Reviewed Aug 7, 2026سكنت في شقه رقم 1 من مميزاتها بلكونه كبيره ويوجد بها شطاف ومطبخ يلبى احتياجاتك و مواقف مجانية أبو شهد الرضوان - ام الحمام
توجد دورتين مياه احداهم لم نستخدمها بسبب رائحة تصريف المجاري كانت قويه ولم ينفع معها المعطرات وقررت اغلاقها. الشقه على مرتفع سهل النزول إلى السنتر لكن الصعود مرهق للأطفال والنساء وكبار السن فهو ليس بالأمر الهين الغرف حجمها صغير جدا 3*3 عدم وجود مروحة حيث درجات الحرارة السنه لم تكن طبيعية أنا أزور كابرون منذ 14 سنه لم يمر علي صيف مثل هذا العام. بهذا السعر 1200 ريال لليله حتما لن أعود للسكن هنا المكان مرتفع ودورة مياه لا فائدة منها وبدون مراوح أو تكيف ولا يوجد صندوق أمانات و للعلم يدخلون الشقه في غيابك. والله على ما أقول شهيد

ظ * سكنت في اعلا دور شقة 3 ذات سقف منخفض ولا يوجد مصعد * تم رفض تسجيل دخول مبكر ( قبل الساعه 2) * التواصل فقط عن طريق موقع بوكنج ( يرفض الوتس اب)

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Wszystko co jest potrzebne było na miejscu nie wspomnę że pod samymi drzwiami przystanek ski bus Wychodzisz na narty w klapkach ubierasz buty w suszarni i idziesz na busa Chcesz idziesz do sauny potrzebujesz prania też dostępne Byłem 2 razy rodziną 6 osobową i pies. Właśnie nie wspomniałem że tu problemu z psem też nie było aby z nami pojechał. jak pojadę w to miejsce to nie szukam innego obiektu

Nothing really springs to mind. The only issue we had was that the bus stopped running and we were not aware. Luckily we had a car otherwise it was a reasonable walk to/ from the gondola.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025Elto Apartments Chalet is an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Kaprun. We stayed in Apartment 1, which has two large bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice cozy kitchen/living area, and a huge terrace with unexpectedly beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed for cooking. Angelika, the proprietor, was responsive and super helpful. Location is great, only a 5-10 minute walk to town with easy access to the ski bus (though we had our own car so did not use it). The wellness area with sauna was a huge bonus! We really enjoyed our trip and sincerely hope to return next year!
This was not a big issue, but it would have been nice to have staples like olive oil and salt and pepper in the house.

ريحة الحمامات خايسه وكل مانرش معطر ماطول وترجع ريحتها خايسه ولو شنو تسوي ترجع الريحه تصرع هشي ماحبيته ياليت يهتمون بهشي والغسالات والنشافات تجت بسرداب بس عيبها بفلوس 2 يورو لكل مره تغسل او تنشف عكس الفنادق الثانيه توفر بالمجان

اولا كانت الشقة عباره عن غرفتين نوم ودرتين مياه احدها كانت توجد بها مشكلة المياه تتجمع بها ولم يتم حل المشكلة بشكل نهائي ثانيا كثرة الحشرات ثالثا لم يتم تنظيف الشقة او تغيير المراتب او المفارش خلال مدة اقامتي الكاملة 9 ليالي لماذا لا اعلم ؟؟؟ رابعا تم دخول اشخاص ونحن نائمون بحجة اصلاح المياه المتجمعه بالحمام اعزكم الله بدون استئذان حيث لم يتم اخبارنا بذلك قبل الدخول

2 floors to to climb stairs and carry the bags. Also the house cleaning need to know they can't inter the place while we in the apartment to clean.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025The location is amazing لوكيشن الشقه حلو وقريب من كل شي وصاحبه الشقه متعاونه قلت لها بسوي جيك ان قبل الوقت ووافقت في خصم على الفعاليات خصم بسيط بس في باركنق ببلاش للسياره
الشقه رقم واحد ضيقه سكنت قبل بشقه بالدور الثاني وكانت احلى وأوسع لكن هالمره ماتوفقنا فالشقه ضيقه ومافيها شبك الحشرات والبعوض فكل الشقه ومافي مكيف ماقدرنا نرقد فالليل من الحر والشراشف والمخدات مو نظاف حسيتهم يبالهم تبديل قعدنا ست ليالي ما انصح صراحه ممكن لو بتقعدون يوم او يومين وماعندكم خيار ثاني بس الصراحه خصوصا الحر والحشرات لا يطاقون No Ac it was extremely hot we couldn’t sleep at night Mosquitos were all over the apartment The bed sheets were not clean and very old The apartment did not feel that clean although this is my second time staying here it was disappointing unlike the first time

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025الموظفون جدا متعاونون وضعو المفتاح في صندق عند الباب وارسلو الرقم السري . الشقه واسعه وأدوات المطبخ كامله . القرب من الزحلاقيه الصيفيه والسوبرماركت والمطاعم 10 دقائق مشي . مواقف تحت الشقه .
إذا احد حرك الأثاث في الطابق العلوي ينسمع الصوت . المخدات غير مريحه

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025الشقه نظيفه ومريحه وموقعها ممتاز والحمام به شطاف ويوجد مكان سفلي مشترك لغسل الملابس وكيها التراس كبير وعلى اطلاله ادوات المطبخ متكامله انصح بعا بشده وانوي زيارتها المره القادمه

Reviewed Aug 6, 2025It was clean, and well furnished, I like the location and the Mountain View.
There was no AC so we had trouble sleeping in the hot weather, we had some problems with washing machines and the dryers cause the are paid machines but one worked only.
