Tuvieron la idea de poner la planta de tratamiento cloacal Cerca de una de las piscinas y a veces el olor incomoda

Gold coast is een mooi, verzorgd en beveiligd park met nette zwembaden. Vlakbij de high rise hotels en strip. Prachtige stranden op korte rij afstand.

Huisje was slecht onderhouden. Vlak voor aankomst was er een lekkage waardoor we niet in het huisje terecht konden. Een alternatief werd geboden door Bocobay. Vanuit Bocobay slechte service qua communicatie en afstemming. Toen we uiteindelijk in het huisje terecht konden waren de vuilnisbakken nog vol, lag er puin en glas op het terras buiten en de koelkast was defect. Vanuit Bocobay hebben we, na aandringen, een alternatief verblijf aangeboden gekregen.

Quiet, safe and quaint neighborhood! And close to the most awesome beaches(Malmok, Tres Trapi, Boca Catalina and Arashi).

They are under construction, but it was NEVER A PROBLEM. We just saw progress of a great facility

La ubicación es excelente, está dentro de lo que sería un barrio privado con seguridad así que es muy seguro y cómodo (además de ser muy lindo). El barrio tiene pileta con parrilla y house con gimnasio y restaurante. Está a 10’ de playas como Eagle Beach o Palm Beach, y a 5’ de Arashi (en auto). El departamento estaba limpio, tenía todos los artefactos eléctricos necesarios como cafetera, microondas, lavavajillas, lavarropas y secarropas (no tenía tostadora). Tenía 2 habitaciones, ambas con baño en suite y una con TV, y también tenía un patio con parrilla a gas. Diferencial: te daban 3 reposeras (en un depto para 4) y heladerita, clave para la playa.

El wifi no llegaba a una de las habitaciones (la que no tenía TV)

Eramos cuatro personas y había tres reposeras playeras. Solicitamos una más, teniendo en cuenta que somos personas de casi 70 años, y nunca se acercaron con una, por lo que todos los días íbamos a la playa y uno siempre se quedaba sin silla y tenía que sentarse en la arena.También la luz de uno de los cuartos estaba agotada, no se veía nada de noche y el baño de esa misma habitación debería tener más luz, como también la cama de esa habitación estaba mal ubicada, no se podía bajar por ambos lados, estaba contra la pared.

Excelente ubicación cerca de Arashi Beach y tres trapi. Un departamento súper cómodo, totalmente equipado con elementos de primera calidad. El complejo es muy grande y bonito. El personal de seguridad es súper amable.

El.apartamento de un dormitorio, resultó ser una excelente opción para quienes valoramos las vacaciones manteniendo las costumbres de comidas, horarios habituales y no depender tanto de rutinas hoteleras.

Nada, quizás una mejor explicación del funcionamiento de ĺa cerradura, para la llegada. Igualmente, el personal de mantenimiento solicitado, fué enviado casi inmediatamente y resolvió estos pequeños inconvenientes.

Wonderful Stay ! The suite is beautiful, newly renovated and clean. The beds are perfecy and the suite has anything you would need! We enjoyed our stay and the management team is very friendly and fast responding, we are very satisfied and happy with our stay. We were very happy with the beach chairs and cooler that was provided , as well as our daily request of clean beach towels! The accommodation is perfectly located in a perfect area of Aruba, close to Arashi beach and Palm beach. Thank you Bocobay!

Es dificil decir qué nos gusto más. Son 10 las instalaciones! Impecable la limpieza, nos dejaron reposeras para todos y heladerita cosa que se re agradece. La seguridad del predio y la belleza del mismo es para destacar. El personal es realmente maravilloso, siempre atento a cualquier requerimiento brindando información y respuesta inmediata a cualquier requerimiento. LA verdad una estancia maravillosa, que hace que tus vacaciones sean inolvidables.

Tinha tudo que você precisava na casa, o local é bem familiar e tranquilo. A equipe te dá todo suporte e assistência necessária independente de horário. Foram sempre muito prestativos. A limpeza era impecável e era bem perto de uma das melhores praias da ilha.

Large, beautiful villa. We loved having a private pool, Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. We had a couple of issues and staff stepped in right away to correct any concerns.

Nos tuvieron que cambiar de departamento, el original en un primer piso (habiamos pedido pb por causas de salud), la pileta era compartida pero por todo el complejo, a 400 m, y en reparacion. Alguna dificultad para acceder, no pudieron hacer andar el wi-fi, con lo cual estabamos aislados

La casa es fantástica, amplia, bien equipada (tiene todo lo que podés llegar a necesitar, y más), bien decorada. Cuenta con reposeras y heladera portaril para llevar a la playa. Muchos aires acondicionados para el calor. Patio amplio con parrilla. El resort es muy lindo y se siente muy seguro. Está a 5 minutos en coche de Arashi, una de nuestras playas favoritas. Las piscinas comunitarias muy lindas y el personal muy amable.

The complex is great, the house/apartment is perfect, beautiful, very complete and super comfortable. The cleaning, furniture and everything is perfect, all the staff and people there are awesome, the service and the experience was the best. just can say thanks and want to back.

We stayed at Bocobay Gold Coast and it definitely was worth it. The unit was clean, with beautiful decor, and all the right amenities. The service and staff response was great. There are no negatives here. We really enjoyed our stay here and would choose this place over and over again!!

We have stayed there a few times now, its quiet, friendly and good options for the family with three pools when we didn't go to the beach. Communication with staff was great!

Todo muy bien, departamento comodo, con todo lo que necesitas para pasar los dias en Aruba. Seguro y muy lindo complejo. Muy buena pileta, gimnasio y excelente atencion en el restaurant.

Het huis was comfortabel. Wij komen jaarlijks terug en het voelt als thuis.

Het meubilair is vrijwel gedateerd. Er is geen netflix optie in de slaapkamers.

Property was super clean, beds were very comfortable. Unit is super close to great snorkeling beaches - 5 to 7 minute drives to Boca Catalina and Arashi. Communication was great. Always had quick responses. The cooler provided was a nice touch. Beach chairs were provided but these could definitely use an upgrade. They were a little rusty and dirty.

My stay with the Bocobay Gold Coast property was very good. The resort is very close to many great beaches, restaurants and things to do. The condo was in a gated, quiet upscale neighborhood that was full of convenient amenities and worked well for me and my small family. Thank you!

The location was great, the property was clean, the communication was unbelievable. There was an issue in our original room, but they were able to move us promptly.

Didn’t get our gym key until the day before we left so wasn’t able to utilize that.

We liked that we were provided with excellent customer service. All my questions were answered promptly. We were given easy to follow instructions and recommendations. We were also given many essentials such as towels, detergent, soaps, beach cooler, coffee, kitchenware, hangers, steam iron, etc. It was very clean when we arrived. There were 3 air conditioning units which kept the townhouse cool. The location was perfect because it was close to the beach and within driving distance of the city center and airport. There was parking right in front of the apartment which was very practical. The pools were a good temperature and there was an outdoor BBQ grill by the pool with seating and a table. I loved that I was able to relax in the backyard and do my own laundry. We tried out the Saliña restaurant on the property and we loved the food and entertainment. On our last day we went to a local restaurant nearby called Opus and loved it and would have not seen it had we not stayed at Bocobay. The overall vibe at Bocobay was excellent and I highly recommend and would book again in the future.

The only things we didn't like were the sofa bed which was kind of hard to sleep on and that we couldn't check-out later on the day we were returning .

I recently stayed at this property during a week-long trip to Aruba with my family of four, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. Communication was a solid 10/10, every question or request I had was addressed promptly, and the team was always easy to reach. They even provided helpful taxi information, which made getting around the island super easy and convenient. The clubhouse was beautiful, and the entire property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, the service exceeded expectations and gave my family exactly what we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Location was ok - gated community, but you have to have a car Privat pool spacious rooms

we stayed for 14 days, no towel and bedding exchange during stay in a paid price. There was a possibility to wash your towels in a washing machine, but it is not something you would like to do on a vacation.

5 stars but room windows need blinds fkr privacy and shade from sun. Overall excellent and highly recommended location. Extremely quick response from staff. Future trips will be booked here again.

Apartment was amazing! Had everything we needed, great location and was very peaceful. We rented a car and it was more or less within 10 minutes from everywhere we went. There’s an allocated parking spot right outside the apartment. It was absolutely beautiful. All of the staff were friendly, and as 3 young girls in their 20s, we felt extremely safe.

Stay here was very enjoyable! Less than 5 min drive from decent snorkeling at Boca Catalina beach and Tres Trapi (saw a few turtles in the morning). The chairs, umbrella and cooler available with the rental came in very handy. Staff communicated very well thru email and text before and during stay.

Peaceful, clean, it has all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances. Very spacious.

Te house is very confortable, I feel like home and the area is very safe too.

The only thing we didn’t like was the bad smell coming from the back patio. There was a strong odor coming from the septic tank, which we couldn’t open or enjoy that area because of it. Other than that, everything was fine.

The team at Boco Bay was extraordinary. This is the 4th time that I've stayed on the property to vacation, and I am planning to return. In particular, Daniela was very helpful, pleasant to work with, and an overall joy. She made a wonderful trip, superb! Thank you, BocoBay Dr.'s Pamela and Hamad

We had an amazing time! The location is beautiful with 3 pools and the restaurant has the best food on the island! We had a rental car and was able to get around the island in a short drive. Very close to everything. Our favorite was about 1 mile from Tres Travis beach. Bring your floats, water shoes and goggles. This water area is roped off and has the best snorkeling with turtles! We will definitely return in the future!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed a lovely garden view, and the property is located within a secure, 24-hour gated community. The Bocobay team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, responding to our requests almost instantly and even arranging a late checkout with ease. It was such a wonderful experience!

I wish the pool was open later.

The property was great! There was a washer and dryer on site which was so helpful since we went to the beach every day. The kitchen was fully stocked with a dishwasher which we used and worked perfectly. We also used the grill in the back and the area to grill and sit in the back was wonderful. Communications were also spectacular. Both Whatsapp and emails we got responses very promptly. We asked for fresh towels and laundry pods and they were brought to us at a reasonable time. When we came back from the beach we realized the AC unit was dripping and it made a huge pool of water at the tv console area and on the floor. We contacted them and left to the beach. When we came back the AC was fixed with no dripping and the tv console and the surrounding area was all cleaned up. Highly recommend, 10/10

When a car was parked in my assigned parking spot I called the people in charge and received no satisfactory response. I’m from NY but decided not to do what I would have done here. The car was moved by the next day and everything else was fine.

Our air conditioning shut off, and literally 5 min after I reported it we were back up and running. It was 9pm at night- yet they were so incredibly responsive and courteous. Such an amazing stay all around.

We were so pleased with our stay and the communication from Bocobay Gold Coast. It was convenient to have a kitchen and laundry in unit. We rented a vehicle so we didn't have to be inconvenienced by taking taxis and it was a wise decision. Every day we explored a new part of the island and then came back to a clean apartment. The communication from Bocobay representatives was top notch and when we needed more laundry detergent, it was a quick request on WhatsApp and magically appeared at our doorstep. We were overly impressed with everything. Thank you, Bocobay for making it an easy, communicative, comfortable, and clean experience. We are already planning to come back here for our next holiday.

The unit was exactly as described. It was spacious and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella which we used when going to the beach. You will need a car when staying at Gold Coast but everything is nearby. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aruba.

The location was amazing, super close to the beaches in the north. You need a car, but that's not a big deal. The kitchen is small but functional, you can cook pretty much whatever you want. Excellent AC

We expected the kitchen to have at least salt. It had nothing; we needed to leave again and buy tiny little things before our first meal. We left it there now for the next guests. Not great blinds in the bedroom, close to zero light blocking. The communication with the staff is via WhatsApp and they are not close by, so expect delays.

We booked Bocobay property last minute due to problems we had with another property on our first day. We could check in earlier and the property was a top notch Town House , very quiet and only 4-5 mins drive to the beach ( Arasji,, Malmok, Hadicurari, Palm Beach) . We rented a car so the whole vacation was like being "at home" with acces to the world class beaches. The Bocobay staff was very responsive and acted quickly! Our place had a nice backyeard with a BBQ ( which we didn't use), access to the nearby pool, 3 bdrm upstairs. AC units in all Bdr and also two units in the living room and a study nook. The property has a nice kitchen, dishwasher, big fridge with a freezer, washing machine and so on. Highly recommended for families!

I loved our apartment. Walk out our sliding glass doors and we were at the pool.

I loved everything about the property. The host was always there if you needed anything. Just absolutely beautiful place to relaxe and unwind. Everyone very friendly and the beaches where amazing.

New condo, very clean and conveniently located.

Bocobay is the management company. They changed my accommodations without my consent and into a smaller unit for the same price originally paid for. Had to move twice and had difficulties contacting them for assistance with anything. Beautiful island and will definitely go back, just not book with same company

The host were very accomodating and made an effort to great you and answer any questions you may have. The apartment was extremely clean, i have no complaints, i would definitely recommend
