Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Great location, super friendly staff , the building is charming - definitely was a pleasure to get around from. Right at the prettiest part of altea and near stores and restaurants on the beach side Also we could borrow some beach towels which is really nice and practical
Toilets were quite old, renovation is definitely needed. The sink kept clogging in the bathroom and we had a few ants there too.. but the bedroom was great and clean The clothing rack was bad positioned, making them collide with the wall which stained one white shirt (and just over the tea/mugs)

El sistema de registro automatizado *si se hace on line con antelacion es aun mucho mas rapido*. La atencion inmejorable de Lourdes y Kata. El detalle de las amenidades, genial.
Del hotel, todo nos ha encantado. La joya de la corona: que siendo un hotel a orilla de playa, dispusieran de duchas para los huepedes que vienen de la playa a regojer el equipaje en la consigna. En la playa no hay donde ducharse.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Esta al lado de la playa y junto a una de las calles por las que se sube al casco antiguo, cerca de todos los servicios. La habitación amplia y cómoda y el baño muy completo. Nos indicaron una zona cerca donde aparcar y pudimos dejar el coche ahí sin problema todos los días. La chica que nos recibió muy amable y servicial.
No tiene ascensor, pero no fue problema en nuestro caso, aunque sí a tener en cuenta.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Close to the beach and all venues you'd like to visit. Clean room, good AC, decent bathroom. We had a room on the ground floor but we noticed there's no elevator for rooms on other floors.
There's no place to park and unload. Free parking is a 10 min walk, not an option with much luggage. No personal contact. You check in on an automat and that's it.

We booked an economy room but unfortunately it's was a lot lower than expectations. The economy rooms are ground floor right next to the busy road so we could sleep. Our initial room also smelled damp and mouldy. Probably not enough natural ventilation in the room as there's very little in terms of windows etc. my wife has asthma so we had to upgrade. It didn't cost much to do that and the new room was lovely. But I would say they need to review these rooms as its dangerous to inhale this sort of air. I wouldn't be trying to sell them to be honest.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Het is een ‘moderne’ incheck zonder receptie. Maar…. De dames van de schoonmaak zijn de meest vriendelijke ontvangstdames die we in lange tijd hebben gezien. Echt top! Appartement 2 met veel zorgvuldigheid gestyled, prachtig!
De locatie is top maar je moet even weten dat je aan een drukke weg zit en je hoort de trein. Het stoorde ons niet in appartement 2 maar het is handig te weten.

The interior design sacrifices a bit of practicality for style: on longer stays, you end up with your suitcases in the way and little space for your belongings. We had seen common areas, and in particular a terrace, that are not (any longer?) accessible

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία κυριολεκτικά ένα βήμα από τη θάλασσα! Ολο το προσωπικό ήταν πραγματικά τόσο ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό!! Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά μικρό αλλά δεν χρειαζόταν και κάτι παραπάνω για διακοπές λίγων ημερών! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Nos ha encantado todo, las chicas que trabajan en Blue Sardine son todas muy amables, siempre se muestran disponibles para todo lo que puedan ayudar, la verdad que hoy en día es difícil encontrar personas como ellas :) La habitación no podía estar mejor ubicada y estaba muy limpia. Tener nevera nos ha facilitado mucho la estancia.
Por poner un aspecto que se podria mejorar, podria ser poner un mini tendedero para toallas y bañadores. Sí es cierto que hay un perchero, pero si quieres colgar toallas y no mezclarlas con tu ropa limpia es algo complicado. Otro aspecto que no nos gustó mucho es que la ropa y toallas no terminaban de secarse por completo, pero entiendo que es consecuencia del clima y no está en sus manos ofrecer una solución para esto. No obstante, repetiríamos sin dudas.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento en su localización. Está a 100 metros de la playa y del paseo literalmente. Además, la habitación era pequeña pero muy cuca. La limpieza súper bien.
Por poner un pero, al ser tan pequeña la habitación no había un armario como tal para meter la ropa. Y el baño es bastante bastante pequeñito.

Me cambiaron de habitación a una que era más tipo un departamento. Solo tenia un aire pequeño en el area del comedor lo que hacia que le cueste llegar a la habitación el frio y cuando llegaba a ella en el otro área estaba helado. Creo que debería tener dos equipos. Por lo demás todo perfecto

Ich war nur 1 Nacht daher ok, aber die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss haben kaum Tageslicht, ich würde das nächste Mal ein Zimmer in höheren Stockwerken bevorzugen

This place is right next to a busy street and you can hear quite a bit of noise. The pictures in the overview are very misleading, there are pictures of the table and balcony which you might think are in a common area but they are not, and you need to look at the pictures that belong to each room, there is no common area except an old unused bench outside the house and a sofa in the lobby
