Die Lage ist relativ praktisch, nicht weit ins Zentrum, Supermarkt, gleich an der Ecke. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Reisebüro im Haus bietet gute Touren an. Das Restaurant im Haus ist durchaus hochwertig.

Auch wenn es sich um ein historisches Gebäude handelt, ist das Badezimmer eine einzige Katastrophe! Unpraktisch, klein und eng und unhygienisch (Ungeziefer). Die Ausstattung ist, deutsch gesprochen, "oll". Fenster zu einem dreckigen Innenhof. Personal, bis auf den Concierge, desinteressiert und nicht gerade höflich. Es fehlten Handtücher auf unserem Zimmer, nach 30 Minuten hat sich immer noch nichts, als wir runter zur Rezeption gingen, wollte man sie uns aushändigen, damit wir sie selbst hochbringen. Eine absolute Frechheit!

Location is central to many shops and restaurants. It has a old charm feel, but the rooms really need to be updated. Housekeeping staff was nice and kept our rooms organized. Houseman who helped operate our TV was very nice and patient with my kids.

Overall service was not what we usually experience during travel. Front desk staff was only friendly during the check in process. Aside from that they seemed annoyed when we approached or asked for services. Restaurant staff was not the friendliest and seemed bothered with us arriving 1 hour before closing. On multiple occasions we tried sitting down outside the terrace and we were ignored. They were focusing on cleaning up and turning lights off. Not sure if its hotel policy to close doors and turn off lights 30 minutes before restaurant closes but that seem to happen more than once. We booked this hotel knowing a restaurant was on site. The pool was also closed for several days, up until our last night. Traveling with 2 kids under 10 this location seem to have it all, but it was a let down.

Everything was just worth the stay there from the staff and food.

El personal no fue amable , nos dejaron esperando hasta las 5 pm para entrar a la habitación.todavia no estaba lista la habitación. El cuatro tiene muebles muy viejos y cucarachas.

El baño no tenia puerta de cristal y la que tenia le quedaba corta y se salpicaba todo afuera del baño. Las habitaciones si son un.poco mas reducidas que en los hoteles que me he quedado. Pero aun asi mi estancia muy buena.

Lamentablemente mi pago no fue registrado, me indicaron cuando llamé al hotel que no me preocupara que lo hacia llegando y cuando llegué se deslinadaron del tema y me comentarn que no tenía cuarto. 40min despues una empleada muy amable logró resolverme y finalmente me quedé ahi

No es lujoso, el baño está dañado. Pero lo principal es que está muy limpio,es el único con estacionamiento y la ubicación es tan buena, que es la mejor opción para hospedarte. A mis hijas les fascinó. Fue tan bueno que regrese a los pocos días. Y el agua de cortesía y el café te hacen el día. Amenazó con regresar.

La ubicación es muy buena. Las camas, almohadas, sabanas y en general la limpieza era muy buena!! Muchas gracias. La iluminación natural es importante para mi y era suficiente. La comida del restaurante era muy buena y suficiente, muy bien servido!! El personal nos atendió con mucha amabilidad!! Gracias por todo!!

El internet era lento y en ocasiones rápido. Solo nos dieron una contraseña y no había otra opción. El clima no era suficiente, y lo resolví moviendo la cama cerca de clima y listo!! jeje.

la piscina es muy pequeña, pero cumple con su función, la ubicación es inmejorable y el que incluya estacionamiento es maravilloso. Santo domingo esta a dos minutos a pie y el zocalo de la ciudad a 5 minutos. Muy comodo, el restaurante bien, tiene elevador, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero la cama confortable. en las mañanas te dan de cortesia un cafe de olla o te y por las tardes te helado de limon, deli deli todo.

L emplacement est effectivement en plein centre ville. Les employés sont très gentils.

Les chambres sont vieillissantes. Elles sentent l'humidité. Et donnent toutes à part deux ou trois sur des espèces de puits sans lumière. Il n y a ni aération ni vue, ça ne donne aucune envie de rentrer à l hôtel. De plus la piscine est hyper chlorée m. On ne s est pas baigné enfin nous avions réservé pour trois et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux lits de 140 ou moins sans possibilité de rajouter un matelas. Heureusement le personnel a été sympa et nous a changé de chambre.

Property is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room had the pool view with a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The room itself had plenty of power outlets. I usually travel with an extension power cord which I didn't need to unpack. We could have used more than 5 hangers, but we made it worked with what we had. I like to unpack all my belonging, clothes, shoes, toiletries, hair dryer and travel iron. The bathroom was small, shower always had warm water, clean towels every day, toilet paper always stocked, hotel also provides shampoo, body wash, hand wash, and hand lotion. There's also a hotel hair dryer, but I also travel with my own. If I would visit Oaxaca again, I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are not as soundproof, so expect outside noise, and music late at night. The hotel is located in near restaurants, bars, and a busy street.

When we booked we first contacted the hotel and got a quote that was higher than booking.com so we proceeded to book through the app just to find out minutes later another relative got a significantly cheaper fare through the hotel. We couldn’t move it as ours was non refundable. Three channels offering three different rates at the exact same time is their right but pretty annoying that the staff gave us a very high rate when we reached out and our family member got it for around 50 usd cheaper per night about 15 minutes later. Same room. Same dates.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, le personnel attentif et aimable, la literie confortable, la chambre propre. le restaurant et l’équipe également !

Du à l’isolation qui est surement vétuste, le bruit traverse beaucoup, malgré cela, c’est un hôtel vieux mais bien entretenu. La salle de bain se remplit également un peu trop d’eau car la douche n’a pas de séparation.

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación pues see encuentra a tan solo unas dos cuadras de zócalo y a unos pasos del templo de Santo Domingo. El lugar es un antigua casona colonial muy colorida y bonita en su fachada.

Las habitaciones son algo desactualizadas y pequeñas, el piso de la ducha es muy resbalado, la mayoría de las habitaciones que nos asignaron al grupo no cuentan con ventanas al exterior. Las camas son pequeñas y los colchones muy firmes. La relación calidad - precio no es muy buena.

The staff is very welcoming, always tries their best to provide a positive and welcoming environment. The location is very accessible.

We rented two adjacent rooms and inquired about the locker system. They showed it, but one room’s locker malfunctioned, repeatedly displaying errors. Upon inspection, it was revealed that the battery was dead. Consequently, we stored all our passports in the other room. However, when it was time to access the locker, the supposedly functional one was locked and inaccessible. We were stranded for two days without passports, as the keyholder was absent. The TVs occasionally worked, but not consistently. The floor was extremely sticky upon our arrival, which thankfully they promptly addressed. One of the rooms lacked a telephone to contact the front desk. Considering all these issues, I would not recommend this place.

me gustaría que cambiaran las lámparas para que se viera mas iluminado, falta un poco de atención cuando esta uno en la alberca (servicio de toallas, personal para ofrecer una bebida o snack, el hotel huele a limpio en cualquier momento, si tuvieran una remodelación en cuanto al baño sería perfecto.

que me cobraran un extra por entrar a la habitación más temprano, en algunos otros hoteles nos han dado el acceso sin costo alguno. La cortesía de una bebida, debería de ser que se pueda utilizar cualquier día y a cualquier hora, mientras estemos hospedados en el hotel, nosotros salimos y ya no pudimos utilizar esa cortesía.

O hotel está antigo e com necessidade de reformas. O banheiro é um pouco precário. Chuveiro bom, mas merecia um box. Cheiro de mofo e móveis antigos. Limpeza poderia ser melhor. Qualidade preço benefício ruim. Piscina péssima.

Location and parking staff

Shampoo-ish wasn’t shampoo but something stinky thar made my hair feel brittle (which is not). Wall mounted light fixtures came off- exposing cable and I had an 8y/o with me. The pool water appeared to be treated with some sort of pure Clorox or harsh chemicals and my son’s skin became immediately irritated and red after jumping in it and his throat was burning. He loves - loves pools so for him wanting to get out and go take a shower asap , it must have been a very unpleasant experience to put it lightly. I asked the front desk for ice and she told me to go and buy ice at the convenience store a block away - when I explained that ice is oftentimes provided she the sent me to their restaurant to get a pint size bucket.

First, the room felt small, not properly aerated and stuffy. Also the Air Conditioner in the room was leaking, leaking lots and lots of water, which it falls to the titled floor made the floor slippery and uncomfortable. I reported to the front desk on two occasions, and they had someone come over to take a look at it, but whatever fixes he made did not work. I had to keep cleaning this up every day of my stay. Bathroom was stuffy as well and had only one Toilet paper for a 7 day stay!

En general todo estuvo bien, pero el servicio del bar por la tarde si estuvo muy mal, pedí unas bebidas para la alberca y se tardaron demasiado, las recibí ya en la habitación y tuve que recordarlos, me llevaron club sándwich y no me pusieron servilletas. pedí 2 toallas porque las usamos para separarnos en la alberca y solo me llevaron 2. Pero las instalaciones ok

Schöne Lage, man erreicht vieles fußläufig und hat Restaurants und Cafés in der Straße. Es gab einen kleinen Pool für eine Erfrischung in der Mittagshitze, keine Liegen aber dafür einen Tisch mit Stühlen und Pooltücher. Uns wurde (zumindest beim Check-in) mit dem Gepäck geholfen und die Garage gleich nebenan ist sehr praktisch und sicher, falls man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen sehr klein, das kleinste Zimmer, das wir in unserem ganzen Mexiko-Aufenthalt hatten. Das Bad ist Mini und ich finde es wirklich nervig, wenn man in so einem Hotel mit Kind kein 3. Duschtuch bekommt als Familie (das ist uns häufiger passiert, aber in einem Hotel in der Preisklasse sollte das drin sein). Eine Kaffeemaschine oder zumindest ein Wasserkocher wären angebracht. Die Zimmer sind teilweise hellhörig, weil sie zum Gang hin ausgelegt sind. Insgesamt hätte ich mir mehr erwartet und würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Chambre petit et sombre, lit très inconfortable, sdb très basique. Chambre qui contraste énormément par rapport à la beauté du bâtiment, on se sens comme dans une prison.

El agua de la alberca estaba helada, aunque haga mucho calor fue imposible ingresar

Su ubicación, la limpieza, la alberca. Camas cómodas, que no hay ruido y que tengan elevador y estacionamiento.

Hubo un incidente en el qué pedimos toallas extra porque la habitación fue para 3 personas y un menor, de lo cual ya estaban enterados en recepción, y fuimos muy cuestionados por esa solicitud argumentando que solo se daban dos toallas por habitación.

Das Hotel liegt richtig günstig un die Stadt zu erkunden. Einen hoteleigenen Parkplatz gibt es auch und der ist gut überwacht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit den Basics gut ausgestattet. Sie sind keine Luxusräume, aber dennoch sehr gut dort zu übernachten. Das Hotel ist super sauber. Ebenso verfügt es über einen kleinen aber Recht feinen Pool und ein hoteleigenes Restaurant. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Am Pool gab es leider keine Liegen. Sonst war alles super!

Rooms are disappointingly basic for a 4 star hotel - small with tiny windows and uncomfortable beds. The staff in reception were barely helpful and not very welcoming.

Goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Airconditioning en elke dag goede schoonmaak van de kamers. Prima zwembad.

Verouderde kamers en badkamers, douchegordijn niet schoon, kleine bedden. Kamers zijn erg gehorig waardoor je veel geluid hoort uit de rest van het hotel.

Que en la información inicial señalan que tiene estacionamiento, y no es real porque una vez que te hacen el cargo mencionan que es el estacionamiento es a disponibilidad

Location close to the beach, but quite calm. Not much noise. They provide daily yoga classes from 8-9. Very helpful stuff.

Der Raum war sehr klein und die Ausstattung ziemlich alt. Fenster nur mit Sicht auf einen Schacht. Leider war es in der Nacht sehr laut, da überall Bars sind und das Haus sehr sehr hellhörig ist. Trotz mehmaligen Nachfragens wurde uns bei diesem Thema nicht geholfen, so dass unser Aufenthalt leider nicht entspannt war.

La décoration avec artisanat de qualité, la piscine, la réactivité de la plupart des personnels ( femmes de chambres souriantes et aimables) , la suite junior vaste , literie confortable.

Les fenêtres des chambres qui sont en fait des vasistas à clayettes a l'ancienne : tout le bruit entre dans la chambre, la moindre conversation au bord de la piscine , le personnel bâchant la piscine, les clients passant devant la port. Insupportable. Aucune insonorisation. L'employé a l'accueil scrolling sans le regarder pendant que je lui expliquait ce problème : un hôtel a priori c'est fait pour dormí. Une personne très grossière .

El hotel es hermoso y la ubicación es increíble, si vas en vehiculo propio, el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento, llegas, lo dejas en el estacionamiento y te olvidas de manejar a cualquier lugar turístico del centro, el mercado tambien esta super cerca. Se encuentra en la ubicación perfecta para estar cerca de todo, aunque a la distancia perfecta para que puedas dormir y descansar sin ruidos exteriores

Amazing location half way between the main square and Santo Domingo church. Easy walk to major city sights. Great food and coffee nearby. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows!

The music from the square plays until late at night and we could hear the beat, even from our interior room. But we got used to it! Other than that we loved our stay. The hotel itself is very quiet and lovely.

It is a beautiful building, and location was perfect in mid town.

The room was horrible. The bed was so hard it was not usable for sleep. The window in the room opened Yo the underground parking garage. It was so bad we left and went to the Marriott. Do not stay here.
