The breakfast was also delicious. The room view was great, and it was nice to look in the direction of the mountain we just climbed.

Leider konnte man die Fenster nicht vor Lichteintritt schützen (keine Vorhänge oder Rolläden) und daher war es nachts sehr hell im Zimmer durch die Straßenlaterne.

Η ιδιοκτήτρια καλόκαρδη και εξυπηρετική μου πρόσφερε ότι έξτρα ζήτησα .Το πρωινό εμπλουτισμένο με χειροποίητες πίτες και λιχουδιές. Πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο σε ένα χωριό που οι χώροι είναι πολύ δυσεύρετοι. Θα ξαναπάω σίγουρα.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Παραδοσιακά δωμάτιο που σε ταξιδεύουν με την διακόσμηση δεκάδες χρόνια πίσω. Σα να σταμάτησε ο χρόνος στα μέσα του 19ου αιώνα. Φανταστική εμπειρία διαμονής που αξίζει κάποιος να την βιώσει. Πολύ φιλική η ιδιοκτήτρια που κάνει τα πάντα για να μην λείψει τίποτα από τους επισκέπτες. Πολύ καλό πρωινό και τοποθεσία που είχε ησυχία και κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Άνετο πάρκινγκ. Σας ευχαριστούμε κυρία Άννα για όλα και όταν ανέβουμε εκ νέου στο Λιτόχωρο θα σας προτιμήσουμε εκ νέου.
Το ίντερνετ δεν είχε τόσο ισχυρο σήμα αλλά δεν ευθύνεται το κατάλυμα μιας και όλη η περιοχή έχει γενικό πρόβλημα σχετικά με τις συνδέσεις από όλες τις εταιρίες.

Не очень понравилось то, что прямо около окна (номер на первом этаже) все время парковалась машина. Так же сильный шум от проезжающего транспорта по улице. Ощущение, что люди носятся на машинах и мотороллерах как по шоссе, хотя улица очень узкая.

I loved the history of the house and the cute balcony off our room. They did a great job of renovating the building with all the modern ammenities while keeping the character of the house. Bonus that they had a dedicated parking area for guests.
We would have liked the bed to be softer.

Il y a un salon et une terrasse extérieure très agréable pour profiter de la fin de soirée. Comme nous avions décidé de partir tôt le matin pour le Mont Olympe, l'hôte nous a préparé un petit-déjeuner à emporter ce qui était très bien. Le parking juste en face de l'hôtel est un avantage car les rues sont assez étroites et le perking peut être difficile.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Kallisto Traditional Guesthouse und können diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von den Besitzern so unglaublich herzlich und freundlich empfangen, dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt hat. Die Gastfreundschaft hier ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und sucht ihresgleichen. Unser Zimmer war einfach klasse: super gemütlich, absolut makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – inklusive eines praktischen Kühlschranks, was für uns ein tolles Extra war. Morgens gab es ein typisch griechisches Frühstück, das absolut köstlich und vollkommen ausreichend war, um perfekt gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Auch die Lage ist ein Traum, besonders für Naturbegeisterte. Die Umgebung ist einfach fantastisch zum Wandern und bietet wunderschöne Routen direkt vor der Haustür. Wer eine authentische, saubere und herzliche Unterkunft in einer tollen Wanderregion sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026La struttura è bellissima ed è la più antica del paese. Bella in tutti i dettagli, all'esterno e all'interno in ogni ambiente, dalle aree comuni alla stanza. Tutto in legno, pieno di oggetti d'epoca, con salone dove si fa colazione con sedute lungo tutte le finestre. La proprietaria Anna è molto gentile, ci ha fornito indicazioni per le escursioni e aiutato con tutto. La stanza ha balconcino con sedie e tavolino, e c'è il parcheggio privato sotto. Il bagno è nuovissimo con doccia super.
La stanza è bellissima ma manca qualsivoglia luogo dove appendere asciugamani o vestiti, non c'è un armadietto o cose simili, cosa che per noi andava benissimo, ma magari se uno volesse stare più a lungo potrebbe far comodo!

La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos aconsejó sobre lugares donde comer. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Totalmente recomendable.
La casa está situada en la parte alta de la población y desde el centro de Litochoro hay un empinado camino hasta ella.

Umfangreiches griechisches Frühstück, sehr nette Gastgeberin mit vielen Tipps für Unternehmungen am Olymp. Auch ein Strand ist von hier schnell zu erreichen. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel vorhanden. Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!!!!

The guesthouse is very well kept and clean. Our room was great and had a little balcony. We enjoyed the breakfast, good choice of selection. Ana, the owner is very warm, kindhearted and happy person. If someone likes unique places, this is definitely an excellent choice.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Beautiful room in a great historical building. The location is perfect for hiking and for the village centre. Good parking and tasty breakfast. The owner was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Highly recommend this beautiful guest house. It is conveniently located near centre of Litochoro. Anna made us feel very welcome and was a brilliant hostess. It's a very old house, done out beautifully. Would definitely come back again.!

Reviewed May 22, 2026Staying at Kallisto Traditional Guesthouse has been an absolute pleasure. The house itself is beautiful and full of character — a historic home and the oldest in the village, which makes the experience feel truly special and authentic. It is also close by feet to the Enipeas Canyon, which is highly appreciated. Anna is very kind, welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. I would definitely recommend this place and come back !

Totaal niet comfortabel en niet hygiënisch. Bedden moest je zelf opmaken met een dun oud lakentje, het lag oncomfortabel en was koud. Wc was niet schoon.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Breakfast was hand made by the host, whilst also being there to answer any questions you may have through actual experience, I was set to hike Mount Olympus the day and she was telling me all about the refugee and the ascent the last couple of days.
Driving there could be a little bit difficult, but as long as your take it slow and steady it's not a problem at all.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Ein älteres, aber sehr sauberes Hotel, die Betten sind sehr gut, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet mit gutem Brot und selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Getoppt wird das Ganze nur noch von Anna, der Besitzerin. Sie ist außerordentlich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kuchen sind sehr lecker und sie hat uns viele Tipps und Ratschläge zum Wandern und Besuchen gegeben. Vielen Dank

Reviewed May 11, 2026Unsere Zimmer lag in einem typischen Hinterhof des alten Hauses von 1730, der bei sommerlicher Hitze kühle spendet. Im Zimmer befand sich ein romantisches Himmelbett und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Die Wände waren aus reinen Natursteinen und teils verputzt. Mit einem Klimagerät konnte man heizen und kühlen. Das kleine Bad war rustikal gestaltet. Das Frühstück wurde im alten rustikalen Wohnzimmer in der ersten Etage serviert. Es gab Informationsmaterial über die Vorfahren der Gastgeberin. Es herrschte eine sehr persönliche Atmosphäre.
Der Schlafraum roch leicht muffig, da es geregnet hat und demzufolge eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit herrschte. Das Frühstück war einfach. Es wäre schön wenn eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee zur Verfügung stände. Da die Gastgeberin viel Konversation betrieb geriet der Nachschub von Essen und Geschirr teils ins Hintertreffen.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Die Einrichtung des Hauses und der Zimmer ist mit alten Möbeln sehr geschmackvoll und urig. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit u.a. selbstgemachten Marmeladen. Die Gastgeberin, Anna, war sehr nett und hat uns einige hilfreiche Ausflugtips gegeben. Absolut wiederholungsfähig.
