Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Чудесно разположение с прекрасна гледка към гр. Солун и залива, от стаята, в която бяхме. В близост има достатъчно заведения, в които може да прекарате приятно. Плажът е съвсем близо до хотела. Стаята беше чиста и оборудвана с най-необходимите за краткотраен престой неща. Любезен домакин.
Wi-Fi в стаята не беше силен. Звукоизолацията не е достатъчна и при силна музика отвън в стаята се чува всичко.

Studios situato ad Agia Triada, vicino a Neoi Epivates e Perea. In queste zone il mare non è bello come Kassandra o Sithonia, l’acqua è più torbida e il colore più verdognolo. L’appartamento assegnato è il 308 al 2 piano (senza ascensore) è per 2 persone (arrangiato a 4 con 2 bambini con un divano letto scomodo aperto) ha moltissimi problemi, a partire dalla porta del frigo rotta (si sganciava ogni volta che si apriva), zanzariere bucate con zanzare che ti mangiano vivo, nidi di api vasaie su molti balconi, lenzuola macchiate, vetri esterni strisciati puzza di fogna dallo scarico della doccia, tende impolverate, ragnatele in vari punti, materassi che affondano, ringhiere esterne arrugginite, Wi-Fi che prende solo in bagno, presente 1 tavolino minuscolo con 2 sedie (restavamo solo a colazione a casa e dovevamo fare a turni per sederci o abbiamo arrangiato adattandoci la sedia interna e una specie di appoggio per vestiti), isolamento inesistente tra le stanze vicine, spiaggia di fronte con lettini e ombrellone a 10 euro al giorno. Peccato perché il gestore è disponibile ad accontentare ma purtroppo lo studios è in condizioni scadenti. La pulizia avviene ogni 3 giorni. Avevamo volo alle 19 e quindi abbiamo chiesto di lasciare l’appartamento verso le 15, visto che dopo era vuoto, ci hanno risposto che dopo le 12 avrei dovuto pagare intera giornata. Nota positiva: alba/tramonto visti dal balcone e l’affaccio sul mare, parcheggio in strada. Sconsiglio vivamente zona Agia Triada, decisamente degradata, buia e con mare non bello. Da qui ogni giorno ci siamo spostati con auto macinando km per andare a visitare spiagge più belle.

Siivous kolmen päivän välein on aika harva. Olisin itse lakaissut hiekat lattialta joka päivä jos siivousvälineet olisivat olleet paremmat. Pyyhkeet olivat kovat pesun jälkeen eivätkä tuoksuneet hyvältä. Sekä pyyhkeissä että lakanoissa vanhoja tahroja. Näistä huolimatta tykkäsimme kohteesta.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Lage war gut, direkt am Strand. Supermarkt und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Dame an der Rezeption war nett. Zimmer war sauber. Zimmer war billig.
Lautstärke im Haus enorm, man hört jedes Wort. Zimmer wurde als Nichtraucherzimmer betitelt, aber das komplette Zimmer und Treppenhaus stank dermaßen nach Rauch, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten und es uns mehrmals gewürgt hat. Spalt bei der Türe verstärkt das nochmal. Betten sind unbequem und nur aneinander geschoben, kein richtiger Bezug. Flecken auf der Matratze, die sofort zu sehen waren weil das Laken nur draufgelegt war. Keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu verdunkeln, sondern nur windiger Vorhang durch den Licht durchkommt. Bad zwar geputzt aber die Armaturen waren bereits so unhygienisch, dass jedes Putzen nicht mehr hilft.

The door to the apartment are bad quality or badly fitted. You can hear everything. We heard baby crying from the third floor. Also at night the light from the hallway was shining brightly in our apartment. The door are closed but you can see people walking through the gap between the door and the door frame.

We specifically called the hotel in advance to confirm two important things due to our needs: a room free of any aromas/odors (because of allergies) and a proper king-size bed. We were clearly assured that both would be taken care of. Unfortunately, the experience was the exact opposite. The room had noticeable odors, which made our stay uncomfortable and showed that our request was never communicated to housekeeping. On top of that, the “king-size bed” turned out to be two separate beds pushed together, leaving a gap in the middle—meaning one of us spent the night stuck in it. It’s frustrating when you take the time to call ahead, get confirmation, and then arrive to find that none of it was respected. Very disappointing attention to detail and communication.

Zimmer ohne Kaffeemaschine, seife, duschgel, Tücher zum abwaschen, Aschenbecher und Toilettenpapier. Wir hatten auch bei der letzten buchung eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Leider hat alles gefehlt. Wir haben jemanden bescheid gesagt und haben leider nur 2 rollen Toilettenpapier bekommen. Ein Laden um die Ecke hat uns geholfen.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στη θάλασσα, με δυνατότητα πάρκινγκ απ' έξω. Εύκολη πρόσβαση στον χώρο με κωδικό, κάτι που διευκόλυνε την καθυστερημένη άφιξη μας.
Το επισκεφτήκαμε τον χειμώνα, μια νύχτα με πολύ κρύο, και το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καταφέρει να ζεσταθεί καλά με το ένα κλιματιστικό που διέθετε, ενώ το μπάνιο ήταν παγωμένο.

Wi-Fi download was strong (30+ Mbps), upload around 4–5 Mbps. The kitchen had basics for breakfast, and the balcony view was lovely. Towels were replaced on request. Safe for solo female travelers and smooth communication. 🌊
Nothing really! Maybe just that the upload speed could be a bit higher for heavy online work.
