Vanesa está muy pendiente de que estés bien y se agradece. Está a 10 min andando de Plaza de Armas y zona de restaurantes y tiene tiendas de comida justo al lado. La terminal Bus Sur para coger el bus a Puerto Natales está a 15 min andando, así que tiene una ubicación muy cómoda.

The host is a lovely warm woman, who's ready to assist you at every single step. We were able to check-in at 9 in the morning instead of the usual 14:00, we were even able to leave our bags at the hostel for one complete day even after the check-out. The owner provided with free drinking water, a comfortable bed warmer to keep us warm in the winter, and the room size was sufficiently big. This was by far the best stay we had during our entire trip in Chile. It was also really close to the beach, the viewing points (Mirador) and also to the downtown, the bus terminal, all the good restaurants and the city square, Plaza de Armas, are all within 10 minutes walk. And it's highly safe, I and wife highly recommend this lovely hostel. We had a private room with a private bathroom, 0 issues.

Milý personál, skvělá snídaně. Pokoj byl prostorný, čistý a velmi dobře vybaven. Dokonce i s vyhřívací dečkou do postele. :) Opravdu doporučuji toto ubytování, byli jsme nadšení.

Super recomendable, queda muy cerca de todo, es seguro y el desayuno genial. La mejor opción de alojamiento sobre todo si vas sola.

Me gustó todo, solo a modo sugerencia sería bueno quizas considerar un espacio para poder prepararse un tecito por las tardes. Pero la atencion y hospitalidad, excelente nada que no me haya gustado.

Sehr hübsches Hostel ganz nah am Zentrum von Punta Arenas. Ich wurde superlieb empfangen, hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit Bad und sogar einer Heizdecke im Bett. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und das Frühstück tiptop. I like!

Lage ist hervorragend. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und die Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Besichtigungen sind hervorragend, tolle Unterstützung. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Trinkwasserspender finde ich auch sehr gut. Sehr nett eingerichtet.

Leider nur Kühlschrank und heiß Wasser service in der Küche.

Très bien. Chambre spacieuse. Calme. Propre. La propriétaire est très sympathique et m’a mis à disposition mon petit déjeuner tôt le matin pr mon départ en bus. Je recommande.

Дуже затишний хостель. Уютний, теплий, чистий. У самому центрі Пунта Аренас. Номер зручний, велика кровать, є тумбочки і телевізор смарт (підключала ютюб через свій акаунт) Спільна ванна кімнаті і туалет, але все чисте і нормальне! Сеіданок ок, як для Патагонії. Для транзитних мандрівників те що треба! Рекомендую!

Great place to stay in Punta Arenas, clean, comfortable, very well located. The WiFi is great. The breakfast is very good. And the hosts are very nice and helpful.

It's a no frills, one night stay, transit accommodation. The staff was accommodating. Located next to the pier, it was ideal for boat trips to Magdalena island.

The place could benefit from a bit more cleaning, particularly the bathroom, bed sheets and heaters. In the evening, the music was loud next to our room. Not sure if it was someone staying at the hostal or neighbours.

Frühstück war ausreichend, bequeme Betten, kam um Mitternacht an - check in war kein Problem.

The hostess was friendly and kind. She let us check in hours earlier than the normal time for both rooms that we had reserved. Although she didn't speak much English and my Spanish is really rusty, with Google Translate, i was able to get her assistance in a number of things. She suggested a good reasonably priced restaurant to try out the famous snow crab soup of the region, which is the locals' favorite. She set out our breakfast so we could serve ourselves on the day that we left early for a tour. She also helped us by calling for a taxi transfer for us on our departure date. And she let us hang out in the main livingroom, watching TV, after we had checked it and we're waiting for our taxi. We reserved two rooms, one upstairs with two beds and a shared bath and one room downstairs with a queen bed and a private bath. Both rooms were clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room temperature was perfect. The private bath was very spacious, compared to other hostels we stayed at on the same trip. Good water pressure and steady supply of hot water for relaxation after long tour days. Our 4 family members, split up into 2 rooms, ended up using the same private bathroom. The location is great. It's about 2 blocks to the Solo Expedicciones, which is a main tour operator in town to see the Magelllanic penguins. We walked to the waterfront, the town square and to the restaurants.

The location is perfect, only like 4 minutes away from the main square. The clean was clean, the same as the toilets. It was quiet and I had a good sleep during the two nights I stayed. The breakfast is good and tasty enough to start the day. The staff is very nice, professional and helpful with any tips or information concerning the area. I great stay in Punta Arenas indeed.

The hostel is much better in person then the pictures I saw on booking. It’s a house and I felt like at home, warm and very well decorated. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend the hostel. Vanessa, the owner, was great as she was always available to give me info and help (she also helped me a lot with the transfer to the bus station in the early morning), I really appreciated her kindness.

Vanessa was very helpful and friendly. With Google translate we were easily able to communicate. The location is a very convenient one.

The staff (owner and resident manager) was super friendly though she does not speak English (we used Google translate). Everything was very clean and quiet (you are staying in the same structure that the family lives in).

It would be convenient to have an English-speaking host. The building is older. However, overall, it was a great visit. I would stay again.

Great cheap stopover in Punta Arenas. It's a budget hostel, but the bed was very comfortable and it was exactly what we needed for a quick stopover. It's only a 15 min walk from the bus station and we were able to check in quite late. Breakfast was included which was a bonus.

The whole place could do with a bit of TLC, but it's very good value for money. You can hear a lot of noise from the corridor and other rooms.

I don’t understand the amazing reviews on this property. I have to be honest we wouldnt stay again. The hotel gets literally no light, it is so old fashioned and we couldn’t wait to leave! it needs some serious updating.

Big room with a comfortable and heated bed, huge TV, nice big bathroom with hot water. Good WiFi speed. The host is nice and helpful and there is a simple breakfast included in the morning. Location is not too far from the center. Quiet area.
