La pulizia, sicuramente potrebbe essere stata fatta meglio. I copri materassi erano macchiati, la polvere sui mobili era molta. La tapparella era rotta, per tanto era impossibile per noi non far entrare la luce alla mattina.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Es gab Spinnweben, der Überzug des Kopfpolsters war beschmutzt und am Boden klebte es.

Ich denke, dass einige Punkte verbessert werden könnten. Beim Self-Check-in bietet das Registrierungsgerät weder Französisch noch Türkisch als Sprachoption an. Dies kann den Check-in für einige Gäste etwas erschweren. Außerdem ist die Klimaanlage ziemlich laut und kann nachts störend sein, sodass das Einschlafen bzw. Durchschlafen schwierig wird. Eine leisere Klimaanlage wäre hier deutlich angenehmer. Auch bei der Bettwäsche könnte man meiner Meinung nach etwas verbessern. Weiße Bettwäsche würde einen saubereren und frischeren Eindruck vermitteln. Die Kissen sind sehr groß und dadurch im Bett nicht besonders bequem. Kleinere und bequemere Kissen wären angenehmer. Zuletzt war einer der Vorhänge am Fenster defekt und ließ sich nicht richtig bedienen. Insgesamt könnten diese Punkte verbessert werden, um den Aufenthalt für die Gäste komfortabler zu gestalten.

Die Lage zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt ist super.

Das Fenster des Zimmers ging auf eine Gasse mit vielen Kneipen, entsprechend würde es nachts nicht ruhig. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Der Check-in Automat ist etwas umständlich zu bedienen.

Het is volledig onbemensd, een huis met 3 etages kamers, de kamer die wij hadden was direct aan de straat. Goed ingericht, maar airco kregen we niet aan de praat. Batterij in de afstandsbediening was leeg. Er is geen ruimte om nog ergens te verblijven behalve je eigen kamer. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Maar verwacht er niet teveel van.

The room was clean enough, although quite basic. For one night, it was perfectly manageable. The bed was comfortable, which was definitely a positive. If you are lucky, you may also get a room overlooking the beautiful Lederergasse, with its famous hanging umbrellas, which create a very pleasant and charming atmosphere.

The automated check-in process without any staff assistance is, in our opinion, a major weakness. They would make a much better impression by having a person available to welcome and assist guests. The whole process is unnecessarily complicated and confusing. The check-out is also unclear. There is a box at the exit where you are supposed to leave the key cards, but then the automated system asks for them again. It is not clear whether all the cards belonging to the family should be returned through the system or whether only the card of the person who made the booking should be returned, with the others left in the box. The check-in itself is similarly confusing. The receipt provided by the system contains an incorrect Wi-Fi password, which is a small detail but also says a lot about attention to detail and customer care. In fact, we met other guests who were also asking if we knew the correct Wi-Fi password. Overall, the stay was acceptable for one night, but the automated and confusing procedures significantly affected the experience.

The room was exactly on the street, ground floor beside bars, table of a bar aside of the window, couldn't sleep all night and our train was early morning.

Vyzdvihuji hlavně super lokalitu. Check in jednoduchý.

Kávovar 24/7 celé 2 dny nebyl vyčištěn, nebyl funkční. Pro méně pohyblivé chybí část zábradlí mezi 3. a 2. patrem.

Location, easy check-in

We were very disappointed with our stay and decided to leave the hotel. Our room was on the ground floor and had a really bad smell. When we tried to open the window for some fresh air, we realised that it opened directly onto the main street, where people were walking past. The window was extremely low, around knee height, so it felt as though people could practically walk straight into the room. As a result, it wasn’t possible to keep the window open. The room itself was also not properly cleaned. The floor was dirty, there were stains on the bed sheets, and there was visible mould in the bathroom. The area directly in front of the hotel was not well maintained either, with cigarette butts and empty bottles left outside.

Très bien situé en plein cœur de la ville. Possibilité d'occuper une des 3 places de stationnement gratuites au pied de l'établissement. Accès à l’hôtel et récupération des clefs faciles.

This hotel is very convenient to spend night during travel. It is located right in the centre of Villach, with 24h self check-in, close to many restaurants and bars. The rooms are rather basic but still equipped in all you need for one night rest. Each room is air-conditioned. The bathroom has all you need and is very clean. There is also a coffee machine on one of the floors which is accessible 24h/day at a reasonable price.

im Prinzip ist die Lage sehr gut, leider ist es nachts aber sehr laut gewesen durch die Umgebung. Die Gegend scheint eine Ausgehmeile zu sein, und die Nacht Hause gehenden Menschen sehr laut.

Einfach dreckig. Die Kloschüssel wurde nach den Vorgänger nicht sauber gemacht. Im Zimmer Spinnweben, Dreckiger Fußboden.

Хороший номер, кондиционер отличный, полноценное рабочее место. Местоположение отличное. Самостоятельное заселение и выселение было простым и понятным. Персонал по нашей просьбе прислал Kärnten Card. Мы отлично провели время. Спасибо.

L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio privato non prenotabile: quando siamo arrivati, in quello che doveva essere lo spazio appartenente l'hotel non c'era nessuna auto parcheggiata, c'erano però dei cartelli scritti in tedesco che non ci risultavano di facile interpretazione; ho provato a chiedere ad una ragazza austriaca di passaggio, anche lei mi ha confermato di non essere sicura dell'interpretazione da dare. Decidiamo di lasciare comunque lì l'auto, visto che nelle zone limitrofe in quel momento non c'erano posti neanche a pagamento. Ho provato a chiamare l'hotel due volte, ma si inseriva una voce automatica che parlava solo in tedesco, poi cadeva la linea. Provo allora a scrivere in inglese tramite chat di Booking, ma la risposta che mi è arrivata era una generica risposta automatica che non c'entrava nulla con la domanda posta. La sera, rientrati in albergo, abbiamo notato che la pulizia non era il massimo: molta polvere, anche nel box doccia e, mentre asciugamani, cuscini ed una coperta erano profumati, l'altra piazza del letto aveva la coperta puzzolente di piedi e sudore. Vista l'ora e la mancanza di comunicazione per la questione del parcheggio, abbiamo deciso di non provare a contattare nessuno. Sostanzialmente secondo noi l'albergo avrebbe buone potenzialità, con stanze funzionali, luminose e ben arredate, ma se dovessimo tornare a Villach, cercheremo un'altra sistemazione.

The location is not too bad.

Our hotel room didn't meet basic cleaning/hygiene standards to allow us to stay in it. - The towels, bedsheets etc looked dirty and used. In our opinion, the bedsheets and towels did not look or feel freshly laundered (see photos). - The bathroom was wet upon our arrival, with visible water drops and spots, giving the impression that it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest (see photos). - The floor in the room did not look clean either (see the dead insect lying on the floor in the fotos) We don't expect to be able to eat food from the floor of a hotel room, but these are basic cleaning/hygiene issues. Since based on our impression we weren't sure whether the towels, bedsheets or shower were actually cleaned after a previous guest used them, we did not feel comfortable at all staying or sleeping there. There was no onsite assistance by the time we arrived either, so we had to book a different hotel elsewhere. On top of that, as there were a lot of events/conferences in town, there were barely any rooms left anywhere in the city and we had to get a pretty expensive one in the end. To make matters worse, when we subsequently reached out to request a reimbursement, management refused. Looking at other reviews on this platform, it seems our experience with cleanliness issues is unfortunately not an isolated incident. Never again!

Hinter dem Hotel ist die Lederergasse, offenbar eine Partyzone. Es war bis 4:30 Uhr morgens Lärm von feiernden, betrunkenen Menschen. Unsere Klimaanlage war extrem laut, der Fön kaputt und die Abfalltüte lediglich geleert und nicht erneuert. In Summe etwas schmuddelig.

Insgesamt völlig in Ordnung, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top, Lage fast direkt in der Fußgängerzone und nah zum Bahnhof. Gut für einen Zwischenstopp. Ideal auch für Fahrradfahrer, da viele Fahrradgaragen. Wir würden auch wieder dort übernachten. Unser Bad war sauber und modern. Das Zimmer sauber, alles intakt und zweckmäßig. Wir haben bestens geschlafen. Personal war nicht vor Ort, wäre aber telefonisch jederzeit erreichbar gewesen. Am Check-In-Automaten hatten wir uns zunächst auch verguckt. Die Belegnummer (o.ä.) oben ist nicht die weiter unten aufgedruckte Zimmernummer, aber da hätten wir auch einfach besser schauen können.

Super Lage, nah zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt, direkt am Fluss. Self check-in und check-oout haben super geklappt. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, Bett bequem, Klimaanlage funktioniert. Gutes Preis-leistungs-verhältnis

De ligging is heel goed, midden in het centrum van villach.

Bij binnenkomst rook het ontzettend vochtig, de airco gaat af en toe zelf aan maar stopt ook weer vrij snel. De afstandbediening van de airco werkt niet. In de douche lagen nog haren van de vorige gast en er zat schimmel in de douche. Een vraag gesteld via booking.com aan de host, nooit reactie op gekregen. Er is niemand in het pand bereikbaar voor het stellen van vragen omdat het een self check in is.

Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer reserviert! Das einzige Zimmer was halbwegs in Ordnung war, war das Einzelzimmer! In den beiden Doppelzimmer hat es ausgesehen als wären diese schon länger nicht gereinigt worden! Wir sind dann essen gegangen und haben die Vermieterin angerufen und ihr erklärt, das die Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurden, das die Betten nicht überzogen wurden, lediglich die Handtücher waren getauscht! Sie versicherte uns, dass sie das kontrollieren wird und es erledigt wird. Nach etwa einer einer Stunde kam ein Rückruf der Vermieterin mit den Worten, sie habe alles kontrolliert und es hat alles gepasst und es war alles gereinigt! Weiters erklärte sie uns, das sie die Zimmer gefilmt hat, damit sie beweisen kann das alles sauber ist. Wir sind zurück ins Hotel, haben in den Zimmern nachgesehen, selbes Bild! Am Boden klebten Spritzer von ausgeschütteten Getränken, die Bettwäsche war schmutzig, sogar Blutflecken waren am Kissen! Die Dusche schmutzig, es war der Horror! Wir haben dann alles fotografiert und der Vermieterin geschickt! Es kam keine Antwort mehr! Also danke nie wieder und für weitere Besucher Vorsicht! Leider kann man nur wenig Bilder hochladen! Schade! Aber es reicht diese vier Bilder zu sehen um zu wissen wie der Rest ausgesehen hat!

Bardzo zawiodłam się na tym hotelu. Po wejściu do pokoju był odczuwalny okropny smród, który jak się potem okazało pochodził z pościeli, na których nie dało się spać. W kabinie prysznicowej rozwijał się grzyb, były nawet widoczne robaki. Na recepcji nie było pracownika, przez co nie dało się zgłosić problemu, a gdy chciałyśmy zgłosić ten problem telefonicznie nadal nie dostałyśmy odzewu. Opóźniłyśmy ten hotel najszybciej jak było to tylko możliwe.

De Locatie is echt ideaal, ook zijn er genoeg parkeerplaatsen in Villach.

De hygiëne was uitermate slecht, schimmel overal waar het niet hoort in de badkamer, stof in ventilatiesysteem. Vlekken tegen de muur aan, verschillende haren in bed.

Gute lage direkt an der drau. Gut klimatisiert. Unkomplizierter check in und check out

Der Self Check In hat zum Glück funktioniert, aber was wenn nicht oder man nicht so gerne mit Digitalen Systemen arbeitet, möchte die Situation nicht erleben. Es gab nur ein einziges kleines Mini Handtuch, etwas größer als ein Handwaschlappen, besser wären zwei und bitte Größer.

W pokoju starsznie odczuwalna chemia po sprzataniu .Odbywał sie festyn o którym nie zostalismy poinformowani wiec w dużym obszarze policja zamknęła wszystkie drogi , parking daleko przez co trzeba było iść daleko z bagażami . L'albergo è dotato di self check in, facile da fare. La camera era di dimensioni appena giuste per 3 persone ed il bagno era ben fatto. Secondo me, un buon punto di appoggio per uno o massimo due giorni in città. Il fatto di essere a due passi dal centro è un plus non indifferente

La camera era appena giusta per 3 persone e non c'erano armadi per riporre i vestiti. Inoltre il parcheggio dell'hotel non è ben segnalato. Non sono riuscito a capire dove lasciare l'auto e ho dovuto parcheggiare in strada a 200 metri. Il fatto che abbia preso anche una multa non ha sicuramente aiutato la valutazione

Good location, very close to the central train station. Good value for the money - quite a small room but it's also quite cheap, so... Relatively easy to get the room key. Clean, comfortable.

The door to the bathroom was kinda broken - didn't close all the way. It's also very easy to hear your neighbours, so it can get quite noisy. No fridge was a bummer, but I guess I should have read the description better.

Die zentrale Lage war von Vorteil. Die Raumaufteilung war okay und das Bad war sauber.

Nos tocó la habitación de la planta baja, absolutamente pegada a la terraza de un bar y tan baja que se podía acceder desde la calle sin esfuerzo. Leímos comentarios del ruido que generaban los bares de la calle y concretamente el de al lado de nuestra habitación, sin embargo a nosotros no nos ocurrió, era miércoles y tal vez por ello había menos gente en la terraza y bares. No poder contactar con nadie físicamente para resolver problemas. Las toallas y ropa de cama bastante ajadas

Lokalizacja była dobra. Blisko starówki i miejsc gastronomicznych. Dobry dojazd dla Rowerzystów z Alpe Adria.

Brak ciepłej wody. Na trzech aparatach nie mogłem używać wifi ponieważ hasło było nieprawidłowe. Z uwagi na charakter hotelu nie można było nawiązać kontaktu z obsługą. Próba kontaktu za pomocą poczty internetowej była nieskuteczna. (być może z uwagi na niedzielę). Przy stanowisku z kawą (płatny automat) było brak kubków do kawy.

Brudny pokój, brodne i mokre duże ręczniki a małe ręczniki nie wchłaniały wody. Fugi pod prysznicem brudne. Ekspres do płatnej kawy brudny, nie chciał zadziałać, trzeba było go oczyścić przed użyciem. Poduszki wyglądały jakby ktoś na nich.przwd chwilą spał. Klimatyzacja co.chwila wydawała.dziwne dźwięki prze co mnie budziła

In der Lederergasse 19 gibt es ein Restaurant, das mit Strassenboxen derartigen Lärm verursacht hat, dass wir die Polizei um Hilfe baten. Danach war es etwas weniger laut und es gab eine Prügelei mit weiterem Polizeieinsatz. An Schlaf war bis ca.2 Uhr nicht zu denken.7

Gdybym przyjechał zwiedzać Villach to super bo wyjście na deptak ale przyjechałem się odświeżyć i przespać po drodze z Włoch

Wynajęliśmy jako grupa łącznie 6 pokoi. W żadnym z pokojów nie wymieniono ręczników po poprzednich gościach. Ręczniki były ewidentnie używane, brudne i wilgotne. Pościel w kilku pokojach nosiła ślady użytkowania. Płacąc za nocleg, oczekuje się absolutnego minimum, jakim są czyste warunki sanitarne. Jedynym plusem tego obiektu jest jego super lokalizacja, ale absolutnie nie rekompensuje ona koszmarnych warunków, jakie zastaliśmy na miejscu. Jeden z ręczników był pobrudzony krwią. Gdybym chciał zwiedzać Villach to lokalizacja jest super, bo drzwi wychodzą na ładny deptak ale byłem tam przejazdem w drodze z wakacji i chciałem się tylko umyć i wyspać przed dalszą podróżą.

Po otwarciu okna na parterze usłyszałem dzień dobry od ludzi, którzy siedzieli przed pubem, który był za ścianą. Lokal nie był dobrze wysprzątany. Duże ręczniki były mokre, miały żółte plamy i zwinięte były w rulon. Generalnie ręczniki nadawały się do mycia podłóg. Wycieraliśmy się małymi ręcznikami, które nie wchłaniały wody. Figi pod prysznicem brudne ( zrobiłem zdjęcie). Ekspres do płatnej kawy najpierw trzeba było wyczyścić bo nie chciał zadziałać. Poduszki wyglądały jakby ktoś przed chwilą na nich spał. Klimatyzacja wyłączona, co chwila się uruchamiała i wydawała głośne dźwięki i budziła mnie co pół godziny. Parking na ciemnej ulicy.z tyłu hotelu płatny w godz. 8-16

Az ágynemű gyűrött és elég valószínűen nem frissen mosott, hanem használt volt. Kellemetlen szaggal. A délelőtti és délutáni kirándulásaink között sziesztázni szerettünk volna, de a személyzet kint ordibálva dolgozott. A fürdőszoba zuhanykabinja ajtajánal penészesedés volt, ez büdös volt.

L'enregistrement se faire avec une machine qui vous donne la clef, le numéro de chambre et le code WIFI. MAIS le code WiFi n'a pas fonctionné. Je tombe sur un répondeur (pendant les heures normales d'enregistrement ie vers 15h30); je laisse un message en allemand. J'envoie une requête similaire par la messagerie de Booking. JAMAIS eu de réponse ni au mail ni à mon appel téléphonique. C'est embêtant lorsqu'on est à la limite de son forfait international. Bilan : la chambre la plus chère en 3 mois de voyage à vélo et pas le service indispensable pour ce type de voyage. Service client nul car inexistant.

Pokoj byl ve velmi dobré lokalitě, byl hezký. Plusem byla určitě i klimatizace.

Co se nám ale nelíbilo, byl velmi malý sprchový kout, který byl navíc bohužel trochu plesnivý. Také systém check-inu nebyl příliš intuitivní. Pokud chcete využít parkování před hotelem zdarma, jsou tu pouze 3 místa (max. 4, pokud 2 auta parkují za sebou). Ta navíc ani nejsou označena.

Nothing. The code did not work, our employee could not get in. Zero customer support.

We booked the hotel for our employee. His code did not work and no one answered the phone. Not ideal for a very tired train driver having to find accommodation in the middle of the night. Contacted the hotel afterwards and they refused to refund us the money or even apologise.

Det var självincheck, men boendet hade skickat all information vi behövde, vilket gjorde att allt gick smidigt. Jättefint badrum! Trevligt läge vid floden, och gångavstånd både till stationen och huvudgatan.

Väldigt högljudd AC som gjorde lite svårt att sova utan öronproppar, men den fungerade som den skulle och det var kallt och skönt.

Der Check-In Automat hat ein Zimmernummer genannt, die nicht existiert. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar.

Sposób meldowania się to tragedia!!! System nie przyjazny, wymaga wprowadzania danych osobowych na ekranie, w dusznym pomieszczeniu i na dodatek trzeba wpisywać dane podwójnie! Za pierwszym razem danych nie przyjmuje!!! Dla osób starszych niemożliwe do zrobienia! Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia, w łazienkach zatkane umywalki i śmierdzi z kanalizacji( byłem przejazdem 2 razy w grupach po 6 osób) Na materacach były jakieś włosy! W kilku pokojach uszkodzona klimatyzacja, która jeżeli już działała to wydawała ogromny hałas. Czasem nie dało się wyłączyć!!! Schody na piętra są bardzo strome i mają przyklejone czarne paski na białym podłożu i przez to mienią się w oczach przez co łatwo się potknąć!!!Parkin to żart… miejsce na max 4 auta i zero kontroli by goście ustawili samochody w jakimś porządku. Wystarczy źle ustawić 1 auto i już robi się problem dla innych.

Location, value for money. Bed was comfortable.

There was a very strong smell (the cleaning products used?) and our room opened right onto the street which meant we couldn't leave the window open. But the windows were soundproof and there was air conditioning, which was great.
