Et fantastisk og trygt opphold ❤️ Jeg er meget fornøyd med oppholdet mitt og følte meg virkelig godt ivaretatt fra første dag. Jeg følte meg trygg, og alle som jobbet på hotellet var utrolig hyggelige, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. En stor takk til alle jentene og mennene i resepsjonen – dere fortjener virkelig 10/10! Uansett hva jeg trengte hjelp med, var dere der for meg. Jeg gikk gjennom en del ting under oppholdet, og det betydde utrolig mye å ha mennesker rundt meg som stilte opp, lyttet og hjalp meg når jeg trengte det. Servicen, tilgjengeligheten og den sosiale atmosfæren var fantastisk. Jeg ble også veldig gode venner med Wafaa og de andre jentene, og det gjorde oppholdet mitt ekstra spesielt. ❤️ Jeg vil også trekke frem renholdet. Rommet og fellesområdene var rene og ryddige, og hygienen var 10/10. Personalet var flinke med både vasking og rydding. En spesielt stor takk til Mr. Karim for et hyggelig opphold, god service og for at jeg følte meg så godt tatt vare på. Hotellet har også gode priser, bra beliggenhet og en trygg atmosfære, noe som gjorde oppholdet enda bedre. Jeg anbefaler absolutt dette stedet og kommer gjerne tilbake! ❤️ Tusen takk til hele teamet for et fantastisk opphold!

Really nice staff, very kind and helpful. The property is well kept and the rooms are nice, especially for the balcony with the swimming pool view. Perfect location near the beach and right outside the chaos of the night.

No elevator and no internet in the rooms. No restaurant (if it’s important for you)

Nous avons tout simplement adoré notre séjour. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, accueillant et disponible 24h/24. L'accueil était vraiment top dès notre arrivée ! ​La chambre est d'un rapport qualité-prix magnifique, très propre et confortable. De plus, l'hôtel bénéficie de l'un des meilleurs emplacements de la ville de Hurghada. ​Mention spéciale pour la piscine, très bien entretenue, et un grand merci à l'équipe d'avoir permis aux enfants de nager jusqu'à minuit, nous avons énormément apprécié ce geste ! ​Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Zak Inn. Nous reviendrons très prochainement

位置不错离港口很近，接待处连着几天见到的都是waffa，一位爱漂亮的穆斯林女孩，她会用肉粉色的丝巾把头发裹住再编成麻花辫的样子，轻柔地靠在一侧颈间，佩戴上一个小帽子笑意盈盈地看着我。我现在都记得那个女孩帮我打开玻璃瓶的雪碧时，带着羞赧的笑，说她不是超女。唉，女孩太可爱了，她也是我在埃及十几天以来唯一一个在酒店里遇到的女员工，希望女孩们能多多出来工作，看到这样热爱生活的可爱女孩一天都会开心，哪怕在埃及被骗成傻逼了。

空调比我年纪大，虽然效果很好但是抵着床吹，我妈因此一直骂我。要是酒店有提供早餐和小冰箱会更好，请多多让女孩出来工作吧

Que hay que pedir varias veces una toalla para poder ducharte, te dan la habitación sin ellas puestas y luego solo te dan una. Ni una pequeña para la cara. Poca sombra en la piscina y las hamacas incómodas.

المكيفات سيئة وقديمة جدا تحتاج إلى تجديد ماعدا غرفة واحدة فقط نقلونا اليها بعد ماطالبنا باصلاح المشكلة نقلونا اليها فيها مكيف جديد ،المسبح لم يكن نظيف فيه آثار سوداء على الأطراف والأرضية غير نظيفة ، والفلاتر لاتعمل ،الأثاث يحتاج إلى تجديد ، انقطعت الماء في اليوم الثاني مايقارب الساعة والنصف،طلبت منهم الوصول والدخول المبكر للغرف الثلاثة وحينما وصلت مبكرا سلموني غرفتين مبكرا ولكن طلبوا مبلغ مالي مقابل ذلك رغم أنهم كتبوا في الرد على طلب حسب الإمكانية ولم يذكروا انه في مقابل مالي على تلك الخدمة ،لايوجد مصعد للأدوار العليا فقط الدرج،

La situation au calme bien que tout proche du centre et de son agitation. L'accueil très sympathique. La piscine. La chambre spacieuse (nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés).

L’apart Hotel se situe au cœur de sheraton road à proximité de la marina et du « souk dahar » Pour ce prix nous ne pouvons pas rêver mieux comme emplacement. Chaque matin un agent d’entretien passe : Faire les lits / Changer les serviettes / nettoie les sol De plus la Circulation est libre une fois le Check in fait, un réceptionniste est toujours présent.

Bien que la piscine soit vide la plupart du temps j’ai trouvé celle ci peu entretenue… des dépit de saleté dans les « filtres » et sur les bords de la piscine au niveau de l’eau. De plus la connexion wifi laisse à désirer :(

Only thing was the pool was a bit grubby around the edges and this was just washed off into the pool.

The staff were exceptional and very helpful and always took time to speak and smile. Shenoda greeted us and had some fun as soon as we were checking in. Also Emah was very polite and helpful. Couldn’t recommend Zak Inn Residence enough after how the staff were. Great value for money too.

It was all good and fitted our purpose.

All the staff were lovely ,Wafaa on reception was very helpful . There is room for improvement like a few of the tiles around the swimming pool were lifting . But the room was great clean and everything worked .

The location is great, right opposite the carribean bar, short taxi ride to the marina. The staff are so friendly, relaxed and efficient.

Very peaceful and i like my room it was in the ground floor with a balcony and few steps will be the pool.

Ich hatte das Hotel für meine Mutter gebucht die wirklich extrem pingelig ist ! Ich hatte mir die Bewertungen durchgelesen und die waren alle wirklich super! Ich dachte mir okay dann, let’s go! Meine Mutter kam an und sie war mehr als zufrieden ! Ich war überglücklich ! Sauber ! Lage top !!! Personal super ! View am Pool im Erdgeschoss. Die Zimmer groß und extrem sauber ! Sie plant schon die nächste Reise hierhin. Danke !

Genis bir odasi vardı. Erken check in yapmaları çok iyiydi. Check out sonrası çantamı birkaç saat emanet kabul ettiler. Havuzu güzel. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımsever, güler yüzlü insanlardı. Konumu son derece iyi, eğer plaja bağımlı değilseniz, aktiviteler için buradaysanız.

Dört gece konakladım. Oda hiç düzeltilmedi. Muhtemelen isteseydim yapılırdı. Duşakabin eski, sıcak su geceleri yoktu. Tabi otelin ücretini de dikkate almak lazım, bunlar bana çok olumsuz yansımadı

I had a great stay at Zak Inn Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent - right in the heart of the Sheraton area. It’s only a 5–7 minute walk to Felfela Street with its many cafés, restaurants, and shops, and about a 5-minute ride to Hurghada Marina, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. A special thank you to the booking management team for accommodating my request to extend my stay while allowing me to keep the same apartment. I had originally booked from July 9th to 12th and then made a separate reservation through Booking.com. They kindly accepted my request to stay in the same apartment, which made the whole process seamless and much more convenient. I’d also like to give special thanks to Shenouda from the reception, as well as the ladies at the reception desk. They were always welcoming, efficient, professional, and incredibly quick to help with any request. Their friendly attitude really made a positive difference throughout my stay. The swimming pool was also perfectly maintained. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The combination of the excellent location, outstanding service, and well-maintained facilities made it great value for money. I would happily stay at Zak Inn Hotel again the next time I’m in Hurghada.

Exactly what I needed for a convenient overnight stay. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and tidy throughout. It’s on the smaller side and centrally located, which was a real plus for me. There’s also a small pool with enough space to lounge around comfortably. The highlight, though, was being allowed a late check-out at no extra cost (something I would gladly have paid for). The staff were extremely accommodating and made the whole stay feel effortless.

Notre séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel s’est très très bien passé. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine très propre et luxueuse. L’emplacement à deux pas des plages a aussi été très apprécié ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, proche du centre pour manger au restaurant ou se balader pour les magasins de souvenirs ! Quiet and friendly. Clean pool. Very good value for money. There's no food or drinks but a great supermarket almost next door plus many good restaurants very nearby.

L'accueil, la gentillesse et la bienveillance de tout le personnel étaient tellement appréciable. L'établissement est propre et entretenu. La proximité avec les commerces est très pratique.

L'horaire d'accès à la piscine devrait être plus large. Et le fait qu'il n'y est pas un minimum pour se restaurer sur place.

Die Angestellten sind alle super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Es ist klein und sauber. Es gibt genügend Liegen mit Sonnenschirme,selbst für Spätaufsteher! Wir waren das 2.Mal dort und fühlen uns dort sehr wohl.

The staff are helpful and good communication skills. The house keeper who cleaned our room daily was completely amazing hard working took pride in his work. Manager was very helpful and approachable.

pool was not very clean. Rooms are basic but you get what you pay for! Also there were some stray cats fighting outside in the middle of the night that were loud.

La salle de bain au top 👌 toujours de l’eau chaude et bonne pression des douches. 3) les attentions : bouteille d’eau chaque jour. 4) la propreté de l’hôtel. 5) la piscine et les transats confortables. 6) l’emplacement au cœur du centre, proche de tous les magasins et une banque juste à côté. Plages pas loin…on peut se rendre à la marina à pied (15/20mn) C’est une pépite au milieu de tous ces grands complexes hôteliers. Il y a plein de restaurants autour donc pas la peine d’aller dans un all in.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay. The location was also good.

The only thing I did not like was the early check-in. I arrived early and had to pay the price of a full extra day instead of a normal early check-in fee. The difference in price was very big.
