Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The property was homey and very clean. The owners were both lovely and breakfast was simple but very good. Location is right in the main part of obertraun which is a really small town but nonetheless it was very convenient to catch the boat, bus or ride a bike to the neighbouring Hallstatt.
It was a very hot day the day we arrived so a fan would have been great. Otherwise no complains!

We went to Hallstatt but we actually preferred Obertraun as it’s less touristy. We walked around the lake and outdoor playground was perfect for our son even in April! Breakfast was really good! Hubert and Heidi were amazing hosts. Heidi actually helped to make a reservation at a really great local restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. They also recommended for us to stop by Gosausee on our way to Innsbruck and it was breathtakingly beautiful. So thank you! Our son loved the Hui Hui Rad toy he got from Hubert. He was still saying’Hui Hui’ and stomped his feet every time he played with it🤣

Všetko, čo naštartuje deň a nabije vás energiou. :)
