bus, taxi, or subway. Just arrived back home but wish we could go back.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025걸어가기 편한 위치에 롯데 아울렛, 마트, 몰이 있어서 쇼핑하 좋았고 주변에 식당이 많아요. 비대면 체크인 하려면 카카오톡 채널 가입해야 편하다는 점 시설이 너무 좋았어요.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2025Amazingly clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean and coastline. Parking was easily arranged. Even as Americans who could not read the Korean, we were able to figure out all appliances. This is a wonderful place and we would definitely stay here again!
