La ubicación es buena, cerca del centro en una zona muy tranquila. La estación de tren está bien comunicada en autobús y también se puede llegar andando sin problema. La cama es cómoda y descansamos bien. En la planta baja se puede utilizar el salón y la cocina, algo muy práctico si se quiere cocinar durante la estancia. También dejan agua de cortesía y hay cafetera con cápsulas disponibles, pequeños detalles que se agradecen.

Es importante tener en cuenta que no se trata de un hotel, sino de una casa en la que se alquilan las habitaciones de la primera planta y la buhardilla. Esto se nota especialmente en la insonorización: es prácticamente inexistente y se escucha con mucha claridad a las personas que están abajo. Las escaleras son muy empinadas. El alojamiento avisa de ello previamente, pero aun así creo que merece la pena recalcar que subir con una maleta mediana o grande puede resultar bastante complicado. En cuanto a la habitación, encontramos bastante polvo y la pequeña nevera no funcionaba correctamente. El baño no tiene puerta; entiendo que puede ser una elección de diseño, pero resulta poco práctico cuando se usa... También echamos en falta algunos detalles teniendo en cuenta el precio de la estancia. Para dos personas y dos noches únicamente había dos pequeños botes, 30 ml de gel y 30ml champú, cantidad que nos resultó insuficiente para las dos. Afortunadamente, llevábamos nuestros propios productos. Por último, al no haber mosquiteras entraron bastantes mosquitos en la habitación y resultaron molestos durante la noche. Una mosquitera o, al menos, disponer de algún producto antimosquitos en la habitación sería una mejora sencilla y muy útil.

Mysigt och hemtrevligt rum, och ett väldigt vackert badrum! Rent och fräscht och ett perfekt läge i Brugge. Bara ett par minuters promenad från Markt. Det fanns även ett kök och lounge i huset, väldigt fint och mysigt.

Lite dyr turistskatt (8,40€ för en natt) - men det är inget boendet kan göra något åt. Kanske också ta bort den döda plantan i badrummet. Men annars var allt var perfekt!

L'emplacement, la taille de la salle de bain.

Ce n'est pas un hotel. C'est une maison avec deux chambres l'une au dessus de l'autre. Il n'y a pas de personnel. Ce n'est pas très propre. Le ménage n'est pas fait pendant votre séjout. Il n'y a pas les règles d'hygiène et le protocole de nettoyage d'un hôtel. Literie vieillote, vieux tapis sales, vieux meubles... Bref, je ne m'attendais pas à ça, et si je retourne à Bruges je logerai ailleurs. Il y a plein d'hôtels et B&B beaucoup mieux pour quelques euros de plus.

We stayed in two beautiful rooms, the attic was very unique and charming. Bed was probably one of the most comfortable we’ve ever been, big and soft. Great shower and tv with Netflix. Location it’s a beautiful 10 mins walk to the city center in a wonderful fairytale surrounding. Communication with host was great and he let us leave the bags in the main floor. Overall a great stay in a beautiful city!

The rooms were very hot despite the fan provided, we were forced to leave the windows open to let some fresh air come in but sadly also mosquitoes end flies were coming so we couldn’t sleep very well. We understand that maybe houses in Belgium don’t have AC but at least windows screen will help.

Le logement est très bien situé, l’équipement de la chambre est parfait.

1) L’appartement est très joli, chaleureux et décoré avec goût. 2) Le propriétaire est très aimable et répond rapidement aux messages. 3) Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir utiliser la cuisine pour préparer nos repas ainsi que la terrasse, qui nous a permis de profiter d’un peu de fraîcheur pendant les heures les plus chaudes. 4)Le thé et le café mis à disposition.

1) La chambre est aménagée sous le toit. À notre arrivée, il faisait déjà très chaud à l’intérieur, bien plus qu’à l’extérieur (24 °C). Les jours suivants, avec la hausse des températures, il était presque impossible de dormir la nuit. Nous devions laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pour faire entrer un peu d’air, mais cela faisait entrer de nombreux moustiques. Résultat : trois nuits très difficiles et très peu de sommeil. Ma mère, âgée de 73 ans, a eu plus de 15 piqûres. L’appareil anti-moustiques fourni n’est malheureusement pas suffisant. Avec les étés de plus en plus chauds, cette chambre a vraiment besoin d’un climatiseur afin de pouvoir dormir les fenêtres fermées. 2) La salle de bain dégageait une mauvaise odeur qui persistait malgré le nettoyage. Comme elle n’a pas de porte, l’odeur se sentait dans le lit. Un meilleur entretien serait nécessaire. 3) Enfin, l’escalier est très raide, ce qui peut être difficile avec des valises et peu adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Nous avons eu une contravention, car nous n’avions pas vu les horodateurs, nous aurions apprécié avoir des informations sur le stationnement à proximité (stationnement gratuit et payant).

Good style

Unfortunately, we did not have a very comfortable experience and had a difficult night. There was significant heat and mosquitoes, and we were only able to sleep about two hours. We are also quite bitten. I understand there is currently a heat wave, however the space (especially the roof area) may need better preparation for these conditions. We also noticed similar comments in the guestbook, which suggests this may be an ongoing issue. Under these circumstances, it was not a suitable environment for sleeping comfortably.

Bijzonder interieur

Nos gustó todo. La ubicación, la decoración, el detalle de los cafés, infusiones y el agua a la llegada. La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas, la ducha y la bañera también. Abajo hay un comedor y pequeña cocina de uso para las dos habitaciones.

La escalera para subir es un poco empinada, no es un problema si no tienes movilidad reducida.

The studio was so comfy and quirky.

Het gebouw was enorm gehorig en de kamer boven ons werd om 7 uur ‘s ochtends met veel lawaai schoongemaakf. We hadden daardoor erg slechte nachtrust

Great location and modern stay!

Superb location in quiet area just 10 mins' walk from the centre of Bruges, 20 mins' walk from the railway station. Super comfortable bed, and really clever used made of space in the loft apartment.

Very steep steps to access the apartment - okay for us, but could be a struggle if you have heavy luggage or aren't great on stairs.

Πολύ λίγα είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής στο μπάνιο, με τόσα χρήματα που πληρώσαμε, σίγουρα περιμένεις κάτι καλύτερο.

В Брюгге я уже не в первый раз, и в каждом городе я всегда ищу отель, в который хочется возвращаться снова и снова. И, кажется, в Брюгге я его наконец нашла. Здесь невероятно чисто и уютно — это чувствуется с первых минут. Очень понравилась атмосфера: много интересных арт-объектов, скульптур, всё продумано до деталей и создаёт особое настроение. Отдельное удовольствие — панорамный вид и утро. Представьте: первые лучи солнца, вы просыпаетесь, слышите пение птиц, смотрите на небо… и просто улыбаетесь. Затем неспешно готовите себе кофе, берёте бельгийский трюфель — в номере есть всё необходимое: капсулы для кофе, чай и другие горячие напитки. Это создаёт ощущение настоящего отдыха. Также хочу отметить гостеприимство: я приехала раньше времени, и хозяин без проблем разрешил оставить чемоданы на первом этаже. В отеле тихо, спокойно, ничто не мешает отдыху. Я уже планирую вернуться в Брюгге летом — и, скорее всего, остановлюсь здесь снова, уже вместе с мужем

L’emplacement est parfait pour 12 jours de visite, ni trop loin, ni trop près de du centre. La chambre est pleine de charme et de bonne dimension.

Une insonorisation limite : avec la chambre du dessus et la rue. Mais rien de rédhibitoire.

Wha an amazing room right near the centre of Bruges with just a 10 minute walk to city attractions! Very comfortable with great decoration, giving the room a stylish feel. Very comfortable bed with great amenities in the room (TV, wardrobe, chairs, mini fridge). The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous too! Amazing waterfall shower, huge bath and double sinks… we would absolutely stay again!

Bedroom lighting is not bright enough. Note that the staircase up to the apartment is steep - not a problem for me but maybe for others.

À proximité du centre, appartement chauffé, magasin boulangerie juste en face. Café et thé à disposition ainsi que gel douche et shampoing. Litterie confortable et couette et oreillers en plumes.

C'est vrai qu'on entend bien les voisins mais ce n'est pas vraiment dérangeant, pas de bruit la nuit. On a ouvert le velux car le dispositif pour baisser le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Moi qui aime le chaud j'étais ravie mon mari avait un peu chaud 😅

Der Lage

Erstens stand nirgendwo, dass die Toilette keine Tür hat und somit keine Privatsphäre möglich ist. Zweitens erreicht man die Wohnung nur über einen sehr schmalen und steilen Treppengang ins Dachgeschoss. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich diese Wohnung niemals genommen.

Heel gezellige kamer, zetel is zeker een meerwaarde, niet ver stappen van alle leuke bezienswaardigheden. Ruim genoeg voor 2 personen!

Geen mogelijkheid om de verwarming af te stellen, deze stond op en kregen we niet uit waardoor het snachts heel warm was. Voor de rest alles prima.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Had a great night's sleep both nights. The bath is devine! Wide and deep what's not to love!

Very small niggles. We had no English breakfast tea in the facilities and the TV didn't work in the bedroom.

Alles was super goed in orde! Heel proper en alle faciliteiten die nodig waren voor ons (thee & koffie, een mooi bad, inloopdouche, toilet, kast, tv en een goed bed). Er waren ook twee gezellige zeteltjes voor de tv en je kan gebruikmaken van de gedeelde keuken (met borden, bestek,... aanwezig). De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en hielp ons meteen bij problemen!

Er is best wat lawaai van de straat (maar wij hebben erdoor geslapen) en het is eerder een donkere kamer (wat wij wel gezellig vonden). Naar het centrum wandel je 10-15 minuten.

The location of the property was great as it only took around 5-7 mins walk to most of historical parts and historical centre of Bruges. As we took the bus there and back from the main train station it was also very convenient as it's 4 mins walk from the bus stop. Communication with the owner was clear and good too.

It was our own mistake that we didn't check all the reviews before booking this place as we had two suitcases and our room was in the very top (attic type room) and it took me a lot off effort to bring my suitcase up there by two flies of very steep stairs and as my back is my weak part I did suffer pain for the rest of the trip. Our bed wasn't very comfortable either. There is also no door in the bathroom, which takes the privacy and comfort away during the stay. Sink in the room has a wooden shelf on top of it, what makes it not very convenient to wash the face as you can hit your nose or head. The room itself was really cute.

L'emplacement, chambre cosy et agréable, belle douche spacieuse, équipements, tv, machine à café, petit frigo, gel douche à disposition avec serviettes.

Les escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement sont très raides, les marches sont petites, pas facile avec les valsies. Ce n' est pas précisé dans l'annonce... Le fauteuil et tapis n’étaient pas très propre, tâches. Pas de porte séparant les toilettes de la chambre. Isolation, on entend facilement les bruits. Attention, places de stationnement payantes. devant l'appartement, non précisé. 18 euros pour 4h. Nous avons eu un PV de 40 euros malheureusement.

Appartement cosy bien équipé et propre. Personnel sympathique et disponible pour répondre à nos questions

L'accès à notre appartement situé au dernier niveau via les escaliers un peu étroit et abrupte, pas facile quand on a des valises. L'insonorisation de la chambre est insuffisante , on entendait bien nos voisins qui discutaient.

De hoek met de bank en tv was fijn na een lange dag wandelen door Brugge om even te kunnen gaan zitten. Hele fijne ruimte, goed bed, prima douche.

Het dekbed was erg dun en er lag geen extra plaid of deken in de kamer die je erbij kon pakken. Geen verlichting (of stuk?) bij de wastafel met de spiegel waardoor het een hele donkere hoek is om bijvoorbeeld make-up aan te kunnen brengen oid. Het is erg gehorig, gasten die beneden ons zaten maakte veel kabaal ‘s avonds laat en in de nacht. Ondanks deze kleine dingetjes hebben we een erg prettig verblijf gehad en zouden we weer terug komen.

Kamer was super netjes en schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig! Een echte aanrader!

Reasonably priced, good location, had everything you need for a couple of nights stay. Coffee pods and tea bags provided and a small shower gel and shampoo. Bed was comfy and the room was warm.

The stairs to the attic room were extremely steep, we are a fit couple in our early 30’s and thought they were dodgy. There was also no door on the bathroom and the toilet smelt of sewage, which meant with it being a studio room the whole room smelt a bit, and there was zero privacy when using the bathroom. The room was also quite dusty.

Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο,στιλάτο και καθαρό.Για το μπάνιο... δεν έχω λόγια!!! Δεν έχω δει πουθενά μέχρι τώρα κάτι ανάλογο! Απλά φανταστικό!!!

Το γεγονός οτι αν πέσεις σε ...". γείτονες" που κάνουν φασαρία το βράδυ... δεν κοιμάσαι εύκολα!!!😁

El alojamiento está decorado con mucho gusto y detalle. Accesorios de todo tipo, velas y buenos aromas. El baño es muy amplio y bonito. El alojamiento en general es bastante cómodo. Situada en un barrio tranquilo pero a unos 11-12 minutos de la plaza central de Brujas. Y bastante cerca de la estación central de brujas en autobús (estos días gratuito). Hay neverita con agua del cortesía en la habitación, tetera y cafetera, con cápsulas de café y varios tipos de té. En las planta baja hay áreas comunes de cocina, salón-comedor, y una pequeña terraza.Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia, nos hubiera gustado poder aprovecharla más quedarnos más tiempo.

El acceso a las habitaciones es por unas escaleras bastante empinadas. El suelo suena bastante, y se escucha cada movimiento de quién esté en la habitación de arriba. No apto para venir con niños. Aunque con bebés sí que es factible.

Apartamento encantador, con una decoración muy moderna y agradable. La ubicación es excelente, a unos 30 minutos andando de la estación de tren y a unos 15 minutos del centro de Brujas.

En los servicios se indicaba que había bañera y no había, al menos en la habitación del centro. Las escaleras son muy empinadas, el baño no tiene puerta y tuvimos que pagar 8€ de tasa turística que no estaba indicado
