Der künstliche Geschmack im ganzen Hotel. Das Zimmer war nicht gelüftet. Im Zimmer hatte es: einige grosse Spälten im Bodenbelag, das Duschmittel fehlte, Risse in den Platten im Badezimmer. Gesamteindruck: Hotel ist veraltet, viele aufgestaute Unterhaltsarbeiten, Personal ist nicht vom Fach. Das Essen verdient auch keinen Stern... Schade.

Hallenbad hat extrem chlorhaltiges Wasser, der Whirlpool ist sehr heiss. Die Zimmer sind recht ringhörig. Dass das Frühstück bei diesen Zimmerpreisen nicht inkludiert ist, finde ich nicht ok. 25.- zusätzlich fürs Zmorge ist zu teuer. Zum Glück gibt es eine Kaffeemachine auf dem Zimmer...

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Virkelig fint hotel med skøn udsigt over et skønt område. Vi havde en rigtig fin lejlighed, og kunne parkere i kælderen for en rimelig pris. Meget venlig receptionist, som skaffede os billetter gratis til at komme med stoleliften op på bjerget og som var god til at guide til næremeste supermarked. Maden i restauranten var rigtig lækker!
Vi måtte vente en halv time med at tjekke ind, da vi kom, fordi værelset ikke var klar, da vi havde bestilt det 1 time forinden vi ankom. Morgenmaden var ikke inkluderet.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2025Sehr aufmerksame Angestellte, von der Geschäftsführerin über den Servicemitarbeiter bis hin zum Koch sind Alle genial. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Ganze unterbewertet. Kulinarisch auch absolut top. Klassische Hausmannskost aber das dafür sehr gut! Die Speisekarte ist mit Plastikmäppchen und kommt viel schlechter daher als das Ganze dann schmeckt! Leute, wenn Ihr Mal für ein paar Tage Ruhe wollt, geht hierhin und geniesst einfach ein paar Tage das Leben.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2025Bij vragen om nieuw beddengoed werd erg moeilijk gedaan en er werd geklaagd dat we het schone en droge servies niet meer hadden opgeruimd, maar voor deze prijs voor de schoonmaak vind ik dat een paar bordjes in een kastje zetten toch moet kunnen.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2024Wow what a view and what a great comfortable place. The welcoming was excellent and very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was one of the best I have stayed in lately. Everything was spanking clean. There is a pool in the house with Jacuzzi. Parking was perfect- Lifts in the Hotel are available for taking the luggage to higher floors. Balcony at the apartment with great views and then we had snow in the morning in September. ( beautiful) Super quiet also - I wished I had had the opportunity to stay longer. The kitchen was well equipped and worked perfect. Modern bathroom. Internet was powerful and responsive
Hard to find anything. The bathroom had a tub and the shower inside. I am more a big shower stall person. Did not find how the heater work but also did not need it. Food wise in summer you need to be self supported but that is why we rented this location. I paid extra for the view - well worth it though.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2024Hotel położony jest w malowniczej miejscowości, mieliśmy balkon z cudownym widokiem na góry, mogliśmy bezpłatnie korzystać z basenu w hotelu i z wyciągu znajdującego się zaraz obok hotelu. Bardzo uprzejma i pomocna pani Manager, która pomogła nam w zakwaterowaniu po nieoczekiwanych problemach z apartamentem w innej lokalizacji. Samochód w bezpiecznym podziemnym parkingu. Dziękujemy :)
Trochę zimna woda w basenie ale to kwestia gustu ;)

Segurament, res. Potser que queda massa lluny per anqr-hi mes sovint, i que no es molt econòmic…

Reviewed Aug 4, 2024L'appartement dispose d'une terrasse très agréable. Set minimum de nettoyage vaisselle et d'hygiène. Accueil sympathique.
Nous n'avons pas fait attention à la réservation à prendre une vue sur la montagne. La vue sur parking n'est pas pareil. Peu de commerces sur le site. Il vaut mieux amener le nécessaire alimentaire avec vous. Espace très restreint; portes vers balcon, salle de bain, ... Restaurant très minimal pour le petit déjeuner.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2024Je suis resté une seul nuit fin juillet pour aller au bike park, le personnel de l'hôtel a été très agréable et sympathique. La localisation juste devant les remontées mécaniques et juste parfaite et idéal pour le bikepark. Le village est très calme.

We had some drinks in the bar and the staff were so helpful and friendly and gave us recommendations for the local beers and a perfect aparol spritz. We were travelling by motorbike and we used the underground carpark which was brilliant (€10 per night I thought that was quite reasonable)we would of loved to stay longer

Reviewed Feb 26, 2024We booked for a very spontaneous short stay. Right from the start the communication was excellent. Friendly, efficient check-in, with everything fully explained, and during all our stay we felt very well taken care of. The location is really excellent, immediately across from the main ski lift, access and parking also very easy. The apartment was comfortable and quite suitable for 3 adults. Has a large balcony with a fantastic view. It would certainly be good for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

Personal äusserst unfreundlich. Bei der telefonischen Rückfrage hiess es, der Parkplatz sei im Preis inbegriffen, vor Ort mussten wir diesen nachzahlen. Trotz des hohen Preises für den Parkplatz, musste er um 10:00 Uhr, wie das Zimmer geräumt werden. Das Zimmer war sehr staubig, richtige Wollmäuse in den Ecken. Wir haben noch das Nachtessen im Restaurant eingenommen. Das Essen war nicht schlecht aber die Bedienung war sehr unkoordiniert und wenig motiviert.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2023Perfect location, direct access to the skilift. Swimming pool is very nice. Room was spacious enough and kitchen well equipped for basic needs.
Not a single heating element in the room, for ski holiday it’s a big missed feature. No chance to get gloves dry for example. Bathroom is very small. Shower wasn’t always warm enough. Also an advice to the property: doing laundry at your hotel is a real challenge. Would be great if you would offer (sell) at least washing capsules and coins for people to do the laundry.
