Уборку и замену полотенец приходилось просить и ждать. Хотелось бы чтобы это делалось со стабильной регулярностью и без напоминаний. Мобильный интернет в квартире не работал, это было для меня проблемой - сигнал был только на балконе. Вай фай тоже не стабильный.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The room is big and modern. I would recommend it if you prefer a modern apartment to live in for longer periods, given that most hotels we experienced in Egypt are way too old. The wifi is also ok, sometimes slow. It is close to a lot of local shops and restaurants, super convenient.
Nothing to complain about the hotel. Probably the street is too narrow for a taxi. It is better to walk back.

J’ai réserver à bahga palace 1 pour être près de avenue shearaton Road et on m’a changer d’appartement pour le bahga palace 5 beaucoup trop loin pir moi et mes enfants je pense qu’il mette des appartements à louer sur tout les bâtiment et ensuite envoi les client dans celui ou y’a de la dispo pas forcément celui qu’on a réserver jetait déçu j’ai perdu mon temps a marcher ou payer des taxi alors que j’avais réserver le palace 1 pour justement être prêt …de plus le bahga palace 5 et près de plein de chien qui on passé la nuit à aboyer

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026We booked 2 apartments and 1st of them was really good,after refurbishment that I would rate for 10 but the 2nd one was much worse, not renovated with hit water problems at the beginning that I would rate for 8.So an average.is 9.Location in the city center.
That one of the apartments needed to be changed due to lack of hot water (heater was collapsed).Otherwise the staff was helpful and switched room without any problem.Sometimes it was a bit noisy but You can handle with that

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026L'alloggio è un edificio storico che hanno trasformato in un vero e proprio appartamento, GIGANTE. Perfetto per passare due notti o anche qualcosa in più, posizione perfetta. Nel complesso ci è piaciuto visto che non ha molti contro.
Alla notte è forse un pò rumoroso per via del casino che proviene dalla stradano, ovviamente non è colpa della struttura, ma con la stanchezza che avevamo abbiamo dormito senza problemi. La cucina non ci sembrava molto pulita però non la abbiamo usata per niente quindi non posso valutarla

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Das Personal war stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist für meine Zwecke perfekt. Nicht weit zum Hafen, direkt an der shereton street. Also alles was man braucht in 5 min fußläufig erreichbar. Hier hatte ich auch nie Probleme über die in diversen App eine fahrgelegenheit zu fairem Preis zu bestellen. Das Appartement war schlicht aber mit Klimaanlage, Große Uschi mit warm Wasser, großem Bett, Sofa, zwei Sessel und eine Küche ausgestattet. Also alle was man braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen.
Unter sauber verstehe ich etwas anderes.... aber für ägyptische Verhältnisse war es das. Leider nur eine Waschmaschine für alle Gäste. Aber immerhin hatte ich die Möglichkeit zu waschen.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025great location (close to multiple supermarket and restaurants) everything is within walking distance. our unit is on the second floor with great WIFI signal, kitchen is literally brand new. not so much fully equipped but receptionist will bring you anything you need for a very comfortable stay. bathroom is huge and very clean. having a washer for laundry is a bonus. clothes are dried in just few hours on the balcony. will definitely stay here again if i ever be back to hurghada.
could be loud with a bar and restaurant literally across the street. Egyptians sleep late and street noise could keep you awake til midnight. bedrooms are kind of small but all other rooms are in very descent size.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Locatie is absoluut top!! Banken, ATM, super markets, eetgelegenheden van simpel tot gespecialiseerd, welbekende fast food restaurants. Micro bussen rijden af en aan in Sheraton Street. Dhr Baha is er in geslaagd een uitstekend team samen te stellen.. In verband met gezondheidsproblemen was ik genoodzaakt mijn verblijf te verlengen omdat ziekenhuizen sneller te bereiken zijn. Kortom. Mijn oprechte dank aan dhr Baha en zijn voltallige team. Jullie zorg heeft ebelangrijeen belangrijke bijdrage geleverd aan mijn herstel. Thank you very much for the special attention offered to me at the end of my stay. I will of course be back. I hope you don't mind that I consider Bahga Palace 1 to be my *Second Home* in Hurghada . Til soon.🙏

На многое не рассчитывали,но немытый унитаз,это жёстко,впечатление было ужасное,спасибо,что постельное,матрац,подушки были чистыми и ароматными,приехали в первый раз,не стали скандалить,увы,очень неприятная ситуация на самом деле

P.S di fronte avete un ottimo ristorante il Bombai cucina di qualità a prezzi onesti
La strada da secondaria e divenuta più trafficata poi il Muezzin alle 4,30 chiama alla preghiera, ma la cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio e un coglione con Harley (si sono arrivati pure qui)che smanettava giorno e notte. qiundi per timpani delicati fatevi dare appartamento interno

In der ersten Etage ist der Straßenlärm zu laut zum schlafen. Wir haben dieses am nächsten Tag angesprochen und haben ohne Probleme direkt ein Zimmer im sechsten Stock bekommen, wo es viel ruhiger ist.

Nincs lift. 82 évesen már nagyon nehéz felmenni a 3. emeletre. A hely megtalálása nem volt könnyű, nem volt pontosan meghatározva hová kell menni. Szerencsére a taxi vezetője ügyesen megtalálta a helyet.

The Wifi was terrible. TV was not working, but they fixed it after many requests There was no water pressure in the shower.
