The location was perfect for exploring the northern beaches while also accessing the great restaurants within the City to the south. The staff was very helpful and the property is impeccably maintained.

It felt like living in a garden. Flowers everywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have nice clean pool. Hot tub. BBQ. Very private as well, despite this being several units, no one was getting in a way of each other.

Great value, very quiet, host staff was fantastic, good location near bus, all utilities worked perfect! Pool was great and the cats were very nice!

El personal del complejo, muy atentos en la atención e información. El studio está bien para una semana. Ofrecen reposeras, zapatos naúticos y sorkel para alquilar. La conservadora de playa es sin cargo. El complejo es lindo, muy tranquilo, buena picina y jacuzzi. Hay parrilla americana y mesas en el jardín. La playa de enfrente es de roca plana muy linda para hacer snorkel y disfrutar el atardecer en las reposeras.

Un lugar muy cómodo. Muy simpático los dueños y el apart tenía todo lo que necesitamos. Ubicación cómoda, hay que tener auto , cerca de playas más tranquila y donde se realiza snorker.

Location, property, the Host. The host drove me to the market every time when I needed to get some groceries,and even gave me a fishing rod to go fishing. It's a perfect place for a family vacation

We had the large ocean view which has a huge covered porch area and we were loving it. Personally I would even prefer one of the smaller garden view units over any high rise hotel room but that's of course everybody's choice. Unless you require constant 'party life', some super luxury establishment or freak out over a couple of small and colorful lizards who are just curious about their new temporary human neighbors Aruba Sunset Beach Studios is a great place to stay. Super-friendly staff, everything was clean and functional, the street between the Studio and the beach is not too noisy or busy and after sunset traffic gets down to almost nothing within an hour. And given that you'll most likely have rented a car as well, a sandy beach, Restaurants or my favorite Super Food grocery store is reachable within a 5 minute ride or less.

Aruba is in general a quite pricey place but that has more to do with the fact that almost everything there has to get imported. For Breakfast & Dinner for 2 adults I spent on average $150-160/day. Those were decent sit down restaurants but nothing fancy. Which is probably another argument for the Sunset Beach Studios over a high rise hotel room. At least in the large ocean view you've a complete kitchen and could easily stay a week or two without having to visit a restaurant once. And honestly, while we went in off season I can see that during high season finding parking spots and restaurant tables can be a real challenge. A word about the beach. At that stretch of beach across from the studio we're talking stones and a lot of corals, you should definitely use water shoes. Bring you own or I believe they've also a number of them at the reception. A 7-10 minute walk up the road is a small 'white sand' beach and another 5 minute walk a bigger, more busy 'white sand' beach.

Fijne, rustige kleinschalige lokatie. Geweldige eigenaren en ook de medewerkers waren echt top. Mooi aan zee, net in het rustiger gebied. Alles wat je nodig hebt, maar verwacht geen enorme luxe, daar is het ook de prijsklasse niet voor.

Het is niet gemakkelijk om te gaan zwemmen in de zee recht voor de lokatie. Geen strand, maar rotsen met verstopte zeeegels en het loopt heel langzaam af.

AC unit drained to the floor - but I did not report it since it wasn't too bad. No window in the bathroom.

Our stay at Sunset Beach Studios in Aruba was simply wonderful — it exceeded all expectations and left us wanting to return as soon as possible! From the very beginning, we were welcomed with such care and attention. We arrived unprepared regarding the car rental, and they kindly helped us sort everything out with ease. The room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed — and more — which made our evenings even more special. We had such lovely moments dining under the garden lights, enjoying every detail of this charming place.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész szállásadók, csodálatos elhelyezkedéssel, közel a parthoz és a strandokhoz, csendes, tiszta szoba, kitűnő és sokszínű felszereltséggel, barátságos és karibi hangulatú belső udvarral, florával-faunával, nagyon kényelmes ággyal.

-Excellent location, few minutes by car from the hustle and bustle. ( You need a car) -The studio was cleaned on request. -The hosts were extremely nice and helpful attending to all requests in a timely manner. -We had few issues,that were fixed immediately. -It is a simple and cute accommodation surrounded by nature. -Located right across the road from the seaside. -There is a nice rocky beach nearby where you can go snorkeling. -The kitchen is fitted with all necessary items.

The AC was located right above the bed, so if you keep it on it is blowing right in the head while you sleep.

Great location 50yards from the beach. Great parking and good location to explore the entire island. Great staff and will help with all your needs. The property is an older, rustic 70's like, place. Very comfortable and relaxed. This is not a criticism. If you want a new, large, five star high rise hotel , this is probably not going to suit your preferences. Otherwise I would highly recommend the Aruba Sunset Beach Studios. Great for families too. If we are lucky enough to return to Aruba, this is where we will stay.

We really enjoyed the charming feel of sunset suites, the hot tub, grills, outdoor area were wonderful. It was very quiet, great blackout curtains and king bed was very comfy. Hosts were all exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The suite was very well supplied. Location was a bit north of Palm Beach but that was clear from the description and what we wanted. Great communication and great value!

The floor was a bit slippery from a product used to clean it, like a waxy substance. Also it’s not walkable distance to any coffee places - they do provide a coffee maker and filters but make sure to buy some coffee to brew on the way in for the mornings! ;-)

I would recommend this place to everyone coming to Aruba. Excellent staff and the guests even act like a tiny community. Gorgeous location and a great value any time of the year.

Can't think of a bad thing to say except I hear that they're very much in demand so you may need to plan ahead for a booking.

Great location with a car. It's right across from the water. Cool ship reck and awesome sunset! Great area for snorkeling. We rented snorkel gear from the property. Close to Arashi Beach and the light house. Owners were really nice and accommodating.

The bed was not comfortable. Cats on the premises because I am allergic. Cats sit on the porch, and you can tell people let them in because it came into the room one morning. I definitely suffered from allergies each day because of the cat hair.

The photo is exactly what you get!!! We stayed in an Ocean View suite. It was so perfect. The staff is awesome, and the hosts are so kind. We were so pleased to be north of the hotels, yet so close to everything. You cannot go wrong with this spot. If we return to Aruba, there is no question where we will stay. This spot is the best. We rented ebikes for the first half of our stay, and could go everywhere. However, we were able to walk anywhere we wanted. There is a bus stop immediately across the street. There is a shipwreck for snorkeling across the street. We woke up every morning with coffee on the front porch with a great view of the ocean. What a great spot!

The place is amazing!!! I loved my entire stay here! Location wise was fabulous, and the entire villa was absolutely beautiful!!! My studio had the most wonderful views to the ocean and they kept my studio super clean every day! The entire staff was super helpful and accommodated everything for me even before I arrived! I would LOVE to be back!

It was a bit of an inconvenience that they don’t take AMEX… if I was notified about this before I arrived I would have arrived with more cash for my check out.
