The room was totally different from the featured pictures, it was a 15 sqm old room with over €180/night. Location is central. Room was ready at 15:20 right after cleaning service, you can smell full of heavy cleaning chemicals, we needed to open all windows in hours. The bathroom was very small and you alone can hardly move around. Hotel even sent me massage, that i shouldn’t feedback bad star, if something doesn’t meet my expectations, we should tell them directly instead. They know what’s coming and try to hide it. This place is very tourist trap, please be careful

bad, bad, bad. The toilet has no door and you can hear everything both inside and in the corridor. The shower is clogged. The door to the corridor is just paper. There were two washing machines by the room door and they were on all night so you could hear everything in the rooms. We had to get up early for a flight so the water was not only warm but also cold,

There was a very strong sewage smell in the room, which made the stay extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. Also, the Booking.com listing clearly stated that breakfast was included, but when we arrived at the property, there was no staff member available and no information whatsoever about breakfast. There wasn’t even any coffee or even a small sachet of coffee provided in the room. This was very disappointing and did not match the description or the expectations created by the Booking.com listing.

The bathroom was so small you could barely fit in, the walls were cracked and there were no lamps near the beds just wires.

Expérience très décevante. Arrivés vers 23h40 avec nos valises, les clés n’étaient pas disponibles dans le boîtier prévu. Personne n’a été joignable pendant près de 30 minutes et il nous a fallu presque une heure, plusieurs appels et plusieurs essais de clés avant de pouvoir enfin entrer dans notre chambre. La chambre et les équipements sont très basiques, avec en plus un couloir et un escalier mal éclairés. Le lendemain, la femme de ménage a voulu entrer avant l’heure du check-out. Après tous ces désagréments, le seul geste proposé a été un départ retardè d 1 h00 au lieu du check out initial. Très insuffisant au vu du temps perdu, de la fatigue et du stress occasionnés. Une arrivée particulièrement pénible et une expérience que je ne renouvellerai pas.

Poor response from apartment hosts, told us to message if need any recommendations however when messaged did not reply, which makes things difficult with lack of reception. No elevator, not a problem for us but noted for anyone with mobility issues

Αρχικά, θα ήθελα να σας ενημερώσω για την εμπειρία μας, καθώς δυστυχώς αντιμετωπίσαμε αρκετά σοβαρά προβλήματα στα δωμάτια που κλείσαμε. Είχαμε κλείσει 3 δίκλινα δωμάτια. Στο πρώτο δωμάτιο, δεν υπήρχε καν πόρτα στην τουαλέτα! Αυτό είναι πραγματικά απαράδεκτο και εντελώς μη αποδεκτό για ένα δωμάτιο που προσφέρεται προς ενοικίαση. Δεν μιλάμε για μια πόρτα που δεν έκλεινε ή για κάποια μικρή βλάβη, αλλά για παντελή απουσία πόρτας, με αποτέλεσμα να μην υπάρχει καμία ιδιωτικότητα. Στο δεύτερο δωμάτιο, το τηλεχειριστήριο του κλιματιστικού ήταν χαλασμένο, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε ούτε να ανεβάσουμε ούτε να κατεβάσουμε τη θερμοκρασία. Επιπλέον, υπήρχε έντονη και πολύ άσχημη μυρωδιά σε ολόκληρο το δωμάτιο, η οποία προερχόταν από την τουαλέτα και έκανε τη διαμονή μας ιδιαίτερα δυσάρεστη. ΕΙΧΕ ΚΑΙ ΦΑΣΑΡΙΑ όλο το βράδυ!!! Ειλικρινά, θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να παραδίδονται δωμάτια σε αυτή την κατάσταση, ειδικά από τη στιγμή που έχουμε πληρώσει για μια αξιοπρεπή και άνετη διαμονή. Τέτοια βασικά προβλήματα θα έπρεπε να έχουν ελεγχθεί και αποκατασταθεί πριν την άφιξη των επισκεπτών. Με βάση την εμπειρία μας, δεν το συστήνουμε με τίποτα. Η διαμονή μας ήταν απογοητευτική και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρίθηκε σε αυτό που περιμέναμε ούτε στην τιμή που πληρώσαμε.

Il check in troppo tardi e molto fiscale! Siamo arrivati alle 6.00 di mattina e abbiamo preso possesso della stanza oltre le 15! Forse un po’ più di flessibilità per venire incontro agli ospiti e ad una nostra richiesta specifica avrebbe fatto davvero la differenza! Considerando che il check out è alle 11.00

Locația este principalul avantaj, fiind chiar în centrul orașului Corfu, aproape de restaurante, magazine și un supermarket.

Comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte dificilă, răspunsurile venind foarte greu, iar camera nu era pregătită nici la ora oficială de check-in, fiind nevoie să rugăm noi personalul de curățenie să intervină. Camera avea mai multe elemente vizibil uzate, precum perdelele și pernele. Cea mai mare problemă a fost însă baia, unde pe toată durata șederii a existat un miros puternic de canalizare. Scurgerea chiuvetei era murdară și atrăgea musculițe, existau urme de mucegai, iar ușa dușului era uzată. Consider că proprietatea necesită mai multă atenție în ceea ce privește curățenia și întreținerea.

Sehr modern und sauber. Die Busse sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Einkaufsstraßen starten in der Nähe. Der Preis wird dem Komfort gerecht. Eine nette Bücherei und der Obst- und Gemüsemarkt sind gleich vor der Haustür.

Zuerst denkt man das man betrogen wurde aber dann eröffnet sich ein schönes sauberes Zimmer. Leider hört man wirklich alles was im Flur vor sich geht ukd auch nachts in den anderen Zimmern… Das war nicht sehr schön Für eine Nacht ok Die zentrale Lage ist allerdings super und wie gesagt alles sehr sauber !!!

Die Lautstärke im Flur ukd durch den Automaten ukd da Check out wenigstens 12 uhr sein könnte wenn schon keine Rezeption

The room was cooled when we entered! It’s not in old town so you can get a taxi or uber right to the front door. It’s cheap and cheerful.

The water was not working, mid shower. Was off until the following day. We had to leave without showering. Says you can use washer and dryer but washer had someone’s stuff in it for the 10 hours we were there. The room smelled of bleach and didn’t feel very secure. You can walk in off the street and a simple turn lock separates you from the hallway. you cannot flush the toilets at this location, as you can at some more established hotels and accommodations. Room did not look like pictures.

Ho chiesto la camera per passarci la notte e avvisato la struttura che arrivavo per l‘una di notte. dopo che ho confermato e pagato aspetto che mi viene inviato numero della camera con codice ma purtroppo questo arriverà solo il giorno dopo alle 13:30 pessima esperienza dopo che mi hanno cancellato il mio volo

Perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from the centre. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower stood out to us! Would highly recommend staying here if in Corfu!

Love the location. It was near the bus station and a few minutes walk to the town. Would stay in the place again. Perfect for any with luggage as it’s close to the bus stop to both the airport and the seaport (4 mins walk)

Единичный плюс - это расположение. Близко к аэропорту, к порту на паром и к старому городу.

Предоставленные фото не соответствуют действительности. Ремонт просто уничтоженный, трещины по всем стенам, мебель разваливается, состояние ванной комнаты тоже оставляет желать лучшего, все поржавело и в ужасном состояние

The location was really great and central to the Old Town in Corfu. We were 5 minutes walking distance from the main road, and felt very safe. There was also a major supermarket next to our accomodation which helped when we wanted to stock up on snacks.

The only downside was a broken toilet seat. We reported it early on and were told someone would come fix it, but after 4 days it still hadn't been sorted. A bit frustrating given how simple a fix it should've been. That said, it didn't overshadow the trip, and we'd happily stay here again.

Puzza fortissima di fogna in bagno e che arrivava in camera che lo rendeva uno schifo.. Zero assistenza per lasciare bagagli (non mi ha nemmeno risposto si o no) La finestra dava su una parte degradata di città in pieno lavori era orribile come vista. Nessuno specchio in camera solo in bagno Entrata fatiscente sempre aperta in un portone con zero luci La sera poteva entrare chiunque e senza luci bisognava salire le scale fino a su Nessuna protezione Vending machine vuota con 3 cose dentro zero rifornimento. Quando siamo entrati la prima volta in camera le pulizie non erano fatte bene..abbiamo trovato resti in doccia.

personnel qui raccroche au nez, ménage pas fait à l’heure nous attendions depuis 1h pour avoir la chambre. de la moisissure sur les étagères et un espace réellement petit comparé au photos

המיקום היה מצוין. כמה דקות הליכה מהעיר העתיקה וכמה דקות הליכה מהתחנה המרכזית של האוטובוסים. בחדר עצמו היה די חדש . הכל היה מאובזר כמו שצריך כולל מקרר קטן.

זאת קומה בתוך בניין מגורים בלי מתחם סגור או דלת בכניסה למתחם. אין אף אחד במתחם מטעם הבעלים. כשרציתי להשאיר את המזוודה ביום היציאה לכמה שעות המנקה אמרה לי להשאיר אותה במסדרון. כמובן שלא עשיתי את זה ונאלצתי לשלם על שמירת חפצים במקום אחר.

Wirklich super zentrale Lage, man war zu Fuß schnell in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer wenn auch klein waren schön eingerichtet. Das Bad sauber und modern.

Mit hat nicht gefallen, ich hatte den Vermieter am morgen angeschrieben, dass wir früh schon in der Stadt waren. Check in laut Booking war erst ab 15 Uhr möglich, was auch ok ist. Der Vermieter schickte mir 2 Minuten vor 15 Uhr den Code. Am Ende kann das jeder machen wie er will, für mich ist es aber nicht der letzte Service am Kunden. Ich habe auch nicht erwartet, dass er uns frühs das Zimmer zur Verfügung stellt. Aber die Art des Services hat mich irritiert. Auf der anderen Seite schrieb der Vermieter mich ständig an, dass ich den Aufenthalt unbedingt bewerten soll.

Someone walked in while we were sleeping at 7am without clothes on even though we booked check out at 11am. When I then told the woman after she came banging on the door she said it’s understandable as some people have check out at 7am as the key was left in our communal area. She was very rude and was banging on the door. They don’t know who is in their hotel rooms and walk in as they please. Do not recommend better to book closer into the old town. 👎🏼

There was a constant unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Also, the main light in the room was not working.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό και πλήρες το διαμέρισμα. Η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε με βοήθησε άψογα και μπήκα γρήγορα στο δωμάτιο γιατί είχα λίγη ώρα αργότερα συνάντηση για την εργασία μου.

Nice sized room and great location very close walking distance to everywhere you need to go in old town. Easy to find and access room. Nice bathroom and good powered shower.

Η τοποθεσία. Ηταν κοντά στην εργασία μου καθώς και στην παλαιά πόλη της Κέρκυρας. Καλή επικοινωνία μέσω μηνυμάτων με την διαχειρίστρια του καταλύματος. Καλή λειτουργία του κλιματιστικού. Καλή ποιότητα στις πετσέτες του μπάνιου.

Οταν κάποιος ενοικιάζει ένα δωμάτιο χωρίς πρωινό 135 ευρώ ημερισίως Ιούνιο μήνα, οφείλει να φροντίζει για τα απολύτως απαραίτητα, όπως νερό στο ψυγείο, καφές δίπλα στον βραστήρα. Ούτε ο αυτόματος πωλητής στον διάδρομο δεν διέθετε νερό. Το φαρμακείο περιείχε εσφαλμένα μόνο υδρόφιλο βαμβάκι και λίγα τσιρότα. Το κεντρικό φώς του δωματίου δεν λειτουργούσε. Δεν υπήρχε σαπούνι για τα χέρια. Το κάλυμμα της λεκάνης ήταν πολύ μικρότερο από τις διαστάσεις της ίδιας της λεκάνης στο μπάνιο. Το παλαιό μπαλκόνι ήταν τόπος απόρριψης μπάζων από την ανακαίνιση του κτιρίου. Δεν υπήρχε ηχομόνωση στην πόρτα του δωματίου με αποτέλεσμα οι ήχοι να μεταφέρονται ενοχλητικά.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt im Ioannina City Hotel. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, um die Altstadt, den See und die zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés bequem zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Zimmer ist modern, sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung stand.

Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts am Morgen kein Wasser, was den Start in den Tag deutlich erschwert hat. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel ausreichend.

The room could have easily received a high score: it was quite clean, with new facilities, nice infrastructures and great location. However, a few strange issues affected our final rating: First of all, before check-in time, we received a message from the hotel asking us to give a 10/10 rating and not a 1 because it “hurts the algorithm.” Even if the timing was a mistake, this is still not a very common or appropriate thing to do. The AC stopped cooling in the middle of the night, and Greece was very hot in June. We woke up early and were surprised to find that there was no water in the sink, so we couldn’t brush our teeth or use the toilet properly. There were empty shampoo bottles left in the shower from previous guests. The room was not furnished enough. There was nowhere to sit except on the bed itself, not even a small stool. Overall, the room had good potential, but these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Ionian City apartments were perfectly located a 5 minute walk from the main square. They were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a short stay. Areti was lovely and very helpful. Excellent communication. Many thanks

Location was not bad. Shower was lovely. Bed was firm and comfy.

No sunlight in the room. Absolutely rude staff who couldn't even bother explaining the check in (because there is NO STAFF on the premises at all!) and kept repeating "check Booking.com" instead of just explaining that it is a self check in and then directing me to read the message.

- the room was in a pretty bad state of disrepair, most of the built in furniture was broken or had bent/warped panels. - the bathroom didn't have a proper door, which is not great for privacy, and the shower was a bit mouldy. The drain was also very smelly. - no hand soap was provided in the bathroom - there was very poor sound isolation between our room and the hallway. We could hear everyone walking and talking down the hall in the evening and morning, and there was a loud buzzing from the vending machine in the hall. - the code for the lockbox with the key was a very obvious, not very secure code. Not very smart. Overall - was very disappointed. I generally felt like the pictures and adverts were deceiving, as the quality of the room we got was far lower than expected. It was by far the worst value for money of any of the places I stayed in Corfu.

La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain. La décoration soignée tout est neuf.

Il n’y a pas de personnel sur place certains clients ne respectent pas les autres et sont très bruyants le soir dans le couloir.

The location was great and the host was very flexible with the check in time.

The host asked us to give them a 10/10 review before our check in time and explicitly asked to not add a bad review; that’s not how it works. The place looked like they were trying to automate a hotel, but are still figuring a lot of stuff out. No reception; You just get a very obvious code to get your key. There was trash leaning on the wall of the entrance floor of the building. The WiFi didn’t work. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the sheets were ridiculously thin (also add some proper pillow for the guests please). The shower was missing the piece to leave the handle hanging and the first aid kit was empty. Do better and you will get better reviews, it’s not a thing to request, but to earn.
