Getting sent to separate websites to provide your passport etc was uncomfortable as it is not controlled data like booking.com. Booking.com advised against providing information outside of this site yet I was not able to check in without doing so.

Super bequeme Betten. Zentrale Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone. 6 min vom Bahnhof. 10 min zum Hans Gasser Platz.Hier mit Buslinie 301,302 in 20 min zum Faaker See. Absolute Empfehlung.

The kitchen had everything you would need to do basic cooking, including oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. Fine view with nice natural light.

Leider wurde unser Appartment einfach von Limehome 2 Stunden vor dem Check in storniert, wegen angeblicher Mängel des Appartements. Es wurde uns keine Alternative zur Verfügung gestellt und der Kundenservice hat mich aus der Leitung geworfen. Verschärft wurde die Situation dadurch, dass wir mit einem 6 Monate alten Baby unterwegs waren.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026We got what we paid for which is a standard room with small kitchen and bed. We would not stay there a week but for an overnight coming from the train on the way to somewhere else it was fair price. It was okay clean and we could cook some small dinner so we were happy.
It is facing the main street so insanely loud, people do motorbike races all night and at 6am you get the delivery trucks and so on. The place even provide ear plugs. It's better with the windows closed but it was too warm in the flat to leave them closed. At 10h30 the cleaning personnel knocks on the door to make sure you leave by 11h. As I said, it's a low budget hotel so that's how it is!

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026La camera è in posizione centrale rispetto il centro storico di Villaco. Le dimensioni della camera sono molto abbondanti, è bella, nuova e ristrutturata. Molto bello anche il bagno.
La camera è presentata come "suite", ma poco ha a che fare con esse. Nei corridoi fuori la camera sembrava essere in una lavanderia, in quanto c'erano carrelli della lavanderia ovunque. Scarsa anche la pulizia nella camera.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Das Zimmer hatte eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Kaffeemaschine. Das Haus besitzt einen großen Fahrdtuhl in dem das Fahrrad hinein passte.
Es gibt kein Personal. War aber auch nicht nötig da self check in! Also eigentlich nichts negatives.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Apartament duży, wygodny i czysty. Łóżka wygodne. Łazienka super, kuchnia ok. Lokalizacja samo centrum. Na okres gdy nią ma upałów super. Super winda. Blisko dobre lokale. Pomimo braku parkingu 4 minuty pieszo sporo miejsc dostępnych w sierpniu.
Ostatnie piętro bez klimy. Pomimo wiatraków nie do wytrzymania w upały. Okna dachowe otwierają się tylko na ok. 20 cm. Gdy chcesz wieczorem wywietrzyć apartament nie zaśniesz. W centrum jest głośno. Do tego o 5 rano pod oknami czyścili pół godziny kanalizację. Spanie nie dość, że w upale to jeszcze przerywane. Latem zastanów się 2 razy czy luksus w upale jest tego wart. Czystość poręczy na klatce schodowej to jakaś tragedia.

Absolut unzumutbar, besonders für Familien! Wir mussten den Aufenthalt mit unserer 2-jährigen Tochter noch am Check-in-Tag abbrechen und in ein teures Hotel umziehen, das wir noch am selben Tag kurzfristig buchen konnten. Das Dachgeschoss-Apartment war eine absolute Fehlkonstruktion und unbewohnbar: Es hatte über 30 Grad und keine Klimaanlage. Die elektrischen Innenrollos waren komplett defekt und blockiert – bis auf ein Fenster waren alle Rollos dauerhaft unten, sodass wir bei der extremen Hitze auch noch im völligen Dunkeln saßen! Zu allem Überfluss regnete es durch die Dachfenster herein und es gab bereits Wasserlachen im Zimmer. Da es bei limehome kein Personal vor Ort gibt, standen wir völlig alleine da. Telefonisch wurde uns kein Ersatzzimmer angeboten. Das Schlimmste: limehome ignoriert nun seit Tagen jede Kontaktaufnahme – sowohl von uns als auch die offiziellen Anfragen des Booking.com-Supports. Hier wird das Problem einfach ausgesessen. Absolut unprofessionell und null Kulanz. Nie wieder limehome!

Very hot room, loud, sewer smell from the street. It was very hot when we arrived in Villach and Austria is a country without airco. But if one is to rent rooms during a heat wave, they should provide adequate conditions. I would assume the room is nice during winter or when it's not very hot. The other big issue is the online check in. You need to provide a photo pf your ID and a selfie and it's compulsory. I dont know on what servers this data is stored. In other locations you have the option to just insert your ID number and details. This photo thing is not ok.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Das Zimmer war sauber und die Unterkunft war gut eingerichtet. Der Check-In Prozess war mit Türcode. Es waren keine Mitarbeiter zu sehen, was uns nicht gestört hat.
Es war so heiß in der Unterkunft, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Die beiden tragbaren Ventilatoren waren nicht sinnvoll. Obwohl es draußen kühl war, waren die Wände so aufgeheizt. Die Fenster ließen sich nur einen winzigen Spalt öffnen.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Die Lage war sehr komfortabel, mitten in der Fußgängerzone in der Innenstadt man konnte alles gut erreichen!
Das Apartment befand sich leider im Dachgeschoss und war bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen kaum bewohnbar. Zwar waren Ventilatoren vorhanden, diese sorgten jedoch in keiner Weise für eine spürbare Abkühlung. Aufgrund der Dachfenster, die sich lediglich etwa 20 cm öffnen lassen, war ein ausreichendes Lüften ebenfalls nicht möglich. Auf unsere Reklamation reagierte das Housekeeping leider ohne Lösungsvorschlag oder jegliches Entgegenkommen. Das empfanden wir als sehr enttäuschend. Wer im Sommer verreist, sollte hier unbedingt darauf achten, ein Zimmer oder Apartment mit Klimaanlage zu buchen. Ohne Klimaanlage kann ich dieses Apartmenthotel für heiße Sommertage leider nicht empfehlen.

Upał - pokój jest na ostatnim piętrze, więc przy ładnej pogodzie temperatura jest trudna do zniesienia, mimo włączonego wiatraka. Kuchnia jest niepraktyczna - brak suszarki na naczynia albo chociaż ściereczki do ich wytarcia. Rowery trzeba trzymać w pokoju - nie ma schowka.

Es war extrem heiß. Unter dem Dach mit Dachschrägen. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Aber am ärgsten war das Ungeziefer im Bett. Kleine schwarze Käfer von denen wir alle einen fürchterlichen Hautausschlag bekommen haben. Siehe Fotos. Eigentlich sollten wir das Geld zurückbekommen!

Було жарко, як в пеклі, руху повітря не було навіть коли відкривали вхідні двері. Вентилятор шумів і нічим не допоміг, було так важко пережити жару, але вночі температура в квартирі не спала навіть з відкритими вікнами у даху. І найгірше, тільки посеред ночі я зрозуміла, що сплю на клейонці, мені було так погано, що довелося іти в душ і змивати піт, хоча ми люди звиклі до життя без кондиціонеру((((

Die elektrischen Fenster und Rollos waren defekt und ließen sich nicht bewegen. Es hat 3h gedauert und etliche Nachrichten mit der limehome-Zentrale, bis jemand kam, um dieses zu reparieren. Die Kommunikation war sehr schleppend. Die Reparatur wirkte sehr routiniert und so als ob diese bereits häufiger durchgeführt wurde. Einige weitere Kleinigkeiten wirken nicht gepflegt, wie ein defekter Lampenschirm. Zusätzlich waren die Zimmer nicht so sauber, wie ich es erwartet hätte. Es waren Haare im Bad und in der Küche, der Türrahmen am Eingang war schmierig, das Kopfteil des Bettes war dreckig.

This is an apartment consisting of one room and one bathroom with toilet. The room is all in one. And a bedroom and a living room and a kitchen and a dining room. The room is in the attic, there are two windows that open about ten cm each, blinds that do not work, there is no air conditioning, and in the summer period when the temperatures are high, in the room that they call an apartment, the temperature was over 40 degrees. However, they have no problem charging you full price in such conditions. I wrote them a message and got a response that they were sorry. Conclusion, avoid these apartments both because of the photos that deceive you and because of the attitude they have towards customers in such circumstances.

Das Apartment hatte 30 Grad Innentemperatur. Nur zwei Dachschräge nfenster könnten einen kleinen Spalt geöffnet werden, so dass selbst die kühle Nachtluft nicht einströmen konnte. Auch die Innenrollos funktionierten nicht und es gab keine Klimaanlage. Schlafen war bei der Hitze nicht möglich. Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Being less than 10 minutes from the train station, just off a Main Street with multiple restaurants and bars, makes it ideally located. The room is large and well appointed.
Being off the Main Street means it’s quite noisy until late evening but the double glazed windows block out most of the noise. Saying that, no AC means it can get quite warm when the weather is hot. But that’s only going to be peak summer months in this part of the southern Alps.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile ist außergewöhnlich groß. Man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl, einzig Trockentücher und Schwamm für den Abwasch fehlte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Location of this apartment is terrific. It was spotlessly clean and everything in good working order. It seems pretty new to me.
A couple of essentials missing. No bath mat and bathroom gets very wet from open plan shower. No tea towels or dish drying rack so washing dishes was tricky. Easy, inexpensive items that make a big difference.

Whilst air conditioning wasn't advertised, opening the window at night attracted thousands of gnats into the room, so the only option at night is to keep the window closed and put the fan on. It was still very hot, and we had to use the earplugs supplied t o reduce the noise of the fan. The bed had a base sheet and quilts, but no sheet to lie underneath. Given it was so hot we had to just lie on top of the bed and not use the quilt. A sheet would have helped. Not many clothes hangers. Only 1 comfortable chair.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Hat alles gepasst, Zimmer ist geräumig und Komfortabel - Location ist super (direkt in der Innenstadt) war auf einem Kongress in Villach und das Kongresszentrum ist zu Fuß 3 Minuten entfernt - der Bahnhof 6 Minuten zu Fuß - das Zimmer war Sauber auch wenn es im Bad noch a bissl Luft nach oben gegeben hätte (Kleinigkeiten die nur bei ganz genauem Hinsehen auffallen) - bzgl. parken gibt es ein paar Garagen in der Umgebung (kostenpflichtig) - allem in allen war ich sehr zufrieden und das Preis Leistung Verhältnis war auch super.
Hat alles in allem gepasst

purtroppo (ma non è "colpa" dei gestori) l'appartamento da sul corso pedonale principale (in pieno centro) e, seppure la comodità è massima, la gente che si attarda nei locali della strada rende un po' problematico... dormire bene! devo dire che infatti i gestori mettevano a disposizione tappi per le orecchie da sonno, nella camera
