Manchmal etwas lauter im Treppenhaus..Das liegt aber nicht an der Unterkunft selbst, sondern an Gästen,die es mit Rücksicht auf andere nicht so ernst nehmen..

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The room is quite small and most of space is occuqied by the bed, but the apartment is quite new and very clean! Since we spend most of the time outside of the apartment anyway and the location inside of the old town was very nice is was a good fit for us and we enjoyed the our stay. If you wanna spend more time in your apartment it can easily get tight.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026We stayed for a whole week and really liked our room, no. 5, the only one on the 3rd (top) floor. The layout of the room and bathroom makes the best possible use of a small space with no wasted space and plenty of places to stash our things, including our two large bags out of the way under and on top of wardrobe. As well as the large double bed, the room has a high wooden ceiling with beams, which adds character, a desk and chairs in front of the window with a view of the White Mountains, a kitchenette with a small hob, coffee machine, refrigerator and cooking and eating utensils, an air-conditioner, a good shower with hand-held and large overhead sprinklers, and a terrace with two sun-loungers, a table and chairs and a view of part of Chania's old harbour. The location, at the top of the steps of Zambeliou Street, is close to everything in the Old Town but was surprisingly and pleasantly quiet, including at night, and we were there for the first week in July, which is a lively time. The staff was also very helpful and communicative with any questions that we had. It was not a problem for us, but I should mention that the spiral staircase, especially if you are staying on the 3rd floor as we were, would not really be suitable if you have significant mobility issues.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Ηταν σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και πεντακάθαρο !!! Καθημερινά περνούσαν για καθαριότητα! Επίσης είχαμε άριστη επικοινωνία με τον διαχειρίστη του καταλύματος και σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε υπήρξε άμεση ανταπόκριση!!
Το ότι ήταν ισόγειο και λίγο μικρό ..

The property suffers from two main issues: 1. Sound insulation. Impossible to sleep. You hear everything. The elder neighbor that wakes up 6am to have coffee and chat. The other tenants who cough or snore during the night. The people that check out 8am on a Sunday morning and have to pay their stay at the reception. 2.Rooms are small (there is not even space for 2 hand luggage) and have no natural light.

En voiture de location, attention au parking payant maximum 04 heures par jour, situé au bout de l'entrée de la cité médiévale, puisqu'ils proposent une application, sans pouvoir renouveler le paiement. Se garer dans les ruelles d'habitations avant ce parking là, nous aura sauvé le second jour.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα του καταλύματος, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το παλιό λιμάνι των Χανίων και πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικά σημεία - αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Απόλυτη ησυχία και διακριτικοτητα. Απόλυτα καλη συνεργασία με τους ιδιοκτήτες. Εξαιρετικό στρώμα στο κρεβάτι. Ουσιαστικές, ποιοτικες παροχές. Ωραίο στυλ στο δωμάτιο - με στοιχεία από παλιό Κρητικό σπίτι, με καμπυλωτή οροφή και πέτρα! Η σχεση ποιότητας - τιμής ήταν ισορροπημένη. Με ικανοποίησε απόλυτα και θα το επέλεγα ξανά και μάλιστα το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο.
Το δωμάτιο δεν διέθετε μπαλκόνι, ήταν το οικονομικό δίκλινο, ο εξαερισμός ωστόσο ήταν επαρκής είτε μεσω κλιματισμού είτε ανοιγοντας τα δυο μικρά παράθυρα όπου το κλιματιστικό σταματουσε να δουλεύει γιατι έτσι ήταν ρυθμισμένο. Η επιλογή του δωματίου ήταν δική μου συνεπώς δεν το αναφέρω ως παράπονο.

Cela sentait un peu la cigarette dans la chambre Une fois dedans on s’y fait. Les bruits passent quand même lorsqu’il y a des gens bruyants qui entrent dans l’immeuble

Reviewed May 13, 2026Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, die Lage ist perfekt, Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alle unsere Wünsche und Fragen wurden sofort erfüllt und beantwortet. Für Leute, die länger bleiben wollen, lohnt sich wahrscheinlich das Auto außerhalb auf park and ride Parkplätzen zu lassen, morgens um 7 die Parkgebühr verlängern macht auf Dauer keinen Spaß. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Strasznie głośno, niestety :( Okno to w zasadzie lufcik wychodzacy na zamknięte podwórko, przez co w pokoju byla wilgoć.. Mało wygodne łóżko, pokoj mikroskopijny, dwie osoby mieściły się z trudem. Woda z prysznica wyciekała na podłogę "sypialni".

-το δωματιο ηταν πολυ μικρο -καθολου καλη ηχομονωση (λογικο αν σκεφτουμε οτι η πορτα και ενας τοιχος ειναι απο γυψοσανιδα και το παραθυρο ειναι παλιο - το μπανιο μου εκανε εντυπωση, γιατι η ντουγιερα ηταν εκτος μπανιου, αλλα ακομα κι ετσι χρειαζεται ΑΝΑΚΑΙΝΙΣΗ! -θα μπορουσαν να ειχαν περισσοτερα σερβιτσια εκτος απο δυο κουταλια - καλο θα ηταν να ειχαν και ενα μπουκαλι νερο - περισσοτερα ειδη υγιεινης ( πχ χαρτι τουαλετας)

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Αβανταδόρικη θέση μέσα στην παλιά πόλη. Δημιουργεί αίσθημα ασφάλειας η πόρτα του κτηρίου με κωδικό.
Δεν έχει καθόλου κοντά Πάρκιγκ. Δεν υπάρχει καθόλου χώρος για αποσκευές. Η πόρτα της τουαλέτας αφήνει κενό με τον τοίχο και έτσι ένας που κοιμάται έχει οπτική επαφή με την λεκάνη. Γενικά στερείται χώρου, είναι ικανοποιητικό μόνο για ανθρώπους που έχουν εξαιρετική οικειότητα μεταξύ τους.
