Reviewed Sep 19, 2026As check-in was in the afternoon, we first stored our luggage in the hotel, the staff said it was OK, we drove to the hotel reception to store our luggage, but when we arrived at the reception, a male staff member delayed the time and made it difficult for us. It took two hours to send our luggage, which is obviously discrimination against Asian people, not recommended!

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Ευχάριστη διαμονή κοντά στην στάση του μετρό (7 λεπτά με τα πόδια), το δωμάτιο καθαρό και αξιοπρεπές. Το μπάνιο ίσως να χρειάζεται μια ανακαίνιση αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές είναι μια πολύ καλή επιλογή. Σε περίπτωση που η πτήση σας είναι πιο αργά και το δωμάτιο δεν είναι διαθέσιμο, φυλάνε τις βαλίτσες σας σε δωμάτιο.

Las camas son bastante incómodas y duras. Los enchufes son bastante viejos. En general es todo bastante viejo, la limpieza un poco escasa.

La cuisine manquait d'ustensiles (casseroles, bols, tasses, ...). La hôte semblait défectueuse dans notre appartement (bruit assourdissant, tremblements), sèche cheveux en panne. Le rideau de douche était également très vétuste.

Balcony is also massive and can be accessed through multiple doors so airflow is great. Metro station and supermarkets are relatively close, including carrefour and lidl
Air conditioning was battling a bit in the 35 degree heat, but did the job.

Номер знаходився на 0 поверсі і було таке відчуття, що живеш у підвалі, дуже темно, з вікон видно лише ноги людей, які проходять повз. Зламаний фен для волосся. Загалом номер дуже темний.

Zimmer sehr veraltet, Personal zum auschecken nicht da um 9 Uhr und ab 18:30 auch kein Mensch mehr anzutreffen. Dusche konnte man nicht schließen, Steckdosen war locker oder konnte man aus der Wand ziehen. Bodenleisten waren locker dass man sich den Fuß aufreißen kann sowie Schrauben von den bodenleisten.

La stanza non era enorme ma di dimensioni più che sufficienti per un breve soggiorno, era inoltre fornita di piano cottura che ho utilizzato per cena anziché cenare fuori.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Das Gästehaus liegt zwar etwas außerhalb ist aber sehr gut angebunden. Man ist in ca 7.Minuten an der Metro-Station der M1. Von dort ist man innerhalb einer Viertelstunde in der Innenstadt von Mailand. Unser Zimmer hatte eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank war sehr ordentlich und großzügig. Im großen und Ganzen waren die Zimmer sehr ordentlich und sauber. Der Preis war für zwei Nächte in Mailand unschlagbar. Das Haus liegt in einer guten und scheinbar auch sicheren Umgebung. Zum Frühstücken können wir das Café Emilia fast direkt gegenüber sehr empfehlen
Leider war die Einrichtung und das ganze Haus sehr runtergewohnt und altmodisch, was erst einmal für uns nicht schlimm war. Leider war das Bad zwar sauber aber durch den fehlenden Abzug in keinem guten Zustand. Leider gab es einige Mängel im Bereich der Dusche ( Schimmel). Das Haus war sehr hellhörig und abends war es durch andere Gäste sehr laut.

Ich empfehle wenn man zu zweit ist Einzelbetten zu buchen, man spürt jede Bewegung des anderen und ist sofort wach…

Нас заселили в номер на первом этаже, он без балкона. В ванной комнате постоянно стоял стойкий запах сигарет, который шел и в комнату. Вентиляция не работала.

Sin embargo, ha sido una pésima experiencia; el alojamiento incumplió un acuerdo por escrito confirmado previamente por su chat. Nos aseguraron que al tener dos reservas separadas podíamos mantener la habitación y hacer el check-in tarde al regresar de Venecia. Al llegar, el personal nos trató de forma hostil y agresiva, diciendo que su mensaje era "un error" y desentendiéndose del problema. Literalmente nos quería dejar en la calle y no se responsabilizaron ni ofrecieron una solución justa en ningún momento. Aprovechando nuestra vulnerabilidad como estudiantes con presupuesto limitado y la falta de alternativas inmediatas en Milán, nos forzaron a pagar un importe extra por otra habitación el día entre los dos días separados que sí teníamos reservados, además sin entregarnos factura ni recibo de la transacción. Asimismo, realizaron una fotocopia física de nuestros Documentos de Identidad, vulnerando el RGPD europeo y las directrices de privacidad italianas. Trato vejatorio y coacción económica inaceptable. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Un personnel très gentil et des clés fournies pour la chambre et pour l’entrée de l’hôtel au cas où si on rentre tard ! Très confortable, spacieux, avec kitchenette avec grand frigo et de la Clim. (Pratique quand il fait très chaud dehors ^^) Parfait pour un petit séjour en couple à Milan sans ce prendre le choux.
L’apparence des chambres un peu vieillot, mais ce n’est pas dérangeant dutout !

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Das Zimmer an sich wirkt modern und die junge Dame an der Rezeption und die Putzfrau war ganz nett. Aber..
Die Unterkunft an sich war leider ein totaler Reinfall. Bereits beim Betreten des Hotels haben wir festgestellt, dass die Flure und auch der Fahrstuhl einen deutlich heruntergekommenen Eindruck gemacht haben. Als wir anschließend unser Zimmer betreten haben, fiel uns sofort ein extrem starker Geruch nach Putzmitteln und Raumduft auf. Außerdem war die Küche nur unzureichend ausgestattet. Besonders unangenehm war der starke, undefinierbare Geruch aus den Schränken im Wohnbereich. Das alles war bereits sehr unangenehm, doch die größte böse Überraschung erwartete uns im Badezimmer: Im gesamten Bad befand sich schwarzer Schimmel – unter anderem an der Decke, in der Dusche und an sämtlichen Armaturen. Zudem herrschte im Badezimmer ein extrem säuerlicher und unangenehmer Geruch, sodass wir uns dort kaum aufhalten bzw. richtig atmen konnten. Im Nachhinein vermuten wir, dass der starke Einsatz von Raumduft und Reinigungsmitteln möglicherweise dazu diente, diesen Geruch zu überdecken. Wir haben uns daraufhin über Booking.com beschwert und mussten schließlich aus dem Hotel auschecken, da wir es unter diesen Umständen nicht länger in dem Zimmer aushalten konnten. Das Hotel ignorierte offenbar sowohl die E-Mails als auch die Anrufe von Booking.com, sodass ich letztendlich selbst zur Rezeption gehen und mich dort beschweren musste. Beim Auschecken haben wir außerdem mitbekommen, wie ein älterer Herr, vermutlich der Geschäftsführer bzw. Inhaber des Hotels, an der Rezeption mehrere Gäste lautstark angeschrien hat. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt daher äußerst enttäuschend und wir können diese Unterkunft keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.

Er stond geen zitje op het balkon. De kamer is verouderd, maar conform verwachting voor deze prijs. De receptionisten zijn oké, maar niet echt servicegericht. Ik vroeg nog via chat of ze nog aanbevolen restaurants hebben in de omgeving, maar ik kreeg als antwoord “nothing to mention”. Verder hebben we geen informatie ontvangen los van de check-in en check-out tijden en waar we onze spullen kunnen achterlaten. Het was gewoon maar als een balie waarbij je kunt in- en uitchecken en meer niet.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Good location outside of the hustle and bustle. Great grocery story and a subway station near by. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Honestly the room was hotter than outside even with the AC on full blast. You can keep the windows open, but I wouldnt book here during the summer. Beds are pretty uncomfortable too.

That the stove was pretty bad. We had to cook everything on the microwave because it would take hours, and i’m not exaggerating, hours for the water to boil to make a simple plate of pasta

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The place is on excellent location, the bed was very comfortable, the central AC was working perfectly (not too hot, not too cold). For this price it is an excellent accomodation
The bathroom could use a deep clean, nothing too bad or unsanitary.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Изключително приятно, чисто, спокойно място. Близо е до метрото (линия 1), с което можете да отидете до центъра. А ако обичате да се разхождате, пеша се стига за около час и половина.
Единственото, което ми липсваше, беше кана за топла вода в кухничката.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Hotel ottimo soprattutto per la posizione, perfetta per raggiungere lo stadio. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli e lo staff si è dimostrato sempre educato, disponibile e molto gentile.
L’unico aspetto negativo è che la struttura è un po’ datata e avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di rinnovamento e manutenzione. Nel complesso, però, è stato un soggiorno positivo

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026La struttura per me è un punto di riferimento per i concerti che si svolgono a San Siro in quanto ci vado a piedi con una camminata di circa 25 min .. la camera è confortevole e il letto è molto comodo. Un buon punto di appoggio per una notte post concerto . Non è prevista la colazione ma nei paraggi ci sono vari locali e caffetterie.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Obiekt spełnił moje oczekiwania. Mały aneks kuchenny ze wszystkimi niezbędnymi naczyniami. Wygodne łóżko. W hotelu jest cicho. Duży taras. W pokoju jest czysto.Pani Sprzątająca jest przemiłą osobą i bardzo dobrze wykonuje swoją pracę. Są ręczniki, przybory toaletowe, mały płyn do mycia naczyń, gąbka i ściereczka. Na krótkie pobyty bardzo polecam.
Przydałaby się chociaż mała suszarka na ubrania.
