We had a full apartment with two bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a kitchen/dining space. The apartment had a view of the mountains (which was beautiful). The staff was wonderful....we dropped an earing down the sink (unfortunately) and they were so great to come and help us take apart the plumbing to fetch it without making us feel bad. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed to make our own dinner one night.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at The Residence Villa Stella. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was perfect for a relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!

Great location and easy parking on street and in the underground car park. All 3 cable cars at walking distance, great access to old town. Thoughtful little touches made the stay extra special - there is a little playground in the garden with swings, slides and playhouse; there are biscuits and cakes that you can take on the go; free coffee machine; shopping trolleys to get groceries for your apartment; you can even rent mountain strollers and baby carriers here.

Our stay was very lovely, it would be great to have some extra photos of the playground and equipment that guests can use during the stay.

Veľmi pekné mestečko Ortisei. Z rezidencie Stella je pešo blízky prístup k lanovkám na Secedu a Alpe di Susi. Pre náš krátky pobyt - 3 noci to bolo ideálne. Výhodou bol aj automat na nápoje - káva, čaj, čokoláda, ranná donáška pečiva, parkovanie, možnosť vstupu do plavárne a možnosť pobytu so psíkom. Ďakujeme!

Zero communication around how to get to them. We ended up at a bustop with a. Nearly 1km uphill Walk over dirt roads to reach the hotel. Called and asked for help and they told me I should have gotten off in town and taken a taxi.‘great!

We had a lovely stay here with three young children. Clean and spacious garden apartment with both a shower and a bath, a cot and high chair for our toddler. Lots of nice extras like the free access to the local swimming pool, pool towels. Trolley for supermarket runs, umbrellas for the rain (yes, also in August). Only good things to share about our experience!

The property was beautiful and well taken care of. We had plenty of space for our needs and the room was always a comfortable temperature. Location was great and the people were very kind!

The staff were lovely, very helpful with everything and helped us plan our hikes. We got free bread for breakfast every morning which was fantastic and we could bring what was leftover on the hikes. The room was spacious and close to the town centre. All in all very good stay

No cleaning service and the laundry machines were a little expensive (€8 for washing €8 for drying). Towels can be changed at reception. No aircon so can be a little hot middle of the day.

Our stay at Residence Villa Stella was spectacular. We adored the room we were given as it felt like we were in a cabin. Our host was kind and helpful in showing us what we can do around town. The amenities offered were great! Noise level was okay, we were able to hear concerts/music playing in the main town square but this didn’t bother us at all. Rooms were extremely clean. Overall the location and atmosphere was a 10/10.

La tv no tenía streaming. El toldo se nos bloqueó y quedó abierto durante una tormenta, pero aguantó y lo vinieron a arreglar rápidamente. Así que en general todo bien.

We stayed at Villa Stella for 5 days after coming from San Candido, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. There are many things we absolutely loved: * Everything was **spotlessly clean**. * It was **incredibly peaceful**. We couldn't hear any noise at all, not even the church bells directly opposite the residence. * The **views from the terrace were simply breathtaking**. * The **beds were extremely comfortable**, and we slept wonderfully every night. However, I would like to share one honest observation. When we first walked into the apartment, our initial impression was that we had travelled back to the 1970s. The furniture, bathroom and kitchen all feel very dated, and small details—such as the curtains attached with Velcro—make the apartment look older than it really is. During our stay in Ortisei, we looked at many other accommodations. While a few still have a similar style, most have been tastefully renovated with modern interiors, contemporary bathrooms and well-equipped kitchens. The difference in atmosphere is remarkable. Villa Stella already has everything that cannot easily be created: an excellent location, spectacular views, exceptional cleanliness, complete peace and quiet, and very comfortable beds. Those are its greatest strengths. For that reason, I genuinely believe that renovating the apartments and updating the interior design would transform Villa Stella into one of the best places to stay in Ortisei. The potential is already there—it simply deserves an interior that matches the quality of everything else. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. This comment is simply an honest suggestion that, in our opinion, could make an already excellent property truly outstanding.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Villa Stella during our family trip to the Dolomites. The location is excellent, with easy access to Ortisei town center, cable cars, and the beautiful surroundings of Val Gardena. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was a great choice for our family, providing a relaxing place to rest after exploring the mountains. We especially appreciated the quiet environment, convenient parking, and the overall atmosphere of the residence. The Dolomites are an incredible destination, and Residence Villa Stella was a very good base for visiting Seceda, Alpe di Siusi, and the surrounding scenic areas. Highly recommend Villa Stella to travelers who want to spend beautiful time there.

We stayed at Vila Stella during our trip to the Dolomites and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of a beautiful town and close to everything you need. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very welcoming, and the bathroom was clean, well-equipped, and very functional. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the small details, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Those little touches really made a difference and helped make our vacation truly special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed place to stay in the Dolomites. We would be happy to stay here again!

No decent soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no maid service. Laundry room with one washer one dryer used by maid. Husband had to wait for dryer because maid was using. For what they charge, maybe one for maid service. They advertise warm bread every morning, not so, try day old rolls, at least that is what they tasted like. Over $500 a night and they expected us to go downstairs with garbage and empty it. No fresh towels. Toilet paper like sandpaper. We would never stay here again, reviews were very deceptive. Staff didn’t help us locate lifts or buses, they just pointed. Not good maps offered.

A great place to stay, conveniently located close to both the town center and the main cable cars leading to the area’s iconic peaks. The room was spotless, and we especially appreciated the morning bread delivery service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. There was also a choice of both indoor and outdoor parking.

We greatly enjoyed our experience at Villa Stella! The location was perfectly convenient and there were many thoughtful details like the daily bread delivery, coffee service, umbrellas, and helpful maps of local hikes and walks. They generously gave us a free upgrade to a larger room when we needed to extend our reservation. Staying at Villa Stella made our time in Ortisei extra special and enjoyable and we’re so thankful :)

숙소에서 걸어서 세체다, 알페디우시 리프트를 걸어서 갈 수 있고 걸어서 마트까지 이용이 가능해요. 엄청 깨끗하고 주방용품의 관리도 잘되어있었습니다. 특히 사쏘롱고 뷰가 보이는 방이었고 테라스가 있어서 사쏘롱고를 보면서 커피와 와인을 마실 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 오르티세이를 다시 방문하게 된다면 꼭 이 곳에서 머무르고 싶어요. 그리고 숙소에 물건을 두고 왔는데 너무 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사합니다.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the town center and the Seceda cable car, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area without constantly needing the car. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also really appreciated the complimentary fresh bread—it was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again!

Our stay at Villa Stella was incredible! We are a family of 6 adults and booked 2 rooms, the family apartment and the single apartment. The rooms were spacious and clean with a great view of the mountains and lovely balcony! The fresh bread delivered to our door every morning genuinely put this experience over the top. The bread was warm and fresh and the perfect grab and go before hiking all day. I also loved the kitchen table in the living room, it made hanging out with family at the end of the day so communal and enjoyable. The location is superb- conveniently located near the cable cars, bus transport and funicular. (3-7 minute walk to any of the above), as well as all of the local dining and shops! All of the hosts were incredibly helpful and even helped me change our accommodations from 1 room to 2 rooms and manage the logistics when we added more people to our party. Highly recommend. We would absolutely stay here again.

Residence Villa Stella is a great place to stay in Val Gardena, if you choose to base yourself in Ortisei. It is in the centre of the village, and easy access to restaurants, cafes, cable car, etc. The hotel itself is wonderful, and the rooms had all the amenities one can wish for. Our balcony had a great view of the Sassolungo, and we were lucky that it snowed on the mountains the evening we arrived, which made for a magical experience. The hotel owner and reception staff were very helpful, and gave us some excellent tips, which made our stay even more wonderful.

Our accommodation at Villa Stella had every thing we wanted and more: kitchenette, balconies with a view, space to move around, good bed. Easy walk to village centre (once we knew the shortcut!). Staff were friendly and helped us work out what we did each day. Fresh. Bread each morning at our door for breakfast.

Central location, close to everything yet quiet and private. Our two-bedroom apartment is very roomy; and its large balcony offers clear view of Sassolungo peaks. The entire facility is very well maintained and decorated. The whole place is sparkling clean. An indoor garage is a plus. We'll definitely come back again

Loved Residence Stella. It was a short walk to the center of Ortisei. The views from our balcony were gorgeous. We made dinner on night and enjoyed it on the balcony. The bedding was extremely comfortable which seems to be a rarity in Italy. The staff was very helpful suggesting hikes and best things to do.

I enjoyed my time staying in this property. I traveled solo with my son and it's a perfect place to stay. Very clean, short walk to the downtown, both Seceda and Alpe di Siusi lifts, we even managed went to the public pool during the poor weather. The hosts are amazing and I appreciate they upgraded the room. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

세체다랑 알펜 디시우스를 가신다고 하면 위치가 정말 최고입니다. 숙박 가격이 비싸다는 점이 단점으로 작용하겠지만서도 주차 및 이동소요를 고려하면 최고의 위치입니다. 짧게 머무르시면서 많은 것을 보고싶다면 여기가 최고이지 않을까 싶습니다. 세체다 주차장이 엄청 바글바글하더라고요. 근데 숙소가 세체다 케이블카랑 매우 가깝습니다. 숙소가 엄청 아기자기하고 조용한 곳에 위치하여 휴식을 취하기 좋습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 근처 데스파에 가셔서 식재료 사셔서 요리해먹어도 좋아요. 그리고 주차공간이 여유있어서 렌트하셔도 문제없습니다. 숙소가 ztl이 아니라서 맘놓고 가셔도 됩니다. 숙소 정말 좋습니다.

Perfect place to stay. Very close to the village centre, have very large rooms with a lot of space. Very kind people on the reception, will help you with any problem. Beds are soft, our apartments (room) had useful kitchen, and also you can drink tap water! The hotel has free cofee vending machine and some sweets - so won't die from hungry after the very late approach. Views are amazing, and also the hotel has all elevators in 10min range. So, my rate is 11/10

We had a great stay at Residence Villa Stella. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and everything was clearly explained. Each morning, fresh bread rolls were left outside our door based on our selection, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the ski run (mountains kind of blocked by a big tree, but still a nice view). There were free snacks in the lobby and a coffee machine available at any time, which we really appreciated. Check-out was also simple and clearly explained. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with thoughtful little extras.

Not a big issue for us, but if you get annoyed by simple things then the shower head in the bathroom might annoy you. It was positioned facing the shower screen, so you had to angle it carefully to avoid water spilling into the bathroom. Overall a bit fiddly, but nothing you couldn't work around.

Everything about Villa Stella is amazing as soon as you enter. The fragrance and the lovely welcome from Tiziana who is very helpful with information and generous with assistance. We have two young children, the family room was perfectly design and extremely functional. Easy access to town with basement garage for your car.
