Super clean room fully renovated. Clean and new towels and bedding. The response of the owner during our stay was so professional. The location is excellent and next step to the beach.

Everything was to The point

All were very comfortable and clean. There is very good and beautiful beach near the apartment. Recommended for people who prefer calm resting.

The stuff was very polite, very helpful. The view on the sea - perfect. Location also perfect, directly on the sea.

No dedicated park place, but this was no problem as on the street are a lot of parking places. No kitchen for cooking, but ok for making a sandwich.

Foarte aproape de plaja. Aer conditionat. Locuri de parcare gratis in zona, pe strazi. In decurs de 4 nopti s-a facut o data curatenie. In imediata apropiere sunt restaurante unde se poate lua masa bine si la preturi decente (de ex Vosporos, care e in aceeasi cladire cu cazarea).

A very nice small hotel with a fantastic location close to restaurants, the beach and a supermarket. Easily reached from Thessaloniki city center. The place is newly renovated with modern comfortable rooms, a great shower, balcony and essential kitchen supplies. Even the beds are soft by greek standards. We had everything we needed. Well-kept and easy to communicate with the owner. We look forward to our next stay here :-)

At times, there was a lot of noise from the corridor. (The pillows where quite high for our liking.)

Ekonomik oda dahi olsa biraz dardı ama temizdi

Poziție foarte bună, fix lângă mare, check in foarte ușor. Parcare ușoară pe strada, dar erau locuri disponibile mereu. Toate dotările necesare, baie cu toate utilitățile. Chiar dacă nu avea balcon, camera a fost foarte comoda...Market, taverne, cafenele chiar lângă locatie. Raport calitate preț foarte bun.

Vila je prilicno cista.Nedostaju puno opreme za kuhinju.Nema jedan obicni noz morali smo da kupimo.Terasa je vrlo tesna ne mos se okrenuti. Voda ne istice iz tus kabine.Mrave po terasi itd. Pogled je lep. Ispod ima riblju restoran pece se ribe I mi rski plodova dim ide na terasi.Uglavnom ne preporucujem.

Very nice cleaning; comfortable room with all needed things and extra, easy to get in, location - 1 minute to the wonderful beach. Bus stop is in 5 minutes, "all needs" shop is nearby; a line of good and diverse restaurants alongside the beach. No dogs, and seaside has some natural watergrass but not disturbing and not too much.

The location of the Casa la Scala is fantastic, it's just metres from the beach.we had a sea view room with a balcony and we were very happy with it. It's close to plenty of lovely restaurants, with a lovely traditional feel to the area.

Only little things really,the balcony is small but adequate,but the veiw more than makes up for it.The bathroom is small but then again adequate

The location was great, right on the beach.

Room was small - but we knew about it. Though the cleanliness could be improved. The shower drain was rather clogged.

Sehr hellhörig, man hat alles gehört und es wurde ständig mit den Türen geknallt

Locatia este foarte buna, la doi pasi de plaja. In jurul casei, sunt multe taverne chiar si mini supermarketuri. Statiunea este linistita, exact de ce am avut nevoie. Pat curat, lenjerii, prosoape la fel. S-a facut curatenie dupa 3 zile.

Peretii subtiri iar zgomotul din camerele alaturate se aude foarte usor insa nu a fost o problema majora. Raportul calitate pret foarte bun!

A szobát 2 naponta takarították ami a homok véget nagyon jó volt. A szállás a tengerparttól 1 percre volt így simán fel tudtuk szaladni ha kellett valami nem kellett mindent levinni. A tulaj nagyon aranyos volt és segítőkész annak ellenére is, hogy nem beszéltünk angolul próbált megérteni minket. A környék nem volt zajos éjszaka. A szoba nem volt nagy, de egy párnak akik a tenger miatt szállnak meg ott tökéletes volt. Nagyon tetszett nekünk és nem bántuk meg, hogy ide foglaltunk.

Locația aproape de plaja, parcare aproape fara plata, sticla de șampanie in prima zi de la proprietate, patronul pare un om foarte ok, in prima zi am cerut o soluție pt uscarea hainelor si ne-a sărit in ajutor fara probleme. Restaurantul din clădire îl recomand cu încredere.

Am fost cazati timp de 9 zile la aceasta proprietate, curățenie in camera trebuia sa se faca la 2 zile, cu schimbarea lenjeriilori si prosoapelor cel puțin o data pe săptămână. Primele 2 dați când a fost prezent proprietarul s-a facut curățenia, dar ulterior, 5 zile fara ca cineva sa faca curat, prosoape neschimbate, lenjerii la fel, pur si simplu nu a intrat nimeni in camera sa își faca treaba. Se auzeau pe hol, in celelalte camere se intra la curățenie, si erau întrebați alți oaspeți daca au cafea si zahar, daca este totul ok, daca au nevoie de ceva, lucru inexistent la noi. Menționez ca am arătat o atitudine deschisa, neexistand probleme de orice fel.

Clean, modern and classy room. Clean and good quality linen and towels. Good, spacious shower. Really good mattress and pillows. Efficient ac. Room was ready exactly on time and the information to get the key, easy to follow. Location perfect. In the middle of the small village. For example, we used our own bathroom instead of the restaurants bathroon during our stay at the beach and after dinner.

Room was small, we didn't mind, but for someone, that might be a problem. Also the balcony was tiny, it was a bit difficult to hang the bathingsuit and beachtowels to dry there. Because of the size of the room, there were a really small "night tables" and not enough space to lay down your phone, makeup, sunglasses and other stuff. Maybe a shelf, could help that? Also not the most quiet option. The noises of the other guests, their toilet flushing, and doors closing, could be heard clearly to the room. Fortunately we had quiet and considarate "neigbours", hopefully we didn't distub them either. But if the other quests like to party and arent that considerate, that might be a problem.

Mooi appartement dat recent gerenoveerd is. Mooie ligging direct aan het strand.

Parkeren was even zoeken naar een plekje. Het was voorseizoen dus dat lukte nog wel. In het hoogseizoen is het denk ik lastig.

Прекрасные несколько дней отдыха на море в комфортном смарт-отеле. Номер маленький, но самодостаточный, все есть и ничего лишнего. Останавливалась уже 2-й раз.’, в худшую сторону не изменился. Правда, в прошлый раз в качестве комплимента было чудесное греческое вино, а в этот раз- только маленькая бутылочка воды😩

Kein Frühstück, es war ein Appartment mit einer kleinen Ecke (Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine, Geschirr)

Würde nächstes Mal das Zimmer mit einem Balkon buchen, um etwas länger zu bleiben. Sehr nettes Personal, wurde auch zum Flughafen gebracht.

Daire çok küçük. Ses izolasyonu yok. Sabahın erken saatlerine mahalle gürültüsü ile başlayıp, gece eğlence ve her türlü komşu sesine maruz kalıyorsunuz. Önü plaj ama zaman zaman lağım kokusu alınıyor.

Ovo je drugi naš boravak u istom objektu i to sve govori. Sve pohvale.

We were in economic room and we haven’t a view.

Self check in was very convenient, because we were exploring the city before and didn't feel any pressure to get to the property. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom as well. The bed was quite comfortable.

We had to wait for some time for the water to heat so we can have a shower

Το στρώμα είχε την αίσθηση υγρασίας

Ήταν μπροστά στην θάλασσα, σε πολύ καλό σημείο. Το δωμάτιο όμορφο και καθαρό.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό και είχε μόνο τρία μικρά παράθυρα. Ηταν ακριβό για περίοδο off season και για μικρό δωμάτιο χωρίς θέα.

Nice view from the balcony.

It was very windy night and the voice of the wind came through the balcony doors. It was very loud, because the insulation was not enough. We couldn´t sleep well. So you will hear everything through the doors and windows.

Everything was very cozy and nice. Antonio was really friendly, nice and helping. We had all equipment in the room as described. As we arrived late at night it was easy to access the room.

In primul rand accesul cu preluarea cheilor din cutie cu cod este un avantaj pentru noi ca sa nu ne stresam cu ora de check in. Am ales camera cu vedere la mare si a fost exact asa, vedere frontala la mare. Camera este aranjata cu gust, patul foarte bun, balconul, aerul conditionat care a facut imediat cald fiind iarna. Totul a fost perfect. Multumim!

Great location near the sea side. Confortable room with all ammenities.

Can't say that this is a bad thing since the room had around 16 square meters which was clearly stated in the advertisment.

Μικρός και όμορφος χώρος.

Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν που βρήκαμε τα παράθυρα ανοιχτά. Ίσως το κάνουν για να αερίζεται ο χώρος όμως επειδή ήταν Δεκέμβρης δεν ζεσταίνονταν ο χώρος.
