Gestito più come B&B che come Hotel, presenza di scale da considerare per anziani o portatori di handicap. Il ns. locale era costituito da zona giorno e bagno su un livello, ed il letto su un soppalco raggiungibile con scala un po' ripida. Colazione possibile solo se prenotata il giorno prima tramite un modulo reperibile sul sito! Auspicabile più coerenza con le immagini pubblicizzate.

Wonderful hosts, very helpful and interesting to talk to. Quirky old building from the 1700's, but very well rebuilt and updated to modern standards. Nice lounge with an honesty bar on the main floor, was a nice place to sit and relax and have a drink. Very convenient location to walk into town and wasn't too far to walk to the train station. A nice optional breakfast served in their B&B across the street.

There was nothing I didn't like

Location , terrace, coffee machine, lounge.

Shower head had 100 jets and only a few were working. Uncllogged about 20. Recommend a squirt of limescale remover. Few mosquitos in room. Understand this is outside your control and would have liked a plug in unit to deter them. I didnt ask if these were available and its something I will travel with one in future. Kitchenette had no running hot water also. Will still wish to return and will be prepared

Location, Bruges is not a large city & very compact & this hotel was situated very close to the centre, about 5 minutes from the market square & from there you could easily navigate to all the places you wanted to see. Tea & Coffee available all day in the lounge area - lovely coffee machine so a nice start to the day. It was a 13 minute walk from the train station.

No staff around, it looked like they had 3 properties in a small area so no one around on a regular basis although only a phone call away if needed. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

Personnel très aimable et accueillant, hôtel impeccablement propre et idéalement situé. Mention spéciale pour le concept de l'« honesty bar » (serviettes/boissons en libre-service où l'on note ce que l'on consomme et régularise à la fin du séjour) : c'est une attention très conviviale et agréable !

Concernant le logement, nous aurions préféré que tout se trouve dans la même pièce. La chambre était à l'étage (style grenier/mezzanine) ; ainsi, pour aller aux toilettes la nuit, il fallait redescendre. Avec un jeune enfant de 3 ans et demi en plein apprentissage de la propreté nocturne, ce n'était vraiment pas pratique. De plus, les fenêtres ne dispose pas de double vitrage : le matin, on entendait tous les bruits de l'extérieur (ayant le sommeil très léger, cela m'a dérangé(e) parcontre mon conjoint ca ne la pas dérangé il na pas le sommeil léger

La posizione fantastica e la gentilezza dello staff, la sala comune accogliente, la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio qualche ora prima e dopo il soggiorno.

Camera angusta e opprimente nel sottotetto raggiungibile tramite una stretta rampa di scale. Letti scomodi. Bagno con porta a vetro che lascia poco spazio all’immaginazione.

大聖堂のすぐそばで便利な場所であった。歴史ある建物なので、広さや設備の充実は望めないが十分に快適であった。

ただ一つの残念は冷蔵庫の大きさ。特に暑い時期でもあり、連泊だったので食料品の保存もあり、2ドアの冷凍冷蔵庫だとありがたいと思った。部屋の広さから、無理な場合は、1階のカフェエリアに大型の共同で利用できる冷凍冷蔵庫があったらよいのでは？と思う。

I loved the nice staff, its central and safe location, their free to use coffee machine, quiteness, quaint building, the cathedral view from our window, their honesty bar and everything else they are.

The building has no elevator, but it is understandable because it is a historical building.

Ubicación excelente, inmejorable. Habitación amplia. Tiene todo lo necesario y hemos estado muy cómodos.

Falta limpieza.

No hay personal suficiente. No sirven desayunos. No hay nadie en recepción. Horario reducido. Falta de limpieza en la habitación. Baño muy pequeño.

Le prix de l’hôtel est surcoté par rapport à la qualité . Douche froide un des 2 matins et réveillés les 2 nuits que nous avons passé vers 2 heures du matin. Pas d’accueil à l’arrivée et pas d’accueil au départ . Expérience très bof bof

Eigenlijk niet veel het terras aan de kamer maar dat was het dan het was niet probper nooit iemand aanwezig, ontbijt kon niet want ze hadden niet veel plaats

Super Lage, schönes altes Gebäude, schön eingerichteter Aufenthaltsraum mit kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee, Größe des Zimmers und Balkon.

Leider führten ein unangenehmer Geruch zusammen mit einem sehr warmen Zimmer und Fenster ohne Fliegengitter dazu dass wir insbesondere wegen Moskitos und der Wärme alle 3 Nächte ziemlich schlecht schlafen konnten. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Kühlschrank aus dem Einbauschrank entfernen, er wirkt wie eine starke Heizung und Fliegengitter an dem Fenstern anbringen.

Schönes historisches Gebäude. Gute Lage. Zimmer einfach aber gemütlich und sauber. Große Bierauswahl zum Kauf zu vernünftigen Preisen.

De locatie was perfect voor wat wij wilden doen, namelijk makkelijk de stad in en alles op loopafstand.

Zoals vaker in oude steden kan het riool wel eens ruiken.

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (Inhaber).

Die Lage wunderbar zentral, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Chefin war sehr nett. Wir hatten kein Frühstück mit gebucht. Kaffee und Tee waren gratis, fanden wir stark.

Ein Zimmer war ohne Klimaanlage. Zimmer waren abgewohnt. Die Zimmertür klemmte und quietschte, ging sehr schlecht auf. Im Badezimmer war das Waschbecken unten drunter verschmutzt.

Fijne gastheer en toplocatie. Met een van de mooiste uitzichten van Brugge op de Sint-Salvator kathedraal!

It was a cold weather, lady said you cannot get in before 15:00 I have asked her about my 2 years old son need to be take a nap. She said I cannot do, The Main saloon was enough to take him nap but She didnt even recommend at all and we have to wait at outside untill 15:00. There was a many mosquitos in the walls and in the night s because the roof windows wasn’t not working properly.

La location

La porta del bagno scomodissima scorre sopra il wc e quindi se qualcuno prova ad entrare in bagno mentre sei sul wc ti falcia le gambe. La scala per salire al letto veramente super ripida con una pedata mini. Il letto abbastanza scomodo non c’è molto spazio per girarci intorno. Il mobile che chiude la cucina ha una anta che non scorre.

Het ontbijt had uitgebreider gekund. Heel basic voor een hotel.

Merkezi konumda olması. Binanın tarihi yapısının olması, klima vardı.

Odalar çok ses alıyordu. Ve biraz tozluydu. Onun dışında herşey güzeldi.

Konumu muhteşem, tarihi ambiyansı da öyle.

Binanın eskiliğinden kaynaklı bir koku vardı. Mutfaktaki araç gereçler çok temiz değildi. Balkon diğer odayla müşterek kullanıldığı için kullanışlı değildi.

Room looked a little tired.

Está ubicado en pleno centro, a 10 minutos de la estación de tren y a 2 minutos del centro. La habitación era amplia, y muy bonita. El lavabo también muy confortable. Está decorado con muy buen gusto todo. Y fueron super amables con nosotros. Un plus el hecho de que hubiera aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor.

Centraal gelegen midden in oude centrum, vriendelijk personeel en mogelijkheid prive te parkeren in afsluitbare garage. Koffie en thee is vrij te nuttigen. Mooi historisch gebouw en leuk terras war je kunt zitten.

Terras moesten we delen met andere gasten en zij gingen voor ons raam zitten.

Un hôtel magnifique, beaucoup de charme, nous avions la chambre « belle vue ». L’espace partagé de l’hôtel est top avec le café/thé offert mais il y a également un frigo avec des boissons (à payer en fin de séjour) . Super petit déjeuner prit à l’hôtel d’en face là aussi dans un cadre magnifique. Et surtout le personnel qui sont au top !

trés bon emplacement dans le centre historique de Bruges et à côté des tous les musées ainsi que de la magnifique église Notre Dame avec la vierge à l'enfant de Michel-Ange

rien concernant l'hôtel. les pavés omni présents (rues et trottoirs) pour respecter le caractère historique rendent les déplacements depuis la gare avec valise à roulettes complexes alors que c'est à 10 m! prévoir de voyager léger en venant à Bruges

Amazing Location, room has exactly what you need, one of the most comfortable lounges I have had the pleasure to enjoy.

The location was perfect and the bonus of secure parking was very handy. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was clean and tasteful, and the honesty bar was a great touch!

A very central location, beautifully situated right on the church square. Friendly welcome and pleasant interactions with the owner and staff. Coffee and tea are provided free of charge. I cannot personally comment on the breakfast, as I opted for self-catering; however, my companion was satisfied with the breakfast buffet, which was served in an annex belonging to the hotel.

I find it hard to believe that this is supposed to be a 3-star hotel, as everything is very old and worn out. There was somewhat limited space in the room to place and unpack suitcases; the bathroom, too, offered only minimal shelf space for cosmetics and toiletries. It was a luck that I brought along a few kitchen utensils just in case, as there was neither a coffee or teapot, nor any fruit and vegetable knives or household scissors. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a construction site located directly in front of the hotel by the church; consequently, construction noise began early in the morning, and the fumes from the machinery drifted into our room whenever we opened the windows to air it out. Of course, the hotel cannot be held responsible for this; however, anyone planning to book a stay this summer should be forewarned that the construction work may still be ongoing.
