The master bedroom ison the small side... Nevertheless, the place as a whole is lovely! And the bed is comfy!

Staying at this family-run boutique hotel was an absolute delight and far exceeded all our expectations. From the very first moment, it was clear that this place is managed with genuine care, passion, and attention to every small detail. The service was outstanding — warm, personal, and always delivered with a smile. The family running the hotel goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and truly at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, well above standard. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms and amenities exceeded expectations in every way — comfortable beds, high-quality furnishings, and everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its perfect location. It is close to absolutely everything, and all major attractions, restaurants, and points of interest are within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient and enjoyable to explore the area. This hotel is a rare gem: charming, elegant, exceptionally clean, and run with heart. It offers a level of hospitality that is hard to find and impossible to forget. Highly recommended — we would return without hesitation and gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special boutique hotel experience.

Between the sea breeze and the waves, I met a dedicated host at the German hotel. The place was clean and tidy, and right across the street I found a fish restaurant and children jumping into the cold water. Thanks to Mr. Peter and his charming assistant. Highly recommended!

הדירה היתה מושלמת, נהננו מאוד אני ומשפחתי. הדירה מאובזרת וממוקמת במקום מרכזי קרוב לכל מה שרצינו: לנמל ,לחומה למוזאונים של האבירים, לבית כנסת שקרוי על הרמח"ל . בעל הדירה היה אדיב מאוד! דאג לנו לכל מה שהיינו צריכים. אנו בהחלט נחזור בפעם הבאה!!

It's located middle of the old city . Staff like families.. facilities excellent..next time I will visit again..

Awesome property, Peter and nizar took good care of us.

unique property in the old city of Akko, walkable to all the sights. the host met us in the city parking lot, walked us to the property, explained the layout of the city and the property amenities and made some excellent recommendations about attractions and food. The bathroom and kitchen are modern and very clean. there were some thoughtful snacks in the kitchen. Nisar is a superb host!

pros - the hosts are very nice and doing their best - the location is great - as of Nov 22, the property is new

cons - the pictures and the description are misleading. The suite is two disconnected rooms one with a weird layout so you walk through the other property living room - so there is no privacy. - the Internet is non-existent so the TVs don’t work - while there is a kitchenette, there is no cutlery (knifes,spoon or fork) in the suite - there is a very steep staircase leading up to the property so if you are a bit older or heavier , this property is not for you. - the is no signage leading to the property

The hosts were very gracious and helpful. The location is great, right in the old city, easy walking to interesting locations. The house is quite private and quiet.

The description was not clear about having to walk through a bedroom to get to the only bathroom. The steep stairs were fine for us, but the description should mention them so that visitors are aware.

Fantastic location with a magical view, very clean and cosy. The hosts are very welcoming and inviting, gave us a lot of information.

The hosts were very kind, delightful and always were there when needed. The location is really good! Like 2 minutes from the sea and you have a short walk from there to everywhere in the old city. The place was very clean, spacious and with a really nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and we will come there again on our next visit to akko.
