Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und ein Balkon war dabei mit Blick in den Garten. Sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Es war sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück war alles da was man brauchte. Man konnte jederzeit mit Anmeldung in die Sauna. Mit der Zell am See Sommercard konnten wir viel kostenlos unternehmen. Das Gästehaus liegt am Ortsrand wobei man zu Fuß schnell im Ort ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Es war sehr schön. Herzlichen Dank

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026If you like paying 150 euros per night for a couple and staying in a youth hostel, this is the place for you. This place is run with written instructions: Bed linen is changed once every 7 days!! Those who want an early change have to pay 2 euros per item!! We received a finger-sized bar of soap in the room (the kind they give out in youth hostels) and for 4 days we didn't get any more soap!! In the dining room there is a sign waiting for you: It is forbidden to take food out of the dining room, anyone who takes food out will be charged a fee. Breakfast is very basic and for 4 days not a single item in the meal was changed.

No air condition and ergonomics of a room and a bathroom could be better. Annoying motion detector between a room and a bathroom which was actvated turning on light whenever.you passed close, even at night...

The cleaning lady we met in the mornings was especially kind and caring. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. The infrared sauna was perfect after a day of skiing. The location was also convenient, within comfortable distance of the center and the cable car. We felt very well taken care of. Thank you for hosting us! 😊
We experienced a few issues with the Finnish sauna and the steam sauna, which may need a bit more attention and maintenance.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026- suita este mult mai spațioasă și plăcută decât apare în poze - curățenie zilnică, prosoapele au fost schimbate regulat - un plus pentru doamna de serviciu care a fost mereu amabilă și draguță - la micul dejun: chiflele, espresso, cappuccino, latte, ciocolată caldă... au fost minunate - dispune de o cameră specială pentru depozitarea schiurilor și a clăparilor (cu incălzire)
la micul dejun: - meniu repetitiv, identic în fiecare zi, fără diversitate - fructele au lipsit cu desăvârșire și o ofertă extrem de limitată de legume (doar roșii si castraveți)

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026We loved everything about our stay at this guesthouse. The location was excellent, a short walk from all the main restaurants, and the Maiskogelbahn. Our host, Daniella, was helpful and friendly, and when we were delayed checking in, she stayed late until we arrived, which we really appreciated after a long journey. We loved getting in the sauna at the end of each day, and the spa area was spotlessly clean. Our rooms were also very clean, and we enjoyed the balcony views, the heated floor and having access to a kettle and fridge was a bonus! Breakfast was plentiful and prepared us well for the slopes. Every detail has been thought about here to make guests as comfortable as possible. Thank you for your great hospitality!

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich aber etwas klein. Auch das Bad könnte etwas größer sein. Da es in dieser Jahreszeit ziemlich kühl ist, wären Sesselauflagen für den Balkon wünschenswert.

More diverse breakfast, same food every day! No fruit! TV in the room very small! The fact that for good reasons a family could not arrive, a room was fully paid for on booking, from the first day we arrived I said this, later I noticed that it was occupied by someone, not even a little gift was conveyed to the family who did not comme!

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025Nagyon közel van a központhoz. A teraszról nagyon szép a kilátás. A reggelinél bőséges a kínálat. Amit külön kiemelnék, hogy nagyon nyugodt, csendes az egész környék, a szoba, az ágy nagyon kényelmesek.
A wellnes részleg nyitvatartása 16:30-19:30, ami nem kevés idő, de szerintem érdemesebb lenne eltolni, hogy tovább nyitva legyen, mert így nem igazán lehetett kihasználni, az ember 16 körül végzett a síeléssel, még utána hazaérés átöltözés, utána vacsi, mire visszaértünk már zárva volt.

Не можехме да спим цяла вечер поради възглавницата и леглото, много лесно се отделя едно от друго и се поличава разтояние между двете легла, и матрака и възглавницата... просро не бяха за нас
