Located centrally for most amenities. Staff were fantastic. Room was lovely. Shower was fantastic. Beautiful setting. Will return again. 😁

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was it advertised on site parking. On final confirmation we were informed that all onsite parking had been allocated and we had to use public car park. Bit of a pain but would still highly recommend this location.

Excellent throughout.

We loved everything about Hotel Abaco from the minute we arrived when we were greeted by the lovely staff who invited us to relax with a glass of cava while the paperwork was done. We enjoyed a free room upgrade without asking. The location is perfect for both the prom and the old town, both only a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of each. The hotel is spotless and the staff couldn't be any better. Their breakfast is the perfect start to the day.

Most balconies aren't suitable for sitting out, but you can enjoy the courtyard, or roof terrace.

En la descripción hablan de que tienen parking. Después de reservar la habitación te mandan un email que pone sujeto a disponibilidad. Al llegar resulta que tienen 3 plazas , por supuesto ocupadas

There is a certain ethos of well being and comfort. It’s well situated for getting to the old town and beautiful church area - although it is a shortish walk uphill. It would be a good place to stay for just a few days to explore Altea. Breakfasts are good and the staff do their utmost to be helpful.

No outside space to relax. There is a small roof garden but it was too hot to sit up there when we stayed.

El hotel es hermoso, lleno de detalles, la habitación no es grande pero muy completa, su ubicación perfecta y las personas todas muy atentas y cálidas

Lo que si mejoraría es tener una opción de desayuno no tan costosa. 25 euros para quienes no necesitamos comer tanto, pero tampoco una tostada con café, es alto. Aunque cerca encuentras opciones de desayunos muy completos a precios mas razonables. Igual, es una excelente opción de alojamiento y sin duda volvería

È stato un soggiorno perfetto. Questo boutique hotel va oltre ciò che puoi aspettarti: camera spaziosa e molto pulita, dotata di vasca idromassaggio. Arredamento curato e di gusto. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Colazione ottima, con prodotti salutari e di qualità.

Exceptional staff and service.

Apart from a slightly leaky Nespresso machine leaked, I couldn't fault the accommodation and more importantly the amazing staff and service.

Un gran hotel con encanto en el centro de Altea, también a dos pasos de la playa. Servicio excepcional y buen desayuno.

La amabilidad del personal y su buena disposición en todo momento. Siempre han estado pendientes de darnos comodidades y que disfrutásemos de nuestras vacaciones.

Cuando te duchas, en el apartamento que estuvimos, que no tiene mampara se sale un poco de agua y hay que tener cuidado.

Das Hotel war wirklich wunderschön. Schon die Lobby beim reinkommen ist unglaublich und mit den Zimmer geht es genauso weiter. Wir waren absolut begeistert!! Das Personal war das freundlichste das ich jemals in einem Hotel erlebt habe man hat sich super wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch perfekt man ist direkt in der süßen Stadt und trotzdem nah am Meer.

It is the most beautiful boutique hotel, it was the most tranquil place I have ever stayed, the staff were amazing, so welcoming and helpful. I didn’t want to leave my room, it was so peaceful and comfortable. The location is excellent for the beach and old town… I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough :)

Smukke omgivelser. Smukt indrettet. Smukt beliggende ved den gamle bydel. Serviceminded personale.

Meget lydt. Tydeligt at høre, hvad der foregik på værelset ved siden af…. Og så fra kl. 4-5.30! Derfor kun 8 ud af 10 stjerner. Men vi kommer gerne igen på trods af det.

Отлично местоположение на пешеходно разстояние от стария град и плажа. В близост има безплатен обществен паркинг. Хотела е чист, служителите са прекрасни. Благодарности на Нина, която ни посрещна много топло и ни обясни подробно всичко.

Altså kan man være andet end glad, når der ligger et håndskrevet kort til en på værelset når man ankommer? Personalet var ekstremt venlige, høflige og imødekommende. Det var helt særligt for dette sted.

Characterful property in a lovely location. Friendly staff.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, very boutique style with individual rooms. The service from staff was outstanding, a personal check in experience, excellent local recommendations and knowledge of the area and trips were perfect. Our room was beautiful, well equipped with also some personal touches. Location was fantastic, views of the church from our terrace was a bonus, walk to beach, local bars and restaurants everywhere and overall an exceptional stay. We even received a little upgrade which was a delight. Thank you to Sarah in particular for looking after us so well.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, cuidan mucho los pequeños detalles, la cama super cómoda el personal muy profesional y muy simpáticos estaba pendiente de todo y el desayuno era muy variado y cuidan que no falte de nada, repetiría sin duda.

Situated brilliantly between the church and the beach. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Room was lovely and really comfortable, we also had access to a small roof terrace which was really nice.

Heel mooie studio. Zeer complete keuken met alle benodigdheden, washok met wasmachine en droger, schoonmaak spullen, strijkijzer en plank, strandstoelen. Strand handdoeken beschikbaar. Heel comfortabele bedden (Tempur? Traagschuim? Lag heerlijk). Toplocatie vlakbij strand, boulevard en oude centrum. Heel vriendelijke receptie; als je even ergens op moet wachten krijg je meteen iets te drinken aangeboden. Wij kwamen laat aan, na sluitingstijd van de receptie en we kregen duidelijke instructies per video waar we alles konden vinden. Heerlijk verblijf!

Als je wilt dat er schoongemaakt wordt, moet je daar een extra pakket voor inkopen. Dat vind ik een beetje jammer; kleine simpele dagelijkse schoonmaak zou er toch wel bij mogen zitten.

Чудовий готель, близько до моря та старого міста, не треба підійматися високо вгору. Поряд багато ресторанів та магазинів. Пляжі неймовірно гарні.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. Excellent air con which was needed in the heat.

Muy buena ubicaciòn, el desayuno es un buenisimo, con una atención personalizada por Sonia, siempre pendiente de lo que deseas y atendiendo con una gran amabilidad. La cama bien comoda.

El problema es el estacionamiento demasiado ex trecho cuando llevas un auto grande. Lo tuve que dejar afuera del hotel en un lugar seguro.

Wonderful hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff who always had a smile and said hola. Room and facilities clean. Some individual and nice touches. Boutique style. We only stayed one night but will certainly be back to stay again.

Lovely traditional Spanish building in a perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, the added benefit of garage parking.

Our room rather small and it would have been better if we had at least tea or coffee making facillity in the room. No lift made carrying a heavy suitcase upstairs a little diificult but this is a small price to pay for the charm of being in such a lovely and tastefully decorated old building.

The hotel is very cute with flowers and white spanish buildings, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Our appartment was big and clean. Nice location and hotel!

There were some strange noises from upstairs during the night, not sure what was the cause, but we woke up both nights. The bathrom was clean, but the plumbing in the bathroom smelled a lot.

Customer service was spot on, staff were amazing. The suite was fabulous and would highly recommend it, especially if a special occassion. The quality of the accommodation was 5star , from the toiletries to the bedding everything was top quality. Thank you so much.

Cost of parking 18 euros per 24 hours but very handy

Lo destacable fue la calidad humana de todos con quienes tuvimos la oportunidad de estar. La amplitud en contratar el personal, su variedad étnica, idioma e idiosincracia, lo hacen distinto y superior!!.

Su aptitud con el medio ambiente es muy destacable y no deberían dar opciones. Es así el estilo y el que se aloje se debe adaptar. No es un tema de dinero !!!.

- Feeling that the staff cared about our needs and our stay - The studio flat mostly met our expectations - Quite convenient location near a big public parking space. Also walking distance to the centre and to the seaside - Shout-out to Stephanie and Susana for being so nice with us

- Just a small misunderstanding about an issue with the flat. The problem was not entirely solved, but I think it was just a misunderstanding. Reason why we decided to let it go. - Flat lacking a dishwasher - The flat was on the grounds floor, and the windows are on a public walking path. So it can get noisy with people walking by. And it stops you from being able to freely open windows and curtains.

Es de los pocos alojamientos en los que la expectativa supera la realidad, el hotel es fabuloso, nada más entrar y te atiende el personal ya se intuye que la experiencia va a ser buena. Todo excelente desde la atención, decoración y limpieza. Repetiría sin duda si vuelvo a Altea.

The owner met us outside as we were trying to park, and it was fabulous. Inside the gorgeous boutique hotel we were made very welcome, even offered a glass of cava (champagne) to chill out whilst our bags were taken to our room, which was ready early as well. The room was gorgeous, with lovely views. It was spacious, gorgeous bathroom and it even had Netflix, which we didn't need as it was superbly located between the beachfront and the Old Town. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the beautiful Altea.

De locatie vlakbij de kerk en het strand was geweldig, alles op loopafstand. De kamer was erg schoon en geweldig met het bad in de kamer en een dubbele douche. Het personeel is erg lief en behulpzaam. Een grote aanrader.

Everything was perfect

The studio apartment was immaculate with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything is ok .. met at reception with a glass of cava and a bottle of cava in our fridge The staff are exceptional!! All of this with a unbetable location ! It really doesn’t get better than this !! Highly recommend the studio apartment.
