Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Le aspettative non erano alte, dato il prezzo relativamente basso che abbiamo pagato e dal fatto che fosse un seminterrato... invece la camera era enorme, 6 posti letto, 2 bagni spaziosi, 2 climatizzatori, 2 tv, possibilità di dormire in 2 camere separate. Letto principale molto comodo. Set di cortesia in entrambi i bagni. Presente cucina con stoviglie e pentole, e lavastoviglie. Lo consiglio sicuramente!!
La zona non è sicuramente nel centro di Milano, comoda magari per chi va allo stadio. Essendo un seminterrato era un po' umido. Il divano letto era scomodo ma oltre a quello erano presenti anche 2 ulteriori letti singoli. Per arrivare alla camera non c'era ascensore ed abbiamo dovuto portare le valige su e giù per le scale. In camera non è presente macchinetta del caffè, problema risolto però con il distributore automatico alla reception. Pulizia da rivedere leggermente in alcuni punti e tanti tanti moscerini. Per il resto tutto sopra le aspettative

Mancanza di comfort e di attenzione al cliente. Appartamento con piatti, bicchieri e posate senza tovaglia, pezza per pulire tavolo, scopa. Nessuna bottiglia d’acqua nel frigo, impossibile farsi un caffè la mattina (niente moka o macchinetta). Mancano ganci per appendere asciugamani. Mancano copriletti (letti con lenzuola bianco senza copriletto).

The apartment had everything we needed: air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a private bathroom, and it was very clean. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away
It was a little far from the city centre and the main attractions. However, it’s in a quiet and peaceful area

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026L'emplacement est vraiment intéressant : Très proche de la ligne 1 du métro qui dessert tous les endroits touristiques ! Et avec une pizzeria et des glaces à côté très bonnes également. L'appartement était très grand pour deux donc royal, une cuisine bien équipée, et un tout très propre. La clim était aussi très appréciée pendant cette canicule.
Le fait de payer 9€ de frais de ménage car on est restés 2 nuits, sans même qu'ils ne fassent le ménage quand on était absent, la taxe ménage n'est donc pas justifiée.

Il letto era un po' corto per noi e avremmo apprezzato più mensole nel bagno per appoggiare le nostre cose.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Our stay was only 1 night stay in Milan, location was easily accessible for us. We didn't get in until late but had no issues. We would return again!
As we got back to the hotel late at night (after checking in that morning). The staff didn't explain how to get back into the hotel after hours as there is no reception staff throughout the night. There is a number to contact which, they called back within 5 minutes. We were lucky as another guest was just leaving the hotel and explained to us how to get in. Dont let this put you off as we didn't explain we would be out all day and into the late evening.

Allerdings herrschte im Zimmer und vor allem im Badezimmer ein derart schrecklicher, unglaublicher Geruch, dass man es darin nicht aushalten konnte. Auch die Handtücher waren zwar sauber, rochen aber so extrem schlecht, dass wir sie nicht benutzen konnten.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026שהינו במלון הדירות בלילה האחרון של הטיול. הדירה הייתה גדולה, נוחה ומאובזרת היטב, והמיקום נוח מאוד וקרוב למסעדות הכשרות באזור. עמדת הקבלה מאוישת עד השעה 18:00. מכיוון שהגענו מאוחר יותר, קיבלנו מראש הוראות ברורות ופשוטות לקבלת המפתח. חשוב להביא בחשבון שבשעות הלילה עמדת הקבלה אינה מאוישת, על כל המשתמע מכך. בסך הכול המקום התאים לנו מאוד ללילה האחרון במילאנו והיה פתרון נוח עבורנו

Odeur forte de cigarette dans la salle de bains qui n à jamais disparu malgré l intervention du personnel. Hormis cela la note globale aurait été meilleure. Les frais de ménage ne sont pas annoncés à l avance.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Appartement très grand, tout équipé, tres propre avec climatisation, cuisine équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut. Nous sommes arrivés après 18 heures. Nous avons pu rentrer grâce un code envoyé par l’établissement auparavant, les instructions étaient claires. Literie confortable et grand. Beaucoup de place libre autour du logement, payant de 8h heures à 19h.
Un peu de bruit au dessus mais l’établissement n’y est pour rien.

L'appartement n'était pas suffisamment isolé au niveau sonore. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit des appartements voisins et surtout du dessus.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Aparthotel scelto 24h prima del mio arrivo a Milano causa disdetta da un altro concorrente booking. Ero pronta al peggio ma mi sono ritrovata in un ottima struttura risparmiando pure! Ingresso al palazzo e alla porta automatizzato e semplice. Zona tranquilla, strategica per chi dovesse vedere eventi allo Stadio San Siro (20-30 min a piedi di percorrenza). Vicino alla metro, di fronte un enorme supermercato aperto h24. La stanza era grande e comfortevole. La cucina spaziosa ospitava il divano letto ed il tavolo, l'angolo cucina dotato di ogni necessità. Camera da letto grande e bagno ottimo, l'unica pecca sono i mini asciuga-capelli che non asciugano proprio nulla. LEtto e cuscini comodi, pulito nel complesso.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Appartamento moderno dotato di tutti i confort. La pulizia è davvero top. La cucina ha un piano cottura ad induzione ed ha anche un forno a micronde. Le persiane sono elettriche e ci sono i climatizzatori in tutti gli ambienti. Per la colazione, la struttura ha dei distributori automatici alla reception, ma giusto fuori la struttura vi è un bar fornitissimo. Sinceramente credo di aver trovato il nostro punto di appoggio nei nostri passaggi a Milano.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The location was convenient, especially considering the distance from the airport. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a one-night stay. We stayed only one night due to our flight schedule, and it served its purpose well. We would recommend it for a short stay or an overnight stop before or after a flight, but probably not for a longer vacation.
It is located in a basement, which wasn't ideal, but it was perfectly acceptable for a short stopover.

el espacio era "único", es decir las zonas de estar-cocinar-dormir no tenían elementos que permitieran sectorizarlas, careciendo de privacidad esta última, particularmente entendiendo que en el mismo estuvimos 6 personas. Respecto a los sanitarios si es importante mencionar que contaba con 2 baños completos y cómodos.

L’unico dettaglio che migliorerei è la presenza di uno specchio a figura intera: in bagno c’era solo quello sopra il lavabo, quindi averne uno in camera sarebbe stato molto apprezzato

Der junge mann an der Rezeption ist sehr unprofessionell und unfreundlich, wir haben eine Keller Wohnung bekommen. Klima stinkt. War ein Fehler, buche ich nie wieder

Personale di poche parole. Neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua nel frigorifero. Scale, ascensore e piano reception senza aria condizionata.
