Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The people and their service. Always kind and polite and ready to help. The location is also superb. Close enough to the centre, in a very nice neighbourhood but not in the middle of the hassle and bustle. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was very good value for money at the time we were there which is meant to be low season.
It is a little dated. The towels always clean but being so old (the pink ones anyway!) they make it feel like they are not. Investing in new towels would bring the experience that little bit up.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Excelente ubicacion en el centro historico de Oaxaca. Suite muy completa, comoda, luminosa, amplia. Tiene TV, wifi, AC. Ademas, cuenta con cocina, heladera, microondas, cafetera y todo lo necesario para preparar tus alimentos, si lo deseas. El hotel tiene estacionamiento gratis, y piscina. Muy recomendable para una estadia en esta hermosa ciudad. Cerca de principales atracciones, y oferta gastronomica increible a dos pasos. Volveremos, muchas gracias !!

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Todo muy limpio, habitación muy cómoda, la cocineta excelente para preparar algo sencillo,.pero sobre todo la atención del personal, brindan una calidez increíble, me orientaron y auxiliaron en un problema mecánico que tuve de la.mejor manera. Lo recomiendo al mil %, siempre regresaré a este hotel.
Todo me gustó, me faltó solo utilizar su piscina.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Cocina propia Algo muy valioso: cuenta con cocina, lo que te puede ahorrar los desayunos (o cualquier comida) fuera. Ubicación Muy buena ubicación, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Parqueo Parqueo en el mismo hotel, junto a la piscina, muy cómodo y seguro. Pocas habitaciones Al tener pocas habitaciones, la entrada y salida es más tranquila y práctica. Climatización Cuenta con A/C y ventiladores, así que se adapta a lo que prefieras para dormir. Espacios independientes Tiene sala y comedor independientes del cuarto, lo que da mucho más espacio y privacidad.
El baño presentó problemas de descarga durante nuestra estancia. Consultamos con mantenimiento, quienes indicaron que probablemente se debía a las tuberías antiguas del edificio, aunque no se puede descartar que fuera por el uso de huéspedes anteriores.

Un poco mas de iluminación en las escaleras porque uno llega de noche de paseo y están un poco oscuras. No es muy moderno pero todo funciona y está muy limpio.

The light bulbs on the property are 4000K color temperature. These lights are very harsh and make the space look like a Motel. If you change the lamps to 3000K color temperature, the space will look like a high end resort. Easy change.

The whole suite looked and felt dated in real life compared to the photos. The natural lighting levels were quite dark so it did not add to the ambiance of the room.

The price was great/affordable and it had a pool/parking when most others in the area don't. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, there is a water dispenser in each room, and the AC made it very comfortable. These are not dislikes just a comment of my preferences. The beds are fairly firm and short (if you are over 6ft) No on site food but a vending machine, but having a kitchen is great and there is tons of breakfast options around (just have to walk)

Het meubilair en de uitstraling is iets gedateerd. Wanneer je moeilijk tegen stadsgeluiden kunt is het een minder goede locatie. Maar bij ons op de slaapkamer was de stad nagenoeg niet te horen.

Cocina super bien equipada: refri, licuadora, estufa, microondas, tarja jabón para lavar, utensilios y trastes todo perfecto. Tv con cable básico, buen Wi-Fi AIRE ACONDICIONADO EXCELENTE. El sr Reyes de recepción ES UN TIPAZO, super amable, simpatiquísimo y servicial. La srita Gloria de Camaristas es encantadora, amable y super servicial también! Por favor, mas gente como ellos, son ejemplo de ANFITRIÓN.
Por el estilo de piso y construcción, es ligeramente ruidoso (se oyen los pasos arriba si alguien usa tacones) y tenía unos vecinitos extranjeros que les gustaba cantar en la regadera a las 7 am 😅 y se reían a carcajadas entre ellos (qué bien que se estaban divirtiendo) La presión del agua de la regadera no es muy fuerte y si usas cabello largo puede que tardes un poco mas.

No dishwasher or laundry machines. Stairs were nice and clean. Staff was very nice. Swimming pool was nice.
The Bedding were clean but dated and used a lot. Mattress and pillows were too firm for me. Not a lot of windows but adequate.

La habitación era cómoda, son mini departamentos así que para estancias más largas puedes cocinar sin problemas, además de que cuentas con estacionamiento privado.

There were some items that needed repair-crumbling of the counter top at the bathroom sink, tears in a set of curtains.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026An excellent location just north of the center but in a quiet and leafy area close to parks. The suite is roomy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen is well out-fitted. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful. I would definitely go back!
