The place is beautiful and lovely for children. We had a great time in the play area both inside and outside.

The lack of cooking and cleaning devices such as dishwasher soap.

Perfektní místo pro rodiny s dětmi. Spousta vyžití pro děti. Krásná příroda a okolí.

We were placed on the third floor with a baby, and at night the entrance required climbing four flights of stairs. Carrying the stroller up and down was extremely difficult and seriously affected our stay. Had we known the property was not stroller-accessible, we would not have booked it.

החדרים קצת מיושנים, חסר דברים בסיסים כמו שמפו, סבון במטבח אבל זה בטל ב60 לעומת החוויה

המקום מאפשר לילדים מרחבים וחוויות, טרמפולינות, אופניים, פארק קטן, אגם משחקי חול וכו

מיושן וריח לא נעים בדירה, אין ניקיון יזום או החלפת מגבת יזומה, אמנם מקבלים את הדירה נקייה אבל תוך כדי כל אחד מנקה לעצמו, שמים מגבות וסדינים להחלפה עצמית, כל ערב המשפחה השניה בקומה רוקנה הכל. חוץ מזה שלכאורה נתנו לנו כרטיס פלכאו וכשהגענו למקומות הבנו שלא נתנו לו כרטיס דיגיטלי רק שוברים, התקשרתי מאחת האטרקציות וענו לי שבידיוק סיימנו ללון אז לא מגיע לנו. מגוחך לגמרי אחרי 4 לילות

מיקום נפלא. במקום חדר משחקים גדול מושקע עם מגוון משחקים לילדים, טרמפולינה גדולה, אופניים חופשי, מדשאה ענקית ואגמונים קטנים עם זוג ברבורים שחורים וברווזים. מרחק דקות ספורות ברגע יש אגם לרחצה, ומרחק דקות ספורות ברכב מרכז עם מסעדות חנויות וכו׳ החדר מרווח עם שולחן אוכל גדול, סלון כייפי, מרפסת, מטבח מאובזר כולל מקרר קטן ומדיח, מרפסת, 3 חדרי שינה ו-2 חדרי אמבט/שירותים

היינו בקומה העליונה אז דפקנו מספר פעמים את הראש בתקרה המשופעת, קומה שנייה ללא מעלית בקיץ קצת בעייתי לפתוח חלונות לאוורר את החדר כי נכנסות דבורים אין ארוחת בוקר במקום, אבל הם ממליצים על בית קפה סמוך (נסיעת רכב קצרה)

מקום נעים ונוח מאוד למשפחות עם ילדים. קרוב לאגם, יש חדר משחקים ומדשאות ממש בצמוד לחדרים. בסך הכול המקום עונה על כל הצרכים לחופשה משפחתית.

המתקנים והחדרים מעט מיושנים, ולא מספקים סבון ושמפו. בנוסף, בחודש אוגוסט כמעט כל האורחים במלון היו ישראלים, כך שמי שמחפש אווירה אוסטרית מקומית פחות ימצא אותה כאן.

אזור עם הרבה מדשאות שילדים יכולים לשחק

**שרות מזעזעעע* הזמנו 4 חדרים ל 5 לילות. במשך 4 ימים מהשהות שלנו ל-2 מהחדרים **לא היו מים חמים במקלחת**. כלומר לא היה ניתן להתקלח במקלחת שבחדר. מנהלת המלון והבעלים אמרו לנו שהם מודעים לבעיה ואין להם מה לעשות בנושא. שום פיצוי הולם , שום נסיון הולם לראות איך הם פותרים את הבעיה. רק התנצלו זה הכל. **בלילה חושך מצרים לא רואים ממטר, אין תאורה בכל המתחם. **חדרים מאוד מאוד מיושנים ברמה של חדר בקיבוץ משנות ה 50. *** בקיצור תעשו לכם טובה לא להתקרב. Absolutely terrible service!!! We booked 4 rooms for 5 nights. For 4 out of the 5 days of our stay, 2 of the rooms had no hot water in the shower. In other words, it was impossible to take a shower in the room. The hotel manager and the owner told us that they were aware of the problem and that there was nothing they could do about it. No proper compensation, and no proper attempt whatsoever to find a solution or resolve the issue. The only thing they did is to apologize. At night, it was pitch dark—you could barely see anything. There was no lighting anywhere around the area. The rooms are extremely outdated, to the point that they feel like rooms in a kibbutz from the 1950s. In short, do yourself a favor and stay away.

Scenic location with great amenities like kids indoor playroom and bicycle for all ages.

No fan available and finding the apartment is a bit tricky if arriving late.

קראנו הרבה ביקורות שיש המון מה לילדים לעשות שם , שאנחנו היינו היה רק גימבורי נחמד ודפים לצביעה עם טושים ובחוץ נדנדה ועוד כמה דברים קטנים לא הרגיש שזה כמו בביקורות , לזוג פלוס 2 היינו במיטה אחת גדולה שמתאימה יותר ל3 ובסלון היה ספה קטנה שרק ילד יכול לישון בה

The kids (ages 5–9) had such a wonderful time here! Every day, they couldn’t wait to get back to the apartment so they could continue playing on the outdoor facilities. There was so much to keep them entertained, and every day they discovered something new to do and made new friends. When we left, they were very sad and asked that the next time we come back to Austria, we stay only here.

De locatie is super kindvriendelijk. Ruim opgezet vakantieverblijf met verschillende appartementencomplexen. De grote groene grasweide is goed onderhouden en heel fijn om zelf te relaxten met een boekje, of lekker te spelen met de kinderen. Het terrein is nagenoeg autovrij, enkel aankomst en vertrek zorgt soms voor een auto. Ook voor slecht weer is er binnen van alles te doen. Onze kinderen van 4 en 11 jaar hebben zich uitermate goed (zelf) vermaakt door het aanbod en kinderen die er ook waren (waaronder beste veel Nederlandse).

Niets, de ballonnen zijn wat klein maar dat is nu eenmaal Oostenrijk. Je kunt niet met vier man op je balkon eten bijvoorbeeld, maar we hebben wel verschillende keren gepicknickt op het gezamenlijke buiten terrein.

While I understand and was ready the concept of basic utilities in the apartment, there are several things worth improving. The pillows were not comfortable and the fact that there are no nets during the hornets season is very uncomfortable, especially when you have to open the windows in the summer. Some simple things that would have made the experience perfect

רמת הניקיון טובה אך לא גבוהה

אהבנו את השטחים הציבוריים, המרחבים לילדים, הילדים מאוד אהבו את הטרמפולינה, האופניים, קיר הטיפוס והמיץ החופשי בקבלה

לא אהבנו שהקבלה נסגרת בשש יחד עם עמדת הקפה והמיץ, וגם הטרמפולינה ננעלת בשעה הזו שזה מאכזב לילדים כי אלו השעות שחזרנו למלון. פעם אחת קפץ לנן החשמל בשבע בערב והבנו שאין אף איש צוות שאפשר לדבר איתו (לא ענו למספר החירום אלא רק לווטסאפ ולאחר כרבע שעה מהרגע שהבנו שזו הדרך לתקשר איתם). השטחים הציבוריים יפים ומטופחים אבל החדרים מיושנים מאוד, עם ריח לא מאוורר ויש הרגשה שהם לא נקיים. היו כתמים על כל כסאות האוכל וגם על הספה בסלון- הילדים וגם אנחנו נגעלנו לשבת עליהם רסנו סדין על הספה כדי שיהיה לנו נעים לשבת עליה… המלון הזה לא 4 כוכבים, היינו נותנים לו אולי 3. החדרים דורשים שיפוץ או לפחות ריענון, החלפה של הכלים במטבח שמלוכלכים וישנים, ריהוט מיושן, אין מיקרוגל טוסטר או מכונת קפה בחדר (הקפה במכונה שבקבלה בתשלום נוסף וננעלת בשש). היינו בדירת שלושה חדרי שינה אבל באף חדר שינה אין טלויזיה, יש טלויזיה רק בסלון וגם היא לא חכמה- מאוד מוזר בשנת 2026). בזמן הצק אאוט הסתבר לנו שהמקום לוקח 180 יורו דמי ניקיון - הרגשנו קצת מרומים

المكان هادئ وجميل جدا يوجد به ألعاب للأطفال مواقف السيارات متوفرة ومجانية يوجد به العديد من المباني وانواع مختلفة من الشقق طاقم العمل رائعين وإذا وصلت متأخر في يوم تسجيل الدخول ستجد المفتاح مع رسالة أمام الاستقبال (يفضل التواصل معهم)

عدم وجود مطاعم بالقرب منه السوبرماركت بعيدة قليلا

The kids found it excellent as there were great activities such as - trampolines, playground, bikes and more. The outside area was very nice to relax and the location is great as it very close to Flachau.

The room is very LOW standard!! The toilets smelled like urine no matter how we tried to clean it with, the venting is awefull and windows can't be opened much as there are no nets and bees kept entering. The bed is so uncomfortable that we had a sore neck and back during our stay. The kids sofa bed was close and we had to set it on our own. The kitchen had only tools, but nothing basic such as no dish soap, no coffee/tea, no salt or pepper. No shampoo or soap for the shower.

Sonnberg Ferienanlage is truly designed for families and, especially, children. Huge garden with shaded sandbox, trampoline, free bike rental, two small lakes with animals, big and, most importantly, well maintained indoor playroom, no car zone. During hot days the staff even prepared small inflatable pools with toys for the kids to play with. The place is also located near the Reitsdorf swimming lake.

The couch where kids were sleeping should have been prepared in advance and ready to use when we checked-in. There was a common balcony for two apartments; a simple divider would be beneficial.

Az apartman állapota kicsit leharcolt volt már.

Locatie was top! Personeel vriendelijk. Je kan ontbijt broodjes en pizza’s bestellen en afhalen bij de receptie.

Het was erg gehorig. ‘‘s avonds en ‘s ochtends vroeg hoorde je kinderen rennen en schreeuwen.

Prachtige locatie tussen de bergen. Heel rustgevend. Vriendelijk personeel en leuke faciliteiten voor de kinderen

Fantastisch für Familien; man merkt, dass hier viel Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kindern vorliegt. Der Kracher ist der sich quasi vor der Haustür befindliche Badesee.

Erg nette accomodatie. Veel te doen voor de kinderen. Ligging is perfect. Badkamer was mooi. Heel vriendelijk personeel!

De appartementen zijn erg gehorig. Wij hadden helaas luidruchtige bovenburen waardoor we slecht geslapen hebben. We waren er 2 nachten dus dat was te overzien. Ik vind de prijs aan de hoge kant voor wat je krijgt (appartement).

אין מספיק חוויות לילדים במלון, וגם הדברים שיש נסגרים מאוד מוקדם אחר הצהריים, כשמשפחות יוצאות לטייל הן חוזרות אחר הצהריים וחלק גדול מהאפשרויות(המצומצמות) כבר נסגר.

Receptionist was lovely, the fresh breakfast order in a morning with options to purchase extras in a morning was very convenient, nothing too much trouble. Lovely stay and very family friendly.

Skønt sted, med masser af aktiviteter for børnene! Er roligt og meget trygt sted.

Det manglede evt. et lille gym til forældrene - evt. lidt mere forkælelse til forældre.

There was nothing which we did not like.

Életünk egyik legjobb nyaralása a gyerekekkel. Ez a hely maga a csoda. Az a puha fü, amin szabadon rohangálhatnak (és mi is) mezitláb, a hatalmas tér, az egész természetes közeg. Imàdtuk, hogy a gyerekek szabadon felpattanhatnak a sokféle méretü és szinü biciklikre és teljes biztonságban körözhetnek, amig mi szülök a padokon üldögélve beszélgetünk. A személyzet barátságos volt, a brötchen service nagyon feldobta a reggeleinket. Mindenképp jövünk még ide!

חדרים מאוד בסיסיים מטבח קטן פנימי ללא חלון לקחת בחשבון שאין סבון / שמפו / סבון כלים… אם מקבלים דירה בקומה העליונה תדעו שיש לאחד החדרים חלון על התקרה - אצלנו לא הייתה אפשרות להחשיך את החדר אז בקיץ בעייתי - זריחה מוקדמת ושקיעה מאוחרת - לכן העברנו מזרנים והילדים ישנו בסלון

Extremely nice stuff. Location is great: supermarkets and groceries stores nearby (by car or bicycles), swimming lake, free bicycles, childrens activity, Sap for 10 eur/day. Free cold juice and tea in the recipcion. Coffee machine for 0.5 eur. For whose who religious (Shabbat), the stuff are aware to the Shabbat restrictions and can help you (pay for service in advance like coffee or laundry ). There is oven in the room you can use as PLATA. entrance with regulare keys and no automatic lights so no problems for religious one. A tip for tip, the manager will double every tip you give the stuff :)

Coffee machine in the room is not capsule type.

מרחב ירוק ויפהפה, יש מקום למשחקים, יש במקום אופניים שניתן להשאיל, קסדות, ג'ימבורי לכל הגילאים. העובדים במקום מקסימים ומסבירים.

Na Booking miałam informację, że pobyt jest opłacony, a pani w recepcji powiedziała, że jeszcze opłatę turystyczną należy opłacić. Sądziłam, że ta opłata jest już ujęta w ogólnym koszcie, bo nic o niej na Booking nie pisało. Rozumiem, że taką opłatę się ponosi, ale zawsze informacja taka jest podana wcześniej.

Location was excellent with various activities for the kids and much close to nature. Very clean and spotless. Rooms were equipped with all requirements for a great vacation.Bathrooms were clean with fresh towels. Huge amount of parking space.

Almost nothing. Just a recommendation: There were spot with cycles to ride. Most of them were kids cycle. would be great if there are bigger ones for adults as well.

Nos alojamos en el apartamento para ocho personas. El apartamento estaba limpio y muy espacioso, con balcón y dos baños. Hay una sala de juegos muy grande y muchas cosas para niños en el exterior. Muy cerca del alojamiento hay un lago en el que nos bañamos varias veces (se puede ir andando). Es ideal para realizar caminatas por las montañas cercanas

La cocina no tiene estropajo ni lavavajillas líquido, pero se avisa en la descripción. En la habitación de las camas pequeñas hay un tragaluz que no se puede tapar. En verano entra luz muy temprano.

מלון דירות במחיר טוב, יש מטבח שיש בו כמעט הכל, משחקים לילדים בחוץ ובפנים( מתאים לילדים יד גיל 8 ולא יותר), צוות ידידותי. מיקום מצוין קרוב לרחוב המהיר A10 ، מסעדות וסופרים. נמצא בעיירה יפייפיה. לידו יש אגם קטן שבו ניתן לשחות עם הילדים.

הוא יותר דירות מאשר בית מלון מתאים לאלה שרוצים לבשל לבד ולחוות את החוויה הזאת. החדרים נקיים אך הרהיטים מיושנים והמיטה לא נוחה ואין מזגן שזה כמעט ברוב המלונות באוסטריה. אך בהתאם למחיר ולצוות עדיין מגיע להם ניקוד גבוה.

המקום מושלם למשפחות, המון מרחב, יש משחקייה ממש שווה, ארגז חול ענק, מתקנים לילדים, טרמפולינות.. צמוד למתחם יש אגם יפייפה .. הצוות סבלני וממש עוזר

אין מאוורר או מזגן, חשוב לקחת בחשבון...

MASTER BAD WAS BROKEN (STAFF TRY TO FIX TWICE AND FAILED). FRIDGE IS SMALL. THE APPLIANCES THAT WERE PROMISED WAS NOT THERE. VERY HOT IN THE ROOM, EVEN IN NIGHTTIME. NO AC. NO FAN. CANT OPEN WINDOWS BECAUSE FLIES AND BUGS, WINDOWS DO NOT HAVE NETS. NO TRAH CANS. NOT ENOUGHT COOKING TOOLS. NOT ENOUGH TOILET PAPER. MAIN DOOR SOMETIMES NOT WORK. POOR CURTAINS SO THE KIDS ARE UP AT 4:30AM.

Elhelyezkedés, környezet, szállás. Az apartman megfelelően felszerelt, kényelmes és tágas. Az ágyat kicsit puhának találtam, de nem vagyunk egyformák. Van akinek ez a megfelelő. Minden szempontból optimális választás volt a környék csodálatos.

Charming and beautifully simple! Love the simplicity of this place. Fresh pastries can be ordered and delivered by 7:30 AM, and the supermarket is just a 3-minute drive away. It has a lovely, fun lake right next to it, a coffee machine in the lobby, and an amazing kids' club.

מלון דירות נחמד מאוד. מתאים למשפחות. ישנם 2 סוגי חדרים - ממליץ מאוד לקחת חדר עם 2 חדרים. מבחינת מיקום - טוב מאוד למי שמתכנן לטייל - במרחק של עד שעה וחצי מכל מקום. אופניים בחינם - נחמד מאוד. הצוות מאוד אדיב ושירותי. חדרים - טובים.

במטבח אין מיקרוגל - לא קריטי כי יש תנור. יש להביא מהבית סבון כלים . אין מזגן - בחודשי הקיץ (יוני - אוגוסט ) לוודא עם המקום שיש מאוורר אחרת חם מאוד.

Leuk opgezet parkje. Meertje om de hoek om bij te spelen/in te zwemmen. Binnen speelkamer voor kinderen was top bij regen. Wel verder weg van een dorp. Wij zaten op de 2e verdieping, ik zou vragen om een kamer op de begane grond zodat kinderen makkelijk buiten kunnen spelen.

הכל נגיש מאוד לילדים. יש אופניים, מקפצות, משחקיה . הכל כלול במחיר. צוות אדיב. הגינון מטופח והכל מעולה. הדירה מכילה את כל מה שצריך.

אין מאורר או מיזוג. לא היה צורך משמעותי בימים שהיינו. אבל בשיא הקיץ ייתכן שיהיה חם בחדר.

Das Personal war auffallend nett und freundlich. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch super, dass es kostenlos Fahrräder zum Ausleihen gab. Sogar Kinderwägen und Kraxen gab es, bräuchten wir aber nicht.

Perfect hotel for families with small children. There is a very well-equipped games room, large spaces, playgrounds, and more. The receptionist is very friendly. There is an option to rent bicycles and a laundry service.

There is no air conditioning - we were there on warm days so it wasn't needed.

حين استلامنا للسكن لم تكن الاضاءه تعمل ، وللاسف الموظفين قد غادرو الاستقبال .. فمكثنا طوال المساء بلا إنارة في السكن.. وحين المغادرة كانت عاملة النظافة في غاية الفضاضة حيث دخلت علينا في السكن تطلب منا المغادرة قبل الموعد بساعة ،، وهذا جداً كان أسلوب مستفز

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. The apartment did not match the expectations created by its online rating and photos. From the moment we entered the room, there was a strong and unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to stay inside. The smell was even worse in the bathroom, especially during and after showering. The beds were very uncomfortable, and despite cleaning attempts, the overall feeling of the room remained unpleasant. We came on a family vacation expecting comfort and relaxation, but unfortunately, the accommodation failed to provide even the basic level of comfort we expected. The online rating of this property is misleading and does not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. Because of these issues, we decided to leave after the very first night and move to another hotel at our own expense. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe future guests should know that our experience was completely different from what was advertised.

Wir hatten im Feriendorf einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Vom Empfang weg war alles Bestens, die Dame an der Rezeption äußerst nett. Unsere Kinder haben sich gleich wohl gefühlt und waren vor allem von der Trampolinanlage begeistert. Sie haben es genossen, dass sie im Gelände wirklich selbstständig unterwegs sein konnten. Insgesamt war es für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern perfekt. Auch das frische Gebäck fürs Frühstück haben wir gerne genutzt. (Kipferl schmecken super!)

Einfach top Preis Leistung, sicher bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber einfach nur super mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt!

Целият комплекс беше изключително добре поддържан и чист. Локацията уникална - на пешеходно разстояние до ски лифтове и супермаркет. Апартаментът беше просторен и чист. Много удобно за по-продължителен престой и достатъчно място за всичко - багаж, гости, всичко. Освен, че разполага с всичко необходимо в апартамента, има и място за съхранение на ски оборудване - също много полезно. Както просторен и детски кът. Ние бяхме през зимата, но определено си заслужава посещение и през лятото.

Единствено като минус бих отбелязала липсата на сапун в банята. Защото след дългия път, преди да имаме възможност да напазаруваме, имахме нужда да се измием :) Но това мисля, че беше описано в подробната информация и е по-скоро като неудобство отколкото като разочарование.

bardzo fajne i schludne miejsce. apartementy wyposazone standardowo, posiadaja zmywarke, suszarke do wlosow. czyste. na miejscu mozna zamowic bulki na poranek poprzez aplikacje- swietna sprawa. apartamenty roznia się pomiędzy sobą. moj mial bardzo duzy salon z aneksem kuchennym oraz sporą sypialnie, w ktorej byla dodatkowe pojedyncze miejsce do spania, dzieki temu nikt nie musial spac w salonie na kanapie. łozeczka dla dzieci sa dostepne

brakowało mi jedynie kuchenki mikrofalowej. bylismy wieksza grupą, nie wiedzielismy ze obiekt to pare różnych budynków- zostalismy umieszczeni w apartamentach w roznych budynkach. budynki sa jednak obok siebie.

Nagyon tetszett a ház, az apartman is, főleg hogy 2 fürdőszoba volt benne :-) Valamint a gyerekjátszó fantasztikus volt, a gyererek ki se akartak jönni. De nagyon jók a sípályák a közelben, Flachau, Flachauwinkl, Zauchensee, Kleinarl stb.
