It was difficult getting to the apartment as it required getting up three flights of ricketty old and narrow stairs. You could hear the people in the nearby apartments which meant we were woken up at all hours of the night each night. The apartment was not big enough to place two suitcases in it.

Got locked out of room before agreed leaving time. Slow response from number we got. Eventually got back in to collect our stuff. Would not recommend and LUXURY is a misprint... overpriced and bad value

Es una tercera planta con subida por escaleras, que no es grave pero es importante tenerlo en cuenta. Las almohadas no son muy cómodas. Teniendo en cuenta que es un lugar donde uno va al mar y trae ropa húmeda, no hay donde ponerla a secar. El grifo de agua de la cocina no funcionaba, pero lo intentaron arreglar.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Wir konnten unser Gepäck ein paar Gassen weiter im Büro bis zum Check-In abstellen. Die zentrale Lage war toll und die Ausstattung wie beschrieben.
Die Umgebung mit vielen maroden Gebäuden beim Blick aus den Fenstern und das enge sanierungsbedürftige Treppenhaus ist nicht einladend. Für ein oder zwei Nächte ok, einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich in diesem Apartment nicht machen wollen.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026L’appartement était extraordinaire. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Tout était parfait ( propreté , bien aménagé , moderne , belle vue , tranquille malgré que nous sommes au centre et l’emplacement y avait pas mieux pour visiter Corfou.
L’entrée du bâtiment est peut-être un peu à rafraîchir, mais une fois dans l’appartement c’est super et nous avons une superbe vue sur le Vieux Fort

The location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Parking was very convenient as there is a large paid parking lot nearby. The fee is only €3 per entry, so if you leave your car there for several days, you still only pay €3, which is great value. One thing that surprised us at first was the entrance and the very old staircase in the building. However, once inside the apartment, it was a completely different story. The apartment is ultra-modern, beautifully designed, spotless, and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, an excellent apartment in a fantastic location.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε τέλεια τοποθεσία! Πολύ καθαρό και με τέλειο κλιματισμό ιδιαίτερα για τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες! Παρότι μικρό σε διαστάσεις πολύ έξυπνα διαμορφωμένο!
Η είσοδος το βράδυ παραμένει ανοιχτή και δεν έχει φωτισμό. Οι σκάλες λίγο ετοιμορροπες δύσκολη πρόσβαση για άτομα μεγαλύτερης ηλικίας.

The view was absolutely amazing and the area was perfect, quiet but still close to everything we needed. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, even keeping our luggage before check-in, which made our arrival much easier. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Παρόλο που το διαμερισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό καθώς και η τοποθεσία του, ωστόσο η πολυκατοικία ήταν πολυ παλιά και η σκάλα πολυ στενή . Το διαμέρισμα ήταν στον τέταρτο όροφο και ήταν δύσκολη η μεταφορά των αποσκευών με μαζί με μικρά παιδιά

We stayed at the small Studio. No blackout curtains in the room, thus with the morning light you had to wake up. For some guests this may be a big issue that can very easily be addressed for a perfect stay.

Municipal car park less than 5 minutes and 3 euros 24hrs. Studio/apartment well equipped, thoughtful design/décor comfortable, good hot shower. All you would need.
Just be aware the apartment is on the third floor, old building and stairs (not the apartment that's recently fully renovated). So not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Tesis çok güzel bir konumda, Old town ın tam girişinde. Park vs sorunu yaşamadık. Oda çok güzel dizayn edilmiş, çok temiz ve konforluydu. Çok beğendik, tekrar korfu’ya geldiğimizde ilk tercihimiz olur.
Sanırım, bina yapısından dolayı asansör yapılmamış. 3. Kata valizleri taşıdık ama sorun etmedik.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Die Lage ist sehr zentral gelegen. Ich konnte alle meine Termine einfach zu Fuß erreichen und hatte auch abends eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Bars zur Auswahl!
Der Eingangsbereich im Gebäüde war dunkel bei meiner Ankunft (20:30). Das Treppenhaus ist sehr ungepflegt und Eng. mit einem Koffer bis in den 3. Stock zu kommen ist möglich, aber nicht gerade einfach. Das Erscheinungsbild des Treppenhauses passt in keiner Weise zu der Wohnung.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Let us store luggage in office, room itself was 100 meters away. Room up a couple of flights of old stairs, so we were a little sceptical. Once we opened the door, we found an upscale modern apartment. Nice living area, small balcony with a great view of the Old Fortress.
Only 2 negative thoughts: bedsheets felt strange, like plastic. The shower floor is very smooth marble, and can be slippery.

The entrance was never locked leaving the block open to anyone walking in. The hallway and staircase was very poor, I understand that this is a communal entrance but it would be much better if this was locked and tidied up as it lets your amazing appartments down.

It was a struggle getting our luggage up the three flights of stairs. Older guests would require help with their luggage. The stairs and hallway on the 3rd floor could be decorated to look more appealing.

We were unsure of where to stay, but after staying there and exploring all old town areas, we realized this location was the best. Hosts messaged us with info promptly and entry into the building was extremely easy and did not require any back-and-forth.
For someone that struggles with going up and down stairs, going up to the floor might be kind of difficult as the stairs are not well lit and a little uneven. However, this was not an issue for us at all.
