The property was clean and spacious, felt like home.

When you come through the reception area, there are a lot of signatures. That startled me a bit but after a while I got used to it. I think those are just signatures of all the guests throughout the years. It’s quite something different.

We had a wonderful stay at Seashell Accommodation. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home. The location is excellent—right by the beach and within walking distance of shops and other amenities, making it very convenient. We also highly recommend the Seashell Restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious food and great service. We look forward to returning again!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! There was a secure parking area for our cars, giving us peace of mind. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We're looking forward to another visit :)

We stayed one night and did not need television, but smart TVs would be helpful for a longer stay.

Clean, safe and central.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Bed and Bedding were of high quality. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with everything. The cleaning staff came in every morning and that was a big bonus. Will definitely go back there and recommend the accomodation.

This was truly one of our very best stays ever! The staff were super friendly and helpful, safe parking, luxurious rooms and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, braai balcony overlooking the sea, magnificent views, fantastic location very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores.

The parking in the basement with our big truck was a bit tricky but still managed 👍

The staff at reception was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us for an extra night in the same apartment. The location is perfect, the room size and balcony spacious with a well equipped kitchen.

Location is a few steps from the beach and shops

Unfortunately, this apartment did not meet the standard of our previous stay at Seashells Holiday Apartments. The toilet was not working properly, and the couch was very old and worn. It would have been helpful to have a rice strainer available in the kitchen, as well as dishwashing and drying cloths. The apartment was also not as clean as expected, and I believe the blankets may not have been washed after the previous guests. There were not enough blankets provided, and only one toilet roll was supplied for the duration of our stay, which was insufficient. The mould on the ceilings needs urgent attention, and the corridor light outside this apartment was extremely sensitive—any movement inside the apartment seemed to trigger it, which was quite disruptive. We've stayed at Seashells Holiday Apartments before and had a very pleasant experience, which is why this stay was so disappointing. We hope these issues will be addressed so future guests can enjoy the same positive experience we previously had.This version is firm, factual, and constructive while acknowledging your previous positive experience.

We booked an apartment for 3 adults. Upon arrival, we were told at the reception desk that we had received a free upgrade. Beautiful, spacious rooms, ocean-view balcony. The location was central enough to visit all other attractions. Truly a lovely surprise. Thank you, Seashells.

I liked the apartment view, the way it was so clean. The Reception guy was so friendly, wat a warm welcome from him. I even forgot my cellphone bt gues what, he called me to let me knw. So thankful for that.

The room in general

The units have a warm, welcoming and homely feel that makes me comfortable the moment I walk in. Every detail seems thoughtfully considered, from the generously sized bathtubs to the inclusion of both heaters and fans for year-round comfort. The location is the best ever. The views suit every mood: the city on one side when you're in the mood for energy and activity, and the beach on the other when you're looking for peace, reflection, and a moment to yourself. The 24 hour service very re-assuring.

The gym was unavailable during this visit due to a burst pipe, which was unfortunate as I've enjoyed using it on a previous stay. I wonder if I could have borrowed some weights or basic workout equipment for use in my room? I didn't ask so I have no reason to complain. Another suggestion I have relates to beach access. A more complete walkway would make a great experience even better. Climbing down and hauling myself back up over the rocks was not so graceful.

The reception was so friendly and welcoming! I was upgraded for the night. Had a beautiful view with a massive appartment and massive balcony! Braai facilities was awesome! We ended up on the balcony the whole time and never left as we had planned to!

The view from the room was amazing (we were lucky to have an ocean view room). The windows are quite thin so I slept all night long with the waves breaking in the background. That was quite pleasant. We had a 3 bedrooms flat, which was very spacious. It was relatively comfortable and it was clean.

The property felt quite outdated, and really not in the best location. We were travelling with kids and took us a 15 minutes drive to find a restaurant we felt comfortable taking the kids to.

The neighbours downstairs had a 24hour party going at the top of their voices. Apparently Management tried to silence them a few times, but to no avail

Very large apartment with ample space and great location so close to the beach.

Apartment is a bit dated and could benefit from some minor upgrades but was very comfortable. Lacked a washing machine and dryer. There was no washing line or fold up washing hanger option despite having an enclosed outdoor space for washing.

We loved our stay! Apartment is spacious , equipment and facility is a bit outdated but very clean. Cleaners come everyday. The beach is right at the hotel. Staff and managment were very friendly and helpful.. We would love to stay again
