Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Das Hotel war ruhig und die Lage ist perfekt. Frühstück und Abendessen war reichhaltig und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich. Strandnähe und Restaurants und Bars und schöne Geschäfte fussläufig
das Personal abends an der Bar und besonders die Dame waren manchmal sehr unfreundlich. Der Kinderclub hatte nicht geöffnet, da die Betreuung fehlte. Das war blöd und keine vorab Kommunikation darüber. Und so richtige Auskunft bekamen wir nicht wann der miniclub wieder öffnen würde. In der Woche in der wir da waren (Ende Juni-Anfang Juli ) jedenfalls blieb dieser geschlossen.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026El apartahotel es perfecto para familias, hay muy buen ambiente, se esta muy agusto tanto por el personal como por el perfil de cliente que hay. Los apartamentos estan muy bien, tienen unas vistas increíbles y te puedes hacer tú cómida como en casa.
Algunos apartamentos necesitan algo de reforma, supongo que sera por que estamos a final de temporada.

Pas suffisamment de chaises longues autour de la piscine. Un peu difficile pour stationner aux abords de l’hôtel mais on finit par trouver.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026We stayed here for a family holiday with our two children. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything. We had a fantastic room with a beautiful sea view. The hotel also has a great swimming pool, which our children absolutely loved. We opted for both breakfast and dinner, and they were definitely worth it. There was a wide variety of food, and the quality was excellent. The waiting staff were incredibly friendly and fun, and the children really liked them. We will definitely be back!

Poolområdet- primært ved liggestolene er beskidt og bliver ikke rengjort. Det er ærgerligt at området ved legepladsen ikke bliver brugt bedre. Det er et stort område som bare står tomt. Hvorfor ikke lave nogle bedte faciliteter der så det bliver brugt. Eller etablere en lille babypool til de helt små. Personalet er venligt men der er mangel på forståelse og kommunikation da de ikke taler engelsk. Udvalget af is er konstant udsolgt. Der er store muligheder for mersalg hvis der er fyldt med is, smoothies og iskaffe.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026En fantastisk beliggenhed. Sant Elm er en lille hyggelig by - ikke overturistet. Alle lejligheder med kæmpestor terrasse med udsigt over havet. Meget børnevenligt - dog med en relativ lille pool (især børnepoolen).
Morgenbuffeten var rigtig fin - aftenbuffeten lidt kedelig. Hotellets såkaldte "snacks" til frokost (pizza, pommes frites, nachos mm.) var forfærdelige.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Fantastic location in a beautiful place, 3 mins to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The apartment wasn’t luxurious but it was perfectly functional. It was advertised as 70sq meters. It was definitely not that size, but again, it was perfect for a small family of 3 people and the a/c is a blessing. Our daughter absolutely adored the kids club and Andrea the girl who runs it, it made her holiday. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and Vincente the pool guy was super friendly to chat with. The water coolers are a great feature, really impressed with all the recycling bins everywhere too. We would definitely go back.
Not a major issue, but our apartment was on the first floor just above the bar/restaurant. We tend to go to bed early and the noise was a bit of a nuisance some nights. I’d simply ask for an apartment higher up next time.

Die Sauberkeit und Zustand der Zimmer ingesamt (Haare im Bad, dreckige Türen, sehr unbequeme Schlafcouch, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ratterte laut), das Personal nachmittags am Pool (insbesondere eine Dame mittleren Alters) war maximal desinteressiert und komplett frei von Freundlichkeit, Kids Club geschlossen Anfang Juli (erst hieß es, die Animateurin sei krank, dann war sie nicht mehr für das Hotel tätig).

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Das Personal dort war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. die Lage des Hotels war super, die Treppe hinunter und du warst am Meer das soooo schön und klar war, ohne Wellen, das liebe ich :-) Der Pool Bereich war auch sehr angenehm und einen Platz auf einem Liegestuhl hattest du immer auch wenn dieser nicht unmittelbar am Pool war. Wir hatten noch ein Clubsandwiches an der Poolbar, was auch sehr lecker war. Das Morgenbuffet hatte eine sehr schöne grosse Auswahl.

Unser Zimmer wurde nicht so dolle gereinigt, 1-2 mal haben Handtücher gefehlt und der Mülleimer wurde 4 Tage nicht geleert. Am Pool sind viel zu wenige Sonnenschirme, dazu noch kaputt. Auf Nachfrage, ob es noch Schirme gibt, wurde dies abgelehnt. Hier sollte investiert werden. Man durfte mit einer Luftmatratze nicht in den Pool, auch durften Kinder dort nicht spielen. Für Familien, die sich ein schattiges Plätzchen am Pool wünschen, würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Sollte man allerdings jeden Tag an einer schönen Bucht verbringen wollen, würde ich es empfehlen (1min Treppen runter laufen, aber Achtung, keine öffentliche Toiletten). Essen war in Ordnung, aber nicht abwechslungsreich. Allergieangaben haben gefehlt. Beim Abendessen (HP) darf man kein Wasser mitbringen. Wenn man allerdings Wasser bestellt, bekommt man Sodastream Wasserflaschen… Getränke musste man sich immer selbst von der Bar holen.

Je moet wel traplopen, maar het uitzicht maakt dat meer dan goed. In het dorp alleen een kleine winkel (mét brood). Voor uitgebreide inkopen moet je naar Andratx. Parkeren kan lastig zijn (en duur).

Reviewed May 31, 2026Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sowie das ganze Hotel mit Pool und das Frühstück waren sehr gut.
Vor der Anreise habe ich mehrere Nachrichten erhalten, ob ich upgraden möchte, dies habe ich gemacht und dies wurde mir auch bestätigt. Als ich dann jedoch an der Rezeption eingecheckt habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Upgrade doch nicht möglich ist, man wusste nicht, warum. Das ist nicht weiter schlimm, aber dann sollte man uns doch im Vorfeld nicht mit mehreren E-Mails wegen einem Upgrade nerven, wenn es dann nachher doch nicht klappt, weil wahrscheinlich andere Gäste bevorzugt worden sind.

The hotel had a huge breakfast menu to cover all the nationalities, Ive never seen caviar served at breakfast before. The pool area is quite large & was pretty quiet when we were there. Parking was nearby & at 5€/day a bargain. Very near to small beaches + boat trip pier. The hotel b&b rate is, I think, exceptional value. The reception were really helpful when we arrived early keeping our luggage & allowing access to room. All in all a great find.
Leaving, we only spent 2nights there wished it had been longer. One slight niggle was getting to our room up fairly narrow stair with large case. Also difficult dropping off stuff by car in front of hotel particularly if busy.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Betten waren unglaublich angenehm und man kann problemlos bei offener Balkontüre schlafen, da es sehr ruhig ist in der Nacht. Der Ausblick aufs Meer war einfach wunderschön und hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Besonders praktisch: Der Strand ist in weniger als 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Hotel selbst waren wir zwar nicht essen, aber die Cocktails an der Bar waren hervorragend. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und stets bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Insgesamt herrscht eine sehr schöne und entspannte Atmosphäre – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Leider hat die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer zunächst nicht funktioniert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist aber, dass wir den Defekt gemeldet haben und noch am selben Abend ein Techniker gekommen ist, um sich darum zu kümmern. Trotz der Reparatur war die Klimaanlage allerdings nicht besonders leistungsstark und hat das Zimmer leider nicht wirklich kühl bekommen. Da es abends angenehm kühl und ruhig war, konnten wir gut mit offener Balkontüre schlafen. Ab Mitte Juni könnte das bei höheren Temperaturen allerdings vermutlich schwieriger werden.

Das Personal war immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ebenso ist unser Zimmer gut gereinigt worden. Die kleine Fußgängerzonevon San Elm lädt zum Verweilen und genießen ein.
Wenn es etwas zu Bemängelt gab ( da kann das Hotel nicht dafür), dann die Parkplatz Situation.

La très grande difficulté pour se garer. Les places de parking sont gratuites mais suivant l'heure à laquelle on rentre à l’hôtel, il faut beaucoup tourner en rond, et quelquefois ça peut être une place de parking éloignée.
